i'm-score

  • Jeongyeon: So how did it go driving Chaeyoung to karaoke yesterday?
  • Nayeon: It went ok, she made a couple of comments about me going around corners too fast
  • Jeongyeon: She does that to me as well
  • Nayeon: Actually you're worse than her. She only made like two comments and you make at least five anytime I drive you anywhere. And she also apologised so she's doing way better than you
  • Jeongyeon: You're keeping score?
  • Nayeon: Of course I'm keeping score! I'm a petty bitch!
AP Testing
  • Good luck on your AP tests everyone! You've gotten this far, now you just have to pass the test. Please get a good night's rest and relax. I love you all, and no matter what you score I'm so proud of you.
  • Chas: Wow. Someone was famished.
  • Liv: Yeah, you'd be famished an' all if you spent a month at my mum's.
  • Chas: Eh?
  • Liv: She had nowt in. If I wasn't shopping, I was cleaning. And if I wasn't cleaning, I was listening to her droning on.
  • Chas: It must have been nice to see her, though.
  • Liv: No, just felt like her carer.
  • Robert: You sure you don't want anything?
  • Aaron: No, I'm not hungry.
  • Chas: Look, if you are obsessing about what Faith said, then don't. She's wrong.
  • Aaron: She sounded pretty bang on to me.
  • Chas: But if she's that clever, how come she ended up sleeping in a barn?
  • Aaron: Mum, with my record, they're gonna throw the book at me.
  • Liv: You can't just give up.
  • Aaron: I'm not giving up, Liv. I'm just accepting the inevitable.
  • Liv: Same thing, innit?
  • Chas: Will you stop talking like that?
  • Aaron: What? She needs to get her head round it. (Liv leaves)
  • Chas: Are you not going after her?
  • Aaron: And say what? I'm not lying to her, am I? We all know the score, I'm going down.

Today, Yuuri and Victor are finally competing against each other. Long-awaited GPF has finally arrived. Once he opens his eyes, however, Yuuri immediately realizes that something has went completely wrong.

He couldn’t even stand right at first. His whole body was burning like hell and his throat too sore to speak, but he tries his best to act normal all through the day and half-avoids him. Making Victor worried was the last thing he wished to do and on top of that, he didn’t ever want to impinge on his comeback stage he worked so hard for. The pain gets worse and worse, but he could do this. He had to and he wanted to. Victor’s performance was right after his.

Yuuri luckily succeeds at hiding himself. He even manages to complete his program without fail–stiffer than usual, cold perspiration staining all over his face but still as perfect- and he could see a genuine smile has finally gathered up in Victor’s mouth as he reaches his final pose. It was then, however, Yuuri feels like his body is shattering down into pieces. He grits his teeth hard and smiles back. He is surprised, again, by just how much he loves Victor.

He waves to the audience all the same as usual and glides back to his coach, who has to prepare himself right away and cannot stay with him much longer. He is rather thankful. As their eyes meet, he smiles once more. He does so as brightly as possible before Victor could say anything and he burns away his last strength to drag himself towards the bench. Pichit is there in an instant, already sensing something and gasps when Yuuri’s knees go out in his arms.

Pichit,” he squeezes out the words before his best friend could shout out for help, “wait. Please, until Victor is done.”

He hates to, but he does. He holds Yuuri tightly by his side and stays on the bench, way longer than necessary, ignoring all the looks and all the questions. There’s still a soft smile hanging on his pale lips. Victor’s music starts ringing across the ice.

Few minutes later, thunderous applause once again falls onto the ice. People begin to cheer, but some of them suddenly gasp. Few people are already shouting, Yuuri long unconscious in his friend’s arms. It was then when he sees the Russian skater’s face. Pichit suddenly wants to burst out crying.

Hiiiiiiiiiiiii!!! I'm not familiar with scoring yet so I have no idea but was the emergency 3A of baby Yuzu scored high? I saw a post comparing Boyang's (if that was Boyang, I forgot) combo with Yuzu's and Shoma's 3A. I assume Yuzu's 3A is always scored high...? Thanks!

It might have been Han Yan (Boyang doesn’t have the best axel let’s say xD) and I’ve seen that post too I think.

Yuzuru’s 3A is the best in the field (honestly, the best I’ve ever seen in general) so, yes, it’s usually a jump that deserves very high goe (even all +3). That emergency 3A received +2.43 goe, which isn’t a low goe, don’t get me wrong, but wasn’t scored as high as it should have. The US judge gave it 0, and another +1, which is way too low (and honestly, ridiculous).

Doing a 3A at the end of the program and right after an ina bauer was extremely difficult, yet it was an amazing jump. So impressive.
