i suddenly have so many feelings

I am a little girl running around not wanting an item to play with at the moment, but when the item is gone for good the little girl suddenly feels alone. No wonder, you’ve treated me like an item while you were the little girl, oh how the tables have turned in this situation. You’ve told me so many pretty lies it’s so devastating the ugly truth that was behind it all.

Aries: “I can’t love when I can’t even love myself. Things I would rather be, thoughts at the back of my head. But I’m addicted to hurting. And I got these lungs.. And I spend too many late nights, just thinking a hole in the earth. (Drugs, Eden)

Taurus: “Change comes for you, even when you’re hiding out. So take hold of me, and hang on ‘till the hurt is gone.” (The Hurt Is Gone, Yellowcard)

Gemini: “I’ll use you as a warning sign, that if you talk enough sense then you’ll lose your mind. And I found love where it wasn’t supposed to be, right in front of me. Talk some sense to me.” (I Found, Amber Run)

Cancer: “There she was like a starry night. Like a Ferris wheel, full of blue green eyes. And a heart of steel, always on her own. Almost never real.” (Even If She Falls, Blink-182)

Leo: They say ‘It’s time to grow up and stop with these foolish games.’ But I say they’re wrong. She says: ‘Go, go, go! I don’t want to take it slow! There’s plenty of time for us to finally get it right. Why don’t we crash and burn tonight?‘” (Go Go Go, Sleeping With Sirens)

Virgo: “I’d give up forever to touch you, 'cause I know that you feel me somehow. You’re the closest to heaven that I’ll ever be and I don’t want to go home right now.” (Iris, Goo Goo Dolls)

Libra: “People help the people. And if you’re homesick, give me your hand and I’ll hold it.” (People Help The People, Birdy)

Scorpio: “You want the heart, or to be saved. But even good guys still get paid. So watch my back, and keep the blade. I think it got you laid. So fake your death, or it’s your blame. And leave the lights on when you stay, take of your clothes. And dream that fame. Come on and feel that shame.” (Fake Your Death, My Chemical Romance)

Sagittarius: “I’m young and I am free. But I get tired and I get weak. I get lost and I can’t sleep. But suddenly, suddenly, I am small and the world is big. All around me is fast moving, surrounded by so many things. Suddenly, suddenly. How does it feel, to be, different than me? (How Does It Feel, Avril Lavigne)

Capricorn: “It’s funny I got all this money but my heart’s still broke. So many times I said “Imma change.” Just to turn around and do the same, same shit that’s been putting you in pain. Won’t say I’m affected by the fame, but even my mama knows I’ve changed.” (Sinner, Phora)

Aquarius: “Slow down, this night’s a perfect shade of dark blue, dark blue. Have you ever been alone in a crowded room when I’m here with you? I said the world could be burning down. Dark blue, dark blue, have you ever been alone in a crowded room? Well I’m here with you. I said the world could be burning 'till there’s nothing but dark blue. Just dark blue.” (Dark Blue, Jack’s Mannequin)

Pisces: “Do you believe in hallucinations?
Silly dreams or Imagination? Don’t go away 'cause I feel you this time. Don’t go away 'cause I need you here this time (Hallucinations, Angels & Airwaves)

Dating Sherlock Would Involve

I can’t believe I haven’t done this yet

  • Playing with his hair when you kiss, or just to annoy him or when you lay in bed together.
  • Calling him “Holmes”
  • Sherlock wouldn’t introduce you to Mycroft for a while because he would be worried Mycroft would make you leave somehow. But when you did get formally introduced to Mycroft it would be a little strange…
“Oh this is your brother? I met him the week I met you in a coffee shop. We had a nice little chat! What a coincidence.”
You would all know it definitely was not a coincidence.
  • Sherlock would teach you to dance. He would be shy about it at first but once you’d stepped on his toes a few times and looked so shocked and apologetic afterwards he wouldn’t be able to stop laughing.
  • Telling Sherlock you won’t talk to him until he eats something substantial.
    “Oh, you’ll crack eventually.”
    You don’t.
Sherlock ends up aggressively eating a sandwich in front of you while you burst out laughing - he’d had enough of asking your opinion on a case and you just giving him an eyebrow.
  • Sherlock takes you on cases with him because he likes you to see you (impress you).
  • You keep laughing at inappropriate times, earning the eyes of everyone at the scene.
    “Sorry, it’s just that that’s Sherlock’s um… face.”
  • Taking baths and showers together because you can both be absent minded in the shower and this helps you save water.
  • John wouldn’t know for a week or so that you two were actually dating. He would’ve thought that you didn’t swing that way so he would be very shocked when he walked in on you and Sherlock making out.
“Is this um… for a case?”
  • You and Sherlock would dress and undress each other (mainly for motivation for Sherlock) as he would often not bother to get dressed and would stay in the same clothes for days. This way you did it for him (which he quite enjoyed).
  • Subconsciously imitating his clothing style. You don’t realise until there’s a photo of you two in the newspaper.
  • Laying on his lap when he’s reading through papers
  • Mrs Hudson would adore you. She would keep asking when you two were going to get married.
  • It would make Mycroft uncomfortable to see his brother so happy with someone in that way.
  • Meeting Sherlock’s parents. They have many funny stories about Sherlock to tell you.
  • Sherlock suddenly going to you at random times, holding you by the shoulders and half yelling at you because he’s “realised why I feel this way about you”.
  • Standing up for him with cutting comments whenever someone insults Sherlock. You’ve picked up on how to hurt people with words (you don’t use it very often though).
  • A lot of hand holding but not that much else PDA
  • Imitating him when he’s being stroppy. This causes him to imitate you back and you’re both strutting around the flat in each other’s clothes , shouting mockery at each other until Mrs Hudson bursts in laughing.
“You two are so strange! You’re perfect for each other!”
  • When she leaves, Sherlock turns to you.
“We are you know.  I mean, statistically speaking.”
    “What?” You laugh.
In answer you just kiss each other, him in your clothes and you in his.
  • “Does it make me self indulged to say you look really hot in my clothes, Sherlock?”
“Perhaps. But I do have to agree.”

Masterlist

The scene where Connor and Evan meet in the lab is one of the most intense for me because I can just see both of them struggling so hard and they’re just on opposite sides of a coin trying to figure out how not to fuck this up and they’re both on guard and towards the end we see Connor really trying by handing him the letter but he sees Zoe’s name and his wall shoots back up and suddenly he’s on the defense again and it just feels so hopeless Because they were THIS close to maybe having somebody who could be there for them and the miscommunication just ruins it all and so many things could have been different

okay but speaking as a certified queer, how many times have members of the smh team just been going about their days and suddenly realized something from their childhood was a sign™ like i’m talking jack: when i was little i loved jaromir jagr SO much haha i had his poster on my wall for years jack: wait

An open letter from Mateus’ Goblet Ward 12

And so I’m inspired to write my first, and hopefully only, tumblr post.

It’s come to my attention that certain cranky people are quite suddenly extra cranky about Mateus’ housing situation. That is to say: Mateus, which up until now has had the distinction of being the smallest server replete with open housing plots, suddenly has none left. This is in no small part due to the fact that SE has recently locked Balmung (among other worlds) and marked us as a “preferred server,” causing many from Balmung–which hasn’t even had so much as an apartment open in close to a year, if I understand correctly–to see us as the new promised land of milk and honey and housing. As such, we have officially unofficially been designated a secondary roleplaying server.

Do I feel sorry for Balmung’s housing woes? You know what–no. Not at all. They crammed something like 25,000 people on a server intended to hold about 7,000, assuming the population was appropriately spread throughout the datacenter. Which, okay. That was their choice! But people don’t seem to realize that it was a choice. Either you get to have the bustling community of dozens if not hundreds of characters everywhere you go and the rich market board full of any product you could dream of buying… or you get to have a small server with open spaces while tolerating an atmosphere I’ve heard described as “depressing” or even “skeletal” and a low-supply economy that may force you to be more self-sufficient than you’d prefer. They made their choice, and yet many felt entitled to have their bustling server AND open spaces of their own. SE did a fantastic job of obliging with the addition of apartments, which saw housing woes healed on basically every server but Balmung.

“But random internet person,” you say, “what does any of this have to do with Mateus?”

Many people feel entitled to own a house. They feel that even knowing there are only 2,160 plots (soon to be 2,880) on any given server, they can and should be allowed to go at their own pace and have free access to any content they like, including housing. They want a house of their own, but they don’t want to accept that lots of other people want it badly enough to work harder for it than they did. As such, when all the housing plots evaporate out from under them on account of people who wanted it badly enough, they get upset. And they find other places to direct their irritation–soandso is denying me a home–instead of directing it inward. At the end of the day, that upset person has had literal years to acquire a house of their own. Now that opportunity is lost, and it’s no one’s fault but theirs.

So Mateus is out of houses, and people are complaining because they feel like they lost out forever. That now they’re at the mercy of vicious plotflippers or camping for auto-demos. That this dream that hasn’t mattered to them enough to act on will now never come true.

“But random internet person,” you say, “what does any of this have to do with you?”

Well you see, fellow random internet person, a fair amount of the hate people are feeling is being lobbed toward myself and my friend, because people see something we did as very unfair. They don’t have the courage to speak to us directly about this, of course, but they talk a lot of crap behind our backs, and we’re not stupid and find out about it.

A little about me first, so you might perhaps come to understand why I care so much.

I’ve played FFXIV a long while. I had a legacy character from 1.0, but I restarted on Gilgamesh on zero-hour of 2.0 beta phase 4, in which any character you created was going to be carried over to the real game. I watched as it grew to immense proportions. You see, it had been designated the official BlueGartr and Reddit and, somehow, generally raiding server. Gilgamesh was where you went when you wanted to get shit done. I didn’t pick Gilgamesh for that reason. My husband was friends with some people who wanted to be there.

