A Babysitting Love Affair | Zach Dempsey x Reader

Genre: Romance, Fluff
POV: Reader’s/First Person

A/N: This was requested by anon! I hope you guys will like this as much as my first one. I kind of ramble on but please bear with me lol.
Request: could i request a zach dempsey x reader where the reader is babysitting zach’s sister, and zach haven’t met the babysitter yet and one day he goes home early and falls in love with her?

—–

“I’ll be there tomorrow morning Mrs. Dempsey.”

“Alright love, thank you so much!”

I smile as I close the door after Zach’s mom who asked me to babysit Zach’s little sister, May. She mentioned that she will have to go to Chicago for the weekend to take care of something and I was assigned to be May’s companion overnight since her brother is an extremely busy guy. The Dempseys are a close family friend, too bad I’m not really that close with Zach or May. It’s probably because we go to different high schools and it doesn’t really help that I can be anti-social at times. I know nothing about them, and they know nothing about me in return so it’s all good.

—–

The next morning

“I’ll be leaving now or else I’ll miss my flight! Thank you so much again Y/N for babysitting. I’ll see you girls tomorrow morning alright? Feel at home love, my number’s on the fridge if you need me and I left money for any emergency. Zach won’t be here until dinner tonight. He has basketball practice.” Mrs. Dempsey says as she bids goodbye to Zach’s little sister and I.

“Got it Mrs. Dempsey! We’ll see you tomorrow.” I finally say with a smile.

“Bye mom! I’ll be good, I promise!” May puts her right thumb out to her mom and waves goodbye.

“So, what do you want to do today, May?” I ask her as we’re left alone inside the house.

“Hmm, I don’t really have anything in mind. Oh wait I know! Let’s style each other’s hair.” She suggests with a gleam in her eyes; she looked so excited.

“Sure kiddo.” I reply with a smile and we proceed to the living room to watch TV. May got all of her hair accessories from her room for us to use. She decided that it’d be fun to start with my hair first and put them in pigtails and so she did. She chose these pink puffy hair bands to tie my hair. May had long, black and shiny hair which reminded me of Katniss Everdeen so naturally, I chose to put her hair in a fish tail braid.

“Wow Y/N, you’re really good at this!” she beams after her make over.

“Why thank you, Miss Everdeen.” I reply with a bow and she giggles in response.

A couple of hours later and it was almost lunch time. May wanted to order pizza and so we did. She didn’t like vegetables so we opted for a classic cheese pizza instead. A few minutes later and the doorbell rang, I ran to the door to open it, with the money in my left hand.

“Thank you so–” I begin to greet the pizza man but a ginormous, muscular guy hovered above me instead.

Hi love! What would you say the top ten sterek fics you've ever read are?

This was REALLY HARD. Mainly bc it’s hard to choose only 10. Because I’m leaving off some great fics (which is why there are more than 10 on here :3)! And some I get mixed up bc I read them so long ago and near each other. (You can always browse my fave fic list here) But I’ve narrowed it to this list. These are the fics that really left impressions on me. They’re all amazing and deserve to be read and loved!!! So…have a TOP 27 FAVE STEREK FICS list :DDDD

1. Cry Havoc by ladyblahblah

In Beacon Hills, the two-year war that’s been raging between werewolves and hunters has begun spilling over onto the civilian population. Meanwhile, in Boston, when the tattoo on Stiles Stilinski’s back is damaged on a late-night hunt he begins to have dreams that lead him across the country, drawn by an inexplicable conviction that he’s needed there. When he discovers that Derek Hale began the war after his mate was killed, Stiles finds himself being offered a strange deal: figure out how to bring the alpha’s mate back, and peace talks can begin.

2. Where the Inevitable Isn’t by Survivah

Stiles has a magical thingamajig that’s supposed to get him out of danger. Trouble is, it took him really, really far out of danger. Like, to the point where he isn’t in the same universe anymore.

“A part of Stiles had been thinking that he’d come home, and just go, ‘hey, Derek, are we mates and you just haven’t said anything about it?’ and Derek would reply, ‘now you mention it, we are indeed! Now come to my bedchamber, where we will have super hot sex and then cuddle after!’”

3. Pack Up; Don’t Stray by the_deep_magic

AU – Werewolves are an enslaved underclass, collared and tagged by human masters. Detective Stilinski’s on duty the night they bring in an untagged stray.

4. Our Memories Are Numbered by rufflefeather

Stiles’ Jeep grinds to a halt, he sees someone running through the rain, he’s not expecting it to be Derek. He’s not expecting a Derek without any memories either, or an Alpha pack that’s coming for all of them. He probably should’ve, because lately nothing goes the way he expects.

5. Ad Astra Per Tentaculum by morganoconner

Space contains a multitude of different species, and Derek has seen and helped a lot of them in his time taking down branches of the slave-trade organization. But this is the first time he’s seen an Aloshrivnik. It’s not the tentacles that draw him in; it’s the goddamn eyes that stare at him without backing down.

“Stiles,” it says to him. “My name is Stiles.”

6. Part of My Melody by hayesgeneration

Derek is a professional classical musician who has found himself lost without a muse, without goal and without even a hint of spark. He’s almost settled nearly contently (if not slightly unwillingly) on having to live his life as a recluse, when his sister finally grows tired of his antics, giving him a Christmas ultimatum.

7. Littlest Alpha by triedunture

Derek and Stiles have taken out the Alpha Pack and pretty much saved the world. Okay, the town. Okay, their remaining friends. But the Alphas left something behind: a baby. And this baby is an Alpha too. Derek is determined to take care of the abandoned child, and Stiles is stuck going along for the ride.

But Stiles doesn’t expect the ride to include seeing another side of Derek, or to find another way to say “family.”

8. Holding Your Own Weight by zjofierose

Stiles Stilinski is the best trapeze artist west of the Mississippi, but that doesn’t do him much good without a catcher. Enter one quiet roughneck who calls himself Derek and knows maybe a little too much about circus arts for someone who was hired to schlep tents. But Derek has his secrets, and so does the new girl, Allison. Who’s being hunted and who’s being haunted, and will Stiles ever be able to convince Derek to help him fly again?

Google made me proud today.

A little while ago, I was on a mission to show a friend of mine the best doggo in the world, Chica. I began to type ‘mark fischbach chica’ and as Google tried to read my mind, as it always does, I froze and tears welled in my eyes.

‘mark fischbach changing the world’ now at this moment I was mid sentence on Skype so my friend started to panic slightly because of my sudden pause. When I finally found my voice again I explained what had caught me off guard. To which my friend replied, “Why did that hit you so hard? The guy does charity work right?”

Years of watching Mark, all the skits, all the let’s plays, all the goofy stuff that falls in the mix as well, even if I didn’t necessarily like the video or find it particularly funny I always watched from beginning to end to show my support for his channel. Not because I was staring at his face [though he his a looker], not because of being his biggest fan [though I’m probably up there], not even just to have background noise [I like to actually watch the videos]. I would watch them in their entirety because maybe the money made from that time watching that particular video would enable him to do his next big event that would save people’s live by giving them the hope they had lost, fund another charity so its research could go on and maybe even find a cure, all of that and more.

Today I watched his PAX East panel, not in person sadly but live on twitch. At the end when it appeared he was going to break down and cry [all while I’m pointing and screaming at my TV for him not to cry over and over again because though I know he’s crying because his heart is full of joy and pride, it makes me tear up too, dang you Mark] His ending remarks both filled me with happiness and sadness.

Mind you now in the Skype call, showing pictures of Chica has fallen to the back burner [sorry Chica-bica] and I had began rambling about all the different charities Mark has helped raise awareness and money for, how his channel has become this massive community full of love and kindness and were only able to what it is today because no matter what video you click on of Marks, be it his oldest videos or one he posted a few hours ago, behind those dick jokes, infectious laugh, screams, two-finger defense strategies, and everything else; he’s still just a man who wants to change the world.

My exact words before the Skype call was ended with my friend saying I’m gonna go check out this guys videos [got you a new subscriber Mark! Woo!] were, “I froze when I saw that come up on the auto-complete search results because it’s amazing. I froze and damn near started crying my ****in eyes out because this man who one a daily basis calls himself a goof and acts exactly like a goof, is changing the world. Whether it’s meeting a sick child who is a fan of his videos, doing a live stream, going out and meeting his fans and doing skits that include them, answering questions at conventions, or just making people like me be able to smile from the comfort of my home and give me the strength to fight impulses that would be damaging. He preaches over and over again that to him we’re the heroes, hell he put it on the sleeves on his charity shirts, he’s too humble to admit that he is the hero or that he’s made his friends: Bob, Wade, Jack, Ethan, Tyler, etc. heroes as well for pushing for the goals with him and all coming up together with new and amazing ways to both entertain and improve the day to day life of everyone who will watch and listen.”

I sat here for a few minutes minutes, got my screen cap cut down to size, made sure it wasn’t too illegible. As I began to type my post, my Skype rang, it was my same fiend from before. I imagine the time lapse between end of call to now beginning of new call was maybe a total of two hours give or take.

I answer and all I hear are tears. I am instantly in [who do I need to kill] mode. After they calm down they explain they just searched for emotional play through’s. My mind immediately goes to ‘Presentable Liberty’, ‘That Dragon Cancer’, ‘Anxiety Attack’, among many others I could think of that could be labeled emotional.

After an awkward silence they asked, “What possessed this man, who has known such great tragedy and loss in his life to do everything he does for others.” I smiled, we were on video chat so they saw and then looked at me with confusion. “The answer to that one is easy, I think he’d agree. He’s seen difficulty, just like all of us, and THAT is why he continues to do it. He strives to make the burdens of this world less heavy on our shoulders, he raises money so that the sick can be mended and go home and play with their friends, he makes personal vlogs looking into each and every one of his fan’s eyes, tears brimming with whatever emotion he’s conveying so we all know he is there for us, he is proud of us, and he will never stop working to change the world.”

My friend nodded at me then told me they were gonna go rest on it, maybe watch a few more videos before laying down. I just made a terrible joke about FNAF [I will spare you the joke, trust me, it was bad] then the Skype call ended once more.

Now I’m left here with these thoughts in my head. Earlier I mentioned the PAX East stream, one of the things Mark said before leaving the stage was, “When we’re gone, you’re next.” Now this turned into jokes being made and all that because that’s what Mark and his friends do, they cut up and have a good time. It was the way he said it that stuck with me. Like he’s prepping all of us to take this bright, burning torch when he decides to step away from youtube as a career and that brings him almost to a blubbering mess because of all we’ve shown him we can do so far, I think he believes that whenever that time is. Whether it be a year from now, two years from now, or more; he knows that the community that he never dreamed he would have and be part of will continue to do what we do best, because we learned it from the one and only Markiplier.

Change the world.

Hi hi scenario where jimin is your boss and likes you since you starded working for him. He gets jealous and angry when he sees his worker flirt with you and take his anger at you. (You think he hates you but sometimes he is really nice to you the sweet side him makes you like him) at late night work you two fight it drives you to quit but he doesnt want to let you go and things leds you to sex (kinky, heated and with a lot of dirty talk) later he confesses to you... LOL sorry to detailed

Office Wars:

With an indignant growled your hands balled up at your desk seeing the large file that was just dropped down by your boss’s assistant. You clicked your tongue nodding your head, slowly trying to get your anger down and under your belt. But Jimin always did something that would seem to piss you off whenever you came into work. It made no sense it was like he fucked with you on purpose because he knew that he could get under your skin and cause a reaction out of you.  You pressed your feet into the ground one into the other your hands drumming against your leg as you made your way towards his office. Knocking harshly on the door, listening to his receptionist shout “he’s busy” well too fucking bad! Storming in you saw Jimin there his hands pressed down on the desk in a general meeting. All his fellow company heads sitting down looking at you, and their looks were anything less than intrigued. You had on a simple dress that was skin tight and curved up your body but the ends flared out in a wave motion, the dark soft blue dress bringing out your eyes. Your heels were thigh high boots that you just had to wear on this cold day (and you knew that Jimin would be looking) but seeing him right now you regretted all of it.

“Miss Y/N.” Jimin said sternly after getting over his shock of seeing you and of course you looked breathtaking like always but today you had gone overboard with him always bursting through his doors as if you owned the place, it was time to put you in line.

“I’m.. Sorry I can come back.” You muttered quietly as you tried to back up.

“No. You wanted to come in and interrupt us. Please tell me what was so important that you would interrupt a director board meeting.” The way Jimin said those words made your skin crawl. And looking at him, the black suit and white shirt with a black tie looking good on him. His light brown locks falling into his eyes and a golden earing shined from where he stood. He was so sexy, his thighs looking firm and taut in those slacks. Swallowing you sighed not wanting to do this in front of all his friends, all the fire in your system down and dead now. Hesitantly you opened your mouth holding up your file.

“This is too much work on top of everything else, I can’t finish this tonight.” You were going to keep going but one of the men started laughing, looking up at you he tilted his head.

“Did you really come interrupt the head of your company to tell him you couldn’t do his work? Didn’t know you let your workers run so.. Wild here Jimin.” The male with dark brown hair stated, a goofy deep laugh from his throat as he watched Jimin whose ears flared up.

“Excuse me?” You asked steadying your feet because that was over the line. “Wild?! Did you call me wild?”

“I said all of his employees and I certainly didn’t stutter but it warms my heart to know you can hear. Now if you will excuse us grown men are talking.” He called himself dismissing you, and your eyes opened wide a few dry laughs from your throat as you took a step forward the heat from your anger radiating off your body.

“Grown man?? You sound like a fucking child who just lost minutes at recess. How about you watch your mouth and don’t tell me what to do because you’re not my fucking boss and even if you were which you would never be I would never-“

“Y/N!” Jimin shouted your name harshly. The fire in his eyes told you that it would be in your best interest to keep quiet. “Right now, you are acting like a child and I am very disappointed in you, either do the work or pack up and don’t come back.” Jimin warned causing you to slowly back away from him and storm off in a heat of emotions. And ever since that day a week ago, you had never stepped foot in his office again or even bothered to say shit when you were tired and overworked.

“Don’t feel to stressed Y/N I have to do the same work that you do and I know together we will get through it.” A cute nerdy co-worker told you, his hand on your shoulder as he tried to comfort you and soon he was hugging you close around the waist, his hands tightly gripping onto your hips. Jimin saw all of this and he became more upset at you and the guy touching you, to the point where he had his assistant drop a massive stack of files onto your desk. Seeing the stack, your mind went blank. You couldn’t go into his office and demand he talk it out with you, it would only end in you possibly getting embarrassed by someone again. Sighing softly, you leaned back in your chair waiting for the day to end.

Chuckling lightly with your feet propped on your desk you made sure that you were not doing a fucking thing during work. Playing on your cellphone watching the images pop up on your screen as you dashed the little cookies across the flat surface sighing in contentment. Once the last person from the job packed up their shit and was leaving, you grabbed the files and shut down everything at your desk walking towards Jimin’s office because you knew he stayed late on the weekdays so he could go party on the weekends. Meaning his assistant was gone as well. Hearing slight grunts and groans you pushed open the door of his office seeing Jimin hunched over his paper work, annoyance in his rigid position. He had taken off his suit jacket leaving him in just a white shirt that had the sleeves rolled up to his elbows, his tie loosened a bit, and from what you could see it looked as if he had on gray pants and a belt.

“Unless you’re here to say you have finished my work I told you that you could go home Ms. Jieun.” He called his office assistant name making you smile as you slammed the door and walked up to his desk, slamming the large files on it. Some papers scattered everywhere and Jimin’s facial expression was priceless. Eyes raised behind his clear oval glasses, and mouth hanging open at the fact that the papers were getting disorganized.

“I’m not Jieun, but I am quitting so have a nice night and you know fuck you.” You smiled sweetly turning on your heels walking towards the door.

“Such a spoiled brat.” Jimin spat through clenched teeth, his eyes roaming over your curved figure, eyes going to your ass waiting for you to halt in your tracks and when you did he kept going. “What can’t get your co-worker to drool over you and do your work so now you quit you little baby girl?” He asked in a teasing small voice mocking you. Turning around on your heels you felt your anger rise more with that man.

“Fuck you, besides it’s not my fault he’s a real man.” You tried to hit below the belt.

“Baby anyone can be a real man to a spoiled brat like you. Your problem is you don’t know your place. And you aren’t quitting you’re going to come clean up these fucking papers and finish your work. Either right now or early in the morning.” Jimin stated with a shrug of his shoulders. Feeling extra smart with him, your hands crossed behind your back as you walked forward towards him. Leaning over his desk with a crooked smile you looked him in his eyes.

“Make me.” You said teasingly. In a flash your head was being brought down to the stack of papers on the male’s desk. Jimin smirked getting up as he held you in place walking around you slowly and keeping you there he leaned over you pulling your head back by your hair, his hand going down to slap your ass through your thin tight pink skirt, His hand gripped at the hems pushing it up over your plump ass.

“Gladly.” He stated as he positioned himself behind you, his eyes taking in your body greedily from head to toe.

“Y-you can’t do this!” You shouted to him and he started slapping your ass again causing you to wince and squirm under him.

“Aww does it hurt?” He tsked softly ripping at your panties pulling them from your body. He spread your legs wider looking down at your pussy his hand moving to grip and pull your ass cheek apart from the other groaning as he saw your body exposed to him. “I can do whatever the fuck I want because I’m the boss here and you’re the girl who is going to learn her place, and how to stop walking around acting as if you own the business and not me.”

You were going to retort, but Jimin even pulled away from you loosening his tie and unbuttoning his shirt, if you wanted to leave you would’ve did so then, you didn’t know if he would have caught you or let you go but you choose to stay here and take this from him. And he couldn’t help but feel the pride swell up in his body. Jimin let his shirt hang open, taking off his belt he sat it beside your head pushing your body to rest against the files. “Be a good girl and I won’t have to use that.” He said to you leaning down to lick a stipe up your ass cheek. He reached his hands around your body, gripping at the front of your button up shirt he ripped it open letting the buttons pop from the places that they were intact landing in different areas of his room. He leaned down to lick down your neck slowly burying his face in your neck, he slowly rocked his hips against yours moaning against your skin.

“You don’t know how long, I have waited to feel your body under mine. And I know you do this to me on purpose, swaying your hips and interrupting me because you know I’ll look at this body and want to devour everything including this cute little pussy.” Jimin reached a hand down to slap at your pussy causing your hips to jolt, a groan passing through your lips as he pulled back to look at you. Gripping at his tie he kissed your lips, his mouth moving against yours to distract you as he got the tie around your neck, pulling it back he made your body arch as he got on his knees, he pulled the tie down hard enough to bit into your skin and cut off your breathing slowly. He got between your legs his face pressing against your plump ass cheeks as his tongue made quick work of coating your pussy lips with his spit. He licked up and down slowly playing with your slit until he was pushing his tongue on the inside licking against your clit slowly, moaning at how good you seemed to taste already. He stopped seeing your hands reach for the tie, you were trying to fight it a bit, especially since he was trying to tame you. Jimin with a frown pushed himself back up, grabbing at his belt he grabbed at your hands pressing them against your lower back and tightening his belt around your wrist even looping it in ways you didn’t know possible. He tried again, lifting your body back while each hand held an end of the tie and smiling proudly he went back to his work licking up and down your folds diving his tongue in to tease at your entrance.

