Request: Can I request a Steve x Reader where they have a child together and it’s a toddler. The baby has Steve wrapped around her fingers but mom doesn’t play no shit and she acts completely different because mom doesn’t let anything slide? lol
Warnings: probably just some swearing
From the minute (Y/N) told Steve that she was pregnant he had fallen in love. Their child was only a small little mass within (Y/N) but he already loved them more than anything. There wasn’t a day that went by where Steve would hike (Y/N)’s shirt up and kiss her belly for minutes. There wasn’t a day that went by where Steve would whisper to (Y/N)’s stomach when he thought she wasn’t listening. There wasn’t a day that went by without Steve mentioning how the baby’s room was going to look, or what their name would be, or what color of eyes they’d have. It was obvious that when (Y/N) had the baby Steve was going to be the most loving, caring father there ever was.
His dotting attitude towards (Y/N) only became worse when the two found out the gender of their baby; a girl. Steve was going to be having a sweet baby girl. Steve had always wanted to have a girl, he’d always dreamed of being able to hold a little blonde haired, blue eyed baby in his clutches, he’d dreamed of singing songs to her every night, he’d dreamed of painting the walls of her nursery in a soft yellow color and adding all sorts of painting to the walls over the years, he’d dreamed of someday being able to walk
His daughter down the isle, to see her grow old and have her own children and now suddenly all his dreams were coming true.
Steve had been at (Y/N)’s beck and call the entire pregnancy, if she wanted chocolate dipped pickles at 3 in the morning then Steve sure as hell was going to get up and make chocolate covered pickles for her. If she wanted to watch some shitty rom com and cry into Steve’s shoulder the entire time then so be it. But Steve truly began to dote on (Y/N) when she finally gave birth. There wasn’t a moment in the hospital when he wasn’t by her side. Hell, after the delivery he laid in the bed with her as she panted and cried into his neck. In that moment Steve didn’t think it was possible to love anyone more than he did but as soon as his baby girl, Charolette, was placed in his arms he swore his heart damn near combusted with the amount of love within him.
The first time he looked down at that sweet little face he knew he was in love. Charlie had blue eyes just like her father and her hair resembled her mothers. Luckily she also seemed to be in good health so she hadn’t inherited all of Steve’s ailments. Her little mouth opened and closed as she yawned and tucked herself against Steve’s warm chest, and her eyes slipped back close as sleep overtook her worn out body.
"Hmm, looks like she’s gonna be daddy’s spoiled princess,“ (Y/N) hummed beside him, her voice hoarse from crying in pain and relief.
"Oh hush,” Steve whispered as he turned his head, pressing a gentle kiss to (Y/N)’s forehead. “She’s gonna be a mommas girl-” (Y/N) chuckled softly as she reached out, running her finger as gently as possible along Charlie’s cute little nose. “Just wait a few years, I’ll be right,” Steve had scoffed at the time but now as he sat in some too tiny chair with a crown upon his head and a plastic teacup in his hand he realized (Y/N) had been correct.
“Daddy! Daddy! Can we make cookies now?” Steve sighed as he looked towards the kitchen; the for once clean kitchen. (Y/N) had a day off and decided to clean and she’d done a damn good job too and he knew that if he and Charlie made cookies it would be a mess all over again. “Daddy pwease?” Charlie pouted, giving her father the same puppy dog eyes he often gave (Y/N). Steve sighed but smiled; there was no way he could say no to Charlie, it’s be nearly impossible for him to.
"Okay sweetheart but we have to pick up afterwards, okay?“
"Thank you daddy!” Charlie squealed as she jumped up from her small table, rushing into the kitchen as she waited for Steve. Steve chuckled as he stood up, meandering into the kitchen where Charlie was looking up at him expectantly, a sweet little smile on her face. How could a sweet little kid cause any damage? It wasnt too risky to cook with her…was it?
“Steven Grant Rogers!” (Y/N) nearly yelled at her husband. Steve flinched, nearly dropping the pan he’d been holding as he turned to sheepishly face (Y/N). “What- what happened?” Steve winced, looking around the kitchen in shame. So apparently a four year old and a grown man could cause a lot of damage. Dough caked the counter and cabinets, all sorts of ingredients covered the floor, not to mention both he and Charlie were caked in everything.
"We were just making cookies-“
"Steve, I spent the entire day cleaning that,”
“I know doll but Charlie wanted-”
“Mommy!” Charlie squealed as she crawled off the chair she’d been sitting in. “Mommy I made you cookies!” Charlie raised her hands up to (Y/N), showing her the doughy mess she’d created.
“Thank you baby girl,” (Y/N) smiled softly. “How about we eat some cookies together after I give you a bath you messy little monster?” Charlie’s squealed as (Y/N) picked her up, tickling her sides gently. Charlie cackled as (Y/N) marched off towards the bathroom only after she turned on her heel and mouthed the words “You’re cleaning this mess,” To Steve. He nodded immediately, swallowing around the lump in his throat.
As soon as (Y/N) turned the corner he set to work, cleaning the kitchen so well it looked better than when (Y/N) had cleaned it.
He set the dirtied rag he been using on the counter, sighing as (Y/N) entered the kitchen, a wet haired Charlie in her clutches.