So it was crowded, and I wished it wasn’t. I didn’t really have a basis for comparison, though, having only really played on Gilgamesh in 2.0+.

I obtained a house in Gilgamesh when the subdivisions were first added, which was not long after they were first-first opened up from being FC-only to allowing for personal homes as well. My house was in the Goblet–ward 8 plot 54. Despite there being plenty of homes available to choose from, I chose the last ward’s subdivision quite on purpose, looking to carve out my own little sanctuary of peace and quiet. Well, a noisy FC moved in next door that liked to trample all over my fence and roof, so… so much for that. Still, I loved that house and put a lot of effort into the decor, which was tons of fun. I like to think I did a great job, but everyone thinks that, I guess.

So fast forward a bit–we’re in Heavensward now. I started a project that called for leveling an alt with the same name and appearance of my main. I picked Behemoth. It was still a big…ish? server, but it was nowhere near the size of Gilgamesh, and I finally felt like… I had been holding my breath without knowing, and finally I could breathe. So when a third alt was required for my silly project, I actively sought out the smallest, quietest server I could and transferred/fantasia’d my old legacy character there.

That server was Mateus, and to me, Mateus was perfect. Mateus felt like home. Random encounters with people were rare but incredibly friendly, and with Mateus’ inflated economy, I soon bought a home of my own with the money I’d made from PotD drops. For my home I chose a literally entirely empty ward. That first night, I watched the Moonfire Faire fireworks for hours from atop my roof, over a sea of empty plots, feeling at peace.

That screenshot is dated August 11, 2016. Less than a year ago. Housing was released to Free Companies on December 14, 2013, and expanded to allow for personal purchases on September 16, 2014. And yet, nearly two years after literally anyone could buy a home of their own, on Mateus, many wards of the Goblet were like this. Even the more in-demand areas of Mist and Lavender Beds had areas that looked like this.

Mateus showed no signs of getting bigger. At all. Homes were bought by whatever newbies were curious to play with them, and yet they were being demolished at roughly the same rate, as people streamed away from this “corpse” of a server toward the promised lands of savage modes and ex primals and real economies. Meanwhile I spent more and more time on Mateus, to the point where my small cluster of Gilgamesh friends were concerned that I was on the brink of leaving. Because to me, Mateus was perfect. Mateus felt like home.

Around this time, I got to chatting with a lovely person from Leviathan with whom I share some unique/niche interests. In September, we started alts on Mateus together, and we bought them houses together in the Goblet. Ward 12, plots 14 and 20, across the Brimming Heart from each other. We made a free company for ourselves, to share materials and gil, and when we leveled that up and saved up enough money, we bought ourselves the medium in the same area, plot 19.

We decided we really loved playing together–and that we really loved playing together on Mateus–so having no real attachments to Gilgamesh or Leviathan, we transferred our mains. And we bought them houses, too, once we were able to, seeing as how our savings had been wiped out by the transfer limits. But we worked together to earn the money, as we had the previous three homes, and we bought them. And we decorated all five houses together. Coming up with ideas, making lists, splitting up the work, placing things and playing with them until we got just the desired effect. It was the most fun we’d ever had playing this game. Our own tiny paradise, carved out just the way we liked it.

We finished those first alts to 60, and we started another pair. Because you see, our alts have a specific theme to them–a set of characters from this game, of which there are 15–and we wanted to have them all. It didn’t start out being about houses. We just loved making and leveling alts together. So I’d have 7 and my extra character for my side project, and she’d have 8. We had always planned it that way. And, well, we were only two houses away from owning all seven around the brimming heart, so we completed our collection when the second pair of alts hit 50.

Or so we thought.

We did some really amazing things with houses six and seven. Made rooms and scenarios unlike anything we had ever seen. Things we thought would be impossible with the items available in XIV. We had found our true love in this game, and it was decorating. We began to talk about what this or that character’s house would be like. When we wanted a break from leveling, we would pick a ward or five and ride around and look at every single house there. I’m serious, if you owned a house on Mateus at that time, we visited it. All of you.

The few other homes in our ward kept auto-demolishing. The mansion in 30 went first. We worked and saved and worked and saved, and it devalued and devalued for weeks, because there was no demand for it at all. We both had alts at 60 on another server–my aforementioned Behemoth alt, and hers elsewhere. We moved them both to Mateus and bought the mansion just before Christmas.

The next house to disappear was 27. That had been a cute little female elezen who always ran around in WHM AF, who was only like level 53ish… but one day their theretofore pristine chocobo stable stopped being cleaned, and a little over a month later their unsightly orange and blue default-colored house had evaporated. We only had three not-us neighbors left, and many of the other wards were in the same boat. We decided on an ambitious project given how disconnected our new mansion was to the Brimming Heart, where the rest of our homes were: we would claim the entire eastern half of the ward with our 16 characters, once they were all at least 50.

I mean, hell, clearly no one else wanted them. People were leaving, not moving in.

So we leveled and bought and decorated, leveled and bought and decorated. These homes were not just being claimed and left unused. They were, and still are, loved. We always go into a house with an idea. A theme. An intent. Furnishings are chosen with care. There are meanings in everything that no one will ever know but us. Symbolism. Look, we’re nerds, okay? The weirder it looks, the more symbolic its intent. Probably. These characters we’re paying homage to, we love them.

The next house to evaporate–and this was a huge surprise to us–was the mansion at 13. We knew for a fact the owner of 13 was still actively playing. He simply didn’t want the house anymore and let it go. He never did anything with it, so perhaps he just didn’t enjoy decorating as content. We knew exactly which character to put in it–someone who deserved a mansion but only had a cottage. Now that we had the chance….

So we took someone out of the Brimming Heart and moved him up there instead. And we were left with a hole where once there had been a sea of 17 beautiful matching black stone homes.

We wanted to fill the holes, and we still had so many ideas, and there were still at least a thousand empty houses on Mateus. That’s when started to make extra free companies and move certain characters around to new plots in order to expand on their ideas.

Today, there are no more plots left on Mateus.

But long before that happened, there were no plots left in Ward 12. We own 28 houses – 16 personal, 12 companies. Two of these thirty homes in the ward are not ours. We owned the whole ward even when this was posted, drawing sudden attention to the fact that this so-called corpse of a server had some meat left on its bones – food for carrion birds, should someone desire a feast.

And then SE closed Balmung and Gilgamesh, and Mateus was invaded. And suddenly, people care about Mateus housing for the first time in nearly three years. Suddenly, people think we are *the* worst people. Because how dare we enjoy the game in the manner we chose to enjoy it.

How dare we?

How dare you.

You, who finally deign to set foot in my home. You, who hated Mateus for all the same reasons I felt it was perfect. You, who would take away the last year of memories I’ve made with one of the best friends I’ve ever known. You, who don’t care about the fact that we have cultivated something unique, interesting, and amazing, because you feel it denies you the chance to throw up a hideous paissa wall and plop a chocobo stable and a garden plot in front of an otherwise unused black hole with Dragonsong screeching away in the background. You, with your head so buried in your cliques that you thought we came from Balmung within the last month and achieved all this thanks to SE’s allowance of free infinite gil transfers, not realizing we wanted to be here, that we love it here, that we worked our asses off for all this from nothing but the million gil each we were allowed to bring with us from our mains.

How dare you.

If you would look at something other than the placards in your impotent rage that the same FC tag is on a few of them, you just might notice you’re standing in one of the best goddamn wards in the entire game. But more than that, you might just realize you’re walking through the last year of our lives. You’re seeing what we love, our passion, our reverence, our teamwork, our achievement.

And you demand we just give it all up. Because suddenly, these houses that have been here for years waiting to be loved… suddenly, now, you want one.

No.

Anyway, you’re welcome to come look. We aren’t quite done. We have a few closed homes, even (to our shame) a couple of yards that still need done, and some homes that want for some added detail since the doubling of furniture slots. It’s all on hold for just a short while thanks to Stormblood. But we have ideas, plans… and we’ll be right back to our housing obsession when we’re done leveling our first few things to 70.

Please look forward to it. I know I am.

Final notes:

1- I don’t claim to speak for my friend. For all I know, she’ll be horrified I’ve posted this. If you take issue with anything I’ve said, take it up with me. My main is Seraph Altima.

2- We are not affiliated with any similarly named individuals on any other server. If you think you can send a tell to someone on Balmung and be speaking to me (or someone who can speak sense into me), especially after I’ve gushed about how much I love Mateus, you are an idiot.

3- As our houses are our passion, we are both happy to answer any questions you may have about our ward. Just talk to us.

4- While we do not roleplay ourselves, you are welcome to explore our ward and use it for any roleplay event or storyline you like. You have open and ongoing permission. If you take notice of the theme of our ward, you can see it’s a perfect place to go if you’d like to write something about your OC being tricked, lured, or tempted by something otherworldly.

5- I’m well aware I’m not going to change any minds with this. People will say “but we couldn’t save in time” or “but my friend just started” or “but if you love decor so much, why not give others a chance to love it, too.” But we built this together, and I’m not giving it up, and you’re not changing my mind, either. I just want my perspective out there, because right now we’re just being demonized. Every story has two sides.

6- If you really want someone to demonize, the people in Goblet 12sub – all those homes owned by FCless characters, whose homes are closed or, in some cases, entirely unbuilt – actually did what you thought we did. But you know what? Whatever. They still put the work in before those without homes.

thoughts while driving home from work

If you think of asexual as “not having a sex drive,” then you’d probably be surprised to learn that aces used to be a part of the bi community.

