in fact you can see the result

anonymous asked:

idk if i already asked this, but how do you only use 5-6 adjustment layers? it's my greatest struggle in making gifs. I can NEVER do that. I use like 10 layers max to get the look I want. although the gif makers' tips I look at always say to keep it 5-6 layers :/

Hey there! I’ve received a similar ask, and I had yet to reply to it cause I’m so behind with replying to everyone due to lack of time, so if it was you, I’m so sorry!

Before I get into anything though, I’d like to say that…. you really shouldn’t let what all the other giffers say condition what you do. What works for others may not work for you, and if you’re happy with how your colouring turns out, what does it matter if it takes you a few more layers than other people? We all colour in different ways, and obviously tutorials and advices are super useful and they can teach you some stuff you had yet to discover and it’s always great to improve, but at the end of the day what’s important is the result and if you’re happy with yours, don’t pay too much attention to what other people say or do.

The thing I always stress about is making tiny adjustments, cause if you go super crazy with those, you just end up reducing the quality of the gif, by bringing out pixels.

How the hell do I only use 5/6 layers when I’m making tiny adjustments? Well, it depends on the layers you use and how you use them.

I end up using a couple more layers if I’m making a colour porn gifset, cause I abuse of selective colour, but generally I just use curves, brightness/contrast, exposure, selective colour, colour balance and photo filter.

Out of all them, curves is the one that will impact your gif the most, and will make you lose less layers after, if you use it correctly. And by using it correctly I mean if you use the eyedrop tool with the white tip:

What this tool does is it turns whatever colour you click on with it into the whitest point of your gif, brightening everything accordingly. This is very useful especially if you’re giffing a dark scene! I’ve talked a bit about this tool here.

Everything is going to make more sense once you start using it, cause the more you practice with it, the more you get the hang of it!

What you want to do once you click on it is to click on the lightest point of your scene. Keep in mind that it’s going to turn that point into white, so if you choose a dark colour your entire gif is going to look like crap. You want to choose as close to white as you can, but if you choose actually white, it’s not going to do much of anything at all.

Now, you also need to keep in mind that this tool is going to affect the tone of your gif, based on which colour you pick, so if you pick a yellowish colour, it’s going to change the tone of the gif into blue, if you pick yellow it’s gonna make everything blue-ish and so on, going in the opposite way (so it’s very useful for those movies/tv shows that have a terrible yellow filter and such).

if I were to pick that light green/blue colour behind harley (the red dot)

my gif would turn like this:

see? that colour turned into white, the gif was brightened accordingly, but since I chose a blue/green-ish colour, now the tone is reddish!

If I were to pick harley’s hair where it’s lighter instead:

I’d get this:

much better, right?

A lot of this is trial by error. You’re going to need to click on a lot of stuff and undo it until you find a combo that works for your scene, but the more you use this tool, the more you understand how it works and the easier it gets!

Now you see why I would only need a couple more layers to be happy with my gif! And that’s by only using one tool, curves! Notice also how despite the fact that it’s a dark scene with shitty lighting, it got brightened straight away without bringing out pixels/lowering the quality!

You can achieve great results with a few layers, you just have to use the right ones ;)

anonymous asked:

How do you draw hair? Whenever I try it just *exaggerated hand motion meaning giant mess*

To be honest, that’s pretty much how I draw hair, too. And honestly? Hair is such a complex, diverse thing. There’s a millions of ways to draw hair based on style and texture. I’ve gotten many asks considering hair, and really, I’ve always been a bit confused on how to answer since hair comes in so many different forms. But! Giving it thought, I realized I can give you a really quick, “basic” guide, until I get a more specific question regarding hair.

So, the first step is to draw the hairlines. Hairlines is basically the “hat” of your head, and is what shapes the forehead. Drawing this before you add hair as a guide will be extremely helpful with the hairstyle, and it adds to the the facial features as well. There’s many different types hairlines, as shown here, and they may all vary in height or shape. Go wild, be experimental! Remember that this is a guide, however, so once you have the hair drawn out, make sure that the hairline isn’t as visible as it is here, but drawn as fine lines instead.

The next thing you can do is to draw a point somewhere on the head which will define the volume and the direction of the hair. This is extremely helpful, since you can draw all the hair strands starting from this point. They may start wherever you find fitting, and you may add more than one (although that adds to the complexity!)

The next step is to think in shapes overlapping each other.  For wavy hair, I like to draw the shapes as teardrops. For puffy hair I like to draw it in circles and ovals. And for straight hair, I like to think in rectangles. It’s all very simple: use the guides mentioned earlier to place the shapes on the head, making them overlap each other until you’re satisfied. Be as messy or simple as you want, and draw them however you’d like as long as it works for you. Don’t try to details yet, though, focus on shapes!

Once you’re satisfied with your result, you may draw the details to your liking. This, I think requires a tutorial on it’s own since hair textures can vary greatly. I’ll show you a quick example below, but again, this isn’t something that works with all hair types. And naturally, once you’re done, remove the head-shape outline. I kept it here just so that you could see how the hair is placed on top of it.

And as you can see, this method works with short hairstyles as well!