“Well look at whose excited.” He snickered at how wet you were, spreading your legs wider, he pushed his tongue inside of your pussy moaning as he thrust it in and out slowly, his tongue swirling and coating your pink insides with his salvia. He moaned as he let his face press against your ass, his tongue pushing as deep as it could, thrusting and twisting so that he could find your spot. He curved it after sometime, not giving you more until he felt a slow push of your hips backwards. Looking up at you and focusing on your body he could see how your head was rolling back your mouth dropping open as strangled cries left your parted lips. He wanted more, curving his tongue and speeding it up making it vibrate on the inside of your pussy. He could feel your essence start to trail down his chin and drop onto his pants but he didn’t care he enjoyed the sound of your wet pussy as he tongue fucked you, how your breast hardened up inside of your black lace bra begging for his attention.

You were embarrassed by the fact that you were turned on already, how it felt to have him pressing his pink muscle inside of your tight pussy. Your hips were too busy following their own accord pushing back against his face, you could feel yourself become a little light headed but it only added to your excitement, your hands clasping together as you tried not to use much strength, his tongue seemed to find your spot giving a particular sharp jerk of your hips. Your body betraying you but your mind reminding you how he was your boss and this was against company policy. Damn that right now, you didn’t care you just wanted Jimin.

“Please.” You choked out hoarsely not entirely sure he heard you but he must have known you wanted something, because soon you were being slammed down on the desk, two of his fingers plunging inside of you as he loosened the tie a little bit looking down at you.

“What was that my good girl?” He teased brushing his fingers against your bundle of nerves, your pussy tightened around his fingers as you let out a cry of pleasure, his eyes searching yours as his long digits pushed and pulled in and out of you.

“Please fuck me!” You cried out, wanting to touch him, your bound hands gripping at the hems of his shirt.

“Hmm, I don’t know you haven’t been a good girl.” Jimin admitted with a frown pulling his fingers back and sucking on them.

“JIMIN PLEASE.” You growled out watching him make lewd sloppy slurping actions as he cleaned off his fingers, his eyes seemed to glow with mischief as the tips of his bangs fell into them.

“Get on your knees and prove you can be a good girl then I will.” He stated. Rolling your eyes, you almost didn’t do it until you saw him move to get his stuff. Scurrying to your feet you moved to get on your knees and you crawled over to him slowly, the carpet biting into your knees, as your boots rolled down your legs. Jimin walked the rest of the way, watching you and petting your head, he moved back to unzip his pants slowly, biting his lips as he undid his button letting his slacks drop and then his boxers. “I’ve waited on your tongue so long. I can’t wait to see those pretty lips stretched around my cock.” Jimin pulled down his boxers, his shaft lightly hitting you in the face. Your mouth watered as you saw the size and you couldn’t lie it made you a bit wetter seeing how big he was. Your tongue darted out after you took a moment to yourself, licking up the bottom of his shaft towards the tip. Jimin groaned lowly already throwing his head back, and despite hating him sometimes him letting you know he did feel you after fighting you so long made you want to do more and please him, your way of apologizing for being the brat that you sometimes were. Your tongue rolled against the tip of his shaft, your teeth nibbling on the mushroom feeling his cock twitch and the precum paint your lips. Licking it up your mouth parted as you sunk your mouth forward onto his shaft. He groaned gripping at the strands of your hair but he let you control it. Your eyes watered slowly as you forced yourself to take all of him in, pulling back to breathe and get your mouth wet you sunk back forward burying him into your wet canvas, your tongue rolling and licking side to side on the underside of his cock. Finding his veins your let your tongue play with them and trace the little paths while your mouth stretched around him, Jimin was a trembling mess trying to not rut his hips forward. But what did it for him, was when you grazed your teeth ever so gently across his shaft. A tremble pulled from his body that became littered with goosebumps. He tightened his grip on your hair, holding your head in place he started to slam his cock into your mouth making sure that he could feel the back of your throat brushing against his tip as he face fucked you. His balls slapped against your chin gathering the spit that formed there and dripped onto the floor, your eyes were becoming blurred with wetness, the outline of him not becoming apparent until you blinked away some of the wetness. Your eyes stare at him wanting to burn the image in your brain of how good he looked with his head down back and stomach tightening those define muscles popping out and the lines of his abs hardening with every clench of his stomach. How he called out your name in a husked voice dripping with lust wasn’t anything less than arousing and your pussy was creating a puddle on the floor itself. You were choking for him, the burn became more as you gagged a bit but willed yourself to hold it down, the sounds only adding to Jimin’s throbbing erection. He felt close, too close. Pulling back from you he slapped your face twice on the left cheek, gripping at your cheeks to squish them together causing you to moan.

“You dirty fucking girl do you see what you do to me? You got to fix this now, I’m too hard. And I’m needy for you. But at least it will be the real thing and not my hand getting me off. “Jimin admitted picking you up by your hair. He moved to quickly push you to the desk on your stomach first. His hands spreading your legs wide.

“A-aren’t you going to move the papers?!” You asked him as he ground his hips against yours his shaft becoming extra coated by your juices as your hips impatiently pushed back against his.

“No.” He said simply looking you in the eyes. “You get to clean it up after I fuck you.” Grinning in victory he slammed himself inside of you, his hands undoing the belt he grabbed at your hips steadying himself to bury himself balls deep inside of your walls. He made sure you took every inch, the warm wet walls causing a loud groan of pleasure to ripple from his parted lips. How his face twisted in pleasure as he slammed into you. Some of the paper files started to slide off the desk, in the manila folder and falling on the floor scattering faintly. Jimin didn’t care it made him fuck you harder to see how many files he could ruin while he ruined you in the process. His hand came up starting to slap at each of your ass cheeks, watching as your hips rolled from the slaps and took him deeper it seemed the slick smooth walls wrapping around him. He gripped your hips tighter, holding onto the skirt so that he could slam into your harder the smacking sound of your hips colliding bouncing off the walls and his hands pulled the fabric up some, watching your ass bounce against his shaft. Jimin grabbed at one of your hands spreading your ass cheeks wide with his free hand he pressed your middle finger against your asshole. “Fuck your pretty little asshole, I can’t double penetrate you properly so I want you to do it for me.” He commanded.

Before you could enter your finger inside of you he brought your hand up to his mouth sucking on two of your fingers coating them with his spit and keeping his eye contact with you before letting them go. Your skin burned slightly from becoming flustered by you found your puckered star pressing your slim middle finger inside of your tight asshole. Groaning slightly, you pushed it as deep as you could, moving it in and out slowly as he grabbed at both of your ass cheeks spreading them wide to watch you. “Look at how greedy that whole is too. How you just take my cock so well and your finger? You’re such a little slut that just likes to get filled, aren’t you?” When you didn’t answer Jimin slowed down moving agonizingly slow. “I asked a question.” He commanded wanting you to answer.

“Yes- yes Jimin! I’m a dirty slut alright now fuck me like it!” That was all he needed to hear. Pulling out of you he turned you onto your back, slamming you down to scatter more papers. You gave him a dark look and for the first time that day you saw a sheepish smile appear on his lips as he spread your legs back wide wrapping them around his chest. He leaned over you latching your mouth on his as he pushed back into you rocking his hips forward. Slowly fucking you until he built up speed, he continued to abuse your pussy winding his hips forward and making sure that his hips didn’t disconnect from yours too long. His tongue slipped into your mouth drinking up your cries of pleasure as your tongues tangled together. Your free hand moved to grip at his locks pulling them as you desperately tried to control the kiss which you had to submit too as he switched his hips to swirl and slam against your spot using that against you. It was like he was trying to shove his tongue down your throat, tracing it over every inch in your mouth until spit seemed to drip from your lips again he pulled back going for your breast. He pulled your bra down with one hand freeing your hardened nipples his mouth latched onto the skin taking his time sucking each one of them with his tongue lapping at the skin flicking up and down. He bit harshly on your nipples causing your head to roll back as his hand went down to your clit. He started a process of rubbing your clit in a fast circle with his index finger, only to stop and tap against the throbbing bud. Your hips pushed back against his and Jimin loving the fight you gave picked you up off the desk.

He moved you pulling out of you so that he could sit down and situate himself. Your hand moved from your tight asshole and you pouted slightly at the loss. He gripped at your hips once he was ready helping you slide down onto his stiff cock that penetrated you even deeper from this angle. You tried to push from him. Planting your hands on his lower stomach so that you could move and ride him but Jimin wasn’t having that knocking your hands from under you Jimin made sure that you were laying back against him. His hand reached around to rub at your clit as his hips snapped up. You cried out, body shaking on top of him. “Look at me.” Jimin urged biting on the inside of your arm.

You did as told, your hands gripping onto his hair. Your eyes searched him as he rubbed your clit harder with two fingers this time his hips slamming up against yours to press against your spot.

“Hnng~ ah-ah Jimin! Fuck Jimin!” Your voice and words were falling you, a mix of made up words leaving your lips until you couldn’t do anything else but moan for him. Trying to signal you were close but your head kept rolling back. Jimin smirked speeding up his ministrations on your body drinking in the sight of you now loosing yourself on top of him. As your orgasm got closer he paused his dick inside of you just rubbing your clit. Sure enough your hips raised off of him your orgasm sweeping through you and cum sliding from your body as he worked on your clit. He moaned seeing your essence shoot from your pussy slamming upwards to enter you again he made quick shallow thrusts into you, he could feel his own cock throbbing but he sought to get you off again, feeling the familiar clench of your walls around his cock. He had you cumming again in no time, almost breaking the chair as he let out a growl. He pushed you forward back on the desk gripping your hips to keep abusing your sweet spot the overstimulation had you grabbing back at him but he only gripped at your hand to hold it with his.

“In or out?” He asked short of breath his eyes rolling as he throbbed inside.

“In! In please Jimin give me your cum. I want your cum. I’m your dirty little slut I want to feel all of you just like in my fantasies!” You blurted out in the heat of the moment. Jimin gasped the news was too much for him and he came spilling his seed deep inside of your pussy. His hips jerked forward bruising your ass until he felt his cum leaving his system, slowing down his hips he leaned over you kissing up your arm slowly until he was kissing your temple, your sweaty baby hairs resting against your head as you gave him a lazy look.

Jimin scooped you up gently sitting back down with you in his lap, his fingertips rubbing at your sides as he gave a goof crooked smile.

“So.. You think about me. Like a lot lot right?” Hearing the boyish giggle from his lips had you rolling your eyes as you pushed at his shoulders, feeling the blissful silence be ruined.

“Go away you fucked up a perfect moment!” You complained but you were secretly happy to see this side of him once again, the side you loved so much.

“Well I don’t think we are getting anymore work done tonight, so how about I take you back home and you show me how I do it in your fantasies?” He asked kissing on your neck and you hummed smiling sweetly.

“They also include breakfast in bed and baths with Mr. Park.” You grinned kissing his lips.

“Always?” He asked in a shock tone peering at you through his bangs.

“Nope. That fantasy just started a few minutes ago.” You teased him shrugging your shoulders. Wrapping his arms tightly around you he stood up slowly sighing as he pulled out of you helping you get undressed.

“Like I said, spoiled princess but I would rather have you be mine… Are you?” He asked once again as you were walking to his door with him.

“I will agree to some terms and conditions.” You admitted smiling widely as you grabbed his hand leaning into his side.

“Well good because we don’t get to talk about these terms and conditions until your pretty ass is bent over picking up my papers and then maybe I’ll bend you over my desk, but all in due time little one. For right now I have a few of my own fantasies to live out including an elevator quickie.” He admitted picking you up and carrying you towards the elevator at the end of the hall, leaving the ruined office for someone else to deal with because he was not letting you leave his bed the next morning.

Flood my Mornings: Thanks

Anon said: If the stable chapter was in October doesn’t Bree have a birthday coming up?  how is she going to do with the terrible twos ?

Notes from Mod Bonnie:

  • This story takes place in an AU in which Jamie travels through the stones two years after Culloden and finds Claire and his child in 1950 Boston.
  • Previous installment: Eggs (Attack of the Pregnancy Brain!)

November 23rd, 1950

“Happy Thanksgiving, Frasers!” Marian Harper sang out as she opened the door.

“Happy Thanksgiving,” we chorused in return, arms full of Bree and wine and basket of lemon meringue pie.

“Oof, come in out of the rain,” she clucked, ushering us into the warmth of her cozy foyer. “Though I guess we should thank our lucky stars it’s only rain, not the blizzard they’re getting down south!”

“Oh, aye,” Jamie agreed, deftly extricating Bree from her raincoat while still holding her. “Made it a bit slow-going on the drive over, but much preferable to snow.”

“And the rain’s good luck for Miss Bree! Happy BIRTHDAY, sweet pea!”

Thus addressed, Bree giggled and lurched forward into Marian’s arms, surprising all of us.

“Glad to see she’s finally getting less intent on clinging only to Mama and Da,” I laughed.

Jamie helped me out of my coat and sweetly kissed my cheek as we followed Marian into the living room. “I suppose being properly two years of age makes a difference, after all!”

Earlier that day

“Our wee lass doesna appear to be verra sensible of the grand occasion, Sassenach.”

I wiped my hands and turned quickly from the stove (which YES, I’d managed to turn on, thank you very much), beaming. Sure enough, Bree seemed about as interested in festivities as the average boulder. She had both arms around Jamie’s neck and was making it quite clear she was not in the mood to be up and about.

“Well, I suppose she doesn’t remember her last one, little as she was,” I conceded, coming close to tickle Bree lightly in the side. “Guess what, lovey-dove? It’s your BIRTHDAY!”

The dramatic excitement in my tone made her bolt upright at once, hair wild: curlywig to end all curlywigs. “S’bird-day?” she demanded.

“Yes, baby, it’s your birthday!”

“What-is ‘at, Mama? Mama?” She continued to screw her face up at me in concentration as Jamie buckled her in to the high chair. “What-IS ‘at, bird-day? Mama? Mama, what?”

“It means ,” Jamie offered, settling next to her and putting out one of his hands for hers, “the day you were *born,* a leannan.”

What-is-it, ‘borrnd,’ Daddy?”

“It means the day God gave ye to Mama and me,” he said patiently, “So, it’s a verra special day, aye?”

“What-is-’at?” she said immediately, lacing her fingers together and flapping them about. “Daddy, dinna kennit. What is-’at ‘spedchill’?”

Jamie sighed, love and exasperation so perfectly mingled in that way unique to parents. “’Special’ means…the verra best. Just like you, sweet wee cub.”

“See my-dese jammies?” she chirped, changing direction with lightning speed. “Dey’re porpoor, Daddy, see’um?”

“Aye,” he laughed, “I see, a leannan.”

She pulled at the fabric of her top. “Dey’re spedchill?”

“Aye, those are verra SPECIAL purple Jammies,”  he said, meeting my eye and trying not to laugh.

“Your birthday,” I said significantly, walking over to them with Bree’s breakfast held high, “is the day where Mama and Daddy talk about how JUST how much we LOVE our Bree.” I bent and latched onto her sweet, dimpled cheek in a huge, long mmmmmm-ing kiss and Jamie came in to do the same on the other. Bree, caught between us in a smooch sandwich, was giggling so hard she was fit to choke.

“Those are your first presents,” I said pulling back. “Two kisses for your second birthday. And here’s the next!” I slid the plate onto the tray in front of her for inspection.

“Sassenach….That is…” Jamie looked up at me with the queerest expression on his face. “…the *Cutest* thing I’ve ever seen.”

It was little more than a circle with two lopsided ears, but I’d embellished a snout with banana slices and chocolate chips for nose and eyes, and powdered sugar to top things off.

Yes, it was fairly bloody adorable.

Bree squealed. “Issa—Lookint-’im-that-wee BEAR, Daddy!” She hooted in delight and then began promptly to demolish said wee bear.

“You’d best slow down, mo chridhe!” Jamie laughed. “He’s going to roar in your tummy for gobbling him up so fast!”

Bree’s mouth was so full she couldn’t reply, but there came a happy, muffled *mmphurr!?!* that signified her excitement to see this play out as soon as humanly (bearly?) possible.

“So neither of you have ever had Thanksgiving before?” Tom asked as he poured Jamie a glass of wine in the sitting room.

“No, indeed!” I settled back onto the sofa with a cup of tea. “A singularly American holiday, this one.”

Tom furrowed his brows. “But you were here stateside last year too, weren’t you, Claire?”

“Oh, yes, well….Yes, but I wasn’t in the going-out frame of mind, to be honest.”

“It was a different life, before you came back, Jamie,” Marian said knowingly, beaming from the floor, where Bree was sitting on her lap playing with her birthday present from the Harpers. “We’re glad you did.”

“As am I, a nighean,” he said warmly to her, then met eyes with me. Glad doesna even begin to express it.

It would have been a thoroughly lovely moment, except morning sickness had come a-calling with a VENGEANCE today, and I had to close my eyes while yet another urge to vomit abated.

Jamie noticed and made as if to come to me, but just then, the doorbell rang, followed almost immediately thereafter by Della O’Malley running head-on into Jamie and nearly spilling his wine as she barreled around the corner. He managed to catch her with his free hand, and she looked as though he’d hung the bloody moon. “Hi, Mr. Fraser,” she said breathlessly, gazing up into his face.

“Happy Thanksgiving to ye, Miss Della.” He kissed her hand, which sent her into paroxysms.  Jesus H. Christ, the girl needed a cold shower, pronto

Thankfully, though, it seemed her glow wasn’t *entirely* due to infatuation with Jamie. “Claire! Claire, guess what?” she said, bouncing in my direction.

“Peter asked you to go steady?” She’d been talking about this boy for weeks, it was about time he made a move.

“YES!!!” she squealed, thudding into a chair next to me. “Can you BELIEVE IT!??!”

“Wine, Claire?” Tom said, coming over with a glass.

“Oh, no, thank you.”

“Whisky, then?

“No, thank you, Tom, I’m all—” Good Heavens, I nearly burped in the poor man’s face, but managed to choke back the wave of acute nausea and croak, “— all set with my tea.”

I could have sworn Marian gave me a suspicious look, but thankfully, Jamie came to my aid. “So, from what I gather, the festivity centers around coming together and eating in a spirit of gratitude. But that’s about all I ken of it. Is there more?”

I had told him the story earlier that morning, in fact, but I was grateful for the diversion while Tom gave the Proud Son of Massachusetts recitation of the Thanksgiving tale.

Jamie nodded in approval. “Thanks be to God for the kindness of the native folk, then. I must say, I enjoy hearing tales of anyone that managed to fly in the face of the English crown—Sorry Sassenach,” he added with a grin.

