I saw your reblog on my blueberry smoothie and I wanted to say, the avocado is a BIG part of what makes this smoothie what it is - it gives you the creamy illusion that makes you think it's a dairy milkshake and not a healthy alternative. If you omit the avo, I'd add some banana or frozen fruit to make sure the smoothie binds as well! Or up the blueberries. Enjoy :)

Honestly…I’ve never been a big fan of avocado. (FITBLR SIN!) But I know it’s like a super food, so if I could “hide” it in delicious smoothies that would be fantastic! I will pick some up to try soon.
