idk i just really like this scene

highlights of the film, then I’m done

  1. The Hug. the one where eggsy stood on his tiptoes. That Hug.
  2. Eggsy. just. taron looked Very good in every scene in this film, boy goddamn.
  3. every scene with Elton john
  4. the fact that the robot dogs were named Bennie and Jet
  5. really really fucking incredible fight scenes. they used their CGI powers for good, not for evil
  6. like: eggsy jumping thru an electrified death lasso? incredible
  7. and: the first car chase was also a game-changer
  8. how to feel about the semi-gay bros?? idk man idk
  9. ENTERTAINING, NOT TOO MUCH OR TOO LITTLE PLOT, VERY FUNNY, NICE TO LOOK AT, ENOUGH EMOTIONS AND NEW CHARACTERS TO MAKE U CARE ABOUT THIS EVEN THO ITS A SEQUEL, GOOD MR. VAUGHN

Watching Transparent with mom is 1)very awkward because of all the sex talk but 2) i think is really helping her empathize with trans stuff? like. now that a lot of the ppl i grew up with are getting older and realizing who they are she’s having to understand it better. and we just saw the scene about using the women’s restroom and i think like….i think mom gets it now. why its scary. to be out.

the walking dead meme — scenes [ 2 / 8 ] — (episode one, chapter ten: later that night)

“This man found me and took care of me, we met up with other survivors and we all tried to make it… but it didn’t work.”

“This (scene) was something- we all felt it, we all looked back and everyone was like, you can’t put your finger on it, you know that it’s good but there’s something that’s missing. We took a break and we came back and it’s really something that she (Ashley) did in the scene that completely changed it. It was something improvised, it’s when she says “Everyone has left me, everyone- fucking except for you”. She pushes Joel, it’s the first time she’s gotten physical with him and on the surface it looks like this petulant child but at the same time you see strength […]” - Troy Baker

Neil stopped when Andrew told him to. It wasn’t much, but it was more than enough.

okay but what if the pictures in the dark room were all of tyler’s possible targets. it’s clear that toward the end of the series Tyler is being pushed toward violence and anger. On top of bullying the came along with clay’s picture he is also being pushed around by Monty. this could possibly be why alex’s picture is torn down because we see him in the ambulance before it is confirmed who it is. that’s why the head wound left alex alive but in critical condition, because he didn’t do it himself. the odds of someone surviving a self-inflicted gunshot to the head are usually unlikely. plus after we see the ambulance we see tyler stashing away his guns probably after fleeing his crime scene as he has gotten good at stalking. he is probably planning on targeting the school and everyone mentioned on the tapes. BUT LIKE THATS JUST MY THEORY IDK I JUST KINDA HOPE THERES A SECOND SEASON. I LIKE THE SHOW AS A STAND ALONE AND THOUGH ITS VERY CLOSE TO THE BOOK AND I LIKE WHEN THINGS STAY ACCURATE ID REALLY LIKE A CONTINUATION

its interesting watching Wonder Woman reviews on youtube

every male reviewer I’ve watched has been like “yeah its a solid film. didn’t do anything spectacular.”

whereas every girl has been raving about it. it’s just interesting cause like…one dude was talking about how he didn’t really feel anything during the No Man’s Land scene and it just struck me bc like…obviously he didn’t feel shit because he’s seen something like it done a thousand times with male superheroes.

like its bizarre cause i was nearly in tears during that scene, watching the soldiers get a burst of courage and follow a powerful, strong WOMAN into battle. she inspired them. that shit has pretty much NEVER been done in film before and as a woman, I thought it was breathtaking and refreshing 2 see.

so yeah. idk if that made any sense i just thought it was interesting.

Tododeku:

Lately, I have been re-reading Bnha and I found this scene quiet hilarious;

Because, as you can see, Todoroki is standing beside Kirishima at that moment, relatively “far” from Midoriya or, at least, it would be difficult for Izuku to get where Todoroki is standing because of Iida between them and the fact that the space is as narrow as it is.

And in this panel we see again that is not “error” from Horikoshi but in fact Kirishima is proper to Shouto than Deku is. But…

What we see later on, however, is that Midoriya is the one standing on top of Todoroki!

I just laughed so hard at realising this litle thing…. Because I can picture the scene totally going like:

Todoroki: “I choose Midoriya”

Iida: “B-but… Kirishima is just next to you-”

Todoroki: “I want Mirdoriya”

Deku: “-sighs- Fine. Iida-kun, please, move aside.”

Iida: “HOW!?”

Or something like that idk lmao

This is something I haven´t seen people talking about but perhaps I’m wrong, excuse me if that’s the case, t’s only that I want to talk about it because I found it really funny xd

Okay so was I watching Order of the Phoenix again last night and idk why but I started paying a lot of attention to Draco, especially on the scene on Umbridge’s office after Fred and George explode the fireworks

Here he is all happy like “hehe Harry’s getting screwed”, as usual, but THEN

Umbridge slaps Harry and he’s like WHAT THE FUCK-

And then he has this look on his face like “wow I was just in for some light bullying but what the hell is this you old frog” (while the other slytherins in the room don’t even flinch or give a fuck about anything really)

And then right after that, they are interrupted by Snape and Draco goes back to smiling like “oh…yeah…I’m supposed to be finding this super fun”

Now, leaving all my drarry shipping aside, it’s just really freaking brilliant the way Tom Felton portrayed Draco, and I feel like he understands the character so deeply. He portrays all of these mixed, confused emotions Draco feels, and how his image in front of others is important for him, how despite looking confident and cool inside he’s just utterly scared. Even when the scene isn’t about him he’s giving all this out. I love Tom and this saga so much.

call me cynical but i think this scene in secret life of pets is the epitome of western culture towards animals. the movie is essentially a celebration of animals we like, then in the same film we have a scene that comedically glorifies meat as if it also isn’t from an animal, just one we dont think is ‘as cute’

im not a vegan or vegetarian, but i just think this scene really shows how shallow illumination movies are and how optimum viewing is when you have half your brain shut off from any critical thought.

What really got me about this scene was the fact that Scott and Stiles were the only ones who got that extra special meaning to this part.

Scott wrote A.A. to represent Allison, his first love. And Stiles saw the D.H. that symbolized Derek, made him smile, revealed that he did indeed miss Derek.

Now, based off of canon, it would have only made sense for Scott to get this meaningful addition to his part in this scene since Allison was canonically his girlfriend and anchor so his actions were only natural. And if not just Scott alone, it should’ve been the entire pack or at least Scott, Lydia and Stiles who got something else in this part.

Yet, only Stiles and Scott were singled out. They were the only ones who felt something that ran deeper than writing their initials as a reminder that they were there in BHHS.

Scott, as stated before, put Allison’s initials which was a clear message that he never forgot about her, that she was still there with him, at least in his mind.

Stiles saw the D.H. and smiled at the thought of Derek, at the remembrance of him.

It really makes me wonder just how important Derek really is to Stiles. Like, does Derek mean as much to him or almost as much to him as Allison means to Scott?

This scene was able to broadcast a lot about the developed relationship between Stiles and Derek, but maybe there’s a possibility that there was a hint or deeper meaning that wasn’t noticed.