In fact, it works for any hairstyle, and you may even mix the basic shapes to get a unique look. (Ignore the lack of pen pressure on this one)

Now, I realize that the ‘finished’ result can be a bit difficult for some to imagine drawing. Again, I still think this requires a tutorial on it’s own, but I will show you how I do it with one of the hairstyles.

(As you can see, I haven’t drawn out the hairline or a “point”, but this isn’t because I don’t need to, but because I already have it mentally drawn out, it’s not required for this drawing. For some hairstyles, however, I do still draw the hairline/point, especially if the hair is pulled back. But for the sake of simplicity, I will keep it, well, simple.)

Notice how I draw the shapes just as mentioned before? Here, I draw very fine lines in vague teardrop shapes, which I overlay as I draw.

Adding more for volume…

Finishing the look, keep adding more layers…

Defining the “point” as a detail, so that it doesn’t look like some horribly made wig…

What to do when you’re stuck with a lazy group? I’m with two guys and we still haven’t chosen a topic. We have to present in two weeks. Nobody replies to my messages and both left after class this week. I just wanted to choose a topic and leave!!!! So I booked a study room today and they all made excuses. Ugh. I’m gonna be the one who’s doing all the work. This is worth 40% of our grade. Same as the exam. FML

Hi there, thank you for asking, as this is a super common problem in high school, university and the workplace! I’ve never seen this question answered in depth on studyblr, so I’ll give it a go!

NB. It depends on your personality as to the approach you want to take, so let everyone who’s reading this not pass judgement upon others in such a situation~ Remember in all of this to be polite, understanding and gracious no matter how much you want to flip tables. The following 5 Options go in order of how many bridges you want to burn :’)

Option 0. Wait for a bit longer and try communicating with them again.

I have seen a similar question asked once on tumblr where the studyblr blogger answered “two weeks is plenty of time, you’re probably over-reacting”… Obviously, I’m not going to trivialise your answer by giving you just one option like that - I frankly thought that studyblr was quite rude for answering so shortly to someone who took the time to ask them a question.

How to do it: The way you communicate with them now might not be effective, so make sure that you’re ticking off the following boxes if you choose this option, rather than just letting nothing change: meeting face to face, setting mini-deadlines for each part instead of just allocating once at the beginning, and make sure each member knows what and when they have to complete something.

This option is best suited for people who:

  • really don’t want to create a commotion and would rather wait a little longer and reduce the time available for them to do the project,
  • or people who would answer ‘Strongly Disagree’ to “Being organized is more important to you than being adaptable“ and “In a discussion, truth should be more important than people’s sensitivities.” in a personality quiz (a strong prognostic factor for Option 1 tbh),
  • or people who know they can tackle everything in less than 1 week,
  • or people who just realised/kind of know they’re actually overreacting,
  • or have just realised whilst reading this that maybe they didn’t actually try contacting the other group members all that well (i.e. don’t have enough evidence for Option 3).

  • Nobody gets angry at anyone, and it doesn’t reflect badly on you either (because no one finds out if you don’t say anything - people tend to be judgemental if you pick one of the three options below).
  • Less stressful for some people than confrontation.
  • You might get eventual cooperation.

  • You might not get eventual cooperation, and end up being stuck with all the work anyway (hence resulting in options below).
  • More stressful for other people as you feel time is ticking away and nothing is changing.
  • The time you spend waiting for the others will result in less time for you to tackle all the actual work.

Pro-tip: doing as much individual work as possible sometimes will egg those team members to finally start pulling their weight, or can help you with Option 3 if you do end up going for it.

Option 1. You make all the decisions and do all the work.

Best suited for people who: are academically gifted, like doing work independently, have excellent time management skills.

  • You can ensure the quality of the work will be excellent.
  • You get to choose what topic to do and direct the overall project turnout.
  • No one hates you for anything, but NB. your friends and family relationships that suffer as a result of the time you have to sacrifice might not have anything pleasant to say about it all.

  • You need an extraordinary amount of time.
  • The other people in the group get a free ride and in nastier words, some would say you get taken advantage of for your goodwill.
  • Lack of group opinion may make the quality of your work suffer.
  • Other subjects you’re taking may suffer.

Option 2. Badger the other group members until they do some work.

Best suited for people who: don’t want to be stuck with Option 1, but don’t want to escalate to Option 3. Give them an ultimatum about the work, or just decide the topic by yourself if they don’t step up.

  • Very similar to Option 0 in that you wait a bit longer before taking drastic action, so you might get eventual cooperation, and you don’t bother your professor.

  • You stress yourself out badgering other people.
  • Other group members get annoyed at you, and your classmates that happen to watch you badgering have a not-so-great impression of you.

Option 3. Document a significant amount of evidence that shows your effort to get them to contribute and contact the professor about it.

Best suited for people who: would like to do things independently but just cannot afford the time because of other commitments.

  • Professor can step in and (hopefully) offer some sort of alternative solution.
  • Your other subjects won’t suffer.
  • Sometimes you have a really great professor and they end up taking into account that you’ve done the project by yourself and mark super nicely/give a bonus mark, or even penalise the other students.

