i fucking cried today talking to my mom about legends of tomorrow. they just treat mick like shit and, not only do i relate to him super hard , but it’s awful to re watch the first season and compare how they treat him then. its awful because THERE IS NO EXPLANATION.
from one episode to the next he becomes the entire teams punching bag. they ignore the fact that his best and ONLY friend dies, forget that he was tortured and brainwashed for decades, and i think most hurtful of all, treat him like a useless idiot.
i’m not saying he’s a genius, but he can re build his heat gun if he needed to, i cant do that shit, nate, amaya, sara, rip, jax, and probably stein couldnt do that shit. in the flash, he “learn his gun inside and out” and proceeds to repair it. not to mention the wealth of knowledge he has of time travel and timeships, thanks to the timemasters. every time he’s paired up with someone, they complain. But about what?!?! time and time again he proves he’s helpful, but whatever look at the idiot cant remember words LOLOLOLOLOLOLLLL
i just dont understand how making fun of someone mentally ill is supposed to be funny. AND him forgetting words for simple shit does not make me laugh. im fucking worried about a fictional character who is either showing signs of brain damage (going completely unnoticed by that clusterfuck of a crew) or is drunk as shit alllll the time. (also unnoticed, or more likely they just dont give a shit.)
like i get that its just shitty writing, but i still feel so much for this guy, his partner dies and everyone just fucking turns on him. he stays with the team because he has no one else. and that really fucking hurts.

So here are a few, hope you enjoy them. ♡

Since he has something like, 20 lines less than your average marriage candidate, and if I have to see “I’m growing attached to Marnie’s chickens” or “Of course I’m heading to the Saloon tonight, what else is there to do?” again, I’m literally gonna punch myself in the face.
I’ve already opened up the dialogue file in Notepad++ and found a “how to code dialogue in SV” page, and plan to put in:
1. Seasonal dialogue (”I’m glad it’s Spring. The chickens can finally go outside again without turning into frozen nuggets on us./Buh, it’s so cold. Probably wasn’t my best idea to throw on shorts today.”
2. Slight dialogue tweaks (Any “shane-isms” are kept intact, ie “gotta keep the old bag empty for the festival tomorrow” but I’m definitely changing, “Sorry if I came across as rude” to “Sorry that I was rude.”
3. More heart-level-triggered dialogue (Want him to acknowledge that you’re dating and not have the same line about chickens every damned day? Me too, fam.)
4. I would like to have specific day dialogue that can only be triggered by a certain heart-level, but I don’t know how to do that yet. Any tips on how to code that would be great.
If any of you have any tips on coding or have suggestions on what to have him say, feel free to send them to me!
Back to September I was a mess. My heart was broken, not by any guy, but by a company and my best friend. It felt like they teamed up behind my back and its similar to cheating in a relationship. I cried, I tried to go out, I bought as many books as I can, I was running from the pain. I did not want to see tomorrow, I did not care about anything, I hate my life and my stupidity. Even when other friend offered another job, I dont want to go because I hated everything. No new comic idea came to me, it sucked.
But then I decided I should just play this game if Im gonna waste my life anyway. I never played game online, but the fandom got me curious.
It was a great decision. It might sound foolish, but this game really saved me.
I actually expect tomorrow, what will they do? Whose call will I receive? What will they chat about? The curiousity got the best of me, as I am always the type of people that chased after excitement feelings. And then my passion actually come back by this game, I can get up and draw something again. The inspiration is a life saver, I was motivated. I accepted my friend’s help and went to work, my life still sucked, but at least I can move on slowly. I actually want to know what tomorrow will bring.
So thank you @cheritzteam, you did a great job in this game and it somehow encouraged me! I sincerely wish you a great X-mas with many joys and happiness!
Hey there, cherubs!
♡ As most of you know, 2016 was a very hard year for me; I was diagnosed with aggressive cancer and for that reason, all my plans and dreams had to be put on hold. But tomorrow, I have the scan which will tell me if I am in remission or not - and I am ready to get back on track and chase my dreams. Like many of you, I have some big plans and I wanted to hare my tips for making the best of it all and also achieving what you wish to achieve. ♡
SET CLEAR GOALS (AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE)
Goals are important and help us work hard, so it’s important to have something to work towards.
However, it’s okay to not know exactly what you want to do!
“I want to be happy and have a job I love” is just as good as “I want to be a linguist who went to this university and…” You know what I mean?
Goals help us keep moving forward. Even if you only have short-term goals, that’s better than having no goals at all!
BE PREPARED TO WORK HARD
Dreams don’t come without effort. There’s no two ways about this!
Motivate yourself by looking at your goals and get your head down.
But remember, its okay to take breaks and relax - You need to find a balance that keeps you focused, but also keeps you healthy and happy.
BE POSITIVE. (NO NEGATIVITY ALLOWED!)
Okay, I’m kidding. We all have times when we’re feeling low and that’s okay! Don’t feel guilty just for feeling down. It happens!
However, your self doubt needs to go out the window as much as possible. Sometimes you have to look at yourself and make the conscious effort to smile and think, “I am worth all of this and I will go far”
You’re the only you there is, and you should strive to be the best version of yourself you can be. Self love and healing doesn’t happen overnight; it’s a slow process but when you find yourself and love yourself, your dreams become that little bit easier to catch. You are the key to achieving your dreams.
Look around and let yourself be inspired. Find quotes you love - people you admire - let the world inspire you. It really is an amazing place!
My favourite quote is “Blessed are the curious, for they shall have adventures”. Find a quote you love and stick it above your desk!
SHARE WHAT YOU HAVE
Make people smile. Give to the homeless. Tell people how pretty they’re looking today. Compliment strangers. Offer support.
Life is about giving and sharing this love and kindness.
It will help you move forwards in life - believe me. You will meet amazing people through simple acts of kindness.
FAILURE OR SETBACKS ARE NOT THE END OF THE WORLD
You will get there.
If you aren’t doing as well as you’d hoped, do not beat yourself up.
Work hard, push yourself, and live happily. Don’t let the world change your smile, but let your smile change the world.
Don’t give up! (Unless you want to.)
It’s okay to give up and to change your path. But don’t let anyone dictate it; Only do what you want to do. If you feel this isn’t the right direction for you, then take another path. You have years to find your path.
DREAM BIG. BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE. NEVER GIVE UP.
I want you all to know, as well, that I support you all - You’re always free to come talk to me if you’re in need of a morale boost! I’ll do the best I can!
I am flying tomorrow to England and will be there for 2 weeks as part of my vacation! will do lots of sketching for sure with my best bro @hkigeki ,but not sure about posting abilities from there…wish me luck, air travel makes me nervous.
Mamo: It’s embarrassiiiiiing… Aaah… Will I be okay with this plan? Aaaaaah! *laughs* Do your best Mamo! From Rei-san, the words I’d like Mamota Claus to say: “It’s cold outside, isn’t it? Shall we hold hands?”. It goes like this. *laughs*
