i'm feeling low this evening

Come on, Rebecca, let’s go.

  • things i've considered in picking my name: does it sound nice, does it flow well with my surname and potential middle names, do the initials look okay, does it connect in any way to my birth name, can i see myself being called it on a regular basis, do i like its meaning(s), does it relate back to my family history and origin in any way, what history/pop culture connections does it have, do i know anyone else with the name, is it too common or too rare, can it be explained away in situations where i'm not ready to come out to everyone i'm with, is it easily misspelled/mispronounced, does it adequately reflect my gender identity in its entirety
  • things my parents considered in picking my birth name: is it pretty
  • Jon: You don't really believe all that stuff do you?
  • Arya: Definitely Jon! We are linked with our wolves! It's so much more than a human/animal bond - It runs deep. I mean, since getting Nymeria back I can sense when she wants to hunt and feel the need to let off a bit of steam myself. Whenever I'm feeling low, she mopes about with me before I even realise how sad I am, and when I'm hungry she acts like she could devour a whole stag herself! She likes who I like, she growls at people I hate...
  • Jon: I dunno...I guess it's similar with me and Gho-
  • Sansa *shouting from her chambers*: JOOOOON!!!! GHOST IS HUMPING MY LEG AGAIN!!!!

The night was windless, the snow drifting straight down out of a cold black sky, yet the leaves of the heart tree were rustling his name. “Theon,” they seemed to whisper, “Theon.”

The old gods, he thought. They know me. They know my name. I was Theon of House Greyjoy. I was a ward of Eddard Stark, a friend and brother to his children. “Please.” He fell to his knees. “A sword, that’s all I ask. Let me die as Theon, not as Reek.” Tears trickled down his cheeks, impossibly warm. “I was ironborn. A son … a son of Pyke, of the islands.”

thank you so much, anon. ily 💛

It’s just my luck that I had to sit through a 5 hour dinner, with Stephen talking shit the whole night, right after he fucked me over with that concert thing. I know he was trying to pretend that everything is okay between us, or maybe he doesn’t even know how hurt I am because of him, but I couldn’t even stand to look at him by the end of the night, and we took the same car home. He stood there while I jumped in the front seat and idk, tried to tell me goodnight and give me a hug or something, and I didn’t even glance his way. I don’t know if I’ll be able to forgive him this time, or trust him the way I did before, especially if he doesn’t go the extra mile to show me that this friendship does mean something to him. I’m so tired of trying and feeling unappreciated. I don’t deserve to feel this way.

My friends always ask me why I refer to Ed as Ed & not Ed Sheeran. Well, I tell them it’s because screaming out the full name in bed would be a mouthful. So I’m just getting in some practice trials.

This might sound stupid because I don't know you but you seriously brighten my day so much. You can always make me smile or laugh even when I'm feeling really low. I bet you make a lot of people in your life very happy. I hope you have an amazing day because you certainly deserve it. PS: You and your boyfriend are super adorable together.

Aw thank you!!! That’s the kind of energy I try to give off so I’m glad I could make you happy 😁

(PS thank you so much 😙)

Hi! I need advice with supplements. I'm trying to lose fat and I'm on a low carb diet but I've been feeling kinda tired lately even though I rest two days a week. What would help me with that?

That’s totally normal, carbs are the nutrients that gives you the energy.

Why you’re feeling tired? Because you’re exercising and you don’t provide enough carbohydrates to let your body perform your workout properly.

If you’re doing any kind of sports, you need carbs. Leave the low-carbs diets to people who don’t exercise.