But if you think of it as “not having a sexual orientation,” then it might suddenly become clear.

Because in a world where so many people only ever think of, or mention, “gay or straight” as possible orientations, there’s not that much difference between “not having a sexual orientation” and “not being either gay or straight.”

When the question is only framed as “which of these opposite points does your arrow point to,” I don’t feel like there’s a huge difference between your answer being “point???????” or “arrow???????”

Dude, requests are back up, awesome! How about DAI companions + Krem de la creme reacting to the inquisitor being one of the last avian folk?(Like, they have big ass wings, so they always wear an even bigger cloak to hide them, and during battle somehow, they end up losing the cloak? They can legit fly with them)

Cassandra: She stares and stares before angrily demanding to know why they hid this from her. They sheepishly explain their situation, and she calms down, but it doesn’t change the fact they hid it. When she eventually gets over it, she sometimes just sits and watches them fly around (which they do for fun; they’re actually sort of relieved to be revealed for this reason). It makes her nervous, at first, worrying they’ll suddenly drop, but she’s awed by how agile and graceful they are in the sky. Once or twice, they have to pick her up and drop her somewhere else, and it makes her nervous every time they pick her up, and she hates how helpless she feels suspended in the air. If Romanced: Sometimes he takes her flying for no reason other than a good time. She likes it significantly more than non-romanced flying. Eventually, they’ll land, and have a quiet, serene place to sit together while she listens to him recite poetry.

Blackwall: He stares. That’s all he can do as he gawks with a slack jaw for a long time. He has no words– trying for speech just results in helpless sputtering. The man stands aside as the others fuss and try to make sense of the situation, and speaks last. He gets over it, though, once he hears the story, and doesn’t mind at all. “They’re like a pair of griffon wings,” he admires, “powerful and fast.” If the Herald can lift him up, it makes him supremely uncomfortable the first time they take him into the sky, but he finds that he thinks it’s fun. If Romanced: He regularly compliments her on how beautiful her wings are, and he tries to help itch and clean the spots she can’t reach easily. He brings her flowers that grow all the way up on a mountainside, and she gently teases him and says she could just fly him up there. “No, my lady,” he refuses, “it’s not the same if all the work’s taken out of it. You shouldn’t waste your time helping me get you flowers; let me do the work.”

Iron Bull: After getting past the initial shock, he’s utterly green with envy. It looks like SO MUCH FUN, taking off like a dragon to the skies. The Herald tries to pick him up (to no avail, he’s too heavy) to give him the experience of flying, so he takes it upon himself to make them stronger and faster, so they can. Push-ups with wings, laps around Skyhold, timing their speed of flight, you name it. “Just wait. You’ll go back to your people and fly circles around them! When you can finally lift me up, you can air-drop me on the enemies for an attack from above! It’s gonna be great!” If romanced: Hot. He’s 100% into this. He snickers if any feathers get ruffled or fall off after sex. “Did I ruffle your feathers, Kadan?” he teases, and he just laughs as they slap him with a wing. He ties one of the feathers that fall off to the dragontooth necklace, as long as they don’t mind.

Sera: She’s freaked out and utterly shocked. She has no idea how to react, so she just stares for a long time, sputtering helplessly. She feels bad later at how upset they seemed at her facial expression. “Aw, shite… well, your feathery ass is welcome here, alright?” she reassures. She likes tossing things at them when they’re flying to see if they can catch it, and it becomes a sort of game/exercise routine. She also talks them into using their wings to prank others. She screams the first time they pick her up and take her into the sky, but soon she realizes she likes it, so long as she trusts the Herald. Sometimes she’ll ask to be taken with them, because she thinks it’s exhilarating– and a few times, shoots arrows at people from above while the Herald carries her. “Death from above! Arrows from the sky! I even have a source of feathers for fletching at any moment! Hah!” A few times, if she needs them, she’ll just pluck a feather clean off if there’s none lying around, and sticks her tongue out as the Herald protests. “What? You still got a lot of ‘em. Your wings are huge!” Also jokingly refers to wings/feathers sticking out as “wingboners.” If Romanced: She likes tickling her wings and playing with her feathers, and sleeping under a wing when they’re in bed together. “They’re soft. And fuzzy. And cute.” she gushes. She also learns how to preen the feathers, and takes to doing so regularly out of affection, at least in the areas her girlfriend can’t reach with ease. She typically finishes it off by taking a feather or two that falls off to keep for herself.

Varric: “Holy Mother of Andraste’s ass.” he breathes, taking it all in. He comes around quickly, though, and asks a lot of questions– though few on anatomy, unlike Dorian, and more on who they are, where they come from, and about their people. He’s fascinated, and taking notes. Sometimes when he’s out of writing quills, he wryly asks them if he can take one of theirs– or may just take one if they drop off from time-to-time. He’s not a fan of going into the sky, at all. “You know, I like the idea of getting as far away from the Stone as possible,” he says nervously as he looks down at the world below, “but this is a bit too far. Dwarves don’t fly.”

Cole: He knew, and he doesn’t mind in the least. “I am sorry. The others know, and they want to help. They don’t mind the wings.” He also comments that the others are happy while watching the Herald fly, and the Inquisitor takes to doing small shows on a regular basis for the crowd at Skyhold, which always draws large numbers. Everyone is cheered by the amazing sight of them in the sky, and morale goes up. People start sitting and waiting for hours before the show starts. Cole smiles– they helped.

Dorian: About five million questions start flying from his lips as soon as he’s out of the initial shock. How fast can you fly? How many feathers do you have? What’s the bone structure of your wings? Can you stick one straight out so I can measure how long it is? Where are your people from? Why are you the only one out here? It makes them more than a little uncomfortable, and he feels bad when he realizes how uncomfortable they are. “Oh.” he says, suddenly quiet. “I… I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to… if you need to talk, let me know?” He loves watching them soar through the sky, and he takes notes as he watches. He considers them and their wings utterly beautiful, and he feels honored to know them and witness their flight. He does not particularly care for going in the air, though, citing a sudden fear of extreme heights as he clings to the Herald, trying desperately to not look down. If Romanced: He loves preening his lover’s feathers, because it’s hard for them to reach behind and get them clean. He finishes it all with a kiss. He feels so safe under his boyfriend’s wings as they lay together, and he silently smirks as he imagines his father’s reaction to seeing his boyfriend.

Vivienne: She has to work to hide her complete and utter shock, and briefly scolds the Herald for not telling her before. When they’re comfortable, she examines their wings in detail. She figures out a grooming regimen. “Darling, everyone knows what you are now– there’s no point in hiding your wings any longer.” She smiles. “So use them. Preen them. Take the time and effort to make them presentable. You will be imposing, awe-inspiring, beautiful, majestic, and everyone will know it with a single glance.” She introduces them to her tailor, who manages to make them outfits that accommodate the wings– even accentuate them. Vivienne does not like being taken into the sky, but tolerates it if necessary in combat.

Solas: Their people were known to the ancient Elvhen, but their numbers were in slow decline– he’s honestly surprised that there’s any still around at all. He’s sympathetic to them, and surprises them by being the least shocked of any of the party members. He claims that he has seen their people before in the Fade, and suddenly the other party members are coming to him, asking for information. When he shakes them off, he mentions to the Herald that they shouldn’t hide their wings, for they are beautiful and proof of their ancient people. He asks them a lot of questions about the current state of their race, about their society, which befuddles the Herald. He doesn’t seem to mind being lifted into the air, if need be, and may even ask the Herald to carry him to places inaccessible by walking alone. If Romanced: They spend dates just finding places that only winged creatures can reach, and they look over the world together. They slumber and see memories previous unexplored by the remote location, and Solas feels genuine happiness that someone can understand the value of unexplored dreams. “Thank you, ma vhenan. Thank you…”

Cullen: He just sighs. Somehow this doesn’t even shock him. Maybe he’s seen too much. He’s a bit frustrated that they didn’t tell him to begin with, but lets it go readily. He asks if they know any others of their kind who would be interested in joining the Inquisition– flying soldiers would be excellent– and finds himself bewildered as they tell him that the vast majority of their people are shy and mistrustful of land-dwellers. He apologizes, and does not press the matter further. He enjoys watching them fly, and compliments them on their ability, but absolutely hates being taken off the ground and into the sky in any circumstances. If Romanced: He’s somewhat more tolerant of being taken into the sky, but he still doesn’t like it. Sometimes when he’s having bad dreams, he awakens as one of her wings gently folds over him, covering him softly, affectionately, and his heart rate slows. He’s safe, and she loves him, and he feels it. He goes back to sleep in peace, happy with what he has and who he loves.

Leliana: She’s just envious, if anything; she wouldn’t mind being able to fly. She was wondering what they were hiding, and found several stray feathers (which may or may not be in unusual colors) from time-to-time, and this explains it. She takes it pretty calmly, and asks if they know any others of their kind that might be willing to join as agents, or even airborne couriers. If the Herald ever takes her into the sky, she acts totally calm, but she LOVES it, even though she doesn’t say so.

Josephine: She’s at a loss. She tries to quickly compose herself and awkwardly make sense of the situation, but once the shock wears off, she’s endlessly curious about being able to fly. She watches them zip through the sky with grace and speed and is utterly mesmerized. Like Vivienne, she encourages a strict preening regimen– if they’re going to have wings, they might as well make them presentable. Eventually, the Herald offers to take her flying, and she squeals with a mix of delight and a bit of fright. Her hair blows loosely, and the wind’s on her face, and by the time the Herald brings her back down, she’s dazed and eager for the next time they fly together. If Romanced: They take her flying with them all the time, and it makes for interesting dates. She giggles and squeals (and on one occasion, screams as they do a loop with her in their arms) and has the time of her life. They always end it by landing somewhere picturesque, and they sit together, cuddling and admiring the world around them.