“Cookies are done,” Steve smiled as (Y/N) pecked his cheek, their free hand patting his chest gently.
"Good job honey,“ She gave him a small wink as he grabbed a cookie for both her and Charlie. Steve sat down in one of their chairs, smiling softly as his wife and child ate together.
"Daddy, will you read me a bedtime story tonight?” Charlie asked as she nibbled on her cookie, smearing chocolate all over her face in the process. Steve chuckled as he reached out, ruffling his daughters hair gently.
“Of course princess,” Charlie smiled as she finished off her cookie, showcasing her chocolate stained teeth. “After we brush our teeth first,” Steve chuckled as he picked Charlie up, setting her on his hip as he made his way towards their bathroom. He set her down on their sink and grabbed her Disney themed toothbrush all the while piling the child’s toothpaste on the bristles.
"Okay, open wide baby,“ Steve whispered and Charlie complied. Her mouth slid open and Steve placed the brush on her small teeth, slowly rubbing it along in smooth circles. It took a few minutes due to her constantly squirming but finally Steve got it done. "Okay Princess, what story do you wanna hear?"
"Tell me more about captain america!” Charlie latched her tiny arms around her fathers neck as he laid her down in her pink bed. Steve chuckled as he laid beside her, pulling yet another Disney themed accessory over her, an obnoxiously bright pink blanket with all the princesses.
Charlie didn’t know about Steve yet, she was too young to understand at this age, maybe when she got a bit older Steve would tell her but for now he contented himself with telling his war stories to his daughter (the pg, toned down versions of course).
“Captain america was stuck in Austria, he was surrounded-"
"She’s got you wrapped around her finger,” (Y/N) smiled as she looked into the room only to find Charlie’s perched atop Steve’s chest, sleeping soundly. “I always knew she was going to be Daddy’s little princess,” Steve smiled tiredly as he patted the spot next to him, a slim bit of bed, just enough for (Y/N) to sit comfortably.
"You wanna come join?“ (Y/N) smiled as she tiptoed in, settling down onto the small bed with some difficulty. With his free arm Steve reached over and wrapped it around (Y/N)’s shoulder, pulling her even closer.
"You’re the best dad ever,” (Y/N) yawned against him, quieting themselves rather quickly afterwards.
“And you’re the best mom,” (Y/N) smiles softly as she kisses Steve’s neck, making the usually tense man melt into a puddle.
“I love you Stevie,"
"I love you too (Y/N),”
“We make a pretty good team,” (Y/N) whispers as she reaches out brush one of Charlie’s curls away from her eyes. Steve’s heart swelled with pride, not only for his sweet baby girl but for his wife as well, the woman who took his hand in marriage, loved him unconditionally, had given birth to their child.
Steve pressed another kiss to (Y/N)’s forehead, letting his lips linger there before pulling back slightly, just enough to rest his cheek against the area he had just kissed.
Can you do a fic using this prompt? “You’re so clingy, I love it.”
Tap Tap Tap
You anxiously tap your foot. Your boyfriend Newt was coming home from his month long expedition in Japan looking for Kappas.
You wanted to go with him but once again, he told you it was too dangerous and you had work. You were an Auror and even though danger is basically in the description of your job he still didn’t want you to come.
You certainly weren’t happy about it but Newt wasn’t going to let you give up everything you worked for and join him on is trips.
It was awfully late, about 1 in the morning but you stayed awake, waiting. The sound of the door opening and Newt’s sweet voice ring through the air.
“Love, I’m home” You jumped up and tackled him to the ground in a hug.
“I missed you so so much Newt. How was your trip? Did you find something new?” You ask him.
“I’ll tell you everything, as soon as we get off the floor” Newt says. You get off of him, face red.
“Sorry” He stood up and led you to the couch.
You held on to him tightly and buried your head in his neck. You missed him so much. You hated when he had to go on such long trips. Newt began to tell you all about Japan.
You zoned out a little, focusing on Newt’s rhythmic strokes on your hair and his voice. You were almost asleep when Newt shook you awake.
“Don’t go falling asleep on me now, I still have some writing to do but it’s late and you should go to bed” Newt whispers.
He was still on Japan time meaning it was morning for him. You shook your head and slowly got up.
“You just got home, I’m not leaving your side” you yawn out. It was almost 2 and you were tired but you missed Newt so much.
“Very well, Let’s go down to my case. I’m sure my creatures missed you” Newt grabbed your hand and led you to the case.
You stumbled down the ladder and into the shed. Newt sat at his desk and began reviewing his notes. You sat next to him and watched. It sounds boring but being with Newt wasn’t. You fought your sleepy eyes as they tried to close. You heard a soft chuckle come from Newt.
“I know you’re very sleepy love” He says as he takes your hand, “You should go to bed”
You shook your head again and stood up. “I’m fine, I think I’m going to go visit the creatures” A walk should keep you awake.
“Hello little ones” you coo to the Occamies, “I’ve missed you”
You carefully pick one and started to talk to it. In the middle of your sentence, you yawned. You set the occamy down and went to find some water to splash in your face. You went over to the water creatures and were met with a new face.
“A kappa! Newt found one” You squeal to yourself.
You examine it, It has a large gash on its side that is wrapped in some sort of waterproof bandage. It looks quite scared of the other creatures and of its new surrounding. You feel a twinge of sadness for the kappa, you decide to try to make it feel better.