“Does Scotland not belong to England?” Della asked, bewildered.

“Depends on who ye ask,” Jamie laughed. “Suffice it to say, there’s a reason the marriage between Claire and me raised no small number of eyebrows.”

“But you married anyway,” Della swooned, “how roMANTIC!!”

Jamie grinned and sat down next to me. “Verra romantic indeed.” He saw my pallor and squeezed my hand, speaking low so only I could hear. “Are ye feeling alright, Sassenach?”

“Bit queasy,” I admitted, resisting the urge to clutch my abdomen.

“Can I get ye anything?”

“No,” I whispered, squeezing his hand. “But thank you. Just have to wait for young Fraser here to settle down.”

He smiled and ducked his head, trying not to let the others see the direction of his tender gaze.

We had agreed not to announce the pregnancy until the three-month mark, as was customary. We knew better than anyone that tragedy could still strike after the first trimester, but had decided that for Brianna’s sake, at least, it was best to wait until the highest risk of miscarriage was past….even though acknowledging the possibility of losing another child sent claws of fear tearing at my heart.

But I’d carried one child safely; Lord willing, I could do so again.

Please, Lord, keep this little one safe.

Jamie wrapped one arm around my waist and pulled me closer. “I am thankful, today, ye ken?” he whispered.

“Oh?” I murmured back, looking into his eyes, curious, but already smiling from the tone in his voice. “Whatever for?”

“For our daughter. For you carrying her. Giving her life, this day two years ago. For—” His voice caught, just barely. “—For how ye went on living when ye didna wish to…” He gently touched my face. “For working as hard as ye do, at home and at the hospital….For being my wife. For….well…” He very discreetly touched my belly. “For our children. And for taking care of us in this new world”

I ran my hand down the side of his face, unable to speak as I kissed him. Come what might in 1951, never had I had a year in which there was so much for which to give thanks as 1950.

“I’m going to shrivel up and DIE from how much you love each other,” came Della’s tremulous threat. “Just you WAIT.”

Love Like You

(This contain spoilers from the movie ‘Logan’)

 Logan x POC reader

@whitefangedrose

Scared.

He’s dying.

You watched as Logan enters inside the broken down compound, stumbling around as he took hard breaths as he walked passed you and Caliban. There are blood stains on his dress shirt, still bleeding.

He drops the medication bag for Professor Xavier on the table as he goes into the bathroom.

“Something is wrong with him.” Caliban spoke. “You know it.”

“Why because I’m an empath?” You question.

Caliban was right. You’re an empath. You knew Logan was keeping things from you and him. You felt it everyday.

Depression.

Confusion.

You slowly enter the room as Professor Xavier was having his bad days. He was sitting in his wheelchair, moving around and rambling words he heard from a Taco Bell commercial. Advance stages of Alzheimers. You were hit with waves of confusion and agitation.

“Hello Professor.” You smile softly at him.

He stares at you. “Who are you? Why am I here?”

Professor Xavier didn’t remember you today.

Cheerful.

It was the first time you seen Professor Xavier in such a good mood in a long time. The first time he was acting like his former self. All because of this little girl.

Laura.

She had to be at least 11 years old. The child didn’t speak a word but you felt that she was feeling comfortable around you and Professor Xavier. Logan didn’t want anything to do with her.

“Logan, she’s a child.” You whispered angrily. “We’re not abandoning her.”

“She’s not our responsibility, y/n.” Logan snaps. “Our lives were fine-”

“Our lives now is beyond fine!”

Protective.

Laura became tense and agitated very quickly. A man came inside, slowly approaching the two of you with restraints in his hand. You hear the familiar sounds of snikt. You looked down at Laura’s hands, in disbelief as you saw two pairs of claw blade emerged from the little child’s balled up knuckles.

Rage.

You weren’t surprised when Logan explains that Laura was his daughter. Even a blind person could clearly see that. Apparently, Laura is his clone.

“She’s your child.”

“y/n ,I didn’t ask for this.” Logan grunts.

“Neither did she. You’re the only parent she has in this world.”

Helpless.

Panic.

Your body could barely move as Professor Xavier started to have his seizures again. It was worst than before. Almost as worst than the one he had a year ago.

Your legs felt heavy as you took a slow step towards Laura, who was on the ground, using her claws to move to Professor Xavier. You needed to protect her. You didn’t care about the guns pointing at you.

Two days. He skipped his medication for two days. You were reasonably angry at him. He endangered not only his life, but yours, Logan and Laura’s.

“You could’ve gotten us kill, Charles!” You yell. “You almost did.” Tears spill down your cheek.

Finish us off.

Safe.

Comfort.

The Munson family were the sweetest people you ever met. They filled that void you had been feeling for a year.

When you were alone, you felt Logan’s arms wrap around you. He places a kiss on your temple. He always harbored those feelings towards you.

You found yourself in the guest room Professor Xavier was sleeping in, just to make sure he was okay. Laura came in a few minutes later and slept in your lap.

Distress.

Fear.

Rage.

Everything became so chaotic. Your heart stops as you watch the blades disappeared into the Professor’s chest. He gasped in surprised. Laura screams and attacks ‘Logan’. He tosses the child against the wall and you felt sharp pain in your stomach.

Laura never stops screaming.

Anger.

Chaotic.

Due to being an empath, you not only felt others emotions but imitate mutations around you as well. Your body starts heals, Laura is still screaming. You see the Munsons lying dead. Charles barely holding on to life. You went to find Laura. She was in restraints. Logan fighting a younger version of himself.

Grief

Frustration

The three of you buried Charles in a small lake. It wasn’t the ocean but you assumed he’ll be at peace now. Logan wanted to be alone. He always wanted to be alone. He blames himself. Self-pity and blame is all he felt. He wants to leave Laura but you won’t let him.

“Why you being fucking selfish?” You shout.

“Look at what’s happened, y/n! I have all this blood on my hands and I’m fucking sick of it!”

Hatred.

Logan’s body was getting worse. It was the metal embedded onto his skeleton poisoning his blood.

“You’re dying, Logan. I know it’s the adamantium causing blood poisoning.” You said to him. “Your body can’t handle it anymore.”

He didn’t speak to you.

Guilt.

Safety.

The kids at Eden were very nice and resourceful. Logan has been asleep for two days but he was plagued with his usual nightmares. Laura has similar ones too. She would ask you in Spanish to stay with her until she fell asleep after a nightmare.

Rage.

Chaotic.

You decided to go with Laura and the other children across the border. You told Logan that you’ll come back.

He didn’t talk to you.

Then they came for the children. Men chasing down the children. They were going to kill the children. You ran as Laura held your hand tightly.

Then you fell onto the ground as a stray bullet penetrates through your legs. You scream out in pain. You tell Laura to go. But she didn’t. The child went into a complete feral state and all you felt was her rage.

Enraged.

Logan came for her. Logan came for you.

He fought against the younger clone version of himself but he was being over-powered. Logan was in pain. And you felt rage. The clone impales Logan on a large tree bark. You felt sharp pain bursting out of your own hands.

Bone claws.

You started to fight against the clone, feeding off its own emotions. You didn’t see it as a human being. You didn’t see it as Logan. You saw it as an monster. A monster that needed to die.

Heartbroken.

“Daddy…”

You cradled Logan’s head. Your tears fell from your eyes onto his face. His breathing was labored. He looks at you then to Laura.

“So this…is…what…it…feels like…” Logan whispers.

You smile sadly at him. “When I see the way you act,” You started to sing to him, to ease his pain. “Wondering when I’m coming back, I could do about anything, I could even learn how to love like you.”

He was feeling loved. At peace with himself for the first time in so long.

“I love you, James ‘Logan’ Howlett.”

“I know y/n. I do too.”

Loved.

You buried him and gave him a small funeral.

As you and the others were starting to leave, Laura removed the cross from his grave and repositioned it so it was an ‘X’.

You smile softly.

He was the last living X-Men.

“I miss him.” Laura says.

“I miss him too.”

Stubborn And Jealous (Damon Salvatore Imagine)

“I can’t believe you did that.”

“Well what would you have me do?”

“NOT THAT STEFAN!” You replied, getting out of his car and walking to the front door.

“There was no way in hell I was just going to sit there and listen to that scandal known as copyright!”

You huffed. This conversation had already been repeated on numerous occasions.

“Stefan, the 1975 are a unique band that have changed the world of music,” you stated sassily, wandering straight into the Salvatore Boarding House.

“Y/N, they’re just rip offs from a band that was back in the 70s and believe me, I was there, I know,” Stefan defended himself, closing the door behind you both and walking over to the glass cabinet and pulling out two tumblers.

You scoffed, “Well you didn’t need to yell at Matt to change the radio in front of the whole Grill! I wouldn’t be surprised if you were banned for life, and for you, that’s a long-time buddy,” you told him patronisingly, patting his chest.

He handed you a glass of Bourbon.

“I’m not going to apologise for my actions. The lead singer looks like a wet dog.”

Anger flooded through your blood. “Take that back Stefan Salvatore.”

He just laughed at you. However, you were feeling a little different towards the matter – defensive.

“Matty Healy is a living, breathing, walking, talking, goddamn SEX GOD! DO YOU UNDERSATND ME?” You yelled back at him, taking a step closer every time. Stefan wasn’t takin your petty little threat and burst out laughing. Little did he know, this enraged you even further.

Compressing your feelings until you had safely put your glass of Bourbon down on the table, you picked up the nearest cushion and started to attack him.

“Ow! Jesus-Y/N stop!” Stefan cowered behind his hands, trying to protect his face.

“TAKE IT BACK!”

“NO!”

“THEN BYE-BYE PRETTY BOY!” You announced and carried on hitting him aggressively. You knew inside that you were probably taking it a little too far, but it didn’t matter.

At the end of the day, you were still best friends. You carried on hitting him until he fell to the floor, where you clambered on top of him and held his arms down to stop lashing out.

“Well,” a deep voice came from the doorway, “Sorry to interrupt.”

You looked up to the voice to see your boyfriend Damon, but he wasn’t happy. Instead, he looked at the position that you and Stefan had ended up in – you were straddling him. You got off Stefan, who was shooting you an apologetic look and walked over to Damon.

“That wasn’t what it looked like,” you started to stand up for yourself.

Damon just looked down at you, “Sure it wasn’t.”

And with that he walked up stairs, ending the conversation.

You turned back to Stefan as if to say ‘what should I do?’ and he nodded towards the stair case, giving you a small smile in return.

Taking two steps each time, you walked straight into Damon’s room, where he was just lying on the bed and staring at the ceiling.

“What’s wrong Damon?” You asked, making your way over to him. But before you could, he stood up and looked at you angrily.

“You and Stefan. It’s always you and Stefan. I rang you six times to meet today, but no, you were with STEFAN! Are you getting my point?” He spoke down to you like a small child, the sarcasm dripping off every word.

“Damon,” you smirked, finally understanding what was going on, “Are you…jealous?”

He scoffed, “Jealous? No. I just don’t want my girlfriend to be hanging around my brother all the time.”

You started to laugh, “Oh my god, you are totally jealous!”

“AM NOT!” He yelled back.

“Yes, you are! You’re also stubborn.”

“THAT’S NOT TRUE!” He shouted again, but he was only angry because he was getting caught out.

You decided to make him prove it. An idea struck your mind and you were feeling evil.

“Oh, ok then,” you acted, making it seem like you were giving up. But you were far from it.

Right then and there, you took off your shirt, revealing your new lacy bra.
Damon’s eyes lit up as he saw what you had done, and his classic smirk plastered on his face. Before he could say anything, you headed towards the door.

“Where are you going?” Damon asked, confused at why you would strip and walk.

“To see Stefan,” you replied simply.

Suddenly, a whoosh of cold air rushed past your face and Damon appeared in front of you, slamming the door shut.

“FINE!” He gave up, throwing his hands up in despair, “I am jealous! Happy now?”

You took his face in your hands, making him look directly into your eyes and you smiled.

“Damon Salvatore, I love you. Not Stefan, you. You’re the one I want to spend the rest of my life with. Ok? Just accept that and stop being a paranoid boyfriend!” You told him truthfully.

Damon’s eyes softened as he took in the words. Passionately, he connected your lips and kissed you. Fireworks went off inside you like time-bombs, just waiting for the right moment to explode and make you truly happy. Eventually, he pulled away and brought you into his arms, his hands moving over your hair.

“God, I love you Y/N,” he whispered in your ear.

“I love you too Damon.”

Damn it, I need you.

Warning: It is a bit sad, as you can assume from the sentence it started from.

He was never one to permit his emotions to show unless in the comfort of his own house, generally not even then did he grant them the opportunity to reveal very often. It was on rare occasions that you ever saw a tear escape from his precious eyes.

From the moment he received the call his body was diverted into an emotional panic state, he didn’t care that he was in the middle of signing his new contract; he didn’t care that it was impolite to answer the phone call. The minute he sensed his phone ringing he had an inkling something was wrong, something about the morning just wasn’t settling right with him.

He had left you this morning snuggled up to the warmth of the bed, he admired you peacefully sleeping, the way your hair fell messily around you, the way your hand stayed nestled under the pillow, and the way you bury yourself amongst the covers.

He had spent a little too long appreciating you this morning, he just couldn’t help it. When he did manage to wrench himself away from watching you peacefully sleep, he pressed to kiss to your forehead, whispering a swift “I love you” before forcing himself to leave the bedroom, gathering his things from downstairs before leaving to attend his meetings.

The whole way to the hospital all he could do was repeat the same sentence over and over again, “Please be okay, please be okay.” trying to hold himself together but failing as he shakes while trying to compose a text message to his sister. She was the one who always seemed to know what to do, additionally, she was also two hours closer than his Mum.

He did his best to hold it together while pacing around the waiting room, wearing the floors’ thin as he chews his lip, circling the small area without stopping to think twice. He didn’t know what to do, there was nothing for him to do but to wait for a doctor to tell him what was going on. There was nothing he wanted more than to know that you were okay, he needed comfort, he needed the reassurance that this morning wasn’t the last time that he would be able to admire you while you slept, he needed to know that all the plans the two of you had made weren’t going to be nothing but unaccomplished plans.

His eyes meet his sisters when she steps into the holding area, he doesn’t say a word, he just glances at her like a child who desperately needs to be held for a while. She doesn’t think twice before forcing him into a hug, his taller figure towering over her as she wraps her arms around her little, (not so little), brother. The minute he felt her warmth and comfort he allowed his emotions to flow, for the tears to finally settle, the tears he had been holding in since he got the call.

“I just want to know everything is okay. I knew something was wrong with the morning, but I didn’t think—I didn't—” He stutters, struggling to finish his sentence through his tears. “I didn’t think we’d end up here.” He chokes on his own words.

It was not the sun rays tickling your face that woke you up but the crazy dream you had just had as images of it were still going through your head. Basically, you were living with this man that didn´t pay attention to you and had stopped pursuing your career as an artist to make it possible. The idea itself was the most nonsensical and absurd thing you had ever heard. Not even for a million dollars would you do that.

A hairy warm thing touched your arm and your eyes shot open while your body stumbled almost falling off the bed in an attempt to cover yourself up with the blankets. The repeatedly movement of your mouth opening and closing couldn´t compare to the shock you were feeling as the man you had dreamt of was now lying next to you, breathing and everything. He was completely oblivious to your presence and lost in a deep sleep, so your first reaction was to carefully examine his features. From his brown locks resting on his forehead to his parted lips you couldn´t recall who he was. Extending a hand to push the hairy thing, which happened to be his leg that was tangled with your limbs, you cautiously placed it back where it belonged and looked around. Maybe you had gone to a party and brought him home to sleep together. That theory would´ve been valid if not for the fact that as you exited the bedroom and wandered around the living room you came to the realization that it wasn´t your place that you had woken up in. There were no sketchbooks on the floor, no walls full of your paintings, no canvases and no huge poster of Nick Carter. A shiver went down your spine as you were only wearing some black lingerie that deferred a lot from your usual panties with the days of the week stamped on them, which only confused you even more.

“Okay. So I´ve probably slept with him or something. I should search for my stuff and go. Do I have college today?”

Muttering to yourself you carefully started looking through the house and gave up after a while as your clothes where nowhere to be found and decided to wait until he woke up. It had only been ten minutes when your stomach started growling. What a great moment to be hungry. You considered the situation and decided to just attend your needs.

“I might as well grab some food if I´m stuck here”

Luckily for you there was a cookie jar placed on the kitchen island and you didn´t hesitate to open it.  Your mouth was watering and as your lips were almost touching the first one someone grabbed your forearm and you threw the cookie at whoever it was by natural reflex.

“For God´s sake what are you doing?”

The man from before, his lips pressed together in a thin line and his brows knitted in a frown, was staring at you as if his eyes would abandon the orbs at any moment. You instantly replied between muffles produced by you consuming the sweet treat that hadn´t had the tragic end of being thrown, trying to calm your nerves.

“I´m having some cookies. They have chocolate chips in them. You want some?”

He looked as concerned as you felt and you shrugged your shoulders at his lack of words.

“Fine. More for me then.”

He scratched his head and for some odd reason you found it beyond adorable. It was almost as if you were familiar with the gesture.

“Why are you naked?”

Once the cookie jar was placed back in its place you fought off the urge to laugh at the question he had bluntly asked.

“I am not naked. There´s something called underwear, duh. Besides, did we not sleep together last night?”

If you though the boy couldn´t open his eyes wider you were completely wrong.

“We didn´t. You were already in bed when I arrived. I wanted to talk about…about us. God, I can´t take you seriously like this. Go get dressed.”

His words made a tangling sensation expand through your chest. Why did his comment affect you so much?

“Why? Am I not hot enough for you?”

“Stop”

It took you a long moment to process that the voice wasn´t his or yours but coming from the inside of your head instead. And it took you even longer to figure out that you had unconsciously answered and were maintaining a conversation with, well, yourself.

“Who are you?”

“I´m… I´m you. We are the same person, except for the fact that I´m ten years older now. Look, I somehow hoped for something and it turned out like this. I don´t even know what is happening either. But I have a plan. You need to get help, go see a doctor or something. My best friend is a clairvoyant. Or that´s what she says. Call her in case they kick you out of the hospital or think that you´ve gone nuts. I want to go back! I can´t do anything from here, but I can see everything you are doing! And you have to stop! Don´t talk like that to Jungkook! You love him!”

“Jungkook? Is he…our husband?”

“No. Just our boyfriend. And he doesn´t like your teenage attitude. I mean, he used to. But not now!”

“So. You are telling me I´m seventeen again but trapped in my future life?”

“You could say it like that”

“So no more college entrance exams?”

“I guess so…”

“Am I an artist yet? Have I gone to France? How many awards have I won?”

“None. He´s your award”

“Him? I don´t like him. He doesn´t want cookies!”