  • Professor may snuff you and say “the purpose of this project is also to learn about team cooperation”. Had a prof before who told us straight up at the beginning of the project that “you work it out, not me”
  • Professor may help you out, but in a way that doesn’t really end up helping e.g. he just emails the two members of your group to tell them to start working once and that’s it.
  • Other group members hate you for life (and I know this bothers some people enough not to go through with it, again pls remember no judgement fellow readers)

How to do it: Email should be along the lines of the following:

Dear Professor _______,

I am a current student undertaking [course code]. I am sorry to contact you in unfortunate circumstances, but I have been having severe difficulty convening with the other members for the remainder of the _____ project. While I am aware that group projects have a dual purpose to both educate us on the academic topic as well as to improve our cooperation and communication skills, I have tried [insert whatever means you attempted to contact them by, attaching evidence is up to you]. I have already completed the intro/background research/other individual task, however I cannot complete the ______ by myself/without group input.

I would appreciate any guidance you could offer/I would greatly appreciate your help/If it is possible, could you please [insert action depending on how desperate you are - don’t ask for anything unreasonable!]?

I apologise for having to inconvenience you, and thank you for your understanding on the matter.

Kind regards,

[Name and student number]

Option 4. You do all the work and then leave their names off the work.

Best suited for people who: work independently, don’t mind burning a few bridges. I won’t actually recommend this option, but I’ve seen this happen in real life.

  • Sense of self-satisfaction for some people when the lazy members don’t get a free ride.
  • Again, you make sure the project quality is exactly what you want.

  • Similar to Option 1 minus the free ride bit.
  • Not only do the other group members hate you, but their friends in your cohort will too. At least in Option 3, those guys can’t try and gossip behind your backs because whoever they tell will realise that they didn’t do the right thing either.
  • Do this at your own risk, as it can backfire depending on the professor - if anyone’s watched Cheese in the Trap - the main character does all the work but the professor managed to suss out that the other group members didn’t do anything, and as a result penalised her with a D grade for failing to make it “group” work despite the fact she would’ve gotten an A. Some profs are really… they just don’t see it your way :/

Hopefully things don’t have to escalate to Option 4, but whatever you choose to take, I’ll wish you the best! I’ve given quite detailed instructions and written comprehensively, but feel free to contact me any time if you need any more help :)

hoping it will be useful for some of you! (灬╹ω╹灬)
since many, MANY of you requested it, i spent a little time on this one even if it’s messy, hoping that some of you guys may find replies on their questions about “what color do i put here???”

== so, let’s start this tiny tiny lesson ==

★ i’ll start by saying that when it comes to shading, many people think that the only color that fits is black or dark grey, which is the WRONGEST thing you could ever do! even in realism, where you can see shadows that seem greyish, there is a little color, and that is because the surface you are putting shading on, reflects light, which is actually colored and has a pattern/texture on it! clothing, bandages, wood, plastic, rubber, fur, skin, lattex - everything reflects light on its own way, and so has a colored shading. in art, this thing is even more emphatized to make it look pleasing, colorful and catchy, so i drew some little examples to show how i use colors for my shading technique!

★ the first column is made by pastel rainbow colors, the second column is made of normal saturated colors, and the third one is a grey scale.
i tried some different hues and palettes for each one, even if you can see that i frequently use blue and purple.
those two are, in fact, the most used colos in shading, and works super well on basically everything, maybe making them darker or ligher depending if you are using pastel colors or not.
my shading is based on color contrast, infact you can see that i use blues on warm colors and purple/pinks on cold colors: it creates depth and adds a nice effect to it.

★ same with grey scale!
look at how colorful can grey, black and white look! it only needs a little bit of experiments, don’t be afraid to change your shading hue: colors won’t be hurt and you will be happy with the result! ^w ^

★ the same thing i do with shading, i’ll do for lights and lightspots, just with an overlay layer instead of multiply! most used are obviously pastel colors, but i often see people use white for it! instead of that, try a light pink, yellow or blue: you will be super satisfied of the result!
the only colors that often don’t show well overlay layers are neon pink or red: they are too bright, and the only colors that show a little bit are light blue or yellow. Instead of an overlay, maybe try a screen or anormal type layer, just as when you are coloring pitch black!

what i call “warmer” is just a plain peach/orangeish color that some artists use to make shading less plain. Sometimes, even if you blend and blur your shading edges, they will still be “too cold/plain” to look at - and that’s what the warmer solves! don’t worry about how cold/warm your shading is, a peachy pink will always help you: put some of it ( just a thin line or a little blurred one ) on the edges of your shading and blend it until you like the result.
as shown in the picture, it will be a lot better!
some examples of my art with warmer use:
* pixel practice - luka (mostly used on hair and sweater)
* a day at the beach! (hat shadow on hair, thighs and body in general)
* stargaze used on hair and clothing.

*use different shading layers when you draw, don’t just stuck yourself on a single one! i am used to make two of them: one fot the basic/lighter shading, more detailed and soft, and another one for the darker parts of the shading, with a colder color such as a medium blue or a sky blue!

*mix different textures when you are shading! for example, try to add a granulated pattern/texture to your clothing layer!

*remember that different materials reflect light in different ways: you can’t shade fur the same way you shade a tshirt! tshirt will have harder shading, more defined, while skin and fur (velvety things in general) will be more blutter. Same with a ribbon, that will have soft shading and really hard light because ribbons are usually not matte, but shiny material!

