me thinking about how the sg writers and showrunners thought they could replace everything they had built–a strong woman, an interracial relationship, a wonderful sibling bond–with mon-el, a literal slave owning misogynist, and get away with it because the cw liked chris wood, and then s2 aired and fans, critics, and everyone in between blasted them to the point where they now refuse to mention mon-el in any press releases and his future on the show is uncertain at best
Danny Phantom headcanon that one reason people don’t recognize Fenton as Phantom is because, aside from the fact that it’s not a conclusion most people would easily come to, Phantom doesn’t look very human much less like Fenton.
Phantom is much more solid than most ghosts, easier to see than others but he’s always stuck in a state of semi-invisibility in which humans can see right through him. His whole body looks mostly whole but also kind of fuzzed out on the edges like he’s blending slightly in the environment. He’s most solid closest to his core but as you extend outwards, he kinds of fades a bit. He doesn’t come out well in photos because of this, many ghosts can’t be captured at all.
His snow white hair is much the same, being more like a semi-solid mist instead of hair. It can behave like a solid but it moves as if he’s underwater. The locks that float around him look to be the same consistency of a cloud and only he can really touch it. His trademark glowing green eyes are just that, glowing green. They’re practically like flashlights and are an incredibly distracting feature that casts his whole face in an eerie glow. Most people find themselves drawn to them rather than his facial features. But should you look past the eyes, his face is still hard to describe. It’s like looking at an old grainy photograph without defined faces. You can see his expressions, see him move but key features are hard to pin down. Most people would never describe the two boys as being similar, aside from the names. Even the people in the know needed time to get used to Phantom’s unfamiliar, inhuman features.
P.S. You're a dick sometimes 😊😊😊😊😊 calling people out on "stolen art" when it was obviously not the intended purpose was bullshit. These artists don't always get stolen and not tagged so one person in the hundreds that doesn't know or doesn't understand the guide lines is not reason to go all out and explain the details. Its one account honestly
Ooh no i am a diiiick Σʕﾟᴥﾟﾉʔﾉ
(also it’s a ps but there was no message before, was that intended?)
Okay, sorry, time to be serious.Don’t get me wrong adorable anon but ofc there is a difference between stealing and misunderstanding. (｡•́O•̀｡)
Let meh explain u very clearly.I don’t “call out” everybody i see and in fact,i talk to them privately before anythin’ else. U don’t kno’ that because yes, indeed,it’s private and i always try to keep it that way and not make a fuss.
Respect the rules, if u don’t kno’ them,i’ll take my time and explain .This is my choice and also my duty as artist to make ppl understand this. You can’t kno’ to not touch the electric plug if your parents doesn’t warn u. this is how i consider the situation. This is very traumatizing for somewahn to be called out. i understand and i always keep it in mind when i ask them to delete the reposted art. (;*△*;)
Stealing stuff ,mostly art is very hard to handle. They usually doesn’t kno’ the rules (which i can understand) or break them purposely (which is dangerous).
Now, the lol lmao “it’s one account” , you can absolutely forget this. it’s pretty naive. I don’t care about mah art, i care for all artists around there. Hundreds and hundreds of uncredited repost accounts exists. The common answer i receive when i ask them to take down the reposted art is “i’m not the only one, why do you annoy meh? bc i have a lot of followers isn’t it “
No.Mainly because it’s illegal. ヽ(●ﾟ´Д｀ﾟ●)ﾉﾟ
This is despicable to reject the fault on somewahn else. Be an adult ,understand ur mistakes and don’t it ever again . That’s ok when it happens. I won’t get mad but it’s rude to not listen to the ppl who share their art for free just for entertaining your day.
This aside, A DRAWING IS NOT LIKE A COMMON PICTURE FOUND ON INTERNET. SOMEONE SPENT HOURS AND HOURS FOR THIS. THIS IS THEIR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. YOU CAN BE SUED FOR REPOSTING ART
I remember for somethin’ like plagierism in france, you can risk 3 years of jail and 300 000 euros of compensation to the person you stole/repoduced the art.
one or one hundred reposter(s),if you’re discovered and don’t remove the art, you’re exposin’ urself to a lot of problems.
Be reasonable kyote anon.I’m talkin’ to you in a adult way. Don’t forget to credit an artist.Young or not, It can goes very far and the borders of a country won’t stahp an artist to sue a reposter.
i had to call out 3/ 4 people but that nothin’ compared to the number of accounts i contacted for removing the reposted content. There is still a hope, i believe when ppl say “i didn’t kno’” Since they are understanding,i’ll neveh be rude to them. I try to understand their issues so i hope they would understand mine as well.