“Ugh. Just don´t do anything crazy and ask for help…”

You immediately snapped back to reality and harshly inhaled air as your supposed boyfriend was carrying you over his shoulder, his cold hands pressed against your thighs and your upper body resting on his back.

“Fine. Two can play a game. If you´re going to act like a child I might treat you like one as well”

If the walk to the closet hadn´t been so short you would´ve had kicked and screamed but when he left you on the floor you stayed quiet and crossed your arms. He was searching for something and you had been so caught up looking around that it was pure luck that your body moved automatically to the side when he threw a dress at you and missed hitting your face by a mere centimeter.

“You are coming with me to the office and you´re apologizing to my boss. He insisted it wasn´t necessary but I think it is. So put the dress on.”

What kind of relationship did you have? No clue, but you weren´t liking it. You found both him and the navy blue dress that was now laying on the floor ultimately boring.

“Jungkook?”

His hands stopped in their way to grab a pair of shoes and letting out a frustrated sigh he turned to face you.

“Yeah?”

“That´s your name, right?”

There was innocence all over your voice but he wasn´t having it. If he still saw you as your future self being the obedient women he was used to it made sense that he thought you were mocking him.

“Just get dressed”

He exited the room and left you with your nose held high and your mouth opened about to protest. But, if you hadn´t hallucinated and what the voice inside your head had said was true you had turned into such a stuffy and monotonous woman. All you had were blazers, cardigans, pants, dresses…so unlike you. And you had stopped painting for real. What a mess of a life your future self had. Scanning the closet a pair of dungarees caught your attention and you put them on clipping the suspenders over a big fluffy jumper. With the painter looking attire that felt familiar already in its place you checked if you still had all your ear piercings and filled each of the little holes with a piece of jewelry. Tying your shoe laces a smug smile appeared on your face. You were seventeen, but you had all the time in the world and no responsibilities. Besides your prim and sniffy boyfriend there wasn´t anything blocking you for living your life the way you had always wanted. It was going to be fun.

 “So we never have sex?”

By the way his muscles flexed it was obvious that it took all the strength he had in him to not crash the car against the bush ahead of you as he heard what you had said. Once the vehicle was fully parked and you had checked the only flower that stood out in the green plant was intact you unblocked your seatbelt and jumped out desperate to touch the ground. He was a good driver, but not under the exposure of your doubts that had caused the trip to be a little more bumpy than expected.

“You are asking so many questions today”

“And you are not answering any of them”

It wasn´t a rhetoric statement but his mouth remained shut, just as it had done at all your other inquisitives. The building where he worked turned out to be bigger that you expected and by the information you gathered as you walked further in to it you guessed he was a graphic designer and probably occupied a high position with every single person greeting him enthusiastically as he walked through the numerous cubicles. You seemed to also be the center of attention.

“You are standing out too much. Why didn’t you wear the dress? You usually like it when I pick your clothes.”

His head was firmly held high in the air but it was palpable that he was feeling some kind of second hand embarrassment and you couldn´t help but snap back.

“Do I? Well I guess I´ve never told you your taste in fashion for women is horrible then”

The corners of his mouth twitched and you weren´t sure whether he felt offended or didn´t care at all.

“When did you dye your hair though?”

You raised an eyebrow in confusion.

“What do you mean?”

“The purple bit in the back. You had that when we met and then it faded. When did you redo it?”

That super passed your teenage mind and you could hear the voice in your head again for a brief second.

“He remembers that?”

It was immediately brushed off by your body shamelessly telling you food was still needed in your system as your breakfast had been so minimal.

“Jungkookie. I want some food”

His cheeks turned a bright red at the nickname. You pouted at him and you swore the few seconds in which his eyes were able to go from normal to wide open weren´t normal. You grabbed his jacket, shaking the fabric to catch his attention and it only made him blush more. You discovered some female co-workers staring and laughing covering their mouths and a random pang of possessiveness run through your chest. What were they looking at?

“Can´t you just stay still for a moment? I´m the CEO here and it looks like I´m babysitting you”

He truly looked clueless and desperate but he gave in and bought you a chocolate bar from the vending machine. As you were munching on the delicious snack you entered the elevator which happened to be empty and something came to your mind.

“What did I exactly do to your boss?”

Out of nowhere he stiffened next to you. You were honestly curious about what your formal twenty seven year old self had done for an apology to be needed.

“Don´t act as if you don´t know it. You made me look bad in front of him.”

“Oh. So this is about you.”

“It was rude from you to leave the table like that.”

As soon as the doors opened you stepped out not wanting to hear him scold you for whatever reason, but he grabbed you by the backpack you were wearing and pulled you back to him. You had to admit there was something comforting about being next to him and the warmness his body made you feel whenever he accidentally rubbed a shoulder or a hand against you, but there was no reason that came to your mind as to why would you have fallen in love with someone like him. You watched him knock the door and you entered a very spacious office decorated with very minimalistic furniture, a few pictures hanging on the walls. An old men was sitting behind a wood desk and by the way Jungkook was bowing non-stop you guessed he was his boss. Not very impressive.

“Mr. Yuagjon, this is my girlfriend. I´m sure you remember her”

The way Jungkook had addressed you seemed to be hanging in the air, but the old men got up and you instantly liked that his presence wasn´t intimidating but inviting. To you he looked more like a grandpa who would offer you food at any moment than a man who possessed enough brain cells to run such a competitive company.

“I do. A very determined lady. And charming.  If my eyes don´t betray me she must have the key to everlasting youth. Look at her skin”

You limited your courtesy to a nod and a smile as you didn´t really know how to reply to the compliment.

“That´s very nice of you, sir, but she should be the one speaking. Right?”

You bit the inside of your mouth and thought about what you should say. You didn´t know what you had done so far and you came closer to Jungkook, holding his jacket again. If only they knew you were, indeed, a teenager.

“I´m sorry for lashing out like that and…um, leaving without saying goodbye?”

You hoped your voice hadn´t sound forced and that those were the right words to say. They seemed to as Jungkook relieved all his tension and deflated like a balloon as soon as your apology was completed.

“No need to worry. I understand that there is some kind of tension between the two of you. Everyone has their moments. And although the situation was understandable…I want you to pay me back”

Now it was your turn to tense. He laughed at your panicked face and placed his hands behind his back exiting his position behind his workplace.

“Don´t worry. I just feel like you´d fit into the new commercial we are planning to launch. We need a sweet, innocent looking girl for it. You´re perfect for it. Isn´t she, Jungkook?”

“Yes, Sir”

You wondered if he really meant that.

“As for you, Jungkook, I can´t say much that sounds like a compliment. You´ve been very quiet lately, walking around the place like a dark cloud for whatever reason, and it´s reflecting on your job. I know you work very hard, but that may not be what you need to do right now. Fortunately I care about my employees, and I´m willing to give you a chance. You´ll be in charge of this project and all that it implicates. And maybe that way you´ll also get to spend more time together and solve your…premarital problems”

Being in a commercial was something you really wanted to do. Drawing had always been your thing, but as an artist you were compelling to take part in any type of stuff that was run by creativity. And also a tiny compassionate part of you had to admit that you had felt the urge to help him the moment you had seen him go paler. He seemed like the type of person whose world would fall if ever fired by their praised boss. You decided on accepting the offer and then maybe you could leave him, meet someone else. The simple thought of it felt bittersweet, but you were seventeen and still young to be attached to a single person, especially one you couldn´t remember your shared past with.

“Of course I´ll do it”

Wrinkles appeared at the corners of Mr. Yuagjon´s eyes as a toothy smile stretched across his features. The two men exchanged some more words and when they had shaken hands and Jungkook had thanked him like a million times you exited the place. What were you supposed to do now? You eyed him while he wasn´t looking, typing the password to his phone. Almost about to unbutton his shirt fit his muscular shape in a way that made your mouth water, and his body was very well proportioned. From his nose to his eyes and his pinkish lips it all combined perfectly. He wasn´t lacking anything in the physical department. Maybe you should get something out of him. He was your boyfriend after all, so he should be familiar with your affection. Or maybe not, but you didn´t care. Wrapping your arms around him you rested your head on his chest and inhaled his perfume. You could notice him almost stoic under your touch, and you wondered if he was feeling the same type of electricity you were.

“What´s this for?”

Truth be told, you didn´t even know it yourself, but since you had pressed your body against his a certain dizziness had started to posses your senses. Your vision was starting to blur and a strange sensation was creeping inside you aching to escape. Without warning you pushed him away and started running ignoring the way he was calling you or the stares that were being directed at you. Disorientated as hell you managed to ask where the restrooms where and push the door open when you started trembling from head to toe. Living a literal déjà vu you stood in front of the mirror and your vision finally cleared. You were you again. Twenty seven years written on your face.

“I´m telling you not to move! It won´t work if you don´t stay still”

Your eyes followed the pendulum from one side to the other obediently but you couldn´t stop rocking back and forth on your heels, too anxious to not do something.

“Are you sure this is effective?”

You had been trying the hypnosis method for almost half an hour, and when you saw your friend securing the shiny object back where it belonged you plopped on the nearest chair.

“I´ve been doing this for several years and no one has ever come to me saying their mind is time travelling, so I´m a bit lost here”

“But Ning, you are my four eyes! You know everything about these things”

You continued following her with your eyes through the room. She opened a little cupboard and pulled a dusty book out. The cover was totally black and the pages looked extremely delicate. Ning opened it and searched for a page towards the end.

The star of desperation, the one for weak lovers, for forgotten things. It appears rarely and will only listen to those with a wrecked heart”

You stayed silent and bit on your lip, wordlessly asking for an explanation.

“I told you I had never seen it. But I had heard of it. It´s some sort of prophecy. Does it sound familiar?”

“Too much. Now that you mention it, I do remember something about a star”

You tried remembering more about that night, but nothing else came.

“I don´t know what to say, frankly. What exactly did you told me that happened?”

Massaging your temples, you tried to explain it as best as you could.

“It´s very strange. Suddenly I´m seventeen, physically and mentally, but I can see everything. And then I´m back to twenty seven and there´s no signs of anything being different. It´s…completely surreal”

If you thought saying it out loud or trying to reason it to someone else would help, well, it didn´t.

“I see. It doesn´t say anything else in here. Apparently once seen it can´t show up to you anymore. It has only happened once?”

“Yes. Will it come back?

Your heart bumped against your chest, fearing the answer. You weren´t sure if you´d be able to handle the situation again.

“Probably. This kind of things usually end once you are at peace with yourself”

“So there´s no cure? Nothing I can do?”

Ning closed her eyes and reached for your hands, and you imitated her intertwining your fingers with hers.

“Spiritually talking it seems like your seventeen year old comes out when you have trouble with your loved one. And considering you live with a heartless rock, she´s definitely coming back”

You freed your hand from hers and retreated in your seat, feeling attacked at the mention of Jungkook.

“He´s not heartless!”

Maybe he was a bit of a rock, though. You yourself had thoughts like that about him all the time, but you always found excuses for his behavior.

“I know he´s a good man. But you deserve something better, don´t you think so?”

It wasn´t as if the thought of being with someone else had never crossed your mind. Jungkook was the only one in your heart, but you felt so lonely. You often wondered if he himself was seeing someone else or cheating, and the mere idea made tears appear on your eyes.

“He gives me everything that I want”

“Of course, he buys you loads of things. But do you make love? Does he cherish you? Does he care? No”

Maybe she was right. He did buy you stuff, and maybe it was his way of showing affection. But it wasn´t that what bothered you.

“I love him. Does no one think that´s important?”

Your mouth fell into a sad gesture and your fingers dug into your arms almost as if you were trying to hug yourself. It was the same topic all over again, the one that never ended.

“I know sweetie. I know you love him. Maybe he just needs someone to push him. Proposing is something serious. I´m getting married in a week and I still have moments where I wonder if it´s the right thing to do. It´s very stressing, you know? There are so many things you need to prepare: the dress, the invitations, the bouquet…Wait”

You lunged against the table while Ning smiled devilishly at you. A smile that only appeared when she had something crazy in mind.

“What is it?”

“I may have a plan”

You tilted your head anxiously waiting to hear it, but her expression turned serious.

“But first, promise me one thing. If it doesn´t work, promise you´ll make a decision. A decision for yourself. Whether if you are seventeen or twenty seven, promise me you´ll think if he truly belongs next to you. If it´s worth it”

Once again you slouched in your seat, feeling small. The idea rumbled in your head for a while. Maybe it was time to do something. Time for an ultimatum. You breathed deeply and looked straight in her eyes.

“I promise”

The day the plan was going to be put in action arrived and your nerves where all over the place. You had been extremely paranoid checking yourself every five minutes in the mirror in case you had rejuvenated again during the last few days, but nothing unusual had happened. Things with Jungkook were alright, you even spent a little bit more time together as you were now part of his job, but he still kept his distance and hadn´t mentioned anything about your weird behavior. As long as you got to stand next to him, you didn´t care about anything else. The fact that they wanted you to promote a perfume that smelled like youth and nature was a problem as they wanted your teenage self to do it and not you. And although nobody had seemed to notice a major shocking change in your physical appearance when you had turned seventeen it still worried you that you couldn´t keep up with their expectations. But for now, you had even bigger obstacles to frown at. Ning´s wedding was about to start and you were enjoying yourself talking to the guests, holding random babies from their already tired moms, and wearing a beautiful long dress that you hoped impressed Jungkook. Although you had already tried so many things maybe it was the hopeful smile you were forcing that would work to make him feel something again, and not a piece of clothing or a new hairstyle.

As you entered the venue it all looked completely mundane compared to what was going through your head. The ceremony was about to start and Jungkook hadn´t appeared yet. You wished you had someone to express your anxiety to but as you walked towards the altar with the other bridesmaids you told yourself to focus on your friend. It was her day after all. When she entered everyone turned in awe. She looked beyond beautiful, and it reminded you about the countless times you had fantasized about a moment like this to happen, about your own wedding. If the plan worked, you´d soon be dressed in white as well. The preacher started talking and you got lost in his voice. And with how beautiful their vows were and the emotions that you were holding in general you kind of forgot a bit about everything until your teary eyes located Jungkook sitting among the crowd. So he had arrived. Your pulse raced and your heart was banging even louder than the clapping and cheering that filled the room as they had just kissed and were officially married. You clapped trying to escape your trance and the threatening your body was holding against you of puking at any moment. When Ning took the microphone, sweat appeared on your hands. It was the moment.

“I won´t throw the bouquet. Instead, I´m going to take this opportunity to pass it directly to one person. My best friend!”

To say you tried to smile as the bunch of flowers was placed in your hands would be lying, because your expression was frozen in place. Maybe it was a bad idea. There were so many people there, so many eyes on you already expectant. Maybe you could pretend to pass out. No, that wouldn´t work.

“Jungkook! Get here!”

There was no turning back now. Everyone turned to face him and in that moment you went completely blank. Eyes were shifting from him to you as if the guests were watching a drama but your mind had blurred everything out and it was only him what you saw. It was him among everything else, him who you wanted to spend the rest of your life with. Him that made your days feel a little lighter.

“I want to let everyone know they´ve been together for ten years. I wish they can be as happy as we are”

Her part of the plan was finished and she passed you the mic. It was all in his hands now. He was unknowingly holding your heart by a threat.

“Propose! Propose! Propose! Propose!”

The guests were standing up and everyone was encouraging him. Please say something. Please say something. That was all that you could think. His deadpanned expression wasn´t making you feel any better. Why was he like this? Why had he had to change so much? He used to care.

“Jungkookie, how long will we be together? One year?”

Putting a strand of hair behind your ear a smile appeared on his face.

“Not enough”

You returned him the smile and blushed.

“Five years?”

He shook his head.

“Not enough”

“Ten years?”

“I already told you. That´s not enough time for all the things I want to do with you”

The loud cheering brought you back to reality. There was no smile on his face, no words, no promises. Nothing. But you had to try one last time. Intending not to sound too weak, you told him what you had been meaning to say for so long.

“Jungkook. I´m so grateful I´ve had you during the best ten years of my life. You´ll always be my one and only”

Your lips were trembling and your hands were going to break the object between your hands if he didn´t say anything. But the moment you saw his eyes staring into the distance and his tongue pressed against the inside of his cheek you knew it was over.

“Today is Ning´s and her husband´s big wedding day. We should not intrude”

As soon as the words left his lips everybody went silent. You swore the sunlight faded and the room went darker, and you felt a piece of you die a little. Unwanted. Used. Miserable. There were no words to describe how you felt. He was rejecting you. And if it wasn´t enough with that, his fucking phone rang. And he picked it up. He fucking dared to look at you and excused himself. Whoever was on the phone didn´t deserve more attention than you. Whatever was in his head wasn´t more important. But he walked away, he run from you living everyone speechless. Eventually people continued with the party dissolving the tense air, they continued with their lifes. But you felt lifeless. It always happened to you, in situations when a strong emotion took over, your body shot down completely. Completely numb, too broken to function.

The mess you were making didn´t matter at all. Ripping clothes from the racks and throwing shoes in the air all you could focus on was the little box against the wall. At this point you couldn´t control the tears that you had tried to fight back so eagerly anymore. They were falling on the floor, on your dress than no longer seemed pretty to you, down your cheeks. From the second time in a too short period of time your lipstick was smeared across your face letting your mouth fall into an aggravated expression and there was mascara under your under eye circles that you no longer felt the urge to cover any other day for the rest of your life. Fuck looking good for anybody. You finally reached the box and unlocked it with trembling hands. Although you knew what it contained you had never thought you´d had to use it but there it was: a bottle of vodka and the most caloric snacks you had found in the store. It was your first aid kit for heartbreaks, the least convenient thing for the situation but the one that would heal the agony even if it was just temporary. After having half of the drink directly from the bottle and randomly breaking a picture of you and Jungkook you were sitting in front of the TV surrounded by food, DVDs and your puffy dress. Your calmed and detached demeanor came back as images of you and Jungkook appeared everywhere. You wanted to smash the screen. When you were still in college you had to do this stupid art project and record a documentary about someone you loved. Of course, you had chosen him.

“Jungkookie, you shouldn´t appear shirtless. My teacher is going to like you too much”

It was a hot summer day, college was almost finished and you were lying on the grass contemplating the sky and the shapes of the clouds.

“Come here”

Uncrossing your legs you gave in and laid next to him, your hair tickling his bare chest. You positioned the camera where both of you would appear in the frame.

“I´m not supposed to appear on it”

His head turned to kiss your forehead and you felt a sparkling sensation all over your body.

“But you are part of my life”

His words warmed your heart.

“We´ve already filmed how we met. I have to finish this for tomorrow and you still haven´t told me anything about your childhood”

His lips left your skin and you saw his mouth fall agape.

“I´d rather not talk about that”

You sat straight to look at him.

“You don´t need to go too deep into it. Just tell me about school, about your friends…”

“There´s nothing to tell”

His hushed tone made you put the camera down. When he spoke to you like that, you knew the conversation was over.