*try different blendings on different layers! if for a first layer you blended your shading more to add depht to the subject, the darker/second layer could be a little sharper and defined when it comes to shading tools.

The Choi Twins are in love with the same girl

I really like the idea of this one somehow and I can totally see this happening. I hope you enjoy :3

  • see the thing is, it would take them a thousand years to figure out they had feelings for the girl, another thousand to realize their brother liked someone too and the another thousand to understand that the girl they liked was the same girl their brother liked

  • because the problem with those two is that they rarely ever talk about meaningful stuff and when they do, one never listens to the other

  • imagine the following if you will:

  • the two brothers sitting on the couch, Saeyoung talking about this girl, this beautiful, kind hearted girl, he’d fallen in love with for what felt like an eternity to Saeran. Saeran of course tunes out around two minutes into his highly detailed description of your lips, not realizing his brother was describing the very same lips he’d dreamed about kissing many nights

  • or that one time at breakfast where Saeran finally admits, talking to his cereal more so than his brother, that he likes this girl he’s recently met and Saeyoung not putting two and two together, despite the fact that the only girl Saeran could have met despite never leaving the house is, in fact, you

  • when they finally figure it out by some miracle – said miracle being you coming to visit and both of them swooning so obviously the other actually noticed for once – things turn very awkward very fast

  • their relationship isn’t yet recovered enough so that the two can simply move past it, resulting in a mixture of avoiding one another and having passive aggressive fights about it

  • Saeyoung takes the whole thing a little harder, seeing as he’s the one who’d always looked out for Saeran only to now be the cause of his pain

  • Saeran on the other hand feels once more betrayed by his brother, wondering just how much more the world wanted to take from him just when he thought he had nothing more to lose

  • without talking about the topic, the Choi twins somehow settle on a sort of truce where neither of them pursues you until you show interest in either of them on your own

  • and it works for the better part of it, since neither of them has to give you up and they don’t have any reason to fight anymore, gradually moving past the issue

  • that is until Saeyoung opens his eyes for once, actually listening

  • he catches glimpses of Saeran working on a flower to breed it into a certain colour, because you when he asked you which flower was your favourite, you couldn’t decide between two so he made it his mission to create the perfect one just for you

  • or the way his brothers face lights up whenever you enter the chatroom, watching Saeran blush down at his phone while secretly reading along to what looked like the most mundane of conversations but seemed to make Saeran so excited to be part of

  • or just the way he talked about and acted around you, gravitating to you like he couldn’t help himself, playing with your hair and listening to your every word while at the same time opening up about himself, something he hadn’t done with anyone so far

  • it was then that Saeyoung realized that no matter how much he might have loved you, Saeran simply needed you more

  • “Hey Saeren.”
  • “Yes?”
  • “Go ask her out on a date.”
  • “What? But I thought…you liked her too?”
  • “I thought so too, but I was wrong. Every time she comes around you look at her like you’d drink her bathing water. If that’s love, I want nothing to do with it.”
  • “Are you sure?!”
  • “Yes, 100% sure. I was in love with the idea of being in love and she was a convenient choice, nothing more. Go for it, brother.”
  • “Thank you.”

  • A short while later Saeran actually musters up the courage to ask you out and your friendship turns into a relationship
  • sometimes it’s hard for Saeyoung to watch the two of you, cuddling up on the couch or giggling over shared ice cream, but then he sees the way his brother looks at you and he knows he made the right choice
  • it’s a couple of months later that you seek Saeyoung out while Saeran isn’t around

  • “So, why did you do it?”
  • “What?”
  • “Not ask me out. Let Saeran do it instead.”
  • “What do you mean?”
  • “I know the two of you both love me…”

  • you’re probably the only person Saeyoung ever heard saying a sentence like that and not sound arrogant but apologetic

  • “It’s true, I’m in love with you there is no denying it, but I love my brother more.”

  • and that was probably the most honest thing Saeyoung had ever said in his entire life

  • you’d kissed his cheek then, a gentle smile curling around your lips

  • “Thank you.”

  • the two words were simple, but Saeyoung knew the many meanings behind them

  • thank you for taking that hard decision from me
  • thank you for letting me go
  • thank you for not pressuring me
  • thank you for being such an amazing brother to Saeran
  • thank for making the right choice

  • Well how do I know if I’ve been cursed?
    • Honestly, you probably haven’t been cursed. Coincidences do happen. But in this situation, the placebo effect is very much real - if you think you’ve been cursed, you’re bound to think every negative thing that happens to you is the result of such.
    • You can use divination to see if you’ve been cursed, or do this to find out.
  • I’m hearing weird noises at night and I’m convinced it’s a malefic spirit (or something similar)! What do I do?
    • A banishing spell.