Krem: “Your… your Worship?” he asks, shocked, not sure if he’s seeing correctly, or if Bull’s pulling a prank like that time they all covered themselves with feathers– but no, it’s really them. If they don’t mind, he asks them questions about flying, and remarks that the Chargers would love having one of their kind on the team, if they know anyone looking for work. Sometimes he tosses his stuffed winged nug plushies at them from the ground, and they catch, not unlike the game played with Sera. He really likes flying, and admires the view of the world below.

How To Be A Good Med Student In The Clinical Years

A doctor once told me that the best instrument we have is medicine is the retrospectoscope.  Basically he was saying that often it is easier to make sense of things when looking back from the vantage point of the future.  This is true of life too.  After being an intern for two months I suddenly understand what things make for a strong med students, and what things do not.  Unfortunately, I feel like I lacked many of the qualities that would have made me a helpful med student.  Though I cannot rectify my own mistakes, perhaps I can pass my advice on to future generations of third and fourth year medical students.  I now present, how to be a good clinical med student:

  1. Show up.  This seems obvious.  When you are there to work, then be there to work.  It is so frustrating when medical students are mysteriously absent all the time (only to be found later in the cafe or cafeteria) or when they are there but totally disinterested in what is going on.  I understand that sometimes as a medical student things get slow - like when the interns are putting in orders and notes or when there is a slow call day.  But at least bring something to read.  Don’t play Pokemon Go.  Don’t spend all day on Uworld.  Make an effort to learn real clinical medicine.
  2. Take initiative to learn.  When I was a third year I would wander the hospital to find learning opportunities.  I made friends with the telemetry nurses and they started a folder of good tele strips to give me each day.  I would go to other teams and see if their patients had good exam findings.  I found the cardiology fellows and asked if they had good patients with murmurs.  There is so much learning that can happen if you are willing to experience it.  Now, referring back to number 1, make sure you always let your residents know where you are.  Personally, I would be ecstatic if my students went to hunt down murmurs rather than playing Pokemon Go.
  3. Read your patient’s chart.  This can be very helpful and will make you look like a star.  Residents are busy taking admissions and sometimes don’t have the time to hunt down records that are three and four years old.  You can stand out by doing that  Look at a patient’s past hospital notes or their specialty clinic notes.  For example, you might be able to alert the resident that an old echocardiogram demonstrated a below normal ejection fraction, which in turn might change how much fluid the patient is given.  Or perhaps you found that during a hospitalization in the past the patient became delirious and needed a one-to-one sitter.  Find ways to add information in a helpful, non-prescriptive, non-judgmental way.  I guarantee your reviews will benefit.
  4. Read about your patient’s condition.  Even if you just browse Medscape, UpToDate, or some other curated source, make sure you understand the basics of your patient’s primary diagnosis.  If they are there for heart failure, read over the basics of treatment.  If they have autoimmune hepatitis look up some info on diagnosis and prognosis.  These things will get noticed, especially when you ask intelligent questions on rounds.  Do not be like a med student I had who, when asked, reported for 4 straight days that he had not read about his patient’s disease.  He instead responded he was too busy with Uworld so he would get a good shelf score.
  5. See your patients.  I literally had students who, on rounds, tried to present without actually having seen the patient in the morning.  This is a huge no-no.  Get to work early enough to see your patients, review their labs, and their overnight events.
  6. Practice your presentations.  Even if it is on your own or with other medical students, spend time working on your presentation skills.  Heck, even ask the residents to watch you.  I would be happy to do that for any of my students.  Unfortunately, none have taken me up on that offer and instead bumble through their presentation each day making the same mistakes.  By the end of medical school you need to be able to make a good presentation.
  7. Spend time working on note writing.  Compare your notes to your residents’, your attendings’, and the specialists’.  Everyone has a different style.  Look at lots of notes to determine a style for yourself.
  8. Forget all the step 1 stuff you learned.  I find many students perseverate on the terrible stereotypes and patterns they see on step 1.  Not all black people with cough have sarcoidosis.  Not every patient with acute kidney injury needs urine eosinophils.  These are good associations, but realize that step 1 has little overlap with real clinical medicine.  Take those associations with a grain of salt.
  9. Don’t just look for zebras.  I cannot tell you how many times students opt not to follow a patient because the case “doesn’t seem that interesting.”  The majority of medicine is made up of mundane and common diseases such as heart failure, pneumonia, COPD, cirrhosis, etc.  It is pretty rare to get the exciting cases, like disseminated histoplasmosis or a crazy paraneoplastic syndrome.  A lot of learning can happen on cases that are “bread and butter” medicine.  Make sure you follow those cases too.
  10. Be gentle to your interns/residents.  The transition from 4th year to being a doctor is swift and brutal.  It is easy to criticize when you aren’t the one taking 5 admits.  Find ways to help your intern/resident, because in return they will help you.  I learned this lesson the hard way my 4th year, when I unintentionally threw an intern under the bus while trying to look smart.  Afterwards she took me aside and reminded me that she controlled much of my fate while I was a student under her.  I learned my lesson and we went on to become very good friends.

The clinical years of medical school are daunting.  You constantly feel like a tap dancing monkey, trying to impress people you barely have time to get to know.  But personally, I am not looking for someone who knows everything about everything.  That’s why you are in school.  The best thing you can get out of third and fourth year is how to do a good history and physical, how to write good notes, and how to triage patients.  The best students are interested, willing to learn, and know their patients well.  If you keep that in mind, the clinical years are much simpler.  I promise, if you follow your patients you will learn much more than just doing qbank questions.

Best of luck on your clinical rotations.  Don’t make things too complicated.  At the end of the day have fun, treat your patients right, and keep an open mind.  The learning will happen whether you recognize it or not.

here’s my whole opinion on the jackson situation:

Do I think he’s wrong for wearing the dreads? No. I’m not mad at him personally but I am tired of idols thinking my culture is a fashion trend. When black people wear weave, get braids or dreads, people see us as ghetto. They think our cultural styles make us look uncivilized or dirty. We get bullied and made fun of. When we wear them it’s not a trend at all. Suddenly other races have adapted these same hairstyles like cornrows and dreads into their own little fashion world and suddenly it’s super cool and trendy?? That shit pisses us the fuck off. We have started so many fashion/beauty trends and lose credit to it because it took a white or non black person to make it actually trendy and cool. That’s where a lot of this anger from black fans are coming from and I can understand them. Don’t invalidate the feelings of black fans who respectfully have the rights to be angry !!! ESPECIALLY if you aren’t black !!

But for me, as long as the person wearing said style has respect for black culture and is educated on our culture I’m cool with them wearing our traditional hairstyles. Y'all are quick to jump on non Asians for wearing an Asian cultures clothing, etc, well this is the same situation. Kpop and khh takes so much from our culture. from the clothing to the style of music itself. But y'all ain’t know that because again, we don’t get credit for shit that we start. (And if you want examples of what kpop/khh takes from black culture ill be glad to whip out facts and receipts.)

I don’t see Jackson’s braids as cultural appropriation because he isn’t mocking my culture or being disrespectful. He’s not wearing my culture as some costume. But I am bothered by his response to angered fans. instead of trying to understand the anger he dismissed it as hate and that’s not okay. Black fans deserve a sincere apology.

I could be wrong but I don’t think Jackson could have rejected the styling. Most of the times they have to listen to the higher ups without refusal. So if you really wanna go yell and curse at somebody, do it to Pepsi and whoever decided to style Jackson. That’s just my opinion on this whole thing

*UPDATE: jackson said he CHOSE the hair style because he loves the culture… yet he’s still disregarding the feelings of black fans and calling it a misunderstanding. still no apology

We were childhood friends and somewhere along the way in the harsh times we found love. We shared the same dream. We laughed. We teased each other. We cried together. We were happy. But suddenly everything changed. Fame cost us our love. And now after so many years we meet again. And my heart still beats for you.  I still long for your warmth, your laugh, your smile. I always loved you and I always will.

Sick of Losing Soulmates

Jughead x Reader

You and have Jughead have been dating for a while when suddenly he becomes distant, and you discover it’s for more than one reason. This takes place around the time Jughead is living under the stairs. Based on the song by Dodie Clark

Warnings: so many emotions

Word count: 1,980

A/N: I really like building fics off of songs, so I might continue to do it. I wanted this one to be a bit more realistic, so it kind of follows the events of 1 x 07, just with the reader added in. I really tried to make it match the feeling of the song. I wouldn’t say no to any Jughead requests, just send me an ask!

what a strange being you are

god knows where i would be

if you hadn’t found me

sitting all alone in the dark

You were always the girl that was early, always the girl waiting for her friends to arrive so you could walk with them in the hallways. Archie, Veronica, Betty, and your boyfriend Jughead were your core group of friends. In fact, they seemed to be your only friends.

It was approaching your one year anniversary with Jughead, actually, and it’s taken you by surprise because time seems to pass faster here, especially with a boy you’ve only fallen deeper in love with every single day. It’s been almost one whole year since you moved to Riverdale and became absolutely smitten with the boy in the beanie. It only took him a week to ask you out, though, going from an enigma to your boyfriend in the span of a few days.

It was a fairy tale come to life, at least that’s what it seemed like to you. The dark brooding boy soon opened up to you about everything, and you did the same, forming a relationship built on trust. There were late night movies, walks down the river, sly glances and touches when with the group, cute nicknames, and wearing his beanie whenever you weren’t in public. Everyone knew you guys as a couple, “(Y/N) and Jughead against the world” they would say.

