Wait, Indonesia can see ghosts too? Just like Iceland? How would they react to ghosts?

“I don’t really like ghosts… and I still surprised how Indonesia can get along with their kind really well.”- Iceland

Mun : Sorry @ask-ghost-feli, for borrowing your muse here….

Selamat Hari Raya!

//by the time this goes up i’m in Indonesia so I hope my future self is having fun

Anyways, everyone in this picture is making Ketupat. Ketupat is a woven palm leaf pouch with rice inside. Funfact my mom taught me how to make a sword out of palm leaves so that’s fun.

Also usually Ketupat (the rice inside we don’t eat the palm leaf thank gosh) is usually eaten with rendang, opor (ayam), sayur labu ect.

[also the countries in this post will be named from left to right in the tags]

(( Also, Osomatsu-san ended yesterday -Monday for others, Tuesday for Philippine time eheke- and well, ending still summarized how wacky the series is though , XD ))

(( So if you guys still remember, I posted the ASEAN countries chars who I thought would fit these guys, so… I had fun kek. ))

(( Might do the rest of the ASEAN members if I still have strength left ahaha ))

Does Indonesia have any siblings?

Indonesia : I would consider whole Asia are my siblings, but nation wise, my siblings are the nations who also have a close relationship with my grandfather, Majapahit.

These are my siblings, except for my provinces which also can be considered as my siblings.

Indonesian Princesses Pt.1: Bali

I think Indonesia is so rich in culture there’s just so much history, mythology, and culture I feel like it would make such a great Disney-style movie, so here’s my first instalment of my Disney-style Indonesian princesses. This is Ni Dewi Anom of the Ksatria (warrior/ruling) caste of Bali, who were most powerful around the second half of the sixth century!

(sorry tumblr butchered the quality, but once you reblog it it looks fine on your blog!)

But if you’re going to compare us to the East Asian bros, then that’s another story. =u= ~

(( Not much difference for the Filipinos and their SEA family. ;u; ))

(( Please do correct us if we’re wrong on the other countries. OTL ))

(( These are what we got from the site-hopping in the internet and the culture books that are lying around here. ))