now that she’s confirmed her own ethnicity as white, so many people are now saying that it doesn’t matter if floriana is white, that it doesn’t matter if she’s playing maggie. it does matter. the same way we deserve queer representation, we deserve latinx representation. maggie was coded as latinx from the beginning, so many of us latinxs were excited about her because we thought we would be able to have some positive representation and have a character we could identify with, that would represent our intersecting identities. (x)

maggie specifically referred to herself as non-white on the show (i don’t know why they scrapped her calling herself a latina, whether it was because they knew about floriana or it was just a change i can’t speculate) - the supergirl staff did that on purpose. her narrative relies on this in part, because she’s meant to be a non white, non straight woman that grew up as a marginalized person and as a result can identify with these aliens. her identity as a marginalized queer woman of color was meant to be central to maggie’s character. you have to see that and accept that fact. that maggie is now either a white character, or she is a latinx being played by a white woman. either way, it isn’t fair to queer latinas that wanted to see themselves and identify with a character, that were promised something and now have to either ignore their hurt to fit in with the fandom or be told by white fans that they don’t matter, that they should just be grateful for queer representation.

you don’t get to tell queer people of color, queer latinxs, that our hurt doesn’t matter. it does matter, our representation matters, and we can’t just ignore this history of white people taking the roles of people of color.

hey can i ask where the /greatest love story ever told/ ft destiel comes from? just curious b/c i see it everywhere today :D

Well, if you go to Google and you type ‘the greatest love story ever told’, the first result goes to Urban Dictionary, and it’s about Destiel:

Aside from the description being hella fabulous, it is sort of neat that if someone were to ever randomly Google ‘the greatest love story ever told’, the first thing they’ll be pointed to is in fact Destiel.

So I guess that it’s kind of a thing in the fandom now, especially on September 18th. :p

#1 Tip for AP Classes

So, I see a lot of people – not just here, but in my classes – that are pushing themselves to memorize tons of terms and then become frustrated that they aren’t getting the results they want. And, I think this idea that you need to memorize entire textbooks worth of terms to do well in AP classes is totally inaccurate.
The absolute most important thing you can do is: make connections. AP exams have been reconfigured to see how students can make connections between topics and draw conclusions based on information – not just spout facts. For instance, the AP Biology exam used to ask relatively simple identification questions such as, “Which organelle is responsible for cellular respiration?” The reconfigured exam would instead have a question such as, “Christae are folds found within mitochondria in eukaryotic cells. How do christae provide an advantage in the processes undergone in mitochondria?” (please bear with me I came up with that off the top of my head). Or, in APUSH, there is less focus on the actual battles of the Civil War and a greater emphasis on the Antebellum Period that led up to the conflict.
My point is, the key to success in AP classes (in my opinion), is to not focus just on memorizing facts, but understanding big ideas and trends, and THEN having facts/details to support those ideas.

Paul I will literally pay you to try, cause the fact that you think a lackluster Fashionista with a short man complex can actually win in a fight against a trained marine twice their size is hilarious and I would very much like to see the results, you poor delusional bastard

You shook your head, “No. I can’t…”

“Y/N, this is the only way we’re going catch him.” Barry spoke into your ear piece.

“You want me to jump off a building!” You hissed putting you hand to the earpiece, “To catch a bad guy that can throw astral orbs at things and make them disintegrate on contact!”

“Well…yeah…when you put it like that it sounds bad…” Barry’s voice held a hint of amusement.

“Barry this isn’t funny!” You looked down the edge of the building again, “You know I’m not good with my ability yet…what if I fall?”

“You won’t fall.”

“What if I die?”

“You won’t die!”

“If I die, I’m going to kill you.” You heard him laugh finally, “I can’t be in the afterlife alone.”

“Y/N, you are not going to die…you’re are not going to fall. You’re going fly down the building distract him so I can zoom in and cuff him with repressors.” He explained, “And per your request…”

“Whew!” You looked behind yourself seeing Cisco emerging from the roof access door, “That’s…a lot of stairs.”

“Cisco?” You made a face, “What…are you…”

“Barry said you weren’t sure of yourself still.” Cisco smiled, “Despite the fact that you’ve passed all the test and shown amazing results…I have brought reassurance.”

You watched him pull some climbing equipment out of a bag and smiled, “…thanks Barr…”

“Of course…Sorry I didn’t have him there sooner. I’ll give you the go ahead once he’s there.” Barry spoke quietly.

“Alright…Hey Barry…”

“I love you.” You smiled as Cisco walked over with gear.

“I love you too, Y/N.” Your heart fluttered as the com went silent.

“You two make me sick…” Cisco told you as you strapped on the gear.

You smirked a little, “That was our plan all along. Be so cute, people throw up.”

“You both succeed very well.”  He clipped the rope to you.

You patted his shoulder as he went to go tie everything off. You looked  back over edge feeling your stomach twist into knots.

You could fly. You could fly distances… up, down, left and right…but you weren’t sure about free falling into it.

“Hey.” You looked over at Cisco walking over, “You’re gonna be fine, you’re gonna be great.”

“Thanks Cisco.” You nodded as the com chirp alive.

“He’s taking the bait, you ready?” Barry asked in his very down to business voice.

“Roger that.” You told him flexing your hands taking in a deep breath readying yourself for the plunge.

“Do your thing babe.” You smirked at his choice of words. It was something he only said to you when he had something great planned for later.

You launched yourself off the building feeling the air rush past you. You loved the feeling of flying. The weightlessness of it all. It felt free.

Your power kicked in right away and you floated down to the floor the meta was on. You stopped outside the window watching the man hold his hand up to a safe slowly disintegrating the door away. You pounded out the window getting him to stop.