That all seemed to come to a crashing halt about about a month ago. You had noticed him becoming distant, drawing away from you at Pop’s and declining plans to hang out. It was like you barely existed in his world anymore, he seemed to take more of an interest in solving the murder now a days, and you didn’t seem to understand why. In turn, because you haven’t spoken that much you haven’t had the chance to tell him your parents were getting a divorce, and that you and your baby brother were going to live in separate households.

The day before your one year anniversary you walk into school promptly an hour before everyone else. You were always the girl that was early, always the girl that was waiting.

It was peaceful, in a sense. No one roaming the halls to crash into, the classrooms looking like ghost towns as you pass each one making your way to the stairwell at the end of the hall. You haven’t taken this path in a long time, and you’ve nearly forgotten what this intersection is like when it’s not packed with students.

You stop to glance into one of the rooms when there’s a sudden creak of hinges behind you. You turn around to see no one else but Jughead, hair tangled and old worn clothes on. He had a towel in his hand along with a toothbrush and toothpaste.

“Jug? What are you doing here?” you ask, trying to piece together the puzzle right before your eyes. In this moment your boyfriend seemed to transform right back into that enigma he had been when you first met.

“Making use of the schools state-of-the-art-facilities…” he replies unconvincingly, unable to make eye contact.

“Jug…” you make your way towards him, and he doesn’t object when you move him aside. He was living like Harry Potter, a boy under the staircase. There was a make shift cot with some of his shirts and his backpack, only the bare essentials.

“Have you been living here?” you ask. The question wasn’t accusatory, but filled with hurt that your boyfriend hadn’t felt like he could come to you about this. He knew that both of your parents loved him, he knew they would take him in, so why hadn’t he talked to you about it?

“Please don’t tell anyone, (Y/N), please.” he pleads, pulling you out of the closet gently by the arm, looking into your eyes.

“Tell? I wouldn’t tell, Jug.” I assure him, pulling him into a hug. He wraps his arms around me and for some reason I feel as if he needs this moment more than me. I pull away and look him in the eyes, “but why didn’t you tell me?” I ask, daring him to tell me something wasn’t going on.

“It’s not your burden to bare.” he says, “walk me to the showers?”

“Jug, you’re my boyfriend, you could have stayed with me.” I tell him, saying the words we both knew out loud.

He takes my hand and begins pulling me down the hallway towards the boys locker rooms in the gym.

“And that’s the exact reason I didn’t tell you.” he says, “I don’t want you to feel responsible for me.”

You reach the showers and lean in to give him a light peck on the lips before he disappears inside. You realize that if you hadn’t shown up to school early, or been by the staircase, you never would have found out. Jughead wouldn’t have told you.

While he’s in the shower, you wander back down the hall to the closet under the stairs. You open and close the door, letting the darkness fall around you as you sit on his mattress.

It’s only when you feel the dampness on your cheeks that you realize you’ve started crying. You grab a hold of one of his sweatshirts and pull it close, crumpling it in your arms to get the most of his scent. You haven’t realized how much you’ve missed his scent, missed him telling you everything, no matter how bad it was.

The door opens sooner than expected and Jughead is staring down at you, now in his jeans and t-shirt.

“I’m going to need that back.” he says with a small smirk, not noticing your tear stained cheeks. You try to avoid sniffling, but whatever made you start to cry hasn’t let you stop.

He ruffles his hair in the makeshift mirror before finally taking notice, and as soon as he does his arms are around you, holding you close. His arms wrap around your waist, pulling you close. Your head rests on his chest as he draws circles with his thumb on your arm.

“Forsythe Pendleton Jones the third,” you scold, looking up at him. All of your resolve melts as you see him looking back at you, “I’ve missed you.” you whisper.

“I’ve missed you too, princess.” he says. He holds you there until the school bell rings.

what the hell would i be without you?

brave face talk so lightly, hide the truth

“Call my dad.” he says as he passes you, Archie and Betty in the hallway later that day.

“Of course.” you and Betty respond at the same time.

You and your friends make their way down to the station not soon after. You’ve tried his dad’s cell at least half a dozen times, and his home phone is going straight to voicemail. You’re the first one into see Jug when you get there.

“I didn’t do it, you have to believe me.” he says as soon as you walk in. His hands are clasped tightly together on the desk. His voice is rigid yet calm, and you can tell that he’s doing everything he can to maintain his composure.

“Of course I believe you, Jug. All the evidence they have is circumstantial.” you say, reaching your hands out to grasp his. You can see the release of tension almost immediately on contact. He lets out a sigh and looks up at you with lost eyes.

“Is my dad here yet?” he asks. He seems desperate, grasping at the idea that his father may have actually showed up for once. If there was one thing that hadn’t changed in the past month, it was how Jug’s father was absolute shit at being a dad.

“Archie’s dad is here with him, so is Betty.” you break the news, intertwining your fingers with his. He looks down and nods, not saying anything.

Not soon after, Jughead is released, thanks to Archie’s dad. You walk out of the station hand in hand with him, when you see his father walking up towards you.

In a blink of an eye Jughead has released your hand and is facing off with his father. “He’s my son-” you hear among the chaos, “let me give them a piece of my mind-” You have to take a deep breath and refrain yourself from telling off his dad in front of everyone. Everything stops as Jughead looks his father dead in the eyes, and then back to you. You stand next to him, intertwining your fingers with his. Jug pulls you away before anything else can be said, leading you towards your house.

He doesn’t say a word all the way there, but you can feel his hand shaking in yours, his other hand going to his eyes every few minutes to wipe away what you could only expect were tears.

“Jug-” you begin, but he stops you with a kiss. It was soft and gentle, with all of the emotion he had been holding in for the past month suddenly placed upon your lips. You let the moment pass in silence, and when he releases your lips you notice his eyes have become red and slightly puffy.

You envelope him in a hug, wrapping your arms around his neck and pulling him close, his head tucked into the crook of your neck. He’s shaking against you, so you just hold him. You would hold him until the world ends, even if it was falling apart around you.

You silently pull him inside, walking up the stairs to your bedroom.

You lay down next to each other, falling into position as if it was the most natural thing in the world. Your head on his chest, his hands on your back drawing the circles you love so much. His eyes aren’t as red anymore. You look up to him and give him a small peck on the lips.

“Don’t leave me.” he whispers against your lips.

“Why would I ever do that?” you ask, smiling softly.

“Because I’ve been lying to you this entire time.” he says, holding you so tight because he feels that if he lets go he might lose you forever.

“I don’t care, Jug. You’re here now, and I’m not going anywhere.” you tell him, reassuring that you aren’t planning on moving any time soon.

i can finally see you’re as fucked up as me

so how do we win?

Jughead spent the night into your one year anniversary. You couldn’t send him back to the school, and he certainly didn’t seem in a rush to get back to the house. You hadn’t realized how deep his demons had gotten in the past month, and now that you had you weren’t going to let them get any deeper.

“Where were your parents last night?” he asks as you lay there in the morning, a bundle of limbs and the clothes from the night before. His beanie next to him on the pillow, his hair out and wild. His hair without his beanie was so much better, you decided.

“I guess we both haven’t told each other things.” you admit, “they’re getting a divorce. It’s been pretty bad.” you snuggle in closer, trying to block out the rest of the world.

“Now why didn’t you tell me?” he asks.

“Don’t quote me back to me,” you chuckle, “you seemed pre-occupied, with the murder and everything. Your novel.”

“(Y/N),” he says, shifting the position so that you’re looking in his eyes, “Nothing could ever be more important than you. Ever. From here on out. I promise.” he says firmly, gripping you tight.

“I promise, Jug.” You repeated, placing a kiss on his lips, cementing that promise for not only your first year, but many years to come.

I am a hardcore Destiel shipper (and Sam/Eileen tbh), but I am losing hope that it will ever be made obvious on screen. I choose to see it as canon, but how do you think they would make it extra obvious to less-shippy fans? I'd be down for a hug and some hand holding, but I can't think of an outcome that doesn't sound like some fan fiction - and therefor being called out as fan service. Thoughts?

Honestly I’m really confused how anyone can be losing hope after having just witnessed season 12.

We just had a whole season of:

- Multiple near-death moments, hugs, reunions that are more and more emotional every time, by the time we get to 12x19 they both look so strained they could strain Rowena’s tea leaves with their eye balls. Let alone Cas’s “DEAN!” moment right in front of Sam and Mary in 12x23, completely ignoring them, and Dean’s “where the hell have you been?!” standard pissed off wife raging at Cas in 12x19 in front of Sam. Attempts at hiding it from these two have really gone out the window by this point…

-Sam being SO DONE and rolling his eyes practically every time they are in the same room together, even when they aren’t, yes, I’m looking at you 12x10: “you’re going to storm in….right now”.

- Dean textually saying he’s not mad, he’s WORRIED about Cas. DEAN BEING A WORRIED HUSBAND ALL SEASON LONG EVEN THOUGH THAT DOESN’T ADD AT ALL TO THE PLOT LINE, ITS JUST THERE BELOW THE RADAR ANYWAY.

- Mary treating Cas like he is Dean’s husband, comforting him when he’s missing, the ‘computing’ look at their reunion hug, looking pointedly at DEAN when asking if Cas will go along with their plan in 12x23 etc etc etc.

- DEAN GIVING CAS A MIXTAPE OF HIS FAVOURITE BAND, A BAND THAT IS LINKED TO SEDUCTION IN THE SHOW. Cas wondering if he has to return it now that Dean seems so upset with him, again, a standard romantic “returning your stuff” break up trope, but Dean waves him away, no, I forgive you, just PLEASE STAY WITH ME.