“Okay”

You were such an idiot. Seeing everything again, maybe it all had been a lie since the beginning. Maybe it hadn´t faded. It just wasn´t there. How stupid had you been? You were too blind to see that at the time he only needed a girlfriend to content his parents and that as soon as you talked too much he forgot about his role. You once read that you should fall for someone that didn´t make you think love was hard. Jungkook did not only make you think it but proved it all the time.

“How you like this skirt?”

His eyes took off from his menu and got up to hug you as you had just arrived to the restaurant.

“It looks amazing on you”

“Thanks. It´s hot today”

“It is. Did you walk till here?”

“All the way. I´m pretty thirsty. I´ll go ask for a glass of water and then we´ll order”

You got up and made your way to the bar where the cashier happily gave you a cold glass of the refreshing liquid. As you were drinking the guy next to you initiated conversation. He was tall and full of tattoos and you remembered he was in your sculpture class.

“That´s a pretty skirt. I´m so used to seeing your legs covered by ripped jeans full of paint splashes that I almost didn´t recognize you”

“Thanks! Well, I can´t say the same. Your tattoos are pretty flashy”

You talked to him for about five minutes about your plans for the summer time and an art gallery you wanted to visit. By the time you turned to go back to Jungkook, he was gone. He had just left you like that in the middle of a date. He didn´t answer your calls or your messages, and you didn´t talk for a week.

You took another sip of vodka and turned off the TV. You weren´t crying anymore, only whining a bit and furiously wiping your redden cheeks. A loud banging came from the door and you flinched at the sound like a defenseless puppy, but your drunken body run to open it annoyed by the constant hitting and ready to lash out at whoever was behind it. You didn´t know what you were exactly expecting but it wasn´t seeing him again, so you barely gave him time to close the door before you were pushing him against it.

“Get out!”

He held your wrist softly to calm you down, but you had never been so angry in your life. You couldn´t remember even one time where you wanted to inflict as much pain as you were feeling.

“I live here too”

You could tell he was being careful, speaking softly at you and brushing his thumb against your palms, but as many of those things he could do they weren´t enough to hide the meaning behind his words. Your mouth dropped open.

“Oh. So that´s why you are here? I don´t want to see you anymore, in case you haven´t noticed”

“I know. I know you are hurt…have you been crying?”

Even though you were trying to prove your bravado in front of him as soon as he wrapped you in a hug and rested his chin on top of your head, your defenses went down. Even though you still wanted to kick him.

“And you smell like alcohol. Have you been drinking…”

He stopped in his tracks and examined the scene and saw the food on the floor, the bottle of vodka and what you had been watching. If not for the alcohol burning in your veins you would´ve felt embarrassed.

“Look. I shouldn´t have done that, especially not in front of everyone. We can talk things through if you want to get married”

Too bad it was too late to talk about that. You swallowed thickly trying to carefully choose your next words.

“It´s not about that anymore. We don´t have to do that. We can still have a family together. We don´t have to go the traditional way”

You mumbled the words and they hanged in the air for a while.

“I don´t know”

Your fingers clutched at the fabric of his shirt, desperate to make him understand.

“Do you love me?”

It came out as a whisper, but you were sure he had heard it. Instead of answering he pulled you closer and pressed his lips against yours. Maybe it was the way sadness was draining in your system or that it was hectic moments like this that brought up the bravery in you but you kissed him back, too thrilled by him initiating physical contact. Shyly breathing against his lips your tongue made its way to his and the action got more passionate, not feeling as romantic as you had dreamt of. You were being aggressive because you still were bitter about the situation. Astonishingly it was him who reduced the distance between the two of you almost feeling as if you were just one body, not having enough space to exist at the same time. But when he reached for the zipper of your dress something rang in your head.

“Why are you doing this?”

His hands stopped pulling down the fabric and he met your eyes, looking at you as if you had stabbed him from the back. How ironic.

“Isn´t this what you wanted? For us to have sex?”

Your resentment increased. You were finally giving up.

“No. It´s not about that at all. It´s about the fact that I keep doing things wrong. I don´t know what you want! Are you seeing someone else?”

It was a doubt that had corroded you for the past few months, and it was finally out poisoning the already toxic air between the two of you.

“No! I don´t even have time for you. But you are here all the time. I´m sure you are the one sleeping around while I work”

Among all the insulting things he had done that day that hurt the most. He was throwing you away. Tossing aside all your efforts to please him.

“That´s what you think I do? You think I wait for you every day with a smile plastered on my face and ask you how´s your day been while I think about other guys? You think I´m cheating on you when I want to marry you? You are sick. It´s not me. You are the one doing things wrong”

“We haven´t done anything wrong. We´ll do the commercial….”

The last drop of patience left on you evaporated.

“Stop it! Can´t you not shut the fuck up about that stupid job? It´s that all you think I´m worth?”

“I didn´t say that”

You wished you could read his mind as his face was telling you nothing. He had this passive attitude all the time and at some point you had started to hate it.

“Well you act like so!”

“Then it´s clear I can´t give you what you want. My job is the only thing I´m good at. I thought you were happy this way. I didn´t want you to have a job or have any burdens…”

Have any burdens? He was the only burden right now. Your eyes danced around the room, too perplex to answer immediately.

“Who said I didn’t want to work? You´re the reason I don´t paint and didn´t go to France”

How could he not see you had left everything for him? You had given up so many things.

“How can you blame me for that?”

You pushed him again, suddenly disgusted at his presence and this time he didn´t try to stop you.

“Just because you are the CEO of a company it doesn´t mean you can boss me around. Forget about it. Get out of here”

That´s all that you wanted. Your stare was trapped in the door, failing to look directly at him.

“I live here!”

“I paid for the house!

“We agreed you´d still let me live here even if things didn´t go as we planned”

“I want you to come with me”

Your eyes widen in surprise and you instantly put down the book you were reading.

“What do you mean? I´m right here”

Delicately, as if he wanted to give more emotion to the moment, he cleared his throat.

“I got the job”

After a moment of processing the information your whole body jumped in excitement and you clunged to his body like a koala, both of you spinning around.

“That´s amazing”

Hands soft as velvet, they brushed against your skin removing the hairs that had rebelliously occupied your face. He took your hand, gently, and guided you to sit back in the bed.

“It is. And I want you to come with me. I´ll be moving to the city. It´s not France, but it´s a new place for both of us”

Tightening your grip on his hand you came closer and rested your head on his shoulders. He seemed nervous at your silence, and he should be. France was your dream, your most deep desire.

“I need you to come with me”

The desperation in his voice, the fact that it was the most similar thing to I love you he had ever said made the decision for yourself.

“Of course I´ll go. We have a plan, don´t we?”

If things didn´t go as planned. You weren´t following the plan anymore.

“You aren´t keeping any promises so I´ll do the same. Go put a tent on your office and sleep there. It won´t be that different. And maybe you can get your secretary to make you coffee every morning. She already does, doesn´t she? You never drink mine anyway”

At this point you didn´t mind the weigh your words carried.

“I…look. It isn´t easy for me either. We´ve been together for so long”

“Is that so? Is it that difficult for you to come home and watch a film with me? To take interest in what I do? To tell me how you feel? I don´t think this is being as hard for you as you think. And if it is, well, it won´t be anymore. It´s over. Now get out”

He hesitated for a moment, but he finally let you go. He opened his mouth once more, but the way you were glaring at him made him close it. With that, he stormed out of the apartment and slammed the door as if he wasn´t responsible for anything that had happened. You didn´t feel as relieved as you thought you would and after a while you felt on your knees and cried, maybe for an hour or for two, you didn´t know, but at some point everything turned dark even though the lights were on. Everything went completely silent. You knew there was something way better than alcohol to completely forget about him and you reached inside of you and extended a hand. Before you knew it, you were smiling. You no longer felt sad as ten years ago the painful story hadn´t even started. The seventeen you had the green light to mess around your life. You were very tired, so tired you felt you didn´t even exist. Retreating in some place of your mind, the twenty seven year old you was gone. Years and years of suffering were now paying off. You could sleep all that you wanted, forever. If your misfortune was his happiness, you´d happily stay unfortunate then. The seventeen year old you didn´t think that way, and a confused thought that you weren´t sure who belonged to was the last thing that crossed your mind. If he wanted your forgiveness, he´d have to beg.

Fuck you Jeon Jungkook.

SummaryYou and your best friend Taehyung have recently got into the same university in the capital of Seoul. Hoping that this was your year to finally admit your romantic feelings towards your said best friend, uni seems an exciting prospect. But of course, the future never really goes according to plan.

Jin had taken you to a hill. Granted, it had great views over the city, but when the small car pulled up by the grass, you began wondering if Jin had actually gone mad. The night was slightly cloudy, but every now and then the moon would appear through the mist, outlining the shapes of trees and bushes that framed the hills.

“Why have you brought us here?” Jungkook asked, jumping out the car and pulling his jacket tighter around him.

“Clear our headspace,” was all Jin said, before hopping round to the back to pull out blankets and cushions that he’d stored away. “Come on, help me get this lot out.”

As a group, you heaved mounds of blankets to an even spot that overlooked the city, not too far from the sloping edges of the hill that ran down into the trees. You had to admit, the night was colder than you’d anticipated. Settling down, you felt the grass tickle the exposed skin that wasn’t on the blanket, and the chill of the air nipped at your nose and ears.

“It’s so cold,” Taehyung complained, “I’m going to get sick! Do you want me to pass on a bug around our house? I’m all for sharing.”

You didn’t need to look at Taehyung to know he was deliberately stirring for trouble, as despite his moaning and grumbling, it wasn’t cold enough to freeze. However, Jin seemed well aware of Taehyung’s tactics and bluntly ignored him, sitting next to Jungkook with his back turned.

“If anyone wants to get anything off their chest, now’s the time,” beamed Jin, looking around at the rest of you in satisfaction. Although he was trying his best to get you all to open up, you didn’t feel like questioning Taehyung about the note you’d found in front of everyone.

“I have something,” perked up Taehyung, his soft voice carrying clearly through the quiet air.

Jin looked slightly surprised, but he tried not to let it show as he encouraged Taehyung on. “Go on then, Taehyungie. What’s bothering you?”

“You promise you won’t get annoyed with me?”

“Of course not.”

“Well, what’s really bothering me is… I’m cold.”

It took a few moments for it to sink in, but after Jin realised that there was no real problem, he leapt to his feet in anger. “Taehyung!

Taehyung was up like a shot and bolting it down the hill, with Jin hot on his heels. The yells from the younger boy could be heard for a while afterwards as he was chased around the grass, creating good entertainment for you, Namjoon, and Jungkook while you sat peacefully swathed in blankets.

“Why are you still chasing me?” you heard Taehyung bellow from somewhere out of sight.

“It’s making me feel better!” came Jin’s reply.

There was a gentle silence after the yelling stopped, where everything was still. The small wind toyed with the trees, letting them whisper. Namjoon sighed as he fidgeted around, getting comfortable on the ground and sucking in air through his teeth, staring wistfully at the horizon.

“What are you thinking about?” you asked curiously.

He shook his head, blinking his eyes quickly. “Nothing. Just… I said something today to someone.” He laughed briefly, as if he realised how silly the situation was. “Had a little argument about it, actually. I told him he was wrong, but thinking back on it, I shouldn’t have gotten so annoyed.”

“Was that your argument with Taehyung?” Jungkook interjected.

“Yeah,” he muttered regretfully. When he spotted your concerned gaze, he patted your arm. “Don’t worry, it wasn’t anything serious, I promise. Taehyung’s one of those people that doesn’t change their mind once it’s set, which I’m sure you’re aware of. I tried telling him that he wasn’t right, and it didn’t go down very well. Obviously, to him, he couldn’t understand my point of view, and I’m starting to realise why.”

“Why? Was he right, in the end?” you questioned.

“He was very wrong.”

“Still not understanding.”

“I think it’s because the way he perceives something isn’t the way I perceive it,” he explained slowly, trying to display his thoughts in a logical manner. “He’s experienced different things in his life, and learnt different things because of it. So, the way I see things is different to how he sees things. Make sense? Take Jin, for example,” he pointed, as the older boy flopped onto the grass from exhaustion, lying with Taehyung a little way in front of where you sat. “Most people see him as the leader because he’s the oldest, whilst we see him as more of a child because we’ve lived with him, so we perceive him differently. Due to experience, we have an alternate window of knowledge. When Taehyung said something untrue, I didn’t listen to him, but to him, it was true. It’s just… perception.”

You nodded along to what Namjoon was saying, while Jungkook remained unmoving, biting at the inside of his lip with his eyes focused on the grass. He was listening, but like usual, you couldn’t tell what he was thinking.

“That’s very wise of you, Namjoon,” you commented, picking at the fraying edges of the blanket.

He just shrugged in modesty, a mischievous smile on his lips. “But let me just get this clear: he’s wrong, I’m right. He just doesn’t know it yet.”

Something about the night air, the sprawling, tranquil city below, and Namjoon’s words created a strong sense of being within you. There was a complacency that wasn’t there before, and you finally understood why Jin thought a midnight view was a good idea. You understood Jin’s perception, you thought with a laugh. You shook your head, clearing your head. You never thought you’d see the day where you understood Namjoon’s existential speeches, and you weren’t about to start then.

“What did you argue about?” Jungkook asked flatly. You turned to look at him as you heard the uninterested tone, and as anticipated, his expression was vacant. Jungkook was a mystery; some things never affected him, and you were glad of his company when your life took a turn for the worse, but other times there was no way of reaching out to him. He hid behind an indifferent mask and retreated into his shell. Discomforted, you looked away.

Namjoon, however, didn’t reply, and you weren’t sure whether it was because he didn’t want to answer, or the fact that Jin was making his way up the hill, puffing slightly from the excursion.

“Taehyung’s tired and he’s given up somewhere over there,” he reported, “but he’s now warm, thank goodness. I suggest someone bring him blankets, though, before he cools down again.”

Namjoon moved across so that he was sat next to Jin, leaving you alone with Jungkook. Slowly and cautiously, you laid your hand on his arm in an attempt to gain his attention. Fortunately, Jungkook snapped out of his expressionless state to give you a bewildered glance. You smiled in comfort as he did the same, but his was a fake smile, one that hid pain and hurt. It struck you hard in the chest, seeing him so fragile and timid.

“Jungkook, what’s the matter? You seem upset.” At your words, there was a brief flicker of surprise that crossed his features, but he quickly covered it up.

“Nothing, I’m just… tired,” he lied.

“You’re shutting me off,” you said quietly. “Obviously, if it’s bothering you, I want to help. You help me all the time, and now it’s my turn.”

Jungkook breathed in heavily through his nose, before expelling the air out of his mouth. Swallowing forcefully, he met your eyes, fixing you with a determined stare that you couldn’t tear away from. His body was still tense and rigid, but his throat bobbed up and down, preparing himself to speak.

“Do you think this is going to work between us?” he asked dubiously, carefully monitoring your face for your reaction. “I really, really, want this to work, but I get a feeling that it won’t.”

Your heart rate had picked up pace, and you could feel your legs beginning to go numb at the shock. Was Jungkook beginning to have doubts, too? Although you had many moments where you questioned whether you should’ve let Jungkook into your love life, the answer would invariably be yes. He wasn’t perfect for you in many ways, but it gave you time to think about your relationship with Taehyung and you enjoyed being in Jungkook’s company. But whether it was going to work? You had no idea. And that terrified you.

“What m-makes you ask that?” you asked, stuttering slightly. Jungkook’s arm was warm under your touch, but your palms began to burn.

He just sighed and shrugged his shoulders as a noncommittal reply, trailing his eyes down to your lap. “I guess it feels like I like you more than you could ever like me,” he breathed weakly. “I’ve been readying myself ever since I first started liking you, readying myself to move on at any given moment. I didn’t want to intrude on what you and Taehyung had, but I found myself doing it anyway. I couldn’t stop myself. Here I am, exactly where I hoped I wouldn’t be.” He laughed brightly, but his eyes didn’t turn into crescents like they usually did and he laughed for too long for it to be natural.

“The reason why I didn’t want to be an official couple is because I didn’t want to hurt you like this,” you said. The rock in your stomach grew heavy with every passing word. “Jungkook, I love Taehyung, you know that. And I swore I would try to get to know you better, to see if I could love you the same. I think you’re cute and generous and talented, and I’m certain that if Taehyung wasn’t in the picture, I would’ve fancied you straightaway.”

The sadness on his face was evident now, and if your eyes weren’t deceiving you, he looked regretful. “Let’s talk about this later. Taehyung looks like he wants to talk to you.”

Jungkook pointed towards the slope of the hill, and from the light of the city, you could just about make out Taehyung’s head popping out over the ridge. When he realised he’d been spotted, his eyes widened and he disappeared again, caught in the act. It was almost comical, and you would’ve laughed if your heart wasn’t slowly being crushed from the weight of guilt.

“He’s not avoiding you like I thought he’d be,” Jungkook stated, now looking at the hand that you’d laid across his arm. “He’s practically itching to say something to you.”

“Who says that I want to speak to him?” you said defensively, knowing full well that you were aching to do exactly that.

Jungkook nudged you with his elbow, which was enough to indicate that he knew better. “Come on, you always have that lost look on your face whenever Taehyung is mentioned.”

“But Guk, I do like you. You’ve been a wonderful friend to me. I just think you’re suppressing something, and you don’t want anyone to find out.” Biting your lip shyly, you added, “You close up.”

“I’m not used to being in a relationship, or even close to it, like whatever we have,” he muttered, almost inaudibly as Jin and Namjoon’s conversation lulled into silence. “I don’t talk to people about my feelings, I never have done, so it’s new for me. You’ve had Taehyung. I find it difficult to- well, you get the idea. I can’t open up. It’s always been that way until I met… you.”

A bubble of emotion welled up in your lungs, making it hard for you to keep your breathing even. It made sense why Jungkook was so unattached to his feelings, but you couldn’t believe it. Had he really only begun to open up because of you?

“I’m still discovering things about myself every day, so thank you,” he said with a sense of finality. With a heavy heart, you returned his smile, noticing how his had become more sincere. “Now, go talk to Taehyung, before he breaks his neck trying to watch us.”

“Jungkook,” you began seriously, “I’m sorry I haven’t been everything you’d hoped I’d be. I’ll try harder, I promise. We’ll work on it, I’ll work on it. I don’t want you to ever feel like you’re not important to me, because I swear you are.”

“Thanks,” he mumbled. “We’ll talk more about this later, okay? Because Taehyung is starting to creep me out.”

“I’m going, I’m going,” you laughed. “But I want you to know that you’re not intruding on anything. How I feel is not your fault.”

You squeezed his arm gratefully, refraining yourself from hugging him. Although you felt terrible for making him feel unwanted, he’d shared more than he’d done before in his life, and you didn’t want to overdo it by making it a big deal. Instead, you watched Taehyung’s mop of hair disappear over the brow of the hill as he hid from view again.

