i like some of the same music she does

Holy crap fusions can fuse the weapons as well! That makes sense. I’m in love with the design of her bow.

I forgot to mention but i love this freaking music. It’s absolutely fantastic. I think the fusion dance music had Pearl and Amethyst’s themes as well, that was a really great detail, Opal’s theme is also excellent. The music composers are really talented people.

I also like how they didn’t just put Amethyst and Pearl’s voice recordings over each other and got a whole new VA for Opal.

Opal is officially fighting Garnet for most badass character.

Also… now that i am putting these two together, they have lots of similarities. Garnet has two gems as well, they’re from the same color scheme, she has incredible strength and fast reflexes, and so does Opal, Garnet has three eyes, Opal has four arms. That might be some typical crazy theory, but what if Garnet is a fusion as well? That would explain most of the things around her, including her having more abilities than the other gems, her extra eye, super strength, two gems, etc. But i might be just overlooking at things, it’s pretty hard to tell whether that’s true or not right now as we’ve just been introduced to the concept of fusion.

HZD characters + music
  • Aloy: Some sort of easy listening. 90s-early 2000s punk/rock. Listens only when she's trying to relax. Needs something interesting/with substance, and not too jumpy. Some Coldplay.
  • Rost: Acoustics. Neil Young, probably.
  • Helis: Mr. "I hate fun, pleasure is weakness" probably does not even like music. If he did, it would probably be a lot of instrumental work or ambient noise. Anything that's good background noise while he focuses on something else.
  • Sylens: Probably in the same boat as Helis.
  • Nil: Nirvana tbh. Anything grungy and just a bit heavy.
  • Vanasha: Pop rock princess, this one. Something fun, but with a punch. Think P!nk and Marina and the Diamonds(Bubblegum Bitch, anyone?). Jazz, if she's in a more mellow mood.
  • Janeva: Traditional musics from basically anywhere. Anything with a good rhythm that can be used for either relaxing or background noise. (secretly bopping in the next room when Vanasha blasts her music)
  • Petra: Rock and some metal(probably not screamo or anything of the like. Needs to be somewhat tasteful).
  • Erend: Rock. Would probably listen to just about anything Petra plays, but complains(loudly) if it gets too heavy(esp. if he's been drinking). (also secretly dancing in another room when Vanasha blasts her music(especially if he's been drinking))
  • Avad: Chill music. Traditional work and maybe a bit of trance, depending on his mood.

Not tagging this time, suck it.

so I saw batb last night (spoilers)

my thoughts:

  • the costuming and music and everything is FANTASTIC and everything I’d want from a
  • they had more time to work with, so they added some backstory for people, some of which was necessary (beast’s backstory) and some of it I thought was kind of superfluous (maurice’s backstory)
  • lefou actually had, like, character development??? which I appreciated and does tone down my criticism a tad, since now he’s more of an antivillain than a straight-up minion (though it’s still a joke and an afterthought)
  • emma watson can sing, like, she didn’t seem autotuned, she just doesn’t have the same sound as all the other characters (they have audra mcdonald in there! audra motherfucking mcdonald!)
  • lots of references in there to the broadway musical, I was pleased
  • I loved the beast’s new song, wasn’t so sure about the other two. they weren’t bad, just not as cool as the beast’s song.
  • they really took the time to flesh out everyone’s relationships, which I really liked. like, beast is also a bookworm now, instead of illiterate like in the cartoon, which means that they’re bonding over a common interest like normal people instead of her just seeing his kind side. and they really show you how much of a dickhole he was before his transformation (which, btw, he was an adult), to really drive the point home.
  • @zrayak thinks it’s probably better in 3D because of some of the shots (like in “Be Our Guest”) so I’m thinking we should go again for the 3D
  • I was still surprised at the ending. even though I knew what was going to happen, they still managed to surprise me. like, props for that.