- In 12x19 Dean being angry and acting like a wife who’s husband is late home from the pub, because he was worried but then IMMEDIATELY forgiving Cas, asking Cas to stay, to be a “we”, even in 12x19 still defending him, by 12x23 saying that they will “work things out”, Cas telling Dean that he would die to protect him, that he loves him, loves all of them etc etc etc.

- Now Dean is learning to let his walls down and the catalyst occurs in the FINALE, oh, coincidentally, JUST before Cas gets taken brutally away from him right in front of his eyes and he doesn’t even compute it, is still in shock by the time the credits roll….

This whole season has been what I see as the middle ground, the link between the previous seasons where the Dean / Cas relationship has been extremely subtextual, and the next season(s) where it will culminate in canon.

You can’t just randomly show casual viewers Dean and Cas making out, so many people won’t have seen the subtext (I was just talking to a viewer this weekend, who was like Destiel? Nope, I don’t see it. When I explained the story, he was like OMG YES I never noticed that! That makes so much more sense - talking about s11 and the undercurrent of Dean’s feelings since the show and how they link to the overall plot) - So the casual viewers need it to be much more obvious before it is canon, but also it’s a long running show, it cannot just SUDDENLY become obvious, it needs to feel organic.

Therefore season 12 was for US very blatant, but for casual viewers they are just getting strong hints of it. It was around 12x10 - 12x12 that I got a few asks saying things like “I never shipped Destiel but now I do”… and after 12x19 I think many of these ideas were cemented into peoples minds, the same as after 12x22 I think many people will now understand Performing!Dean and the side that was the facade and what is real, they will look at the show in hindsight and see it where they hadn’t so much before.

Therefore next season should be even more blatant. And what could be more blatant than Cas being dead and us seeing Dean in MOURNING, fighting to WIN HIM BACK (again, this is a standard romantic trope and the next part of the story in line with the standard romantic storyline that they are abiding to, for more info search #break up theory on my blog).

Next season should be even stronger with the subtext and we will see things coming into the text much more than even in season 12.

In season 12 we had hugs, worrying for your boyfriend and a freaking mixtape.

I think season 13 will raise us something along the lines of mourning like a widower, Sam supporting Dean in this widower role, an awkward accidental date, talking about feelings, working on something together while laughing and doing the heart eyes and probably some kind of accidental kiss / falling over each other or whatever if they want to get really blatant about it ;)

With regards to how they will make it canon, these are two BAMF guys who, yes, are actually also deep down very soft and sweet in their personalities but are not going to start running bubble baths and giving each other bouquets of flowers on screen. All we need and want is a couple of shots of Cas shuffling into the kitchen in Dean’s dead guy robe for a couple of cups of coffee in the morning and Dean’s gruff “coming Cas?” as he goes off to bed, a shot of them giving each other a cute look over lunch while Sam rolls his eyes, thats all we need after the initial love declaration or 1 kiss of whatever way they decide to go…

I mean, I’m being really arrogant here, but Destiel isn’t the only thing that me and the other meta writers write about and we are all basking in the glory of the fact that pretty much everything we speculated would happen character wise in s12 has happened and that pretty much all our endgame speculation has either happened already or looks very much on track to being so. It would be weird if we were right about all the rest and not about Destiel, which is one of the most blatant ones of all…

Ok so where "do I find the ENXP crowd"? Preferred habitat? Likes? Mating rituals? What to do if I spot one? Do they bite?

Haha, okay, I’m glad you asked because I’ve been procrastinating on making a post like this for awhile and now I gotta. So here goes. Also guys, I’m dividing this male/female so I’m sorry if it doesn’t apply to you, but I don’t have time for any more descriptions (this is gonna be long)

As written by a female ENTP who knows many ENXPs…

How to find ENTPs

Male

  • Male ENTPs look like the rest of the typical dudes around at first glance. But on closer inspection, they probably have a haircut that is supposed to be trendy but isn’t well-maintained and they also probably have crazy socks, or a crazy scarf, or are making some sort of stupid joke as you observe them
  • They joke all the time. Like there is not a time when you’re talking to them and they’re not thinking or talking about jokes. Could be memes, funny animals, slogans or advertisements…really just anything humorous. And they spew it.
  • They’re the annoying ones in the room. ENTPs are called “class clowns” but honestly I don’t find that to be a super accurate description of us since we’re pretty darn ambiverted. So it’ll be the guy in your class or office that’s really annoying yet funny and has outrageous philosophical or political views. Or has a crazy backstory/family life. Something crazy, I promise
  • Can be pretty shy or socially awkward, many ENTPs have Asperger’s
  • They are very silly and tacky. They wear comical shirts, have smirky expressions all the time, and are actual super softies. Like we’re talking hopeless romantic softie if they’re not super unhealthy. The stereotype is that ENTPs are “bouncy” with relationships and go from partner to partner, but that is largely untrue for both sexes. We may have a lot of partners, but we typically go into the relationship at least trying to make it work long term. It’s only that we break up with people a lot based on the fact that we feel like there’s a lot of stagnancy/we get bored/think that our partner is incompatible with us since we’re “hiding” our true selves, etc.
  • Really bad at using social media
    • Most guys only have a few pictures on their pages, if they have a social media page at all (this is personal experience, not true for all of them, just seems to be a trend)
  • Wide variety of skills/ineterests/hobbies
    • ENTP friend loves skiing, lifting, exercising…and then is unhealthily obsessed with pug puppies and memes
  • Are usually friends with the STP crowd or the NF crowd, either or
    • Does usually have another NTP friend that’s pretty close to them

If I Could Tell Him...

I’m alive! Here’s a oneshot inspired by the song “If I Could Tell Her” from Dear Evan Hansen. I highly encourage you to listen to the song. Please enjoy!

“Girl, you’ve got to try to pull yourself together,” Alya frowned from the other side of Marinette’s phone screen. “Adrien’s your friend. It shouldn’t have been that hard to ask him to go to the movies with you. He definitely would’ve said yes if you asked, but instead…”

“But instead, I panicked and ended up tripping down the stairs,” Marinette sighed. She blew a stray piece of hair out her face, but it fell right back into place. Marinette decided to let it stay there. The day left her too exhausted to bother with anything else. Not only did she fall down the stairs before asking Adrien to the movies, but she also knocked Chloe over and took them both for a tumble. She wasted the next hour of her life listening to Chloe rant while accompanying her to the nurse to make sure neither of them were injured. In short, it had been a terrible day.

Marinette sighed again. “Alya, I thought I was gonna be able to do it this time. I spent almost three hours practicing last night, but when I faced the real thing… I just seized up.”

“But you’ve been doing so well lately. I’ve caught you two having normal conversations between class.”

“It’s fine when we’re talking about schoolwork, but when I try to act on my feelings, my mind turns to mush. I get so nervous. There are so many things I want to tell him, but they all jumble together and I can hardly muster a coherent sentence. My heart starts beating so fast that my body can’t keep up. Everything goes weak and suddenly, I’m unable to act normal anymore.”

Alya laughed, wishing she was with Marinette in person so she could give the poor girl a hug. “You’ve got the love bug bad!” Alya smiled. “And that’s not a bad thing, but if you want to have a chance with Adrien, you’ve got to overcome it. Don’t be nervous around him. He’s just Adrien after all.”

“Just Adrien?” Marinette sputtered, nearly dropping her phone. “Adrien Agreste, the kindest, smartest, and most handsome boy Paris has ever known? How is a klutz like me supposed to act around that?”

“He’s not some superhero or demigod. He’s a normal guy so there’s nothing to be nervous about. You’re not a klutz either. You’re just Marinette! And if Adrien doesn’t love that then maybe he isn’t the right guy for you.”

“I hope you’re wrong otherwise I’ll have to rework my entire life plan,” Marinette giggled. Her smile then turned to a slight frown as a different thought crossed her mind. “But I’ll never know if he’s the right one or not if I never tell him how I feel.”

“Good thing you’ve still got plenty of time to tell him.” Alya gave Marinette a hopeful grin. The school year wasn’t over yet. Each day was a new opportunity to make some progress with Adrien. “Remember what we talked about before?” Alya continued. “Baby steps. And speaking of babies, I’ve got to get back to babysitting. The twins are shouting for dinner so I should get cooking. Catch you later!”

“Bye!” Marinette said as the call ended. She dropped her phone onto her desk and groaned. “I’m a mess…” she mumbled under her breath.

“No, you’re not!” Tikki shouted as she emerged from behind Marinette’s chair. “Everything Alya said is right! You need to figure out how to tell Adrien how you feel! There’s no need to be nervous!”

“Funny how everyone’s an expert in love tonight,” Marinette said as she got out of her chair. She grabbed a blanket off her bed and slung it over her shoulders. “I’m going out to the balcony for a bit,” she told Tikki. “Wanna join me?”

Tikki let out a huge yawn. “No thanks,” the kwami replied tiredly. “I’m exhausted after the day we had today.”

“Tell me about it. I don’t want to hear Chloe’s voice for at least another year. Get some rest then. I need some fresh air to clear my head. I’ll come back inside soon.”

As Tikki headed to bed, Marinette went up to the balcony. The air outside was slightly cold, but it felt refreshing. The sun set an hour or so ago so the sky was dark and dotted with stars. The streets below still bustled, but above everything felt quiet. Marinette leaned against the metal railing as she watched Paris’s nightlife spring alive. Moments like this made all her worries feel small. Even at night, Paris kept moving and when seeing it action, how could Marinette think about anything else?

Out of the corner of her eye, Marinette spotted a shadow dart across the buildings across the street. She squinted her eyes, trying to get a closer look. “Could that be…?” she wondered as leaned over the railing. “There’s only one person who could be out roaming the skyline at this time of night.”