Grabbing the thickest blanket you could find from the pile leftover, you wandered down the hill, staggering slightly as you hit hidden rabbit holes in the dark. You sincerely wished Hoseok or Yoongi was there with you, as they always had the best advice for any of your Jungkook or Taehyung problems. What would they say in this situation? They’d probably tell you to be honest, and not lie to yourself to spare someone’s feelings. But you were being honest. As much as you loved Taehyung, you definitely had a soft spot for Jungkook and wanted to give things a go, no matter how many times you worried about making the wrong choice.

Pausing on your way down, you peered over your shoulder to get a glimpse of Jungkook. He’d moved over to Namjoon and was laughing along with Jin, as if your conversation never happened. However, he caught your eye as you stared in wonder, and he quickly motioned for you to continue walking. You studied his smile to see if he was only pretending to be okay, but it seemed authentic enough. Jungkook confused you, to say the least.

Plodding down the hill, you became worried that you’d twist your ankle before you found your friend. However, you finally caught Taehyung lying flat out on the grass, still as a statue as he pretended he wasn’t there. In one quick motion, you threw the blanket over his face, mainly just to annoy him.

“I do not deserve this mistreatment,” he said, his voice muffled, jumping slightly at your sudden arrival.

Laughing, you helped him sit up and organise the blanket so that you were both huddled underneath. It was big enough so that you didn’t have to squash together, but just small enough that you could feel his arm brushing against yours.

Ahh,” he breathed, his eyes twinkling from the lights. A soft smile played across his lips, and you couldn’t help watching, captivated. It felt so long since you’d last been near him, when in fact, it hadn’t been too long since you’d decided to keep your distance.

“Can’t take your eyes off me?” he asked cheekily, and you realised he’d been watching you out of the corner of his eye.

Blushing, you turned your attention back on the buildings. “I was just looking at the food hanging off your chin.”

He didn’t move at first, but as he grew more paranoid, he subtly wiped his chin with the back of his hand, just in case. You smiled smugly as he sighed in irritation after finding nothing there.

“Why did you suddenly decide to talk to me again?” he asked, not bothering to edge into the conversation, nor to keep the curiosity out of his voice. “You seemed so set on this ‘time apart’ thing. What changed your mind? Did Jungkook say anything?”

“I’m giving Jungkook a hard time at the moment,” you admitted. “He knew that I didn’t like not talking to you. Nothing I seem to be doing is making him happy. I don’t think relationships are meant to be like that, somehow.”

“You can’t please everybody.”

“I’ve been ‘seeing him’ for barely a month, and I don’t think it’s had the best of starts, either. It’s all because of me.”

Taehyung didn’t reply, but he looked saddened by your response. There was a tension between you that you’d never felt before, as if one wrong word would cause sparks to fly. It was a foreign experience, so you were unsure as to how to continue talking. Something told you that you shouldn’t have brought up Jungkook, but it was already plaguing your mind and you couldn’t help it.

Taehyung cleared his throat, amplifying the cutting atmosphere that you’d created. Luckily, however, he changed the subject, his voice deeper than usual. “I actually thought you were going to drop me completely. I came to your house one morning to talk it through, but you weren’t in. I wanted to say that it was stupid, and that you shouldn’t listen to everything Jungkook says. Even if you had been in, I probably wouldn’t have said those things anyway. I find it hard to be mad at you sometimes.” He laughed bitterly, trying to throw off the sincerity of his statement.

“If I had dropped you, you would’ve deserved it, you know,” you muttered. “You did leave me for Yeji several times.”

“Okay, okay,” he laughed, genuinely this time. “We’ll call it even?”

“Deal.”

Again, another silence fell that was too awkward for comfort. So much had changed between you, while everything had stayed the same. You were still Y/N and Taehyung, but you were also Y/N and Taehyung with confused feelings, heartbreak, and a whole lot of misunderstanding. The boy sitting next to you was the same one who made up fibs to the teacher as to why you were running late, gave you his drink when a fly landed in yours, and was the same boy who you’d fallen head over heels in love for. But he’d changed in many ways, and so had you.

Maybe that was why you sat there, neither of you speaking, trying to conjure up the right phrases to say. But nothing sounded right. Every thought that came into your head was either too childish, too dramatic, or too offhand. You both wanted this friendship, so why was it so hard to talk?

Instead, you decided to pull out the piece of paper stuck to the underside of a desk and give it to Taehyung, letting it flutter onto his lap. He watched it fall and then stared at it for a few seconds, as if he was trying to remember where he’d seen it before.

You had no choice but to pluck up the courage and ask him. “When did you write this? Why did you write this?”

Taehyung pulled the blanket up to his chin, letting the note slide onto the grass. Hastily, you picked it up, not wanting it to be caught up by the wind.

“I put it there before we had that argument at Cupcake Corner, and after I came around your house. I always knew you were thorough and like to get jobs done properly, so I put it there knowing you’d find it eventually. I can’t say nice things to your face, so I wrote it down. You’re too ugly, you see. I change my mind about compliments when I see your face.”

You pushed him backwards roughly so that he fell with a heavy thud. He let out a small yell at the abruptness, but he giggled contentedly while lying on his back. “Don’t make me bring out those photos of you with a balloon face,” you warned.

“Yah, I had an allergic reaction!”

Rolling your eyes, you looked into the distance and waited for his laughing to die down. When he sat back up again, you continued, finally finding the right words to say. “Taehyung, I want to say thank you for giving me space to think. I meant what I said in the text, because I realise now why I missed you. The actual reason why. It’s not just to do with romantic things; it’s so much more than that. I think Jungkook is beginning to understand he’s never going to have my full attention, because you’ll always be there at the back of my mind.”

“I messed up, too,” Taehyung admitted, falling serious. “I feel like I’m always messing up when it comes to you. From everything that happened to Yeji, to not trying hard enough to keep in contact. It’s all become so stressful because I think I should’ve done this or should’ve said that, but I’ve never wanted to be that selfish friend who only wants you to myself. I keep messing up.

It was rare to see such raw vulnerability coming from Taehyung, and it made you happy to know that he was able to be so open and honest.

“You can’t have gone too far wrong, because for some reason, I still keep coming back to you.” You lightheartedly poked his cheek, watching the familiar boxy grin spread across it as a result. “Even if you do go wrong somewhere, you can always turn things around. And I think you’ve worked pretty hard to try and do that.”

“Thanks,” he smiled proudly. “Although, it has got me wondering… what do you want from the future? For us? Because I know you still like me, but you’re with Jungkook now.”

You thought about it for a while, not expecting that question to come up. “Haven’t really thought about it,” you said truthfully. You liked Jungkook, but any feelings you had for Taehyung were ten times stronger. The images of Jungkook’s pain-stricken face flashed across your mind as he told you that he liked you more than you liked him. It gnawed at your mind, clawing at it. Perhaps you hadn’t done the right thing at all.

“Okay, an easier question: what do you regret, and how you want the future to be different?”

“Easy,” you nodded, relieved that you didn’t have to answer. “I wish I didn’t like you. Why couldn’t you’ve been an asshole?”

In indignation, Taehyung grabbed a handful of grass and yanked it out of the ground, pulling up lumps of dirt with it, and then proceeded to throw it over your head. Without a second thought, you copied him, decorating his pale orange hair with dots of green. It didn’t last long, as Taehyung began whining about grass going down his back.

“Oh, stop complaining,” you scolded, satisfied that you’d won. “Ooh, I’ve got an idea! To complete the nature look, flowers are a must.” Picking out a few daises from the smattering in the grass, you pushed the stems into his hair, adding a touch of yellow and white.

In fact, you were so pleased with your idea, you kept going, adding more and more daisies to Taehyung’s head. All the while, he gave you a sullen look, crossing his arms in a fake temper.

“They’re going to fall out,” he moaned. “It’s making me look silly.”

“Shh, let me finish my masterpiece.”

As you worked on his hair, you suddenly noticed that Taehyung had been staring at you for a few minutes, watching you stick your tongue out as you concentrated. Embarrassed, you closed your mouth, keeping your eyes off his. Your heart began beating a little faster, and your hands became slightly unsteady.

“Y/N,” he said softly, his warm breath tingling against your skin. You almost sat back as you realised how close the proximity was, but trying to act nonchalant, you continued planting more daisies. “I don’t want you to think I was shunning you.”

“What?”

“I understand what it meant to you to tell me that you like me. The whole Yeji situation disorientated me a little, so I haven’t got the right words to say to you right now. But I want you to know that I’m grateful that you told me, and we will talk about it properly sometime.”

You thought about Jungkook, and how you were unable to give him a straight answer when he asked you if you liked him back. Nothing was ever that straightforward, so you had learnt. “It doesn’t matter,” you replied, adding one last flower to the bouquet atop Taehyung’s head. “Things like that take time.”

“Thanks for understanding,” he said gratefully, blowing his fringe out of his eyes. “I meant what I said in that note. You make me a lot happier than I realise.”

You nodded in agreement, and for a while, you stayed like that, staring at each other underneath the moonlight. Your heart rate still hadn’t gone back to its usual pace, and looking into his shining brown eyes wasn’t helping. It wasn’t making you nervous or scared, but it created a fizzing inside your chest, telling you that you were utterly, completely, stupidly happy. Through the years, you’d been denying this feeling because it was too strong for you to handle. But even when you knew that this moment was nothing, you couldn’t get rid of that sickening hope rising in your heart.

“Y/N, there’s something important I was going to tell you in the cupcake shop, before-”

“We’re going home, guys!” Jin yells, cutting Taehyung off.

Disappointment flooded your veins, but you disregarded it as you walked back up the hill to rejoin Jungkook. If it was that important, he would’ve told you already, you told yourself firmly.

In the car, everyone had swapped places so that Jungkook was now in the middle seat next to you, and Taehyung sat in the passenger seat in the front. It was dead on the way back, as Namjoon and Taehyung had fallen asleep, and Jin had stuck on a playlist with songs that neither you or Jungkook knew. Furthermore, you had a funny feeling that Jungkook had been watching you the whole time you were on the hill, and knew more than he let on.

Sighing quietly, you leant against the cool glass of the window, tired and slightly hungry. As Jin drove, you watched the wilting flowers fall out of Taehyung’s hair.

The next day, you’d arranged to meet Jungkook at the park, as he’d sent you an urgent message telling you that he needed to talk. If you were being honest with yourself, you weren’t worried as to what it could be, but that might have been because you were exhausted from your midnight rambles and you barely got any sleep due to overthinking the night’s events.

What Jungkook had said to you stuck with you all the way home, and was still bothering you the next morning. However, you were eager to talk it through, even if it was a painful conversation to have.

Walking down the stony path, you spotted Jungkook sitting on a bench overlooking a few boys playing with a football. He jumped up in alarm when he saw you, looking on edge and somewhat paler than usual.

“Jungkook!” you greeted happily, determined to make up for last night. “You wanted to talk?”

He wasted no time in jumping straight into it, looking you directly in the eye with a set confidence. “I’ve been thinking about what I said last night,” he began purposefully, ruffling the back of his hair with his hand. “Also, what you said as well. You said you wanted to make it work, too, but I saw you with Taehyung…”

You nodded, your suspicions confirmed. He had definitely been watching you.

“…and it made me think of what Namjoon said.”

“Let’s sit down,” you suggested, gesturing to the bench.

Your trivial interruption seemed to throw him off slightly, as he began hesitating and stumbling over his words. “Oh, erm… yeah, okay.”

You plonked down heavily, panic starting to settle in. Jungkook was usually very calm and self-assured, and only got this rattled when he talked about… love.

“Namjoon made me notice how you and I must see things differently. I’ve always seen your friendship with Taehyung as exactly that: a friendship. But when you were talking, it didn’t feel like I was watching two friends talking. There’s a vibe between you that I can’t quite put my finger on. So, that’s why I think it’s best if we quit while we’re ahead.”

“I’m sorry?” you spluttered.

Jungkook just smiled, a small blush creeping up his neck as he ploughed on. “Our personalities clash way too much, and I know you’ve noticed that as well. Plus, it’s not fair of me to pull you away from Taehyung. The way you look at him… it’s incomparable. We could push for something, could try harder to make things work, but I don’t think it’s meant to be.”

Although Jungkook’s words rang true, there was no denying the shattering feeling in your heart where hope had once lived. “But I thought you liked me,” you said quietly, not caring how childish you sounded. “I thought you wanted to be with me.”

“I do,” Jungkook swallowed, breathing heavily through his nose, “but it’s not fair to pull you away from Taehyung. I was wrong. I can’t force you to not like him; it’s just who you are. I thought maybe you could learn to love me, and things would work themselves out. What we have between us… it’s nothing to what you and Taehyung have. I see it. I chose to ignore it, and again, that’s my fault. I’m sorry for making you try to be someone you’re not. Besides, it feels weird to not have Taehyung come home and talk about you for fifteen minutes every day.”

“But you weren’t making me be someone else,” you argued, on the edge of tears now. “I need to move on from Taehyung, because otherwise, I’m just going to get hurt again when he finds some other person to love.” Your pitch was rising as you became more and more distraught, but Jungkook grabbed your hand tightly.

“This wasn’t the right way to go about it. Also, you haven’t even tried to get with Taehyung! He’s single, you’re single. And I’m more than happy to help you.”

He gave you a toothy grin, and you were surprised to see that there was no trace of a mask being put on. He seemed genuinely at ease, now that he’d got the hard words out of the way.

“Why do you still want to help me? Wouldn’t that hurt you?” you sniffed.

He chuckled, rubbing your hand with his thumb. “You’ve taught me a lot of things, Y/N,” he said softly. “One of those things is that you need to be honest with yourself if you want to be happy. Another thing is that you can’t avoid your feelings forever. I need to find peace in that.”

You didn’t understand what he meant at all, but you were too busy trying to keep tears from falling that you didn’t question it. Instead, you both stared at the boys playing football, and through your bleary vision, you recognised the pale orange hair bouncing alongside a shock of silver.

“Who’s Taehyung with again? We met him at the spring market,” asked Jungkook suddenly.

“Jimin,” you mumbled. “He’s been friends with Taehyung longer than I have.”

“That’s perfect, then,” he beamed, turning back to you. “I’m sure I can get Jimin to help us.”

“I need some time, Guk.” Even though you were aware that you and Jungkook weren’t well matched, the shock of the curt ending to your budding relationship stung a little. You weren’t ready to jump into pursuing another man, least of all the person you could only dream of being with.

“That’s fine,” he nodded. He lifted his arms uncertainly, unsure whether a hug was appropriate or not, but you buried your head into his chest gratefully. “You taught me a lot about love,” he murmured into your hair. “Even though you couldn’t give it to me.”

You weren’t wholly certain whether to be pleased or not. Either way, it didn’t matter, as the tears had eventually tumbled out, and you broke down entirely.

The Valet and The Prince

Today is the amazing and talented @slashyrogue‘s birthday and so I was a little cheeky and stole a prompt from their @hannigramprompts blog for a forbidden love story between Prince Hannibal and his valet, Will (full prompt here). So without further ado, happy birthday, my dear slashy, I hope you enjoy <3<3<3

Also on AO3.

“Hannibal, you can’t!”

“I am the prince, am I not? I can do exactly as I please.”

“That’s why you can’t, princes don’t kneel before their subjects. And they definitely don’t clean their boots for them!”

“You’re not my subject, Will, you’re my friend. I don’t care about what the rules say, I care about you.”

“I… alright, fine then, have it your way. Should be me down there cleaning your shoes, though. Good practice for when I’m somebody’s servant.”

“You could be so much more than that, Will. I could help you.”

“Nothing wrong with being a servant, your highness. We can’t all be the future king.”

“Perhaps I long for something different as well.”

“We all long for things we can’t have, Hannibal, that’s life.”

“Then life is unfair.”

“Yes. Hadn’t you figured that out yet?”

Will couldn’t help but remember that conversation, years past now, on the morning he was to begin his new employment. It wasn’t the first, or the last time the prince had offered to help him rise beyond his station but, looking back now, Will could see it was the beginning of the end for their friendship. He had known, by that point, that he wouldn’t be able to keep Hannibal, that his life would soon diverge from the prince’s in ways that would deny them the closeness they had enjoyed throughout their childhood. The child of the king, the future ruler, could not remain best friends with the child of a mere cook, and much as Will might have wanted to hold Hannibal close – closer even than friends, in his secret heart – he had done his best to accept this inevitability. Hannibal though, it seemed, had not realised, or at least not believed it, until that day and that conversation. After, he seemed to withdraw somewhat, as if he too had begun to build a wall around his heart against their upcoming separation, and gradually the two drifted apart, consumed by the quickly accruing duties of their different destinies. Hannibal learned how to govern, how to lead, how to rule. Will, how to serve, how to bow and scrape and obey.

Now they were both men grown, and it had been at least a year since they had been in each other’s company; longer still since they had exchanged a friendly word. So it had been a shock indeed for Will to receive news of his advancement to this new position, ahead of many other valets who were better qualified for the role. And it was downright unsettling to stand in this room, watching his new master survey him from top to toe.

“Hello, Will.”

“Good morning, your highness.” Will kept his eyes trained on the fireplace, as Hannibal prowled round him in a slow circle, clearly having no wish to put him at his ease. He felt stiff and awkward in his new uniform, provided for him by the prince’s household, and Hannibal’s scrutiny was not helping. It was all Will could do not to squirm under his gaze, only the distinct desire not to give Hannibal such satisfaction holding him in place.

Finally, the prince had apparently looked his fill and came to stand before Will, smiling affably. “You have grown up well, Will, as I always imagined you would.”

Will did his best not to roll his eyes at this. Hannibal was barely two years older than him, yet he spoke as though Will was a child in comparison. He always had been given to patronising everybody around him; when they were younger, Will would simply have smacked him and told him to stop being so annoying. Now though…

“Thank you, your highness, you are very kind. Would you like me to begin my duties?”

Hannibal raised an eyebrow at this, and sought out Will’s eyes, forcing eye contact that he had no choice but to return. “So eager to begin you have no time to catch up, Will?” Hannibal asked, and Will could swear there was something like disappointment in the prince’s eyes. It was gone again a second later though, and while Will usually trusted himself to read people accurately, with Hannibal he’d never found it quite so easy, and so told himself he’d imagined it. “Very well, Mr Graham, you may proceed.”

The title caught Will by surprise. It was, really, exactly as any valet should be addressed by his master, but from Hannibal… Still, Will did not let it faze him, and he moved calmly towards the shaving set to take up his position. The head of the prince’s household had informed him that Hannibal preferred to shave himself, as well as to pick out his own clothing (a fact which Will was greatly relieved by, having little sartorial sense of his own), and so he stood by as Hannibal approached the washstand, ready to hand him the implements as required. He was therefore in the perfect spot to observe as Hannibal dropped his fine, flowing gown to the floor, and could barely contain his gasp.

The prince was utterly, unashamedly naked.

“And Then She Ran” Daryl Dixon

Words: 2,023

Summary: After Daryl’s daughter dies, he finds her diary and learns more about her than he wanted.

