in which hannah tries to be funny

Request: Could you do another part to the flashed series were grant the reader and the cast watch the supernatural parody by hillywood idk I think it would be funny

“You guys are such idiots!” you laughed as notification after notification appeared on your phone, signalling the tweets from your friends you were mentioned in. You were still clutching your stomach from the last laughing fit, and watching your best friends interact with your boyfriend only brought back the pain from laughing too much.

Just a few minutes ago Jared told you how he had trouble zipping up his jacket at a take, showing us how desperately he tried to close it without making too much of a fool of himself. After laughing about Misha’s funny dance moves, his story caused every one of you to literally tear up from laughing until your phone vibrated with Grant’s tweet.

You were comfortably sitting on his lap as he tweeted you, which you didn’t even realise due to all your laughing. As the Winchesters little sister the Hillywood show also asked you to dance at the end of the Supernatural parody, where you now showed that you were not blessed with the talent of dancing. Hilly and Hannah nicely showed you some easy moves you could do, which caused you to get even more insecure about your dancing.

Their talent was indescribable and you were glad as you got to walk out that door again, hiding your red cheeks from their crew.

“No seriously, your dance moves were awesome (Y/N)!” Misha joined Grant’s laughter now and even if you wanted to pretend to be angry, you couldn’t. You couldn’t stop the laughter from bursting out of you after seeing Jensen re-enacting your dance moves.

Jensen pretending to throw his hair over his shoulders and copying your failed Gangnam style dance was most probably the funniest thing you had seen in your life. He hopped from one leg to the other, moving his arms awkwardly in front of him until you asked yourself if you too looked that stupid.

Grant’s voice roared in your ears and your whole body shook over him as his chest vibrated with laughter.

“I’d like to see you dance on commando, babe. Your charming smile and pretty face won’t help you if it comes down to that!” You grinned over your shoulder at your boyfriend, seeing how he shook his head still laughing. He wrapped his muscular arms around your stomach and hid his face in your hair as he calmed down from his laughing fit.

As he regained his breath after a few seconds he pressed a soft kiss to the side of your neck before he moved his lips up and toward your ear.

“I don’t think I could I’d be able to pull those moves off as sexy as you did.”

Unexpected

Previous part can be found here.  Hartbigguyz and tvfreakinabox continue to be kind enough to beta my story.

Part 6 - SFW

Grace puts it down to a miracle that she manages to shrug and mumble her way out of her swift exit last night, something which she didn’t think possible. Not after she had basically ignored all of Hannah’s questions. Not after she had lost her cool when Hannah didn’t remember, and certainly not when she saw that Mamrie and Sarah had heard close to everything. There were bound to be questions. Questions she didn’t feel like answering just yet; not when she didn’t even know what this all meant for herself.

Can you write a Harry, Ron and Hermione friendship fic?

“I mean, at first it was so sudden that I didn’t know if I should say anything to her,” Ron said. Harry grunted in sympathy. “And now…well, it’s been so long I wouldn’t know where to start. I feel like I’ve been going behind her back for months.”

“And Hermione’s not going to like that,” Harry agreed, sounding uncharacteristically grave. “But you have to tell her sooner or later, and the sooner the better—for everyone’s sake.”

“Oh, I know that,” replied Ron. “I just have no idea how to begin the conversation.”

There was a noise like a chair scraping backwards on the wooden floor, and Hermione jumped guiltily. Honestly, she wasn’t the type to listen at doors, but Ron had been acting so strangely recently, and she’d just been passing by when she’d heard him talking to Harry and she’d hesitated for just a moment, and…well, they always said you shouldn’t eavesdrop if you weren’t prepared to hear some things you wouldn’t like.

“Well, you could start with the most obvious thing: telling the truth,” Harry said.

“I can’t do that!” Ron said, sounding horrified. “She’d never forgive me!”

Do you have any slytherin!harry fic recommendations? Or just some of your favourite Harry Potters fics?

Well here are some recs, either Slytherin!Harry or just HP-centric ones that I’ve read recently and enjoyed:

A Midnight Weary – AzarDarkstar

Destiny knocks, but this time, Harry Potter isn’t home.

A Serpentine Path – AzarDarkstar

In which the most cunning Slytherin isn’t actually a Slytherin, and Harry Potter is far more than a normal schoolboy. The Dark Lord marked him as an equal for a reason. Third-year AU.

no place like home – dirgewithoutmusic

When Petunia Dursley refused to take Harry in she forfeited his birthright protection, so Dumbledore took the baby to the safest place he knew: Hogwarts.

The applicable staff (mostly just… not Snape) took Harry in on a rotating schedule as he grew from baby to toddler to child. They traded extra credit for babysitting among the older students, and Harry grew up knowing a few dozen different laps that were safe and warm to nap in.

This was a Harry who grew up among books, among old transient walls and learned professors. They gave Binns night duty sometimes, and let him talk young Harry to sleep. This was a Harry whose world changed, on principle, daily. The stairs moved. The walls became doors. You had to keep your eyes open–you had to pay attention. So he did.