“Hello little one, I know this place seems scary now but I promise we aren’t here to hurt you. The man who saved you is the most caring and gentle man I know and he wants to help.” you say trying to reassure the Kappa.
It looked at you with uncertainty but didn’t swim away. You laid down and kept talking to it, telling it stories of other creatures and adventures.
Eventually, you found yourself falling asleep next to the Kappa.
Newt, needing a to sketch a picture of his new creature, made his way to the water habitat. He was certainly surprised to see you asleep next to the Kappa. He smiles and shakes his head. He bends down and picks you up.
“Oh love, what am I to do with you” He whispers lovingly. He carries you to the shed lays you on the cot in the corner of the room.
“Please don’t leave” you mumble out in your sleepy state.
Newt kisses your forehead and sets you down on his cot, “You are so clingy, I love it”
You open your eyes and stare up at him, giving him puppy dog eyes. “It’s only because I love you so much, now please stay with me.” You beg.
“How could I resist that face” he teases as he lays down with you.
You instantly snuggle into his warm body. He wraps his arms around you and watches as you finally get some sleep.
He would never tell you this but he loves when you get all clingy, it happens everytime he leaves. It just makes him feel all fuzzy inside knowing that you love him that much.
But don’t tell anyone because that’s his little secret.
Ok so I’m really sorry this one is late! Today did not go as
planned! And expect tonight’s to be late as well (I’m not doing ok with this
series tbh)! Ok so this is adorable and I hope you guys like it!
Warning: mentions of alcohol
Anon Request: Heyy absolutely love your writing!! Could you
write one with Auston where he calls you something cute for the first time and
it’s in front of some other people and you get a little bit surprised ?
Auston were not one of those couples to use pet names.
“Oh my god, Jughead. What if she’s being bullied?” (Y/N) panicked “Maybe its not too late for you to pull her out of the camp.”
“(Y/N), I’ve literally just gotten back from a ten hour flight.”
“I’m sorry, it’s just it’s the first time she’s been out of England, without me.
“Oh sweetie, you’re going to get frown lines if you keep stressing about Aria like this.” Kevin tutted at his friend “Although, Andrews isn’t ageing too well himself.”
“I haven’t missed the gob on you, Keller. To what do I owe this pleasure?”
“Josie sent me to fetch her dress and I wanted to see how Nanny McPhee is doing without her beloved child.”
Aria rolled her eyes at the counsellor for, once again, getting her mixed up with a girl she had yet to meet. Her cabin mates grew quiet whenever she asked about Amelia, almost as if they were hiding something from her. “For the last time, I’m Aria Jones!”
“I’ve done it again.” the counsellor muttered to himself “I’m punching Andrews when I next see him.”
“I’m sorry what?” Aria raised her eyebrow. “Who exactly is Andrews?”
The counsellor’s eyes grew wide, making a note to himself. Aria was the straight forward twin with the thickest British accent he had ever heard. Amelia was more on the quiet side and was never seen without Charlie Blossom.
“Charl, guess what?” Amelia sighed as she noticed her best friend join her on the picnic table by the lake. “It’s been the sixth time in two days. Who even is this ‘Aria’ girl? And why are people mistaking me for her?”
“Must be the new girl, A. Haven’t seen her yet but maybe if we find her, we can find out why people are mixing you both up?”
“Didn’t Jess tell us that the new girl was her cabin mate? The British one?”
“Yeah, guess we’re paying cabin twelve a visit.” the boy smirked at her.
“So your mom is a fashion designer?” Jessica gasped “My auntie Betty always talks about her best friend (Y/N). She designs dresses and she’s based in London too. They might know each other.”
Aria giggled at Tara’s words, knowing full well that when she returned home, she’d tease her about how she was now a D-List celebrity and how her uncle Jughead would groan and shake his head telling her not to encourage her mother. Instead of responding to Tara’s previous words, Aria shrugged.
“Holy smokes! What sort of witchcraft did Jessica use to get you to look exactly like Amelia?” a voice practically squealed, making everyone in the cabin snap their heads towards the entrance.
“Charlie, you’re not funny, I bet she looks nothing like me.” another voice added. “Move out of the way, I want to see her.”
Aria’s mouth dropped as a girl who reflected her walked into the cabin. She couldn’t believe it. She didn’t want to believe it. She didn’t have to believe it. The flame haired girl’s eyes met Aria’s, causing Aria to let out a small scoff.
“I’m guessing you’re Amelia.”
Archie and (Y/N) had argued for what felt like the hundredth time. Exhaust was written all over both of their faces. Between school and the twins, the pair never really had time for them. Archie let out a sigh as (Y/N) tried her hardest to fight back the tears. The pair kept their eyes on the floor, despite hearing Jughead clearing his throat.
“Remember when (Y/N) told you she was pregnant, Archie? She had just turned seventeen. She was so naive back then. It’s funny how a few months can really change a person. She came to you crying. I remember feeling distressed myself because I had never seen (Y/N) so upset. You told her that no matter what happened that you’d support her no matter what. What happened to that, Archie? Because right now, neither of you are supporting anyone.”