The shadow disappeared, leaving Marinette puzzled. “Where did he go?” she thought, craning her neck to peer across the street. “He was there just a second ago.”

“Surprise, Princess!” a voice shouted from behind her.

Marinette jumped as the blanket fell off her shoulders. She swiveled around to find Chat Noir standing behind her, hands proudly on his hips and tail whisking back and forth. “You scared me!” Marinette yelled, putting her hand over her beating heart. “What do you think you’re doing?”

Chat Noir grinned cheekily. “I saw you outside and thought it would be rude not to drop by and say hello. Besides, who doesn’t like a special visit from their favorite superhero?”

“That’s quite an assumption you’re making,” Marinette smiled, now matching Chat Noir’s pose. “Who says you’re my favorite?”

“I’m not?”

“I’m only joking. Of course, you’re my favorite, but don’t tell Ladybug I said that.”

“Your secret’s safe with me!”

There was a brief moment of silence before Chat Noir spoke again. “Are you doing alright?” he asked, almost in a whisper. Marinette met his eyes which to her surprise were filled with concern. She was slightly taken aback. Chat Noir didn’t often act seriously like this. It was different. What spurred the sudden worry?

“I’m fine…” Marinette answered. Her gaze drifted to the floor. “Well,” she began again. “I guess today wasn’t the best day I’ve ever had, but there isn’t much I can do about that.”

Chat Noir took a seat on the balcony’s railing. “Tell me about,” he said. “I’ve got time to listen.” With a carefree and kind smile like his, Marinette couldn’t refuse. Besides, she had time to burn too.

Marinette let her back hit the railing and then sank down to her knees. She tossed the blanket over them before starting her story. “I tried to invite the boy I like to the movies today, but it didn’t go so well,” she explained. “I got nervous again and ended up falling down the stairs. To make matters worse, I knocked into Chloe which sent her into a frenzy. I ended up looking like an idiot again. At this rate, I don’t think he’ll ever talk to me again, let alone go to the movies with me.”

“You have someone you like?” Chat Noir asked, his ears perking up.

Marinette raised an eyebrow. “Out of everything in my story, that’s what you picked up on?” she said, pretending to be sarcastic while holding back giggles. “Why? Are you jealous?”

Chat Noir shook his head. “No… I just didn’t know. If you don’t mind me asking, who is he?”

“Adrien Agreste.”

For reasons Marinette didn’t know, Chat Noir visibly stiffened. There was something in his eyes that Marinette couldn’t discern. Surprise, anxiety, and a spark of something else. She tapped his knee, bringing him back to life like a wind-up toy newly wound. He ran his hand through his hair before looking at her. Chat Noir softly smiled as he asked, “Is that so?”

Marinette rolled her eyes. “Hard to believe, I know. We’re not exactly a perfect match. He’s a popular, perfect model while I’m clumsy Marinette. One might say we’re polar opposites.”

“But they also say opposites attract,” Chat Noir added, proud of his joke. “I don’t think you two sound that different. Maybe he’s not as perfect as you think…”

“Well, of course, he’s not perfect perfect, but he’s perfect to me.” Marinette’s cheeks glowed pink which was hardly noticeable against the dark backdrop of night. Butterflies fluttered in her stomach at the thought of him.

“Why do you think he’s perfect?” Chat Noir pressed further. “I mean, nobody’s perfect and perfection isn’t a reason to fall in love with someone.” Marinette detected bitterness in his words as if he had this conversation with others before. His blonde locks covered his eyes so Marinette couldn’t read his expression. Yet, Marinette could read his body language and it was obvious something she said struck a chord with him.

“He’s perfect because of all the reasons I love him,” Marinette smiled. She leaned over and rested her head against Chat Noir’s dangling leg. “I always have trouble finding the words when I with him, but if I could tell him… I’d have so much to say. I keep them all locked inside, unsaid, but someday I’ll tell him how I feel. I’d tell him all the reasons I love him.”

“You could tell me.”

Marinette and Chat Noir turned to each other, both stunned. Chat Noir waved his arms, panicking. “Y-you could tell me as practice!” he stammered. “It might be good to get it all out with someone else first! That way it’s easier to tell him later! That’s what I meant!” His tail waved fervently, not hiding his anxiousness. A nervous Chat Noir was a new picture for Marinette, but she liked it. It was oddly adorable.

“I don’t mind,” Marinette shrugged. “I’ve never had the chance to talk about it with anyone but Alya. It’s kinda embarrassing though so you can’t tell anyone else.”

“You have this cat’s word.”

“Alright…” Marinette took a deep breath as she gathered her thoughts. Reasons she loved Adrien? There were so many. It would be best to start at the beginning. “There’s his smile which feels so kind and real. His face lights up when he truly smiles. Not the forced smiles he gives the teachers or Chloe… his real smile is amazing.”

“And there’s the way he tries to stand up for his friends even when he knows the consequences. To be someone of his social standing and talk back to others is dangerous, but he does it anyway. Sometimes it’s in quiet ways. He’ll whisper to Chloe and ask her to knock it off. Sometimes he’ll sneak away and tell a teacher. Sometimes he’ll face others head on. I’ll never forget the time he defended my uncle in front of Chloe. They’re friends so I didn’t think he’d tell her off, but he did. His sense of justice matches even yours, Chat Noir. Adrien will always help a friend in need.”

“Then there’s the way he sneaks silly puns and jokes into conversations. They’re almost too subtle to notice. Whenever he tells a joke, the corners of his mouth turn up slightly as if he’s trying to disguise his pride. They’re always corny, but somehow they warm my heart. Adrien’s puns are few and far between, but each one feels special. They’re a sneak peek into his sense of humor.”

“And his laugh… he has the most wonderful laugh. It’s lighthearted and carefree. When he lets himself laugh, he laughs like nobody’s watching. His cheeks turn red as he throws his head back and laughs. When he’s finished, he smiles again. A rare happiness fills his emerald eyes. Whenever I watch him laugh, I feel one step closer to him. I feel like I’ve been allowed to witness something magical.”

Marinette tilted her head up toward the stars. She closed her eyes and smiled. “But the thing I love about him most,” she said, reminiscing the moment when the fire of her love began to first burn. “Is his heart.”

Chat Noir cocked his head, confused. “His heart?” he asked.

Marinette nodded. “He has a good heart. He helps others whenever he can. He’s kind beyond belief. He can remain level-headed when times get tough, but also knows how to makes others feel better. His words encourage others to keep moving forward. His father, though he’s my hero, can be harsh and cold sometimes. Yet, Adrien always manages to stay kind and positive. I know there are moments when he’s feeling down, but he tries to smile for everyone else’s sake. His heart is almost too big for him to bear.

“And the moment I fell in love with him, I couldn’t believe it. It was so sudden and new. I didn’t think it was possible, but somehow his heart reached mine. With only an umbrella and a simple laugh, he captured my heart. It sounds silly to say it out loud. It’s like something out of a movie… ”

“It’s not silly!’ Chat Noir shouted, nearly falling off the railing. His cheeks were just as red as Marinette’s now. The only reason she didn’t notice was because of the darkness and his mask. Chat Noir cleared his throat and swallowed the nerves that were quickly creeping through his entire body. "It’s cute,” Chat Noir smiled. It was a more heartfelt smile, the kind Marinette only saw when he was talking to her as Ladybug.

“Thanks,” Marinette blushed. “But does it all really matter if I don’t tell him? I want to say something, but I can’t do it! I feel so far from him even though he sits right in front of me every day. He’s everything to me, but he has no idea and it’s my fault. If only I could tell him…”

Chat Noir jumped off the railing onto the balcony. He sat down next to Marinette and pulled part of her blanket onto him. She looked surprised but didn’t say anything. “I think…” Chat Noir started as he bit his lip. “Adrien probably has things he wants to tell you too.”

“I doubt it. There’s not really anything that impressive about me. He thinks I’m a good designer but that’s about it,” Marinette pouted. “We’ve never talked about me either. I don’t know how much he could want to say.”

“That’s not true. I think Adrien would say a lot of things,” Chat Noir smiled. “I think he would tell you how he admires the way you stand up to Chloe. You don’t let her push you or anyone else around. Without hesitation, you rise up and take her head on. You’ll defend any friend or stranger because you know it’s the right thing to do.”

“How would you know he’d say something like that?” Marinette asked, one eyebrow raised. “That’s awfully specific…”

“…Adrien and I have… talked before,” Chat Noir said, thinking carefully about his words. “He’s been at the site of quite a few akuma attacks so we’ve had time to chat. He’s mentioned things about you a few times too.”

“He has?!” Marinette’s face lit up like the Eiffel Tower at night. She grabbed Chat Noir’s arm, shaking it eagerly. “Please tell me what he said! Chat Noir, I have to know!”

“Alright!” Chat Noir laughed as Marinette began to calm down. “It’ll have to stay a secret between us though.”

“Definitely!”

“Okay. Well, he said… he also likes the way you get nervous sometimes, but persevere. He likes the way you trip, stumble, and yes, even fall down the stairs because you always get right back up and keep going. When you make mistakes, it doesn’t paralyze you. You try again. It may take a while, but you always bounce back.”

“Did he say anything else?” Marinette clutched her cheeks, nearly squealing with glee. Her heart was beating so fast, it might pop out of her chest. The thing about herself she often hated Adrien liked? It had to be a miracle. “A-Actually, no nevermind…” she backtracked. She pulled on her hair nervously. “I probably shouldn’t be hearing this since Adrien told you, not me.”