He grew up in a school. Knowledge was power, but knowledge was also joy. This was his sanctuary. There was magic in his world from birth.

Heya! This may seem like an odd question, but im not very knowledgable on the topic of the SPN writers. Could you break it down for me? (I hear a lot of bad stuff about Singer, but Edlund seems to be everyone's cinnamon roll.) Thank you so much!

Pls allow me a minute to stare at the rainy window and reflect on the fact that I am now apparently an expert on details like this. :P

Not all the writers have much of a fandom personality cult. Like, for example, Andrew Dabb will this season probably be the writer with the MOST episode writing credits to his name, and I’ve been in the fandom a year and half now and seen like, 3 revivals of “we MUST attempt to fangirl Dabb more!” with limited success of the awareness campaign. (To be fair, it’s a lot of episodes to remember :P) He doesn’t have a social media presence so far as I know (or he doesn’t utilise it interestingly enough for it to have ever been brought to our attention) and he hasn’t been responsible for many fandom scandals, and generally just sort of does what he does, and so he passes somewhat under the radar as a character, despite my various attempts to start a one-sided fight with him to make him more interesting to fandom about. Of the current writers, aside from him, the ones I know next to nothing about are Jenny Klein, Nicole Snyder and Eric Charmelo, with an honourable mention for Adam Glass who left before the end of season 10 but is still vaguely current anyway, and Nancy Won, his replacement, who we know very little about just because we haven’t had time to get to know her yet, so I’m not going to mention these writers. And if there’s someone else currently on the staff I’ve missed it’s because I literally do not know enough about them to remember their name, because I’m feeling dubious I’ve mentioned everyone. :P

Anyway. To business, on the ones who get discussed a lot and therefore I know anything about them at all and have opinions or can regurgitate fandom opinions when I don’t actually have any (there’s a lot of that in here… :P), but can tell you what other people seem to be saying when these names come up. (Which means some negativity below the cut, sorry, I’ll get the worst out the way first)

Getting into the Yogscast YCP series

I am trying to think of how to do this, I have Kace and Mylo watching Yogs, another friend just asked me for recs, and I know its a daunting thing to tackle when you are first getting into Yogs. Really, you guys have the worst timing; if you got into Yogs three months ago, you would be in the sort of ‘first season’ of the YCP series and it’d be much easier to jump into.

But this is a long time coming, so here is some info to help you. A fast rundown of the YCP series I know/care about.

First off: YCP?
YCP is my shorthand for the Yogscast Complete Pack. It is the official follow-up to the experimental Galacticraft pack the Yogs used in the sort of “prequel” to the current series run. The “prequel” series are Moonquest (Main Channel, Lewis/Simon/Duncan, highly recommended), Sipsco/Sjintech, and Galacticraft (Duncan/Kim).

All of those moved to the YCP when it was ready to roll out and a lot of other series kickstarted at the same time. It was a push to get everyone playing again.

This list assumes you have watched Moonquest. If you haven’t, go watch that first, it’s fabulous and is the lead-in for the rest of the YCP series.

Hole Diggers, Main Channel: Lewis/Simon/Duncan (crossovers with Sips and Sjin briefly). NOW CONCLUDED.
The flagship series that follows the format of Moonquest, in that a goal is established early on and the trio work with varying levels of focus on accomplishing it. This time, the goal is to create a spacestation with enormous mining lazers. Unlike Moonquest, progress is pretty steady and continuous. There isn’t a strong narrative, but the trio have the usual chemistry, which is all you could hope for. Very funny series with a lot of focus on technical mods and building the Dwarfstar, which is one of the most impressive builds the Main Channel’s ever done.

She Keeps Me Warm [13/?]

Chapter 13

Hannah realized that it was easier to ignore her crumbling, aching heart when you had consumed an extensive amount of alcohol. She felt like she was on the clouds but still a searing and throbbing pain from her chest reminds her every now and then, that she is in fact heartbroken.

“What is going on in your mind, Hannah Hart? One moment, you’re giggling and the next, you look like you’re about to cry.” Grace asked and Mamrie smiled, who was surprisingly the most sober out of the three of them. Hannah’s reply was a coy smile and a giggle which earned Grace’s laugh. God, it’s so easy to pretend.

“You are so drunk.” Mamrie raised her glass to her mouth with an eyebrow raised.

“I’m not as drunk as Grace though!” Hannah nodded towards the tall blonde who was on the floor, hysterical.

“Good point.”

“Oooh! Oooh! Oooh! Mames!” Grace sat up suddenly and called Mamrie loudly, startling the redhead. “H-how does it feel to be married?”

Mamrie frowned, for a moment, in concentration putting a finger on her chin for the full effect before answering. “It, uhh, feels the same, my dear Grace but it feels more real. More solid and also warmer. Yes, warmer.” She answered, eyes distant. Hannah giggled at Mamrie’s expression and Mamrie looked at her. “Wait till you’re married little Hart!”