“God, I hate you Jug, you always know what to say.” (Y/N) exclaimed “But I can’t cope with the constant arguing. Maybe we should take a break, Archie. A week, a month, maybe a fortnight. We need this, for us, for Melia and Aria.”
Amelia couldn’t believe Aria’s attitude, she reminded her of Charlie’s mom. Her auntie Cheryl. They both had a hot temper which was reflected through their hair colour. She began to notice a pattern. Every time Amelia was mistook for Aria, the camp counsellors would give her a glare and a warning, saying that one more wrong move and her mother would be informed of Aria’s misconduct.
“Listen up, Aria. I’m sick and tired of getting mistaken for you.” Amelia stepped into the cabin and was instantly met with a cold and wet feeling. She let out a squeal alerting the nearby counsellors. Before the pair knew it, they were sent off to what their camp mates called solitary confinement.
Aria rolled her eyes as she realised that herself and Amelia would not be leaving the cabin atop the hill anytime soon. She hadn’t even remembered what caused her to get stuck in such an awkward situation. Aria didn’t know what it was about Amelia but she couldn’t bring herself to like the girl, who was basically her doppelgänger.
“Want an oreo?” Amelia and Aria asked in sync, taking each other by surprise.
“What just happened?” Aria gasped “That was a bit odd.”
“My question still stands, Aria, do you want an oreo?”
“I mean, we might as well just open one, we’re most likely stuck in here until tomorrow morning, maybe afternoon.” Aria paused for a bit before speaking again “Embarrassing question, do you by chance have any peanut butter?”
“Are you joking?” Amelia grinned “I love peanut butter and oreos!”
“My friends back home mock me for it, says its a weird combination.”
“My dad told me my mum used to get a really weird craving for them when she was pregnant with me. I guess I must’ve picked up my love for it back then.”
The duo spent a few moments in silence whilst they ate their peanut butter and oreo combination.
“So tell me more about you, Aria, when’s your birthday?”
“Twenty-Seventh of June.”
“No way! So is mine.”
“Maybe it’s just a freaky coincidence and call me crazy but what, what if there’s a possibility that we could be twins?”
“You know, I didn’t like you at first. I had heard a lot about you from Jessica. She talked about how close you were with your dad and how you had these traditions. Maybe I didn’t like you because I-I wanted that.”
“Hey, I didn’t like you at first too! You always got me into trouble.” Amelia argued back “But you’re pretty decent. You’re basically me but with an accent!“
How would the UT UF and US papyrus's react to waking up next to their S/O for the first time? (btw I love this blog do much! All you mods are amazing!)
:3c - M.M.
He’s so happy that he’s practically squealing. In fact, he is squealing. He’s trying to keep quiet so he doesn’t wake you, but he is full on squeeing like some sort of skeletal squeaky toy. He actually kind of sounds like an alarm clock. & that’s how Papyrus figures out that if he wants to express his adoration for his darling date-mate while they’re trying to sleep, maybe imitating an alarm clock isn’t the best way. Because you might have accidentally smacked him in the face. Maybe. Even with your palm covering his face, he’s still giggling like a damn fool. Nothing can bring this bone-boy down in this particular scenario.
For a minute he forgot you were there. He actually kind of jolts when he realizes you’re sitting in his arms, snoring away. & then it kind of hits him & he just grins. The most full-blown, genuine smile he’s ever worn in the most recent years of his life. If you were awake to see his lovestruck, happy expression, you’d probably think you were just seeing things at first. He holds you until you wake up, & then some, just “Nyeh-heh”-ing softly to himself & winding his claws through your hair. The moment you’re awake, though, he’s demanding you both get up to start your day together effective immediately, & refuses to mention the situation you were just in no matter how much you try to press it. The more you bring it up, the more flustered he gets.
He almost immediately falls back asleep, but then the full situation settles in & his eyes just snap open again. He sits there for a minute, then starts chuckling. It’s not even a soft laugh–it’s so loud that Sans kinda knocks on the wall from his room & mumbles for you two to “keep it down, bro.” He probably ends up waking you up, too, but even then he won’t let you go. He just wraps an arm around your waist & holds you against him as he actually falls back asleep. Hope you weren’t planning on getting up any time soon.
Okay but do you remember that scene of Brooke and Lucas kissing in his car in the backseat? Like she's leaning in and his hands are like on her neck and its just such a cute moment to me. What's your fav B&L scene?
I have quite a few actually.
“There are 82 letters in here…”
I still know that entire speech. Like I legit thought it was magical when I watched it as a teen. OTH can go overboard with their speeches, which is why I kind of don’t feel the need to watch it as an adult, I actually find it very trite but the Brucas speeches are always concise and simple and beautiful because it gets to the point without all the hyperbole. And this scene is just a great scene between Chad and Sophia and Lucas and Brooke.
“I’m the guy for you, Brooke Davis”
Because duh. I remember squealing like an idiot when this happened because it was so cool and I totally want a boy to do this for me.
The rain kiss
So my best friend and I used to talk in code about the guys we had a crush on by using character names of the boys we liked on TV and we still sort of do that in a different way because we’re dorks and we always talk about the stare and the first stare we ever spoke about was the “Lucas Stare” because OTH was how she and I became friends and then later on was the “Dean Stare” and the “Stefan Stare” but the Lucas Stare originated from the Rain Kiss
“We’re just friends. Nothing more.”