“N-no, no! I’m sure Adrien would be fine with it,” Chat Noir replied, almost as nervous as Marinette. “And he said so many things, I’m trying to pick out the best ones to tell you.” Chat Noir felt himself begin to ramble. Something stirred in his chest. It was similar to how he felt about Ladybug. Usually, he would have stopped to question the feeling. After all, Ladybug was his one true love. But right now, he was so caught up in Marinette he didn’t have time to stop and think.

“Go on then…” Marinette urged him. “What else did Adrien say?”

“He said he likes the way you tie your hair with ribbon into little ponytails. And the way you always match your clothes like an expert designer would. It makes you look even prettier than you normally do.”

“Adrien thinks I’m pretty?”

“Definitely! He also told me he likes the way you’re courageous in the face of danger. You’re a civilian, but you’ve got enough bravery to be a hero all on your own. You want to protect everyone. When an akuma appears, you’re never afraid. You remain calm and think rationally. You always seem to have a plan. It’s incredible. You could rival Ladybug. All in all, he thinks you’re amazing!”

Marinette laughed to herself. “Oh the irony,” she smiled. “I can’t believe Adrien said all those things,” Marinette said aloud. “He’s never mentioned anything before, but I guess I don’t do a great job keeping up conversations with him. I didn’t know he thought about me that way.”

“Maybe he didn’t know how to tell you?” Chat Noir shrugged. “Or maybe he never knew how badly he wanted to tell you,” he thought, his pulse racing.

Marinette hugged her knees to her chest. “Adrien doesn’t seem that far away now. Maybe I’ll try asking him to the movies again tomorrow. Hopefully, he won’t mind if I have another clumsy moment again. But even if I fall down the stairs, I want to get back up and try again.”

“That’s the spirit!” Chat Noir nudged her arm playfully. “You’ve got nothing to worry about, Princess. Once you ask, I’m 100% positive he’ll say yes. And I think I overheard that he might be free this Friday afternoon.”

“Thank you, Chat Noir.” Marinette let her head fall onto his shoulder. Chat Noir froze for a moment before slowly running his hand through her hair. It was soft like he expected and smelled like vanilla. He tried to speak, but the words were caught in his throat. Instead, he tried something simpler.

“You’re welcome…”

Marinette sat up, making Chat Noir feel a little sad. With a bright smile, Marinette promised, “I’ll put in a good word for you with Ladybug as thanks for tonight. She’s got a great kitty at her side although I don’t think she’s ever doubted that.”

She winked at Chat Noir and rush a familiarity overcame him. It felt too familiar, but Marinette had never shown him that expression as either Adrien or Chat Noir. Where had he seen it before then? Before he could ask her, Marinette stood up and wrapped the blanket in her arms.

“I should probably head inside. It’s getting late and I promised Tikk- I mean my MOM, that I wouldn’t stay out too long.” Marinette coughed, praying Chat Noir hadn’t noticed her slip up.

Chat Noir nodded. “I understand.” He bowed and took Marinette’s hand. Gently, he held it up to his lips, giving it a delicate kiss. “Until next time, princess.” Marinette rolled her eyes with a smile, not surprised by Chat Noir’s suave nature.

He unhooked his baton from his waist and extended it. Chat Noir gave her his signature two-finger salute before bounding into the darkness. Marinette watched his figure disappear behind the buildings. Once he was gone, she headed towards the trapdoor to go back to her bedroom.

But then she stopped. “I wonder who told him I was having a bad day…” Marinette thought. “Maybe it was Adrien… Someone must have asked him to check on me. I’ll have to ask the next time I see that silly cat though. Even without the mask, he can always see right through me.”

With a final look at the night sky, Marinette whispered to herself, “Good night, Chat Noir.” And then she disappeared back into her bedroom, hopeful for tomorrow.

Killian Jones, Emma Swan and the nuances of deeply emotional love-making.

A psychologist’s POV on why this particular couple hinting at sex riled up an entire fandom.

So what was it?

We have all been exposed to TV sex and (I assume) most of us have been exposed to a certain degree of personal intimacy with a significant other in our lifetimes. I’ve been witness to some unbelievably explicit TV sex myself, but I can say that not once before in my life, has the notion of an OTP “getting it on” made me daydream anywhere near as hard as Hook and Emma did last night with only the hint of post-climatic morning sex taking place on a kitchen table. I was emotional. (A bit hot n’ bothered too, but mostly emotional).

But why? What is so different about these two??

When we think about how things got started for this particular couple, it’s been a struggle for both, one in which many of us can maybe relate. Maybe you’re the lonely girl who lost faith? The guy who lost everything and is terrified of ever embracing love again? Maybe you’re both. all I can say is, we as humans have ALL felt this way, some maybe on one particular situation and some others could be facing ongoing faith trials in their lives. Regardless, seeing that an orphan and a bucaneer can find home, stability, and happiness is an overwhelming slap in the face. It’s super easy to throw the towel in; staying on the road and fighting, that’s what’s hard!! So to find these two connect that way, it’s almost like finding our own answers on the pages of a book. It’s almost therapeutic (though it would be completely unprofessional of me to say CS is a replacement for therapy, should you need it, lol), and this reaches very deep for some and many.

Now about the sex… why does this particular fandom crave to see them show at least a certain degree of sexual intimacy?

Killian’s question “Have you ever been in love?”, comes into play here. Have you ever been in love? because if you have, you will know very well how sex can change and solidify a bond between two people who are already developing such a strong connection. On a chemical POV, sex is basically a survival tool, designed to make us want it to the point of it being damn near unstoppable and thus guaranteeing reproduction. But there is something more: The bonding. The magic of Oxytocin, where your brain releases such unbelievable amounts of the stuff you find yourself suddenly unable to be without that other person. You find yourself even MORE joined together after sex than you did before, even when you didn’t think it was possible.

There is a huge huge HUUUUGE difference between the gratifying satisfaction that comes from casual sex and the overwhelming sense of completeness, peace and togetherness that derives from lovemaking, both individually and as a couple. Just think about it for a second: Love-MAKING. You are MAKING love. Making it. You are enacting love with all you have: Your body, your soul, your everything. You can only say “I love you” so many times before you feel like those words alone just don’t cut it: You want to become that person, be a part of his or her body, to be as close together as you possibly can, to find a way for your souls to commingle and embrace without the limitations of physicality. Is there physical desire though? Of course there is, we are also biological beings with a libido that needs a release. But when you are in love, there is another fuel behind it, a fuel that is not necessarily derived from just the attraction of “banging a hot guy or girl”. No matter what that person has done or what he/she looks like, you desire that person. You start to overlook the flaws, physical or character-wise, and you look deeply, into that person’s very soul, the soul you want to touch and be a part of… the person you LOVE.

So have you ever been in love? Have you ever made love, or been made love to? If not, you will know it when it happens to you… and if you have, then you will know exactly what I’m talking about.

Killian Jones was the first to fall in love in this situation. He suddenly found himself being rescued from a darkness he never believed could be overcome and there, at the end of a dark, dark tunnel, stood one Emma Swan. He felt intrigued and followed her into the light, only to find himself helplessly drawn to her on a much deeper, spiritual level. His way of proving himself to win the heart of the woman he now unquestionably loved was through loyalty. Unbarred, undeniable loyalty. And for a woman who was used to abandonment, finding a solid rock beside her who would be there for her regardless of the consequences was easily the biggest brownie point in her Captain Hook tally. Now they’re together, finding ways of fighting for that love and to keep it strong, burning hot and always beautiful.

Love-making is the next logical step; these two kids have desire for one another (that they’ve actually had for a long, long time) and while I am sure that they have already done the deed before the glorious little nuance from last night’s show, for us to witness that intimacy, that strength and that bond, is almost a reminder that there is a love strong enough for all of us, and that when we do find it, we have to hold on to it, tooth and nail, because regardless of it being an ever after love or a love affair that lasts less than what you hoped for, true love is solidified through unstoppable, devoted, deeply emotional and romantic sex, whether it’s slow and passionate or fast paced and fiery. It’s just that last bridge to cross to entirely become one with that other soul you love so much.

So there it is, kids. Hook and Emma love each other. And to many of us, this almost flawless, picture perfect version of what love could be (and actually really is with all it’s ups and downs and fights and blowouts and great, great sex) is what we all aspire to achieve at some point with our significant other. And what a fine example they are!!!!

BTS react to your daddy kink

Listen, i don’t have a daddy kink….
but when it comes to namjoon,

The two of you were on the couch with your feet swung over his lap whilst he had his focus on the video game on the TV in front of him, when you mention your daddy kink he would be taken completely off guard. Jungkook turned his head to look at you, urging you to continue talking about this kink of yours, wanting to learn how to please you in a new way, he listens intently while his fingers aimlessly rubs circles on your thighs…

Taehyung is a pretty softie in bed during the first few times (in fear of hurting you) but after hearing you had a daddy kink he would change it up a bit, making himself more dominant in order to make intimacy a pleasurable experience for you.

Ah, fuck.. that’s really hot.. can you call me that again

fuck. come here and sit on daddy’s lap

What was that baby? what did you call me? moan it louder

Yoongi

Honestly, i don’t think Yoongi has a daddy kink but he respects your kinks and preferences to the point where he’ll let you call him ‘daddy’ if it helps you get off better. He’d want you to enjoy sex with him even if the nickname doesn’t really affect him half as much as it affects you during intimacy.

Seokjin

I legit cannot imagine Seokjin having a daddy kink, he’s so sweet and vanilla to me. But i think that he’d really value your opinion when the two of you are being intimate, so he would take this kink into consideration and try it out. Sometimes Seokjin would be SO into it that he’d go beyond even your expectations ;)
