Hi. Im sorry, I have no one else to talk to. Recently I got a habit of writing a bullet journal and writing down my thoughts, but today, my depression is slightly kicking in (mostly because of bad weather) and I wrote down some stuff, drew some stuff, and now I can't even look at it, its all black and awful. I hate when this happens. Do you have any advice on how to relax and get in a better mood?
have you tried covering up your bujo entry with something that makes you happy? like a photograph, maybe? or a pic of some artwork you like? or a stub from a movie you recently saw and liked? anything you want - it’ll cover up the entry you dislike, and might make you feel a bit better since it’s literally erasing your negative thoughts as if they never existed. as for relaxing and getting in a better mood, i am all about self care! do a face mask, exfoliate, drink some tea, journal and watch your fave tv show or dance around to your fave music, or just do whatever it is that you love. it rly helps me to feel better, and i hope it helps you too! 💕 sending good vibes ur way!!