Because it was so angsty and it was driving me crazy because they just wanted to be together so much but bullshit got in the way but seeing Lucas’ face really let me know he was serious about being with Brooke again and that the thought of not being with her hurt him deeply.
“You know you look amazing, right?”
Because that tension.
I usually hate nicknames but I loved Brucas’ “Crazy Girl” “Pretty Girl” and I liked this scene particularly because it was just adorable.
“Have a nice summer, Brooke.”
OK so I didn’t start watching OTH from season 1, in fact I was resolutely against watching OTH because I was already into The OC but I saw this scene when I was flipping through my channels and I was like OH MY GOD WHAT IS HAPPENING, WHY IS SHE CRYING, WHY WON’T SHE SAY SHE WANTS TO BE WITH HIM WHEN SHE SO CLEARLY DOES, WTF?
and then I binge-watched OTH that summer, so it was the introduction to OTH.
The morning after wasn’t really what you expected; if you were expecting anything at all. Maybe you half expected him to be distant and regret everything that went down between you. Or maybe you expected him to ignore it completely and carry on as if nothing had ever happened. But the opposite was true. He woke you up early, with a chaste, lingering kiss behind your ear, a hand on your hip, fingertips grazing the skin underneath the hem of your shirt.
“I’ve never woken up so relaxed in my entire life” he murmured softly, pressing his body tighter against your back.
A/N: yo anon im sorry this took so long i suck i know and this isn’t even that good okay im sorry please forgive me but i hope u like it, it took me a while
The air was cluttered with the distinct sounds of yelps and
barks erupting from dogs. You had been volunteering at the shelter for some
time now. You had always loved animals and it made you so happy to be able and
be able to help them in any way possible. You looked around, examining the cute
faces of all the animals, thinking about how you would adopt all of them at
once if it was possible.
You were broken out of your thought by the call of your
name, “Y/N! Can you come here for a second?”
You looked towards the door to find one of the lead animal
caretakers beckoning you to meet them in the hallway. You quickly waved a
goodbye to the animals, and followed the nice lady out into the quieter hallway.
“So, we have a volunteer joining us today.” She began.
You smiled, the prospect of a new volunteer warming your
heart, “That’s really great!”
“Yes, but I am so busy with the event being held here at the
shelter today I don’t think that I can find the time to train them and show
them around, so…” she began to fidget with her fingers, “I was wondering if you
could possibly be the one to show them around. You’ve been here as a volunteer
for so long that I feel like I can trust you with this, if you’re up to it.”
“Oh my god, yeah! Of course!” you were excited by the
prospect of being entrusted with the task.
“Really? Okay, that’s great, thank you.” She began to walk
away, and then turned around with a stern look on her face, “Just one thing
though, do not let him near the cats, he’s
You made a mental note of that before sending yourself off
to finish up your work.
You anxiously stood in the lobby, waiting for the new
volunteer to show up. You tried to hold back your excitement, so happy that you
were being entrusted with this task. You bounced up and down on the heels of
your feet, scanning the room for anyone who looked like a prospective
Suddenly, there was a light tap on your shoulder. You turned
around swiftly, only to come face to face with what might’ve been the prettiest
boy you had ever seen. He had the widest smile plastered on his face, but it
wasn’t an ordinary smile, it was one of those smiles that spread across to your
eyes, his eyes were smiling at you, shaped like crescents. For a second, you
felt your heart flutter at the sight of the pretty boy, almost forgetting that
you had a job to do.
He spoke first, “Are you y/n? I was told I should be looking
You opened your mouth to speak, though nothing came out. You
were still stunned by the looks of the boy in front of you, so you resorted to
a small nod, a light blush creeping up on your face.
“That’s great, I’m Jeno!”
Finally, words, “I’m y/n,” you said realizing that he
already knew that. He laughed. “But you already knew that,” you mumbled,
looking down at the floor. “Uh, I guess I’ll show you around.”
After giving him the tour, you instructed him to his first
task. You were about to leave when he piped up, “Y/N!”
You turned around and gave him a nod.
“I have a question,” raising a finger he spoke, “where are
You giggled at his reference to cats as kitties and shook
your head. He smiled that precious smile of his again, sending your heart into
a flurry. “I, uh, I can just show you if you want.” You felt like you were forgetting
something, yet proceeded to show him the way to the room with all the cats.
He followed you in and let out some sort of squeal of
excitement. “They’re all so precious,” he whispered, stepping ahead of you and kneeling
down near the cages that held them in.
His smile lit up the whole room as he began to admire the
cats and all you could do was sit and watch as he attempted to pet them and
cooed at them. This moment of bliss though, was interrupted by a loud sneeze
that not only frightened you, but the cats as well.
Do not let him near
the cats, he’s allergic.
You had completely forgotten. You shook your head and
wondered why he would come and see the cats when he knew he was allergic to
“Jeno! You need to get out.” You began to tug at his arm.
“Y/N,” He whined, turning to face you, eyes beginning to
water from the allergies.
“Oh my god, Jeno! Come on, you need to get out.”
“Y/N, but I love them.” He pleaded with you.
“You’re going to get me in trouble,” you huffed, trying to
tug the boy to no avail.