Warnings: This is dark. Death, some swear words, angst

Daryl can still remember his daughter’s death like it was yesterday.

It was her on her eighteenth birthday. Daryl, not one to show his emotions, had gone out of his comfort zone that day to make sure it was a special one. He’d had Carol over to cook her favorite breakfast (at least, her favorite out of the few options they had), and while on a previous run, he found her a beautiful diamond necklace in a house that was still in good shape. He managed to find some paper to cover it with. He had everything ready to go. It was not often that she got to feel like she was special.

They had a fight that day. This was not just any normal fight, not like the ones that they usually had. And they had fights often. This fight was different.

Everyone had noticed that she had been acting differently lately. Nobody brought it up with her, but everyone knew something was wrong. Daryl was the last one to catch on, and when he finally convinced her to tell him what was going on… It turned into the worst fight they’d ever had.

She had run off after that fight, but Daryl didn’t pay any mind to that. She had a habit of “running away” for a few hours. The first few times she did that, Daryl freaked out. He looked for her up and down until the minute she came home. Usually she came home drunk, which would just piss Daryl off more, but at least she was ok. So after a few times of her pulling that act, Daryl stopped worrying.

“She’ll be back soon.” Daryl told himself that day, not bothering to run after her.

She didn’t come back. As a matter of fact, she never came back. A few days after her disappearance, Rick, Daryl, and Glenn went out looking for her. In her place, they saw something they wish they never saw.

She was dead. She was a walker.

Daryl broke down after that, crying harder than he had in his entire life. He just lost his little girl. When he got back to their house later that night, he grabbed the necklace and threw it out the window, sobbing.

It took Daryl a while to be okay after that. In reality, he knew he’d never be okay, but he was okay enough to move on. It took almost a year before he could even go into her room again. It smelled like her; he could almost feel her presence in there. That was comforting for the first few days, until he realized he was never getting her back. She was gone.

-

This was the first time he’d been in your room since that night. Daryl took in the surroundings- it was a mess in here.

‘She was definitely not a tidy person.” Daryl thought to himself, laughing softly. He sat on the bed, taking a deep breath.

“I shouldn’t be in here.” He said out loud to himself, getting up to leave. But something stopped him. He noticed a notebook nudged in between the mattress and the floor. Hesitating, he picked it up and opened it to the first page.

‘I’d been caught with Carl more times than you could imagine.

At first it wasn’t anyone important catching us, only people like Maggie or Glenn who I knew wouldn’t say anything. Then, Rick found out. Rick was pissed, and told Carl to stay away from me.   “She’s too much trouble, Carl. Don’t get involved with her.” Rick had told him. I know he doesn’t like me. He only tolerates me because I’m his best friend’s daughter. I know he’d kick me out of the group if he could. So when he promised me that he wouldn’t tell my dad if we stopped while we were ahead, I agreed. I cried, and told him I’d keep it friendly between the two of us.

Carl didn’t listen. I didn’t either. I just played it up so he wouldn’t tell my dad. We just found other places to sneak around to and have sex.

But, oh boy. The look on my dad’s face that day when he saw me on top of Carl, clothes scattered everywhere. I hadn’t seen him scream that loud at anyone in his life. Daryl Dixon is not a man to piss off. I don’t know how often I’ll be able to write in this but I’ll try to as much as possible. Don’t exactly get too much free time around here.’

Daryl knew he shouldn’t be reading his daughter’s diary, but he couldn’t stop himself. Despite the conditions of the world forcing them to be together all the time, he knew absolutely nothing about his daughter except that she and Carl were together and that she was good with a gun.

A part of him knew it didn’t matter anymore. She was dead.

He turned to the next entry.

My dad is keeping me on a leash now. He’s mad at me. I don’t care. Carl’s the only person that genuinely makes me happy. My dad doesn’t make me happy. He just wants to control me.

I know this put a damper in his friendship with Rick. Rick’s saying it’s all my fault because I’m a bad influence. My dad stood up for me, but I know deep down he agrees. I’m a “problem child.” I have attitude. I’m dramatic. I like to venture out on my own and go explore, sometimes bringing Carl with me so we can have alone time.

I know my dad wishes he had a better daughter. Sometimes I wish I was. Sometimes I wish I wasn’t born, and that my mom gave birth to a different kid. A kid that wasn’t me. I bet my dad would love that. He hates me.

My 18th birthday is in two weeks. I don’t know if legalities matter anymore in this world, but I’ll be an adult. I want to be treated like one. I want off this leash. I want to be allowed to be with Carl without being told no.

I won’t stop seeing him.’

The more Daryl read that, the more his heart broke. He never knew that she thought he didn’t care. Tears starting forming in his eyes, but he wiped them away quickly. He refuses to cry about anything anymore.

‘I’m sick. I can’t stop throwing up everywhere. It’s odd, because I feel fine other than when it just hits me out of nowhere, and no one else is sick beside me.

I refuse to even think about the other option. I’m sick, that’s all.

I got to kill a lot of walkers today. I haven’t got to do that in a while. It felt nice to hold a gun again. Carl is sweet with me. He’s always making sure I’m okay, being protective and all. He loves me, he told me that today. I think I love him too.’

Daryl didn’t know Carl and her were that serious. He thought they were just hormonal teenagers, doing things that teenagers done. He didn’t know there was feelings there. That was an odd thing for Daryl to imagine, love. He hadn’t ever felt it for a girl that wasn’t family.

‘It’s confirmed. I’m pregnant. I did something to piss off my dad, so then it would start a fight, and I ran off without him trying to find me. If I ran off without a reason he’d be suspicious.

I found the tests in the town over. It wasn’t a long walk, but the coldness was getting to me. I ran home, and hid the box in my coat.

My dad didn’t even look at me as I walked past him.

I don’t know how I’m going to tell Carl. God, how am I going to tell anyone? My dad? Rick? I don’t understand how this happened. He pulled out every time. We didn’t use condoms, they’re not exactly easy for either of us to obtain, but I thought pulling out worked, too. I guess I was wrong.

I suppose I didn’t really have anyone to teach me this stuff.

I don’t know what the fuck I’m doing. I’m sitting here writing in a diary like a little girl for God’s sake.’

Tears spilling, Daryl slammed the diary shut. He couldn’t read anymore. He stormed off the bed, and punches the wall near him.

“Daryl?” Rick appeared. Daryl turned his body to face him, ready to break at any moment.

“She thought I hated her.” Daryl says slowly, trying to keep his voice from cracking.

“I doubt she thought you hated her. She knew you loved her. You wouldn’t have gotten so protective of her if you didn’t love her.”

“Rick, I foun’ her diary… I shouldn’t have read it, but I did. She said she wished she wasn’t born because she thought she wasn’t a good enough daughter for me.”

Rick could see the man in front of him, broken to pieces. He felt for him.

“I’m going to finish reading it, I think.” Daryl said after a few moments of silence. Rick took that a que that he wanted to be left alone, and made his way out of the room.

Daryl’s hands shook as he reached for the small, brown notebook once more. Turning it to the last entry she made, he took a deep breath and continued reading.

‘I told Carl.

He took it okay. We were in the middle of eating breakfast that Carol had made for the group when I pulled him outside to talk. He was mostly freaked out. I don’t know if he was more freaked out at the fact that he was going to be a father, or the fact that he would have to tell HIS father. But in the end, he knew his father would be supporting regardless. He gave me a real big kiss and told me we would get through this together.

I told him I didn’t want to tell anyone until I told my dad first. I’m telling him today. It’s my birthday. I figured it’s as good of a day as any to tell him.

I found the necklace he got me. The paper he had it all wrapped in was torn and it was falling out. It was beautiful. I’ve never seen anything to beautiful in my life. I don’t think my dad’s ever gotten me a gift. It makes me happy. Not because its material, but because it’s meaningful. I don’t get attention from him like this. It makes me want to cry.

Stupid pregnancy. Makes me emotional.

I can’t wait for him to give it to me. I feel like maybe it’s his idea of trying to open up to me. If he’s willing, I’m willing.

I have this idea that if my baby turns out to be a girl, I want to give the necklace to her when she gets older. I want to keep it in the family. If we live long enough for that.

I love this baby so much already. I’d do anything for him or her, I can already feel it.

I’m going to tell him whenever he gets back from doing whatever he’s doing. I know he’s going to kill me. I’m getting anxiety about telling him. I considered just not telling him at all, letting him figure out on his own that he’s going to be a grandfather. But I need to tell him. I’ll write in this later and-“

It stops mid-sentence, not continuing. Daryl notices stains on the side of the paper, a puke-ish color, like she got sick while writing that and forgot about it.

He slowly closes the journal, mind numb. He knew the rest of the story.

-

He had home early from checking out a possible un-scavenged pharmacy with Glenn when he saw her sitting outside, deep in thought.

“How did it go?” She had asked him, attempting to build up a conversation with him before dropping the bomb.

“Overrun by walkers, but mostly un-touched. Rick’s sending in a team tomorrow to clear the place out.”

“Awesome,” She had said blankly.

“Look, I know we’re not the perfect example of a father daughter relationship, but if somethings wrong I need you to tell me.” Daryl told her, taking a seat next to her.

“Dad, I’m pregnant.”

Daryl looked over at her in shock. Her eyes were rimmed with tears, and her stomach felt nauseous, although she wasn’t sure if that was from more morning sickness or the anticipation of waiting for his response.

“You’re jokin’, right?” He looked at her dead in the eye. All she could do was stare at him.

“Fuck.” He cursed, getting up from next to her. “How could you do that? What the hell is wrong with you?”

“It’s not like we wanted this, dad!” She was angry.

“I’m gonna kill him. I’m gonna rip his head off.” Daryl was fuming.

“Dad, please-“

“God, I don’ understand, why couldn’t you have just been a good kid? Why do you gotta run around causin’ problems for everyone. I shouldn’t even be surprised.”

He had hit a nerve. She looked at him, no response. He looked at her one last time before storming into the house, slamming the door shut.

“I’ll never let anything happen to you.” She talked to her baby, rubbing her stomach. She was so angry that she forgot to grab her gun.

And then she ran.

The Wife Of A Future Mafia Leader Pt 6

Description: What was it that made Jongup so determined to have you? Is it simple or more complicated than one could handle?

Jongup was never a social child, his nightmare was when his father would knock on the door to his playroom to tell him he had to greet his guests. He was the child that hid behind his father’s legs as he timidly looked up at the frightening men his father mingled with, his business partners Mr Moon told Jongup.

“It would be a shame for such a well known mafia to fall apart because of the next leader in line” Jongup was only four at the time and though he didn’t understand what that man was talking about, his words left an unhealable wound in Jongup’s heart, he spent forever thinking about it. Until he was seven years old and things started to make sense.

Why he didn’t get to go to school, why he didn’t get to go outside and play very often and why there were always such scary looking men visiting his father, everything began making sense to Jongup. And he figured out why he had to be the best, the best of the best, the top of the list and the person that sent a shiver down your spine just by hearing his name because you knew what he was capable of.

Because it would be a shame for his father’s mafia to fall into a pitiful pool of shame and embarrassment.

Not long after Jongup turned seven his father had taken him with him to work for the first time. Jongup was astonished, it was every little boy’s dream but so, so much worse, it was every little boy’s nightmare.

The guns were used in such malicious ways, so many of the men his father worked with had lost their sanity and their sense of humanity long before he was brought into the world by his mother. The sight of the main building sent shivers down his small spine and though his eyes were curious Jongup kept them to the floor to stop as much of it haunting him as he could.

When Jongup was eight years old he was forced to go to work with Mr Moon for the millionth time. Jongup just knew it was going to be another horror-filled day. I only his mother was here to protect him, he wished for her so desperately, with all his little heart, but she never came to his rescue, forcing him to follow his father out the front door of his house every morning.

Jongup was ready, he had pep talked himself as much as an eight-year-old could prep themselves. He was ready for the angry shouts, gunshots ringing in the air, the smell of cigarettes and angry men shouting everywhere he went. But when the car finally came to stop Jongup’s young mind was put into shock, it was a house, a simple, normal looking house and the person opening the door was calm, he was smiling a truly happy albeit nervous smile to his father.

“And this must be young Jongup, what a fine young man you’re growing into” His hair was ruffled and he looked at the owner of the hand, the man who opened the door in astonishment. This man was nice. This man showed no intentions of anything sinful, nothing harmful and nothing against the law.

Mr Moon’s hand on Jongup’s back pushed him into the house, rather gently, like he always was when none of his work partners were watching. Because if this was a work partner he wouldn’t dare touch his son in front of them.

He was told to take his shoes off like the polite guest he was and he looked up into the eyes of the house’s owner and the tall man smiled down at Jongup.

“My daughter Y/N is waiting in the lounge room, you are more than welcome to play with her” The man spoke and Jongup stood dumbfounded.

“Thank you, sir” He sputtered and bowed, and then he rushed to follow the adults into the lounge room. Jongup was waiting for it, a gun to be shown or angry shouts, it was only a matter of time before it would all start and the false atmosphere he felt would reveal what it truly was to him.

But there was no shouting, there weren’t even any weapons in sight, instead, just like the man had promised, a young girl sat tucked into her mother’s side shyly and there was coffee sitting in the kettle, ready to be poured for whoever wanted some. He could only stare, you weren’t brave enough at the time to look him in the eye. If Jongup knew he was shy than you were straight up antisocial.

“Y/N, would you like to show Jongup your toys?” Jongup hadn’t even realised he had spent the past however long it was staring, watching the shy figure in front of him with keen interest. You looked up at your mother and her question seemed to bring you out of your shell the tiniest bit. You presented a sweet smile to your mother, nodding before slipping from her arms and onto your feet.

You looked at Jongup expectantly, waiting for him to stand up and follow you to your room where all your toys were left waiting for you to play with them again.

“Go on son, I’m sure Y/N has lots of interesting toys to play with” Mr Moon gave Jongup a pat on the back with a chuckle and it was then that Jongup realised he was in fact yet to stand up.

“Jongup, come on” Your voice was so sweet, Jongup had never heard anything like it, he had never seen another child in the flesh for that matter, only ever staring at his TV in a daze as he dreamed of having a friend to call his own. You were holding your hand out, oh and how small it was. Jongup realised he was already so much bigger than you the moment he stood, shyly holding your hand and looking at his father as you pulled him away from the living room.

“These are my favourite toys!” You giggled, Jongup figured he liked that sound, the sound of having someone feeling a certain happiness with him, even if it were just for all the toys in the room.

“You have so many” Jongup gasped and you gave another bubbly laugh.

“My dad always said I was lucky, do you think that’s true Jongup?” You looked at him with your beady eyes gleaming at him, there was teddy stuck to your chest as you hugged it tightly and Jongup nodded.

“Yes, but I also think I am very lucky to see you and all of these toys Y/N” Jongup answered and your little mind thought Jongup had never been able to play with such fun things like toys before coming to your house.

“You can play with whatever toys you like Jongup!” You grinned and Jongup stared at you.

What a pretty girl.

————

“Jongup, you remember Y/N? Her father is in debt to us?” Mr Moon randomly questioned Jongup one day, much further in the future. Jongup gave a nod, of course, he remembered, he could never forget that sweet child like smile and that adorable giggle that sang innocence to him. Jongup was never given the chance to make another friend after that day, of course, he remembered the closest thing he had to one.

“I do” Jongup answered and Mr Moon gave a somewhat proud tsk as his head tilted to the side and he reached into his pocket.

“My son how she has grown, I was right you know, a beautiful young woman is what she is becoming” Mr Moon took a photo from the pocket of his jacket, he passed it to Jongup and his son blinked at him.

“You saw her father again today?” He asked and Mr Moon chuckled as he nodded.

“Of course, and Y/N was there with us, she’s the one who gave me the picture, she’s in high school now” Mr Moon grinned, it was as if he were talking about the achievements of his own child, not the daughter of the man who owed his family his life as well as his whole families but was somehow friends with Mr Moon.

She’s beautiful.

Jongup tried to stop his jaw from dropping, you had grown up indeed, and his father wasn’t wrong, a beautiful young woman you were becoming, your hair was long and you were thankfully still untouched by the darkness of the world which allowed you to show a bright and innocent smile, just like Jongup remembered it to be but matured.

“Wow, she’s growing up” Jongup commented. He wondered to himself if there was ever the chance that you could have gone to the same school, even if it were for a short amount of time, so he could protect to from harm whilst teaching you how to protect yourself so he knew you would be safe when he graduated.

But of course his father had never allowed him to go to school, Mr Moon was Jongup’s teacher in life, anything he ever wanted to know he would just ask his father, and of course that is what he was told when he asked why he wasn’t at school making his own friends. Because he did ask a lot.

“I’m raising you so you can lead this mafia with pride Jongup” Something he was told many times and the words of his father would play in his head of every time he questioned what he was doing with his life.

Right, because this is what I was born to do.

Jongup sighed and Mr Moon looked at him, straightening the jacket he wore and making sure his hair was still jelled away from his face. He cleared his throat and clasped his hands on the table in front of him as he watched his son.

“Jongup, there is an important part of leading this mafia I’ve never talked to you about” Mr Moon started, effectively earning Jongup’s attention and slight irritation.

Great, here we go again.

Jongup fought the urge to roll his eyes and Mr Moon took the photo from Jongup’s hand to sit it on the table, stopping it from distracting the younger male.

“You need to get married in order to be powerful. The most powerful leaders are those with a partner next to them” Mr Moon monotoned and Jongup tensed as he heard those words, marriage, he had never thought he would reach such a stage in his life.

“I know a lot of strong people with daughters that would happily marry you, it would bring strength to them as well, unless, is there someone you would have in mind Jongup?” The picture was right in front of him, it was as if your eyes were boring into him for an answer. Jongup had spent so long in the dark part of the world, he was the devil in so many people’s eyes and he had grown used to his fate. Jongup could never imagine turning your life upside down, but the smirk that had grown to stain his lips became visible as his eyes took in your figure and the picture was back in his hands.

“I already know who I want father” Jongup chuckled to himself and put the picture forward as if they were trading Pokemon cards among themselves.

“You want to marry Y/N? Are you sure about this Jongup? Her family is in debt to us, after all, remember, power Jongup power” Mr Moon’s eyes were widened, he couldn’t hide the fact that he was shocked by his sons wants.

“I know what I want father, you can consider this as the last of their payment to our family” Jongup grinned, standing up and walking away.

“I wouldn’t want to have anyone else” Jongup muttered, thumb swiping over his lower lip as he entered his room. Jongup kicked off his shoes and pulled himself out of his jacket before falling onto his bed.

“And now I just have to hold on until you are of age my princess” Jongup chuckled, as if you were really in the room, sitting next to him and listening to him.

This is shorter than I wanted it to be but I was motivated to get it done and this is what happened! Let me know if you all enjoyed it!

Next thing you know, you’re at Mr. Im’s house after school. You kind of wish you didn’t agree to babysit his child but you couldn’t say no. He was really desperate for someone to baby sit him and you were his last resort.

