immun coeli

i’ve always seen the IC/MC as a root that gestates into greatness. like we are nurtured, filled with the memories and dreams of ancestors, given comfort and encouraged to blossom into the midheaven flower…we integrate what we need so we can shine. we need to be psychologically nourished, prepared, and loved to achieve to our potential. the 10th house is also a parent, the dominant parent. for some this is the father, for others the mother, and for some one parent plays both roles. it’s the saturn figure that pushes us to put ourselves out there in the world and make something of ourselves. the 4th house is the moon mother that pulls up our blankets and softens our days. i think we ascend upward, from the IC to the MC, midheaven dreams are that we dream from the very beginning, our purest aspiration. even when we achieve the success of 10th house flashing lights we still long to return to the safety of the 4th house. i think something like uranus contacting the 4th can signify a need to rebel against the parents or upbringing, or even pluto where there may be a need to refresh anew, away from it all

The Four Angular Houses

the ascending sign is the entry portal to incarnation, and the entire natal chart/blueprint is filtered through this astrological point. the eastern position sign leads by the position of the four angular houses. having the correct time on the natal chart is most important for ensuring the ascending sign is placed in the right sign and degree. the moment of first breath is when the natal chart is bought to life by position of the sign rising on the horizon. it is the frequency we will resonate with.

1st house (ascending): my immediate environmental responses
4th house (immun coeli): where i came from
7th house (descendent): who i attract
10th house (midheaven): who i want to be

there is a kind of mirror, a projection, of these four angular houses in the personality expression, its almost like a gleam, a lamination. i think the angular houses work like sub layers, an energy field in front of us, and not so much generated from within like the planets.

the ascending sign can express most purely through our self presentation. you may fantasize about behaving more like your midheaven sign. the IC is the psychological taproot of the personality that represents the most primal conditioning. we often subconsciously attract people of the descending sign, someone with leo rising will have aquarius on the descendant and attract an abundance aquarian/uranus people to expose the shadows in the psyche.

cardinal (aries, cancer, libra, capricorn) angular houses: self starting, life is full of motion and movement, protective and focused, disciplined and ambitious, socially conscious

fixed (taurus, leo, scorpio, aquarius) angular houses: proud and forceful self expression, individual, in control and determined, weathered and compulsive. can be pedantic. self ruling, directs life on own terms and time

mutable (gemini, virgo, sagittarius, pisces) angular houses: chameleon and intellectual, changeable self expression and ambition, requires constant motion, unstable

From the Immun Coeli everything blooms and creates the new universe, the entrenched roots of belonging and the voices of ancestors entangle in the dreams of the Midheaven and weave the vine to the highest point in the sky. Here the first melody of the cosmic dance resonates in divine harmony throughout the universe; and in moonstruck shadow the deepest part of ourselves, the tending mother,
the garden from that we grow

The Fourth House - Amniotic Waters

When we think about the fourth house we can associate this with the waters of the womb, the amniotic fluid. This is the pool of life we spring from in the mother’s nurturing body and the umbilical cord that connects us to our heritage and internal source of nourishment. Like the fourth house, it is our haven of security, warmth, comfort, and unconditional love, and associates with maternal Cancer as its ruling energy source. Everything that we are, and will be, erupts from the fourth house sanctuary. This is our family, our psychological roots, our offspring, the music of our soul, and the place we can relax our defenses and relish amongst comfort. In the fourth house we are encouraged to grow spiritually and understand who we are on a divine, connective level. The third house grants us the ability to think, the fourth house gives us the capacity to feel and contemplate the ancestral heritage that flows through our bloodstream. This extends to unconscious inherited habits and the unfulfilled dreams of our parents that require conscious expansion. The sense of comfort and safety we feel as we crawl into our mother’s lap and retreat away under the protection of her arms is the base of the external structures we attempt to create in the fourth house as we search for a home and a place of belonging that revives those feelings.