He frowned and suddenly you wanted to let him stay there if
it meant seeing his face light up with that beautiful smile he had.
“Fine,” he huffed. “Only because I like you and I don’t want
you getting in trouble he said as he followed you out.”
As you walked out, he waved goodbye to all the cats,
promising to return when you weren’t watching.
“Jeno! I heard that!” You playfully hit his arm as you
exited the room.
He laughed and your hear fluttered once again, seeing his
face light up like that.
“Get back to work,” you said in a fake serious tone.
“Fine, but promise me you’ll take me to see the cats again.”
His eyes pleaded.
“Maybe,” you smiled as you walked away, happy to be spending
more time with Jeno, the boy with the beautiful appearance and bright smile.
Prompt 78 “That’s my shirt. So is this…wait?” Note ~ This one ended up being very long, but it’s one of my favourite prompts so far :D
“Hey, is this my shirt?” I turned my head towards my closet
were Shawn was holding one of his shirts that mysteriously went missing a few
“What? No…” I replied playfully because, come on, there was
no way I could get away with this. Shawn threw suspicious look in my direction
before chucking the shirt over my desk chair before turning back to the closet.
“That’s also my shirt.” He stated, pulling out his favourite
grey Hogwarts shirt that he lost a couple weeks ago, “So is that…wait.”
Before we knew it, he had pulled out six shirts, three
hoddies, and a random snap backI
seriously didn’t remember taking. Closing the door, Shawn stared at me, arms
crossed across his chest with a playful smirk on his lips, “You have some
explaining to do.”
My gaze shifted back to the giant Hufflepuff poster Shawn and
I pinned to my ceiling back when we first started hanging out years and years
ago. Dad went mental when he saw it, but he admired the skill it took for us to
get it up there, so he let me keep it. The thing was covered in dust now and
the colour was starting to fade from years of sun damage, yet it has never fell
The bed shifted next to me. A warm hand touched my cheek,
guiding me until I was staring at Shawn once again.
“Why do you have half my clothes in your closet?” He mumbled
quietly. My cheeks were on fire as I forced down the lump forming at the back
of my throat. Why was I so nervous? It’s not like I was about to reveal my
deepest darkest secrets to him, although he probably knew all of them already.
Maybe it was over the whole getting caught thing? I’ve been
getting away with stealing his stuff for so long, I never thought he would
notice, or if he did he’d just keep quiet about it. Or maybe it was the way he
was touching me, his fingers trailing the sensitive skin of my neck before
resting his hand on my stomach, and the cheeky little smile on his face told me
he knew exactly what he was doing to me.
“Baby?” Shawn called softly, pulling me out of my daze. I
hummed some sort of response making him chuckle quietly, that pretty smile of
his making my heart flutter like crazy, “You haven’t answered my question.”
“Oh, right, yeah.” I stumbled over my words. This seemed to
act like a catalyst because suddenly everything else sort of tumbled out in a
giant mess of words, “Sometimes when you’re on tour or away for music stuff,
your parents will let me sleep over, or Aaliyah wants me to spend the night, or
Dad, Derick and I will go have dinner at your house or something. And, somehow,
I’d always end up just hanging out in your room. One night, I was cold so
grabbed one of your hoddies and I realised it still smelt like you, so I kinda,
sort of took it and started wearing it to bed or around the house whenever I
started really missing you. Then after a few weeks the smell began fading, and
it was getting pretty gross by this point, so Dad washed it, and it just wasn’t
the same after that. I ended up shoving it in my closet with the intentions of
taking it back. But the next time I was at yours, I ended up taking another
one, and the time after that I took another, and another until you came back.
By that point, I felt too embarrassed to give them back, and I realise how
stupid this sounds…”
“It’s not stupid.” Shawn finally cut me off, and I was glad
because I’m pretty sure I didn’t breathe through all of that, “It’s actually
“Really?” I asked surprised, “Because I’m sure this is the
sort of thing stalkers do.”
Shawn let out a loud laugh and shook his head, “Really. You
should have told me sooner, I could have shipped you new hoodies after wearing
“No thanks, I don’t want your filthy tour clothes thank you.”
By this point we were both laughing until sour sides began to hurt. Suddenly,
Shawn was pulling me on top of him. I gave a tiny squeal which only made us
“I do the same thing too, you know.” Shawn blurted out once
we calmed down enough to breath.
“Wait? What?” I asked confused.
“While I was away on my last tour, I took one of your stuffed
animals with me. I ended up cuddling with it every night.”
“So that’s where Scruffy went!” My head shot up, suddenly remembering
about the time I couldn’t find the half falling apart brown dog my Gran gave me
when I was younger. He normally stayed at the back of my small collection of
teddys at the back of my closet. I only realised he was missing maybe two weeks
before Shawn came back.
Shawn nodded, “I’m surprised you didn’t notice sooner.”
“I guess we’re just as bad as each other then.” I leaned down
and pressed a small kiss to Shawn’s lips, which quickly turned into several
kisses. I eventually managed to pull away and jump off the bed, much to his dismay.
“What are you doing?” He questioned as I gathered the pile of
clothes in my arms.
“We’re taking these back to yours, and I want scruffy back.”
Is all I said before leaving the room, Shawn following close behind.
