Hi Mister. Sooo umm I'm pretty introverted and I'm in cosmetology school so I'm with clients and people all day long. Reallyyyyyy wears me down so days. Daddy just doesn't seem to understand sometimes I don't wanna talk. He thinks I'm pushing him away but I'm not. Hellpppppp
Well… aside from the stress of making someone look ridiculously good according to a picture they bring in thinking they are Jennifer Aniston or something, you then have to sell yourself in order to make them like you enough to come back.
How incredibly difficult.
I would simply continue to encourage him that you need time to decompress once you have come home from school. That your anxiety is suffering from it.. but that you are working hard on it and that is equally difficult and draining.
Express your needs calmly and clearly while also assuring him that he is still Daddy and you still love him. Its nothing against him or what he does, its simply a strong need in your life.
Encourage him that you need aftercare from school.
It sounds strange, but stress is stress. School can be just as stressful as work, playtime or anything else that gets your anxiety ramped up.
Encourage him that it wont be forever.
Once you are out of school, get your own chair somewhere and begin accumulating regular clients.. you will get more used to it, it will get better, and you will be back to your old self.
Encourage him to be patient and love you.
