i want it to get around

I think with all the traveling I have done, I would have liked to have seen more of the world you know.. it’s no one’s fault but like- you’ve always spent a lot of time between cars, hotels, the cars, the venues then back to the hotel and then you know.. you’d have a couple of days off and sometimes there’d be that many people outside that you may not be able to leave the hotel or.. which sounds like.. you know.. it’s like.. ‘ohh!’ people always say to me- ‘ohh look you know.. you have this much and you are complaining about it’ but when it becomes a normality to be on the road and stuff like that.. you crave the smallest of like- just walking down the street which sounds really weird but like.. but uhh.. with all the travel I’ve done, I would like to see bit more so.. of the world.. so hopefully this time around I’d be able to see little more..

The way I see it, Prince Lotor could either be a great opportunity for serious drama or just an absolute Team Rocket-style shitty villain, and either way I am 110% ready to see Voltron dropkick him into space.

The two 1A vs 1B matches!! Incidently they included two of my favorite characters in the series, and for that I’ll always be grateful~

(In my World Religions class talking about honor)

Professor: So we talked about what ‘honor’ is, how do we obtain that status of honorable? How do we do it?

Me under my breath: hunt down and capture the avatar

So, serious talk.

How is anyone supposed to both have a full time job and be a solo 1d fan?

Like… how?

How?

folkin’ around // panic! at the disco

I know people love to glance over rose’s character and especially her feelings about being gay especially since she never got the 20 page long confession about her feelings on it, but I can’t stop thinking about it. Like her drinking problem started conveniently when she finally tried to get kanaya to go on a date with her and ?? this doesn’t feel like a coincidence at ALL i know there were other factors too but i cant help but think this was one of them. rose is a very repressed and internal bitch so like this makes sense at least to me.

Now the topic of rose and her sexuality i know most people are like yeah she knew all her life and I sort of agree but I feel like her strained relationship with her mother had a huge impact on her sexuality. Like sure maybe in some part of her brain she realized she likes girls but…her mother might be the reason she never wanted to face it. The only woman and person shes ever see until she’s thirteen she had a difficult relationship with and i cant not see that leading to her repressing her feelings and just kind of forcing herself to not feel anything but when all the game shit is done and she’s stuck on a meteor with a girl she’s finally realizing she likes and shutting herself down isnt working….shall i say, everything happens too much?

Learning ASL, and Gaster’s helping. He’s still a bit too fast and delicately signed for me to keep up though, hehe

Signing a simple ‘Hello, my name is Gaster.’

Or at least I hope so ahahaha

Thank you to those who left little welcome messages and support (whether in your tags or via other methods, asks, likes, reblogs, etc.). I read and truly appreciated them all!

@rainbowcicada (no way, we’re not sinking, we’re swimming) @tomato-x-ramen (thank you!!! <333) @bean-paste-man ( 😍 ) @notesofpaint (yes, an amateur still) @schaychan, dark-naruto and others too!

Thank you!!

Most people are saying the Sanvers engagement is rushed and I kinda agree but it’s totally in line with them. Maggie didn’t admit her feelings until she almost died. They didn’t say i love you until Alex almost died. It’s not that surprising that when the world might end that they’ll decide to get married

So it’s been five years to the day since I started my historical (or, well, historical-ish) Disney princesses series.  I have no idea how it’s been this long – I feel like I drew some of these yesterday – but it seemed as good an opportunity as any to revisit Belle now that I’m five years older and wiser.  And now that I’m way more into the 1780’s/90’s.

I drew that original Belle on a whim, fueled by my sister’s time working as a costumed interpreter at Colonial Williamsburg, and assuming it would be a one-off piece.  In the long run, despite all their now egregious flaws, I owe this series for some pretty cool jobs, meeting a ton of cool people, developing an unexpectedly voracious appetite for historical fashion, and eating a fair amount of humble pie along the way.

I think this Belle probably marks the swan song of my historical Disney princess series.  Much as I’d love to continue doing it forever, I’ve got a lot of exciting personal projects that I’m ready to dedicate more of my precious free time to. I’ll probably continue designing this stuff in my off hours – who am I to resist drawing the likes of Slue Foot Sue and Katrina Von Tassel – but I’m going to focus less on polished illustrations, and more on the research and design.  When you get right down to it, that’s the aspect of this stuff that I love. :)

Thanks to everyone who stuck with me over the past five years, and here’s to way more historical fashion in the years to come  I can’t even put into words how lovely y’all’ve been.

Just a little change. Small, to say the least.