I woke up to Derick yelling something about a parcel at the
door. After rolling out of bed and almost killing myself as I sleepily stumbling
down two flights of stairs, I was confronted with a large brown box with my
name on it.
“Open it! Open it!” Derick bounced around while I tared
through the endless amount of tape. I didn’t know whether to burst out laughing
or cry as I pulled out three Shawn-sized hoodies.
There was a post-it note stuck to one of the jumpers with
Shawn’s messy handwriting scrawled on the front.
months, twenty-two hours, seven minutes and thirty-two seconds to go. I hope
you’re not missing me too much ;) Tell Derick and your Dad I say hi (and John if
he’s there). I love you xxx

A/N: sorry it took literally forever for chapter two but here it is! and boy does this plot get thicc!
Another week came, and with each ring of the service bell I forgot more and more about the cute customer with a gummy smile. Focusing on making aesthetic latte designs while juggling angry customers makes it almost impossible to dream about a certain sunshine haired boy.
A/N: I decided on a way to format this story, I’ll be going back in time through memories (I hope that makes sense) I do hope that none of you are too saddened by this, although it was rather painful to write this myself, the next part will be put up sometime before Sunday for sure, Enjoy <3
You walked straight to the nearest hotel, silently praying they had a room left. Thankfully there were a few available. After you paid the woman at the front desk kindly escorted you to a small room on the corner of the third floor.
Anon Prompt: Hey, a imagine where the reader works with Owen in the Jurassic World (she is his assistant and has a big crush on him), but she always ignore him, trying to sneak every time he calls her and looking for something to occupy. When Owen notes that, he calls her in his office and she treats him with much formality, calling him “Mr. Grady” and all that stuff, which leaves Owen angry. The rest you can decide (if is not too much, VERY SMUT, please). Thank you!
A/N: I can never express how much I adore Owen Grady, especially Owen Grady Smut
Warning: SMUT SMUT SWEARING SMUT
You have worked at Jurassic World for 1 year, 4 weeks, 2 days, 3 hours and 12 minutes.
You have had a crush on Owen Grady 1 year, 4 weeks, 2 days, 3 hours and 10 minutes.
He was your boss and you were his secretary: how cliche could you get?
Everyday was a struggle as the more you got to know the raptor trainer, the more your feelings grew. He was a strong-willed, serious man who could also be kind and sensitive (his girls were his world). It also didn’t hurt that he was fine as hell.
Many nights were spent thinking about his green-blue eyes, reliving memories of seeing his muscles straining as he lifts the girls` snack bucket up the steps to the platform.
The only problem was your job status, you did not want to be the stereotypical slutty secretary that had a sordid affair with her boss, so you ignored him. Every time he approached you, you greeted him with the upmost professional manner, “Yes Mr. Grady” you would politely smile when he asked you to file some papers or email Claire.
“Y/N, you can`t ignore him forever” Barry chuckled as you scurried away from Owen after your morning schedule run-down.
“Yes I can” you stuck your tongue out at the Frenchman.
He shook his head and smirked as he saw Owen frown at you from his spot on the platform.
Around lunchtime, the emails were swarming in from Claire:
“Y/N, get Owen to write up a report ASAP”
“Y/N, I requested that inventory checklist two hours ago”
The woman was a demanding machine and you were struggling to keep up.
“Hey, everything okay in here?” Owen leaned against your doorway.
“Oh yes, Mr. Grady” you replied, looking down at your desk and pretending to shuffle papers.
He looked especially delicious today, his button down clinging to his biceps and his scruffy beard that was slightly ginger.
“Did we get that report to Claire?” he asked.
“Yes, I just sent it over Mr. Grady” you avoided looking at him.
He nodded and sighed before he walked out of the doorway.
“Oh thank god” you were relieved, you survived another encounter.
About 30 seconds passed before Owen marched back into your office.
“Why do you call me Mr. Grady?” he leaned on your desk, resting on his hands.
“Ex-excuse me?” you stuttered.
“Why do you call me Mr. Grady? You are always so formal” he stood up and rubbed his face with his hand in confusion.
“I don`t know what you mean” you pretended to be oblivious.
“You know Miss Y/L/N, I`m sick of you avoiding me and being so professional” he shook his head.
“Mr. Grady-” you started.
“No more Mr. Grady. Please call me Owen and explain why you won`t be around me for more than 30 seconds. Am I that horrible?” he was beyond frustrated.
“You. It`s not that- I don`t know” you stumbled over your words- how could you tell him how you felt?
“Because if I am that terrible, maybe you should consider transferring” he was pacing a bit.
“No-” you tried to interrupt.
“I would hate for you to go but if you are really that unhappy, it would be for the best” he was still pacing.
“I-” you were getting annoyed by his ramblings.
“Y/N, I think you are great, more than great but I need you to be comfortable-”
“What do you want me to say Owen? That I can`t be around you because I want you so much? Because it is wrong for me as your secretary to think about you all the time? Tell me Owen that this is wrong and that I can`t be with you” you almost shouted at him from the other side of the desk.
“What?” Owen was frozen.
“I am so sorry. I shouldn’t have said anything and I know I am being unprofessional and I understand if you want to fire me” you were panicking now, breathing quickly as you soldiered through your words.