He starred at you eyes getting wide his hand raising up as an orb began to form. You swallowed, “Uh…I got his attention…”

He launched the orb at the window making it shatter outward sending you back. You let out a scream as you flipped around losing control. You swung back as you ability kicked out. You felt the harness press hard against your hips as you fell into it.

You grunted in pain as you hit the side of the building a floor lower then you were supposed to be. You could hear crunching of glass  above you. You struggled to find a foot to push off if needed.

Finally Barry’s masked face popped over the edge and you relaxed, “How’s it hangin?”

You rolled your eyes, “Barry…”

He laughed a little, “Sorry couldn’t resist.”

“Please get me up, you know I can’t do this without a good push off.” Your foot slipped again on the glass.

“Well actually since you are just hangin around down there I have a question.” He squatted looking down at you with that awful wonderful smile of his.

“Barry, come on…” You whined.

“I know that this is probably a bad time, but will you marry me?” He watched you as you stopped trying to gain footing and look up at him, “Y/N?”

“Barry Allen…” You stared at him, “Pull me up right now.”

He swallowed nodding as he pulled on the rope. When you were close he grabbed your arms helping you over the edge, “Y/N, I just…I…we…”

He stopped when you slugged him hard in the shoulder. He made a face holding it when you grabbed his face kissing him, “Yes…”

He blinked a few times, “Yes?”

You smiled, “Not exactly how I wanted to be asked, but…it’s you…so yes.”

“Yes…” he grinned pulling you into an embrace before kissing you again.

You giggled when he parted from you, “I love you Barry Allen, but you…need to get that guy in a cell.”

He looked over to the guy passed out on the floor, “I…yeah…Meet you at the Lab?”

“Of course.” You winked at him as he whizzed off in a blur. “Y/N Allen…wife of the Flash…it’s got a nice ring to it…”

Werewolf Boyfriend (Jack) 3

Another commissionf or @ladyccr and a continuation for her werewolf boy, Jack as well as for Big Billy and the citizens of Hearthway Hollow. Part one and part two are up and ready for reading.

You had always been afraid that your father was going to be something of a hindrance in your love life. He was a prominent member of the community, not to mention one of Prince Adam’s most trusted council. You were also your father’s only child, which always presented some issues for you even as a child.

While your father was a beloved member of the town, he had a reputation. He was mean and harsh. He had been a feral werewolf when he had first wandered into the town. He had come because of your mother. Your mother was a young doctor at the time and was often driving between her school and the town for training. Your father caught whiff of her, and like most werewolves, it was love. Now, being a feral werewolf he didn’t know about the courtship rituals your town held. He came into town, intent on taking your mother into the woods and fucking her until the sun came up. Instead, Prince Adam’s grandmother, Eva, was waiting on him. She saw potential in your father. He’s always been a big, hulking presence. In fact, your mother described him as terrifying when she first met him. But because he had chosen her as his mate, she agreed to help Eva rehabilitate him.

How do you phone reverse?

It’s easy-
First you want to google the number using quotations as in “444-44-4444” - That will allow searches of all the variations of that number.
The searches should provide you with all the results were the number appears or is registered .
Spokeo is a golden mine. The service costs 0.99 the search or 7$ the month - it will allow you to reverse any number and find the name, address, criminal charges, property records ect.
The free option of Spokeo only gives you the carrier it is registered to, and the location of the user (which is sometimes all you need to back up someone’s story)
But if you want to go free - They are far better options
- White Pages : my favorite - it is a people and public record search. It allows a phone reverse search or simply a name search. It provides you with name , criminal records (as little as traffic ticket), employers, education, address (city-state), and relatives (if registered)
- Anywho: another alternative to White Pages with weekly updated database - same information provided. offers similar services
- Spydialer: one of my personal favorites. It allows reverse with cellphone names and even emails (you can use that option to see which other site the emails was linked with and find linkedin facebook ect) - Spydialer will also provide available pictures (another fact-check) : it does not always come up with accurate results and in that case it will provide general location - call complaints and phone service.
While it works better with landlines than cells - it offers : name, location of number registration, email and owner’s address.

If none of these work - Social media is your best bet
- Facebook: simply type the number in the facebook search bar. If it associated to an account, the latter will pop up regardless of privacy settings or friends status (you don’t need to send them a friend request to view the profile to which the number is linked to)

Hope this helps.
If you have any other questions please feel free to ask me !

Pluto in Fire signs
The generations of Pluto in Fire signs (Aries, Leo and Sagittarius) want change and they want it now. They are rebellious and they own it. What we see with these generations is that they tend to be reckless and act on impulse. They are fighters and they fight for change and also aren’t afraid to express themselves. These generations transform in the blink of an eye and they are in-your-face about it. Self-expression is everything to them.

Pluto in Earth signs
The generations of Pluto in Earth signs (Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn) have shown that change takes time and getting results takes dedication and hard-work. They are much more patient fighters and they usually fight for a better way of life. Finances could be important to these generations and they prefer to live in a world that’s secure. These generations transform in a slow but steady way, but you see lasting results.