Don’t forget i have a life too.As artists, one or one thousand, this is the exact same thing. We have feelings. we’re not robots. Take this in consideration. I hate doin’ this but if i don’t stahp that, other ppl will repost art from the person who reposted it at first and that shiet will neveh end. ( ≧Д≦)
It’s better to kill it in the egg before it become out of control.
ONE ACCOUNT IS THE BEGINNING OF ONE HUNDRED.
At this moment.i can tell u, that would be impossible to stahp this.
I can’t pick one, but here are the two main things that sparked my interest: - I find his contradictions very endearing and humane. He’s strong and inspiring but also a lot more ridiculous and goofy than he realizes. He can be aggressive, petty and naggy, but he can definitely be an insightful, emotionally intelligent adult too. He comes off as cocky, but he obivously has a fragile ego. - He has made some brave choices when he could just bow his head and live a more comfortable (albeit unsatisfying) life. He decided to take risks and he put incredible effort into improving his skills and working towards his goal without the privilege of his family’s emotional/economic support. He worked several jobs during school and lived alone since a young age. He failed, got fired, failed again… he’s driven and passionate and relentless - that’s the definition of “talent”, imho. I have quit for much less. He’s fictional, but I’ve met people in real life who are just like him (and promptly forgot it’s possible to be like them because taking full responsibility for my success AND failures is so, so scary!). Zen came in as an eye-opener, a powerful reminder when I really needed one.
I rarely crush on/lust after fictional characters, but to sum it all up Zen is just the perfect blend of inspiring, silly and believable. I have chosen to mostly celebrate the naughty aspect of my interest for Zen here, but that interest is definitely borne of the traits I described above :3
I think the most beautiful thing about Diana is that she doesn’t fight the patriarchy. She just flat out doesn’t acknowledge that it exist. A room where women aren’t allowed? Gender rules about sleeping with someone? Bruce grabbing her arm in a power play? Diana’s all just, you’re doing what now? She’s a Princess and a Goddess, so way more powerful than you on any kind of scale. She’s just gonna lol in your face any time the patriarchy comes up because she’s the most powerful person in the room at any given time, so she doesn’t have time for men to mess around pretending they have a say in anything she does.
Excerpt from Jason Arnopp’s behind-the-scenes article from DWM #372
When DWM arrives on this chilly January morn, that lazybones David Tennant has already completed his one-and-only scheduled scene. The rest of today’s filming all features Rose Tyler.
Preparations are made for the scene in which Rose attacks Chloe’s bedroom door with a pickaxe. It’s Fear Her’s homage to Stanley Kubrick’s classic 1980 fright-fest The Shining.
“How many doors do we have?” asks Billie, naturally nervous about the prospect of messing up this scene. Two, comes the answer. “Oh, I reckon we’ll be done in two,” she breezes, suddenly more confident.
Billie takes the pickaxe and steels herself.
“Just enjoy it,” winks Nina Sosanya, playing Trish in this scene. “I’ll cover you!”
“Yeah,” grins Billie, “Then you can do a drop-roll!”
Billie’s first take earns applause. She’s even more accurate on take two.
“How exciting was that?” says Nina.
“Very!” laughs Billie. “I loved it. I’m not going to play it down: it was great!”
ok so there’s this one radio show thing dnp did in which phil took shirts that each had one of the top five radio songs on them off of dan, as he was reading them out loud. and yes, in general, it was very gay. but i just notice that every time phil took a shirt off dan he leaned over dan and put his head close to him and he just looked so cozy. as if he was meant to be there, meant to do that. dan wasn’t weirded out or anything visually by phil’s nearness. and it just randomly strikes me sometimes how comfortable and tender they are with one another. those moments in that radio challenge are the ultimate proof that they just care about one another so much. sorry for breaking your heart bye
He's in LA while her "boyfriend" recently lost his stepfather okayy
Yes, he is. You’re part of the relationship? Part of the family? Part of anything but your little hatred mind? No, yeah didn’t thought so. People grieve in many ways, many different ways. Louis was there for weeks, for days, he got responsibilities too. Unfortunately life doesn’t stop when tragedies happen. I had to go back to college the day after my godmother passed. I had to go to places, to work, to everywhere. I couldn’t stay with my grandmother who had just losted her daughter, couldn’t stay with my father who losted his sister. No one could, everybody had to keep going. That’s how life works and I hope you learn how to be decent sometime soon, cause you’re needing. Have a good night