From the Immun Coeli everything blooms and creates the new universe, the entrenched roots of belonging and the voices of ancestors entangle in the dreams of the Midheaven and weave the vine to the highest point in the sky. Here the first melody of the cosmic dance resonates in divine harmony throughout the universe; and in moonstruck shadow the deepest part of ourselves, the tending mother, the garden from that we grow

The womb is our first home, and we spend our fourth house lives searching for that place that reminds us of where we come from. It symbolizes our first experience as incarnated beings, and the experiences that shape our psyche and needs, the watery residue we can never escape, regardless of if these were good or bad. The patterns we express as adults reflect the experience of the fourth house in our formative years. The fourth house is the special place within us that is home, circulated by the blood, whispers of ancestors, love and spirit of those before us. In a lot of ways, we can relate the fourth house to the moment of first breath, when the snapshot of the heavens and cosmic constellations imprint in our bodies and tattoo the astrological chart on our psyche.

redux-me  asked:

How influential to our personality is our rising/ascendant sign? Is it deeper than first impressions and our work life?

the ascending sign is our experience of individual awareness….just knowing that “I” exists… … it is a key in human interraction, its an angular house, i believe there is a kind of mirror, a projection, of these four angular houses in the personality expression, its almost like a gleam, a lamination. i think the angular houses work like sub layers, an energy field in front of us, and not so much generated from within like the planets…the ascending sign can express most purely through our presentation. some people’s rising signs are so evident in their features, like taurus or libra on the ascendent with venus there has a demure beauty etc;

the ascending is the portal of entry to incarnation and the entire natal chart/blueprint is filtered through this part, splayed by the position of the four angular houses (1st house (ascending) 4th house (immun coeli): where i came from , 7th house (descendent): who i love 10th house (midheaven): who i want to be), its on the horizon, so its what we look to emanate, a horizon zoom. planets in the first house are very telling. mars in the 1st is so cool, im hanging out with one now, shes a black belt at tae kwon do with this energizing flair.

Sorry if you have already answered this but I was just wondering if you could tell me what the houses mean in astrology and how to find out what your own are/where they sit/what they mean etc. I'm confused 😩😩😩 I love your writings btw, thank you xxxxx

Thank you for your compliment, you are sweet <3
chart reading took me a few years to figure out. really i am still learning after all this time

Birth chart calculators always generate something a little bit different.
The symbols on the outside of the wheel, represent the planetary positions.

☉ Sun
☽ ☾ Moon
☿ Mercury
♀ Venus
♂ Mars
♃ Jupiter
♄ Saturn
♅ Uranus
♆ Neptune
Pluto

The two grey symbols denote The Nodes and asteroids, they are additions and things you can get into and learn after you have figured out the rest of the chart, if you want.

In the first division of the wheel there are 12 houses. The houses are the most interesting part of astrology to me. These represent the 12 houses of astrology. They are the fields of experience and the themes in which we experience the qualities of the signs and planets through. The ascendent (AC) signifies the first house cusp and the seventh the descendent. The four angular houses symbolize the cycle:
1st house (ascending): who i am, 4th house (immun coeli): where I came from, 7th house (descendent): who I attract, 10th house (midheaven): who i want to be. These will be the same modality (Cardinal/Fixed/Mutable). And they correlate with the twelve zodiac signs in the middle of the wheel. Like in this chart the Sun is pointing to the 3rd House on the outer wheel and Gemini in the middle wheel. Sun in Gemini in the 3rd House.

First House: Self expression, life force, identity
Second House: Ownership, resources, comfort
Third House: Communication, media, perception
Fourth House: Inner world, ancestry, belonging
Fifth House: Creativity, Play, Children
Sixth House: Service, disseminating of ego, health
Seventh House: Relating, marriage, partnership
Eighth House: Transformation, afterlife, spirit
Ninth House: Meaning, Quest, Travel
Tenth House: Public image, dreams, success
Eleventh House: Unity, friendship, politics
Twelfth House: Solitude, infinity, collective unconscious

The inner wheel lines represent the aspect or relationship between the planets. A blue line is fluid and a red line is tension. You can measure these. 120 degrees apart and they are a trine, 60 degrees apart is a sextile, 90 degrees is a square, 180 degrees apart is an opposition and 0-10 degrees is a conjunct. In this chart the Sun and the Moon make an opposition. This is a birth chart for beginners. More advanced astrologers find this hard to read. For beginners it is easy because you can click on the placments

Everything Cancer-Capricorn experience in life has been imagined into existence. Cancer is womb (mother), and Capricorn implants the seed (Father). The tenth house is the doctor who delivers the new life. Capricorn is the tangible eyepiece that Cancer can live his fantasy life through. Capricorn understands Saturn’s timing and blooms in season. Cancer opens up Capricorn and builds them a home. This is the garden of moon milk, colourful roots of the immune coeli, sparkling rainbow illumination of the midheaven and blossoming Earth flowers in spritzing Water lavender. ~~

The symbols on the outside of the wheel, represent the planetary positions. I’m using this one and recommending it for BEGINNERS because it is interactive. You can click on the planets and the house, sign, and aspect will show. More experienced astrologers find this chart to be hard to read and full of clutter. You can graduate ;)