Pluto in Air signs
The generations of Pluto in Air signs (Gemini, Libra and Aquarius) have shown that it is ok to express yourself in many different ways imaginable. These generations aren’t necessarily concerned much with themselves, but with others instead. You really don’t know what to expect with them, but it’s obvious that they just want the best for others. These generations can find that they transform in unique ways that are definitely unheard of. They tend to have a shocking factor through their accomplishments. One thing is certain about them and that’s the fact that they change society as a whole.

Pluto in Water signs
The generations of Pluto in Water signs (Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces) have shown that transformation isn’t something strictly superficial, it is deeper than that. They have had one of the most powerful impacts on the world as a whole. They not necessarily focus on their society, but focus on transformation and change universally. They dig deep and uncover any nasty truths that have an impact on everyones lives. Transformation, to them, is something emotional and life-changing.

Hey, @therealjacksepticeye

My name is Katie and I’m the lead developer of a fan game called The BOSS that came out last month. I call it a Jacksepticeye fan game but, to me, it’s a lot more than that. To me, The BOSS is about the community.

The BOSS is about @celestialsushi, who originally wanted to only do facesets for one character but who ended up composing music, doing multiple facesets, designing sprites, mapping entire areas, and performing as a voice actress for the game. All because she experienced how amazing your community was and wanted to participate in something just for them.

The BOSS is about our lead artist, formerly known as absolutely-not-a-murderer here, who wanted to work on a fan game so much that she volunteered her time to this one and created probably over a hundred assets that were used in the game.

The BOSS is about our composer, @mercurytuba, who did an incredible job emulating game music from games we parodied and for coming up with themes for the characters that appear in it. He created a full soundtrack that, at times, moved people in the community to tears.

The BOSS is about the many artists who responded to my calls for help throughout the game’s creation and devoted so much time working together to create assets for the game, even last minute ones just because you expressed that you liked a certain character and we had some funny ideas for writing them.

The BOSS is about my best friend since 2001, Amy, who watched your entire charity livestream last year, all 8 hours, so she could be sure to help me write for you as accurately as possible. For the hours she spent paying attention to your sayings and mannerisms so that we could make it feel like playing as you.

The BOSS is about our biggest fan and cheerleader, @whatsthepointofthisbloganyway, who playtested the demo and, throughout the game’s development, encouraged us as we made it, even though we wouldn’t tell her anything. It’s about the fact that we became good friends just because of this game and, by extension, because of your channel. About the fact that she’s now joined our team as a result and we couldn’t be happier to have her.

The BOSS is about the 694 followers on our tumblr page, many of whom sent us messages about how much the game meant to them and how much they loved it and wanted to see you play it. It’s about how they’re all waiting to see their names in the Special Thanks section of the credits, so they can have even the smallest shoutout in one of your videos.

And I guess The BOSS is about me, in a lot of ways, and how I was inspired by your Fear of Failing One Year Later video because it reminded me of my own failures in life. It’s about all the times you talked about all the messages you got from people who were depressed and how I wanted to reach them through making a game for you. About the six to eight hour days I’d pour into making this game and how it helped me realize that game making is my passion and got me back into college after not having been in six years, finally knowing what I want to do with my life after having no idea for years.

The BOSS is more than just a fan game. It’s a love letter to your community. It’s an example of 48 people at their best and most creative. It’s a game that meant a lot to your community because we did our best to make it for them more than we made it for you.

And it’s currently got just under a thousand downloads. Which means so many people we had wanted to reach still haven’t seen the game, don’t even know it exists. And it also doesn’t run on Macs, which means a lot of people who do know about it can’t play it.

It’s not just about one fan who sat down and made a little game. It’s about the high standards we applied to it and how much we worked to make sure it would be the best game possible. How much it means to us to be able to reach so many people and how much we hope that our company, Sarcastic Pasta Games, can create more games in the future.

This game truly was a community project and it would mean so much to us if you would play it on the channel. I know we’re a small group but we think the messages in it will reach a lot of people and help us all think about our circumstances a little bit differently.

It’s unlikely that you’ll see this, since you’re tagged in so many things, but I felt like writing it anyway because this game doesn’t just mean a lot to me, it means a lot to many people who have already played it. This isn’t about giving a small group of fans a shoutout, it’s about giving your community something that our small group made so that they can feel as special and valued as they make us feel, as you make us feel.

It would mean so much to so many people to see this game on your channel, Jack. :)

Ways To Know If Your Sigil Is Charged

There are a couple ways in which a practitioner could check if a Sigil was charged. This would allow the practitioner to know if the sigil can be triggered, activated, or that they have efficiently charged it. The following lists are things you can do in order to check for charges in sigils.

Deduction Method:

This would be like doing a charging method and then just knowing, because you did the charging method it is now charged. This method of checking primarily relies on philosophical deduction to base whether, or not the sigil has been charged. Either the sigil is charged, or not. A charging method was done on the sigil. Therefore the sigil is charged.

Pragmatism, and Induction Method:

In this method you check to see if the sigil is charged by activating it, and seeing if it works. If it works then it was charged. Then you can use simple philosophical induction in order to repeat the results in other forms of sigils. Due to the fact that if it worked in the past it will probably work in the future. This has charged sigils in the past. I have done the same to this sigil. Therefore the sigil is charged.

