Leaving WWE was possibly the hardest, most heartbreaking decision you had ever made; leaving the career you had built from nothing and the many amazing friendships you had created, behind damn near killed you. But you knew that family came first - it always did, and after you received possibly the worst news a person could hear, you knew you had to go back home and you also knew that it meant having to ask for what pretty much would be a release from the company you’d basically sold your soul to get into. But with out a doubt the hardest part of leaving WWE was leaving your - little more than best friend… Baron Corbin.

You and Baron were never anything exclusive but you were a little more than friends; maybe more like friends with benefits and although you had feelings for him that ran way deeper than that, you would never admit it; almost positive that he didn’t feel the same. After all he was the one that always got up and left you alone in a cold empty bed, yet you were drawn to him; in more way than one. You were physically attracted to him, yet you were endeared by his personality and despite your bedroom arrangement he really was your best friend. You could trust him with anything, but the fact you never told him when or why you were leaving is what made leaving him behind along with WWE so hard and ever since you had left the thought of how he must have felt some sort of betrayal niggled at the back of your mind.

But now you were back after having some grieving time and some well deserved time with your family; you were stronger than ever. The saying what doesn’t kill you makes you makes you stronger really was true; the second you stepped back into the performance centre you quite literally felt invincible mentally and physically. You knew you were ready to return, it was now just a matter of were you ready to face the man you secretly loved, after such an abrupt ending to the special friendship you had over a year ago.