Why does it seems like most of the country songs I hear is a man talking about a breakup or something. Like all I’m hearing out of most these songs is:
🎤she’s with a better man than I could ever be and I’m so salty about it and will punch my steering wheel in my ford F-250 cause I’m too manly to cry"🎤 type deal.
Like, can’t you sing about something relevant like milking your cows or something? She’s was probably better without you anyways.

anonymous asked:

who kisses more roughly: Zoro..he likes to do everything rough anyway *winkwink*
who is more dominate: This is a tough one.JK.It is Nami.
my rating of the ship from 1-10: 4.. and this is because I haven’t even seen them interacting in a positive way for so long, although I support all OP ships and if two SH decided to be together I wouldn’t even be mad no matter who they are

By accident, my sister came across these Doctor Who Series 9 videos by TheUnknownTechnician: some of the most extremely sad moments without the music. This means you hear every movement made. You’ll hear every breath, gasp, sigh, and any other emotional sound at maximum volume. This is like standing in the same room and witnessing the powerful acting between Peter and Jenna. The first one I watched is from Face the Raven when Clara discovers she’s going to die, and she does her final farewell speech to the Doctor. Listening to Peter’s panic breaths and Jenna’s rapid gasps was so difficult to sit through. :(

So let’s play some more! :D Here are other videos in chronological order:

This is a story about how one Country now Pop super star taylorswift  inspired a small town country girl aka me! We all know the stories about how caring and unselfish Taylor is when it comes everyone she comes in-contact with. She probably has one of the biggest hearts on the plant! I wanted to take the time to write a little thank you to Taylor / encouraging message to everyone and hopeful inspire some of you the way Taylor has inspired me through out my life! okay here we go!

Growing up I was always an outcast and being close to the same age as Taylor her music always seemed to hit home with me. I feel in love with her music at an early age and never looked back. After following Taylor through all the media outlets I got to see just how much she loved people and how much she does for others. I thought man if I was famous I could do so much for people just like Taylor. Then it hit me, I don’t have to be famous to be kind and do nice things for other people.

Flash forward to college. My friend Emily one day asked me to go along with her to volunteer at the local food pantry near our school. I was so inspired by the people there and their willingness to give so much of their time for others they barely even knew. I went back to my dorm that night and started reading some articles on  Taylor and how she donated money to the Nashville Symphony and helped raise money for Prince William and Kate’s Winter Whites Gala. Let’s just say I was inspired in a huge way. The next day I approached our athletic director and he challenged me to go big. Before I knew it I was sitting in my door room writing out bylaws with a group of my teammates who were also inspired by my story. That day Bears in the Community was born (our now student lead athletic group). The first year we ended up with over 1,000 community service hours. Keep in mind I went to a small private college and the whole athletic department maybe had 250 students. Also this was achieved in just one semester! The next year we had 5,314 hours and last year we had 7,300 hours! It blows my mind every time I look at those numbers, because I know how many lives have been changed for the better and the people whom we have touched with just by simply giving time out of our day. I had no clue when I started this journey that it would grow and move on such large proportions.

I have so many stories I could tell but I wanted to keep this as short as I can. One of my favorite projects I started with BEARS is stockings for the local food pantry. Emily my best friend came up with the idea (she is also coming with me to my show in Atlanta). We set up collections boxes around the school to collect items such as toy, candy, hygiene products, etc. The 1st year we had close to 25 stockings, the 2nd year 50, and the 3rd year 85. We handed the Stockings out at the food pantry and they all went to families in need. I had several people crying on my shoulder saying thank you, because they had no clue what they were going to get their children for Christmas. There is one little boy that sticks with me the most. I went into the room to hand him his stocking and there was just so much joy in his eyes. I was sitting their watching him take the items out of the stocking and he got so excited over guess what… A TOOTH BRUSH! He did not have one at home and started brushing his teeth right there in the office. I lost it!

I wanted to write this and share a little about my life and who I am.  I also wanted to say two things! THANK YOU TO TAYLOR SWIFT, BECAUSE IF IT WASN’T FOR HER BEING A CONSTANT ENCOURAGEMENT IN MY LIFE I DON’T KNOW IF I WOULD HAVE EVER HAD THE COURAGE TO START SOMETHING LIKE THIS. I also wanted to Challenge everyone on here that if you have an idea or dream to always follow it! You will never know what may come if it. I mean look at Taylor, she knew she wanted to become an artist and even though she was turned down by record labels she never gave up on she dreams.

Thank you for taking the time to read this! Also I apologize for any spelling mistakes or grammatical errors. It’s past 1 a.m. but It was something that I just need to write and get out!

“No matter what happens in life, be kind to people. Being good to people is a wonderful legacy to leave behind.” -Taylor Swift