Consciousness Method:

After you do a charging method to a Sigil, the sigil will be implanted in your conscienceness, and will be heading back into your sub conscience, so that it can be ready to be activated. You will be able to feel that your consciousness is focused upon the sigil, and is ready to be activated. This will probably be a very subtle feeling that you will have in your mind that is there, but is not very noticeable. This feeling will tell you that this sigil is charged at least in your consciousness, or subconsciousness.

Divination Method:

You can use any form of divination method in order to ask a yes, or no question in order to check if the sigil is charged. This would be things like drawing a tarot card or rune for it, and asking the question is the sigil charge. You could also take a pendulum, or dowsing rods, and put it over the sigil in order to get a yes or no answer on if it is charged.

Energetic Feeling Method:

You can pass your hand over the sigil in order to feel if there is energy inside it. In order to do this you will need to understand a little bit on how to feel energy probably from previous experiences of energy work. You will feel more intense energy when you get near the sigil, because it is being stored there.

Spiritual Sight Method:

Sigils are charged objects, so you will also be able to see the energy being emitted from the sigil if you have your third eye open. This will usually be perceived much like an aura, and will look like TV static, colorfully light, or heat rising off concrete. You will probably have to of had some third eye experience before seeing it this way.

Spirit work method

Just because you can’t feel the charge doesn’t mean you can’t ask another entity if it is charged or not. This spiritual entity will be a lot more adept at feeling spiritual energy than you and will be able to tell you if it is charged, or not. Then this insight that they provide you with will hopefully be the answer to your question.

Soulmate Seokmin

Part of the Seventeen Soulmate Series

You love your soulmate with your whole entire heart and you haven’t even met him yet; you’ve only felt the imprints of his soul. But you know it would be impossible not to love someone with this much warmth and affection in his life.

And somehow, he belongs with you. In some impossible blessing of the universe, you know your positive, beautiful soulmate will come to you one day. Because the soulmate connection never fails.

The connection itself is a strange thing. Every person in the world views their surroundings in black and white, devoid of any color other than those which match the current mood of their soulmate.

When the soulmate is sad, certain blues pop suddenly into focus - cold and gloomy shades. When calm, the scale of tips closer to teal. When happy, only the brightest warm yellows will burst into color. When passionate, a specific kind of red might be drawn out, and when angry, the red is different still. Sometimes, multiple colors come through at once, and at other times, its just the one. Of course, the whole phenomenon is hard to define; human emotions have always been complex and difficult to pin down.

It can take a while for people to learn the intricacies of the colors as well, but somehow time gives clarity, and as you grow up, you learn almost instinctively what it means when you can see a certain shade.

Wet Dreams and Stuttered Confessions

Pairing: Taehyung x Reader

Rating: M

Genre: Smut, Fluff, Angst??? (Briefly)

TW: Underage sex, cursing

A/N: I have no idea, honestly. I just was playing a door game and this is the first scenario I got??? I’m going to make more based on the door games I play, so watch out. (P.S. this is my first smut fic ever please don’t bash me for being bad at this)

It was no secret to anyone that you and Taehyung were best friends.

In fact, if someone didn’t notice how close you and the boxy-smiled boy were, they were literally seen as the most unintelligent and oblivious people in the world. Mostly due to the fact that you and Tae were basically attached at the hip, always joking around and play fighting and bickering and just acting like toddlers around each other.

If there was a day you didn’t see him, there were approximately four-quadrillion messages, three missed calls, and seven voicemails (you don’t even know how he manages that, but-) left on your phone by the time you go to bed.

And this phone-splosion is what you’ve been experiencing for the past week or so.

Hi! Great blog, your thoughts are on point and I love the gifs you use! :) I think of Oikawa as a contradiction, the clever airhead. We've been exposed to so many aspects of his character (through himself but also his best friend, fellow 3rd years, teammates, nephew, all the ladies, and the quality rivals be it Ushijima or Kageyama). An amazing setter but his reckless training and jealous attitude give him extra depth. If you could, I'd love to see your list of Oikawa's Top 5 character traits :)

Hi! Thank you so much for the ask, and sorry it’s taken me a while to answer this. I really loved reading how you saw Oikawa’s character portrayal - I think in terms of Oikawa and his personality traits, it’s quite tough to decide when he is such a multifaceted character. But without further ado:

5. The fact that he still came to watch the shiratorizawa vs karasuno match despite his self-proclaimed ‘hatred’ of both teams

In all honesty, he just really cares about volleyball and I think deep down he was rooting for kageyama and hinata despite being all tsuntsun about it (also megane oikawa)

4. His amazing leadership as captain of the aobajousai

Not only does everyone in the team look up to him during the matches, they also place their complete trust and faith in him. He knows when to be serious and when to be an utter troll (esp with iwachan :P)

but I really respect how he can go from above to below; what a legend.

3. Despite being two years older, the fact that he is such a child with kageyama and hinata XD

2. The fact that he is so hardworking and willing to push himself to improve so much even though he is already an amazing player

Despite his aloof demeanor that he likes to put up in front of people, he’s actually extremely serious when it comes to volleyball, and I think that’s what makes him such a brilliant player. This scene was one of my favourites of Oikawa because we see that moment when all his years of practicing and volleyball instinct that he’s built up as a result, allow him to make that perfect toss to his ace.
