-6 cups of sugar -Zest of 6 lemons -4 cups fresh squeezed lemon juice -2 cups water -2 cups of lavender
In large pot bring sugar, zest, juice, and water to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, add herbs, and let the syrup infuse for at least 15 minutes. Strain through a sieve, pressing as much of the syrup out before discarding the lavender. Save syrup, add to water with ice and lemon slices.
