Keto cookie for one- in one!!

This was so easy!

Melt 1tbs butter and add one egg yoke.
Then stir in 1tbs sweetener, 1/4tsp vanilla and 1/8tsp salt.
Next stir in 4tbs ground almonds.
Finally add chocolate chips if you desire.
Microwave for 55seconds :)

It was perfect!!