You went to the little boy’s school to pick him up and you explained his father asked you to pick him up. He asked “what’s the code” and you replied “bart simpson” because Mr. Im told you prior that was the code. The boy giggled. Mr. Im taught his child well. That was very clever of him. By having a code, it would prevent the child from being stolen. You also learned Mr. Im had an obsession with Bart. Everyone has their weird obsessions right?

His child’s name is Jaehyun. He is 4 years old but acts more mature. You were walking toward your car with him and he ran toward your door with his little legs and attempted to open it for you.

“Dad told me to be nice to all women no matter what” he said.
He spoke softly and cutely. He has straight black hair with sparkling dark brown eyes just like his fathers. He didn’t have the two eye moles like Jaebum but he had a mole underneath his eye.

“Thank you Jaehyun” you said staring back at him because you couldn’t believe how cute he was. The way he spoke was very adorable and sweet. It might sound mean but you really didn’t like kids. Their whining and screeching and how they always picked their nose irritated you. But Jaehyun hasn’t annoyed  you. He hasn’t whined or complained yet and he seemed very calm. Maybe you weren’t annoyed because he was Mr. Im’s child and you were infatuated with Mr. Im. You felt so creepy and weird for thinking your teacher is attractive. It is December and you are still fascinated by him. You really needed to stop being so in love with Mr. Im though. Why couldn’t you just look at him like a regular man? Oh right… It’s because he’s about 23, which is young, and he is single and good looking. His voice was smooth, even when teaching, and he always dressed in gorgeous dress shirts. Who knew simple dress shirts could turn you on. You could smell his cologne when you asked him questions about assignments at his desk and you wanted to just stuff your face in his chest.

You played hide and seek with Jaehyun for an hour and then he wanted to play with some of his Legos so you agreed. You really sacrificed that afternoon because you hate Legos a lot. No particular reason. You just disliked them. Wow, you just realized you’re very negative: dislikes certain kids, hates Legos, what’s next?

Another hour or so passed and Jaehyun said he was hungry. This child is perfect. Most kids would start whining and saying “WHERE IS MY FOOD” but Jaehyun said in a sweet voice, “I am hungry Ms. Y/N do you think we can have a snack?” He is so mature you thought. Before you could answer, the door swung open and you saw Mr. Im holding takeout from Bambam’s family Thai restaurant, also your favorite restaurant. But you knew you shouldn’t stay.

“Oh perfect, Jaehyun said he was hungry just now” you said grabbing your coat and walking toward your teacher.

“Dad!! Y/N and me played a lot I was having so much fun. I missed you” Jaehyun screamed.

Mr. Im hugged his son quickly and looked at you confusedly.

“Why are you grabbing your coat Y/N? I brought this food for all of us. Thank you so much for babysitting Jaehyun”

Oh no. He wants to eat dinner with all of you? You wanted to get out of the house as quickly as possible now that Mr. Im arrived. You can’t even look at him in the eye without blushing.

You turned around slowly with a fakeish smile and said “Oh I have to finish homework! I wish I could stay but thanks for the offer. Sorry!”
Your voice was abrupt.

“Nonsense! How can you have homework? If I remember correctly, Mrs. Foster gave a math test today and she never gives homework on the days she gives out tests. And the language arts teachers all had a conference so you had a free period right? I don’t know about your other classes but I certainly didn’t give homework. You can spare some time with us right?”

Wow. He really put you in your place. That was a long justification he just gave you to make you stay. You felt your cheeks reddening because of embarrassment and because you looked at him and he smiled at you with his teeth showing. Was this your first time seeing his toothy grin? It was gorgeous.

“Please stay Y/N.” he said again with a smile.

You ended up having dinner with them and you were glad considering they were having your favorite. But you weren’t glad at the same time. Awkward moments and hand brushings happened between you and Mr. Im as you helped him set up the table. You and Mr. Im discussed fundraiser ideas for your class and the new principal of the school. What fascinating topics… Sarcasm. Jaehyun was busy playing with his food instead of eating it while you guys chatted. But, if any of your friends found out about this scenario… they would bombard you with questions and suspicions. It was such a harmless event. You only baby sat his child and ate dinner. You’re telling yourself its harmless and it really is, but what would happen if people made up a rumor about it all. A couple years back, that story your friend told you of a girl kissing Mr. Im’s cheek was the story of the entire school for a week. You had nothing to worry about though because no one knows of this current situation or teachers lounge one from September. And you certainly won’t mention.

As your saying your farewells to Jaehyun and grabbing your coat, Mr. Im stops you.

“Don’t leave just yet. Let me thank you for helping me so much today” he says happily while handing you a hundred dollar bill.

One baby sitting job and he’s giving you a hundred dollar bill? It was literally for only two hours? What the hell?

“Oh there’s really no need to thank me and please keep your money. I cant accept money from my teacher It was not a problem baby sitting him. He is very cute.” you said with a laugh.

“How about I add extra credit to your grade then?”

There he goes again with the stupid extra credit. The thing that got your thoughts running wild the first time he emailed you. Then you went off and kissed him the next day.

“Sure that’ll be fine.” you said. What else could you do but to agree?

He began asking you on the days you would be free because he wanted to make you a permanent babysitter on some days when he couldn’t pick Jaehyun up from school on time due to grading papers and other meetings. Great… Would it be a bad decision to accept?

“I can pick him up any time after school and I can be with him until you return from work. Just tell me the days you’ll be working late” you said with some hesitation. You thought you sounded like a loser. You wanted to smack your head because you couldn’t bare babysitting Jaehyun if it meant seeing Mr. Im’s face a little more often. You would faint.

“Thank you so much it really means a lot Y/N. Can I have your number so I can text you during school on when I would be working a bit late? I hope your okay with late notice. I am sorry; sometimes things come up during the school hours. I won’t be working late everyday, but sometimes I get a little busy.”

“It’s really not a problem” you said. He asked for your number and you didn’t answer because you were nervous and unsure.

“Okay! Lets exchange numbers!” Mr. Im said again.

Oh no. You had no choice. You exchanged numbers and then you realized you were acting super childish. Your hand was trembling when you were putting your number in his phone. You took back your phone and noticed the way he named himself on your phone.

“JB? With a smiley face?”

“You can call me that. Wouldn’t it be awkward to call me Mr. Im all the time?”

It would be more awkward to call your teacher by a nickname you thought to yourself.

“I will pay you 100 dollars each time you babysit.”

“Please Mr. Im, that would be unnecessary!” you said quickly.

It would be weird to have your teacher pay you.

“I’m sorry. I forgot that you only settle for extra credit you little nerd.” he said laughing.

“Extra Credit doesn’t cut it. I don’t want anything Mr.Im.”

“What can I do to repay you then? Kiss you?” he says with a bit of sass and a smirk.

Your cheeks turn a bright red and you stare down at the ground. This is the most embarrassing moment of your entire life.

“I was only kidding. We can discuss this later. Good night dear.”

So now he called you dear? What the hell?

You pretended like you weren’t affected by his comment and said goodbye.

Winter was coming to an end and spring arrived. You and Mr. Im grew a bit closer in the student teacher relationship. It was normal and things didn’t get creepy or weird. You called him JB at his house but Mr. Im at school. He did continue to tease you in front of your classmates and you actually liked it sometimes because you liked when he spoke to you or gave you attention. Even if he was making fun of you. You had a hopeless crush and there was no harm in having one. You regret kissing him but you were happy he wasn’t awkward about it.

“Oh you’re so short Y/N.”

“When will you stop roasting me Mr. Im? You never ever roast Irene or Wendy.”

“I don’t want to roast them. I only roast the people I like which is you.” he said looking into your eyes sternly. He laughed jokingly.

That was a conversation one afternoon and it made you happy even if you knew that wasn’t meant to be flirty. You were blind. You wanted to think it was flirty. He was your crush after all. He told you often that Jaehyun complained when you weren’t there and missed you constantly. He rarely complained about anything but he complained if you weren’t present. Sometimes Mr. Im would buy you guys take out and eat at the dinner table like a regular family. He never cooked but you didn’t mind. Who knows what the hell he would make. Sometimes you guys went out to dinner. People from school could see you if you went out with Jaehyun and Mr. Im so you constantly protested when Mr. Im suggested going out. He would tell you it wasn’t a big deal but you would sit in fear. You insisted on paying him back but he said that this was his gift for you for babysitting Jaehyun.

“Stop being so paranoid shorty. What’s wrong with having dinner with a student?” he would say.

EVERYTHING! you thought to yourself.

You started getting use to the routine and you would ask JB about his day and all the teacher gossip.

“I shouldn’t be telling you this but did you know Mrs. Raven has a glass eye?” JB would tell you.

You used to always hang out with Jackson after school and you would ask about your classmates gossip but now your more interested about the teachers gossip. Your best friend was basically replaced by a teacher. Jackson would ask to hang out after school but you told him you had to tutor some children. He thought you were bullshitting him because he knew you didn’t like kids but you told him you were being truthful. You felt bad for lieing but if you ever told Jackson about JB he would take it the wrong way. Considering JB is a good looking fellow, everyone would think your sleeping with him but he really is a gentleman. Everyone in your school thinks JB is a bit of a player considering the girl from a couple years back kissed him and he didn’t react. WELL WOULD YOU WANT A REACTION OR SOMETHING?! JB HANDLED THE SITUATION LIKE A MAN you always said that in your head when you heard people talking about the situation. The girl shouldn’t have done it. You hung out with Jackson when you could but Jackson could feel the friendship deteriorating and it made him very curious on what you were always up to.

One day Mr. Im texted you and said, “I have a date tomorrow night and I’m sorry to have you do a late shift but are you able to? Can you come by tomorrow at 6:45? My date is at 7.”

He’s having a date.. This must be his first in a while. Or maybe before you became the babysitter he went on dates. All these thoughts went on in your mind and you grew increasingly jealous. Why are you jealous? You’re supposed to have a crush on him but you’re only supposed to admire his looks from a far. But no. You’re very jealous and you feel immature.

“Hey Y/N! I’m glad you could babysit Jaehyun. I haven’t been on a date in like two years so you can tell I’m a big excited!”

Oh two years…

“It’s no problem I hope you have fun!”

Suddenly Mr.Im hugs you and whispers in your ear “I am so nervous.”

This is what you hated/loved. When he made these sudden movements: hugging, teasing your height and made you blush, points on history essays that you didn’t even turn in but he gave you an A+ because you babysat Jaehyun. This was his idea of extra credit and you loved it kind of.. You weren’t as jealous as you were the night before because you realized that his girlfriend left him with this child. Imagine the pain he must’ve gone through. She abandoned Jaehyun but you didn’t know for sure because he never told you the details. And this is his first date since she left. No wonder he’s nervous. You are happy for him that he is finally entering the dating scene. You can live with the pain in your heart of your hopeless history teacher crush because you’re still young but this man is an adult and he deserves love at the age of 23. Your 18 year old mind needs to mature you thought to yourself.

You pat his back and his fluffy hair and tell him good luck and that it’ll be great. If anyone from school saw this they would conclude things but it was innocent. You say goodbye and you go to hang out with Jaehyun. Your favorite show was Scooby Doo as a child and you recently caught Jaehyun watching the new version of it. That made you so happy because you’re never to old to watch Scooby Doo. Jaehyun even laughed at the jokes and you can’t believe how cute and sweet the boy is. His cute giggle made you smile and wish you could be with him forever. Over the past few months you have gotten closer to him and you even made him interested in K-pop. His favorite song was G-Dragon’s Crayon. The fact that Jaehyun listened to you harping about all your favorite boy groups and girl groups made you adore him more. Finally someone who listened to your obsession. Sometimes kids only want to talk about themselves but Jaehyun payed attention to you. A four year old is paying attention to you and you are so happy.

Jaehyun fell asleep at 9 while you guys were watching Beauty and the Beast because you told him it would be fun since all Disney movies were fun but it ended up making him fall asleep. And you went to tuck him in his bed and gave him a little kiss on his forehead. He was too precious and had such good manners. You wished you babysat at night more often because you had fun watching TV with him.

You were walking back to the living room and then you realized JB’s ex-girlfriend left him when Jaehyun was 2. The last time JB went on a date was two years ago, so that means two years ago he was taken by his ex? Right? You dismissed the thoughts and just scrolled through Instagram, snapchat, and twitter mindlessly and ended up falling asleep on the couch.

You awoke to the sound of the door opening and shutting harshly and you jumped from the sudden sound. JB walked in and he has a fixed look of despair on his face.

“What’s wrong? Did it not go well?” you said in a worried tone. You were genuinely concerned and sad for JB. It didn’t go well? You wanted the best for him.

“I wouldn’t say it didn’t go well but I’m just sad and I don’t even know why I went out.” JB said in a shaky voice. He sat down next to your legs which were across the couch.

“I don’t know what happened between you and your ex in the past but I’m sure the more dates you go on, the more comfortable you will get and the more you’ll forget the past and go back to normal.”

You weren’t sure if your statement was too personal considering you assumed things about his emotions. You weren’t sure if he was sad because of his ex or not and you accidentally brought up his ex even though he didn’t mention her.

He tapped on your smooth legs and drew circles on them just so his hands could concentrate on something.. “She left me two years ago and this is the first time I went out with a girl since then. She… She was beautiful. But she didn’t want to care for Jaehyun. She said she was too busy but I was too. But I always made time. We were young and didn’t have much money. I’m surprised we even made it two years without getting broke. She said that it was too much for her and she couldn’t handle it anymore. She said she would leave me with Jaehyun and concentrate on herself. She said she lost feelings for me too. She said she was sorry. She said even though we had a kid that didn’t entitle her to love me forever. I understand she stopped loving me. We were high school sweethearts…those never last. We were too young for Jaehyun anyway. But she left him. She actually left him. That is what made her very unappealing to me. To leave your child? That is not beautiful or praise worthy. I will forever keep Jaehyun. I love him. He is so kind… and… I wanna raise him to be a good man…and I will forever cherish him. I will never abandon him. He is a responsibility and I am happy to carry that responsibility.”

Those were the sweetest things you have ever heard someone say. He really loves Jaehyun. Fatherly love is just too beautiful and enchanting. Your hopeless crush on JB made you love him more and you couldn’t bare to see him so depressed.

“I am just your student and babysitter but I hope you can find comfort in my words. Every child deserves a mother. Sometimes circumstances prevent the child from his mother. In this case, his mother left. But I know you are doing such an amazing job taking care of Jaehyun. He is the most well-mannered boy in this entire world. I have seen so many rude kids that made me dislike children as a whole but after being with Jaehyun, I realize he deserves the world. It is a pity he can’t be with his mom and I’m sorry that you had to go through that pain. Be strong. I know you can. I have faith in you. One day you can go out freely and meet women and then you’ll find a woman who will jus click with you and even if she isn’t Jaehyun’s real mother, her love for you will bring joy to Jaehyun and she’ll love him dearly when she loves you too. I don’t know if this makes sense because I’m only 18 but I hope everything works out.”

His hands had stopped making circles on your legs and instead just lay softly on your legs. You attempted to withdraw your legs from his hands to give him a little hug but he grabbed your left leg firmly.

“I… I.. I’m sorry. Don’t leave my grasp.” JB said.

You awkwardly sat there. This is the most in depth conversation the entire year and to be honest, it wasn’t THAT awkward. Until he grabbed your leg of course.

A few minutes pass and then he suddenly darts his eyes to yours.
He moves closer to you and grabs your head and places it at the crook of his neck and he whispers in your ear with a tone of sadness and desperation… “Please. Please don’t leave me. I’m scared.. I.. I just.. you are so mature.. and sweet… And Jaehyun has been so happy since you entered his life. I am so thankful you are his babysitter” he said while stroking you leg now.
“He has always been a happy boy even when his mom left; he was too young to realize but he still smiled and even more when you came. He knows his mom left him because I had to tell him and I was so sad that he remembers her somewhat and has to go through the pain of his mom not wanting him. I had to tell him because all his friends at school had mothers. But he comforted me and told me I was the best dad ever. He is caring and i love him but.. I wish he had a motherly figure. You’re so motherly to him. Ever since I met you in September… I have to admit that I.. I think you are the most mature woman I have ever met. You handle every situation delicately and carefully. I admire that. I can’t just ask you to be his mother but I just want to admit this now. After tonight I realized how much I enjoy your company and how grateful I am to have you in our lives.”
You hesitated and were surprised by his ramblings.
“I have grown to admire and adore Jaehyun and I have always admired you as my boss and teacher.” you said to JB.

You both sat in silence and JB suddenly spoke with a quiver in his tone.

“I know I can’t say this but I think you’re… charming and such a great supporter and I.. I think you… I really like…I.”

He kept stuttering trying to think of what to say exactly.

“Thank you Mr. Im I like you as a teacher and a boss too. I really want to care for Jaehyun because he deserves the world” you said quickly. You only thought that’s what he meant. But he really meant he had grown to like you.

“No… I don’t think you understand. I like your personality. I like the way you ask about my shitty day. I want to… get to know you. You’re funny and you are always interested about my boring life shorty… it makes me feel important. I love teasing you too. I must sound like a loser but I haven’t had such affection in a long time. You’re petite and so cute. I call you shorty but I really like your face when I tease you. I shouldn’t be telling you this but I have been feeling this for quite some time.”

Was he drunk? He has been rambling for a long time since he came back and now he’s saying he liked you? What has gotten into him? This is your dream -for him to like you- but it was not a reality you felt. You looked into his eyes to see if you could tell if he had any signs that he was intoxicated. He looked normal and then you inched closer to his mouth to see if you could smell any alcohol and you thought maybe you would kiss him again in this silence. JB looked into your eyes to see if you had any approval but you had a questionable look. He grabs your small hand and puts his left arm around your back and harshly but urgently kisses you. But it was gentle. You are a bit late to respond. He’s kissing you now? How? He likes you? You kiss him back at this point and press yourself closer, wanting to feel more of his heavenly lips. His hand moves back and forth against your back and he dips his tongue inside your mouth and your tongues dance with each other. He explores your cavern for the first time and grabs your waist.. He kisses the side of your lips and then begins to move down your jaw and starts kissing the nape of your neck. It sends a shiver down your spine. No one has ever kissed you there before. He lightly bites the area and you were afraid it would leave a mark.

“I… I can’t do this. It’s wrong. I am your student” you said in a hushed whisper.

“I have been controlling myself since the beginning of the school year… I can’t control myself” He said while sliding his hands up your shirt. He pulled away from you and just stared at your eyes.

“I want to be with you… But wouldn’t that affect our relationship?” you said. You finally got what you wanted: your teacher returning his crush for you. But it felt wrong. You were scared.

He twirls your hair in his fingers and leans closer to you lips and whispers right above them “I want you.”

You realized that he was being serious. Your teacher actually likes you back. You completely gave in.
“So take me Mr. Im. I’m all yours.” you said as you captured his Iips.
