So I just wanted to add a little advice for people that are wanting a fun activity to burn fat, create muscle, and enjoy doing it. Roller Blading! Me and my boyfriend used to go 2 times every week for like 3 months. We stopped for a little bit and got into it again a while back as something to do as a double date thing. And I looked up the health benefits of it and there is a lot! And its more prone to joint injuries than running and other sports cause. I just figured it would be an easier and fun way for people to exercise more. :)