Owen was standing, his mouth slightly open and before you knew it, he was in front of you.
“You want me?” his eyes burned into yours as he tilted his head down towards yours.
“That`s all you got from that?” you laughed a little.
“Yes, but only because I want you too” he smiled and your heart skipped a beat.
“You do?” you were surprised, you had barely interacted with him.
“Yes. Do you wanna have dinner with me?” he looked at little nervous.
“What about the secretary/boss dinner rules?” you didn’t want to get fired.
“Last time I checked, a dinosaur theme park doesn`t have many rules” he smirked.
“Well in that case, pick me up at 7″ you were giddy.
I’m so sorry I had to end this with James suffering, but listen, that’s just his life. I don’t make the rules.
Send me a prompt if you want me to write something for you! If you use a list just specify old list or new list.
Thomas hadn’t come to any of his classes all day, probably because he had all of them with Alex.
Alex hadn’t spoken to his friends all day, even though Laf and Herc had tried to apologize and John had tried to pick a fight with him for locking him out of their bedroom.
He felt horrible. He needed to work things out with Thomas. The sooner he did, the sooner everything could go back to normal.
So, he found himself outside Jefferson and Madison’s apartment after dinner, trying to get up the guts to knock.
When he finally did, it was Madison who answered.
“He doesn’t want to talk to you,” Madison said bluntly.
“Please,” Alex begged. “I want to apologize.”
“He gave me specific instructions not to let you in.” Madison paused to cough. “What you did was kind of awful, you know.”
“I know, that’s why I’m here. Can I please see him for a minute? I just want to talk.”
“Look, Alexander,” James sighed. “I’m sick, Thomas is a mess, this really isn’t a good time.”
James let out a long groan and leaned his forehead on the doorframe. “Fine,” he said eventually. “Stay here. I’ll see if he’ll talk to you.”
He disappeared into the apartment and Alex heard muffled discussion coming from one of the bedrooms. He couldn’t make out what was being said but as the minutes dragged by he began to fear that Thomas wasn’t going to come.
He breathed a sigh of relief when Thomas appeared in the doorway wearing the same clothes as the night before, his eyes red and puffy from crying. Alex was caught a little off guard. He had never seen Jefferson this vulnerable.
“What do you want?” Thomas asked, his voice ragged.
“I want to apologize,” Alex said.
Thomas looked down the hallway suspiciously. “Are you doing this on a bet? Are you sure your friends aren’t going to pop up out of nowhere?”
“This is real,” Alex said, ignoring the mocking tone in Thomas’s voice. “Last night was too. I mean, yes, it started out as a dare, but the more I think about it the more I realize that what I said was true.”
“Then why did you do it?” Thomas demanded. “If you like me as much as you said you did then why did you deliberately hurt me?”
“I didn’t mean to hurt you,” Alex said quietly. “It was never my intention…you weren’t supposed to know it was a dare. But I admit it freely, it was really stupid idea. I should never have agreed to do it. I’ve never been more sorry in my life. I just didn’t consider the possibility of you actually…” A lightbulb went off in Alex’s brain. “Wait a minute. You always said you’ve hated me. You’ve always been just as obnoxious to me as I’ve been to you. But you were the one who kissed me first. Why?”
“I…” Thomas shook his head. “Forget it. It’s nonsense. I forgive you, I guess. Let’s just forget last night ever happened.” He turned to go back into his apartment, but Alex grabbed his wrist to stop him.
“No, Thomas, tell me.” Thomas didn’t move, so Alex continued. “It’s okay.”
Thomas sighed and turned back around, avoiding Alex’s eyes. Alex could tell he was having a war with himself inside his head. Alex frowned, wishing he could take that turmoil away.
“I’ve been in love with you since the day we met,” Thomas said quietly. His face was burning a bright red and he was fidgeting with the strings on his pajama pants. “Hearing you say all those things last night was like a dream come true. And then,” Thomas let out an incredulous laugh, “and then you let me kiss you and I thought I’d died and gone to heaven.”
Alex looked down, ashamed. He hadn’t realized just how real Thomas had wanted his words to be.
“But you were just doing it for money,” Thomas continued with a hitch in his voice. “Which is fine, whatever, I get it. We’re all broke and desperate. Just maybe next time don’t choose a target that has feelings for the arrow, because let me tell you it hurts a lot more when you hit your mark.”
Thomas had stopped fiddling with the drawstrings in favor of clenching his hand into a fist around them. A single tear had escaped his eye. Alex reached up and wiped it away.
“I am so sorry,” he whispered. “I never, ever meant to hurt you. Please tell me what I can possibly do to make it up to you. I’ll do anything.”
Thomas met finally looked up and something inside him seemed to melt upon making eye contact with Alex. He saw the sincerity in the younger boy’s eyes and decided to take his shot. He steeled himself, preparing for the worst, then tentatively said:
“Go on a date with me?”
Alex blinked in surprise. “Go… on a date with you?” Thomas looked devastated and Alex rushed to explain himself. “No, no I totally want to, but it feels more like a reward than a punishment.”
Thomas let out a relieved sigh. “Look, I could make you do something humiliating, but that’s not what I want. What I want is to be with you. So will you go on a date with me?”
“Okay,” Alex grinned. “Yeah. I’ll pay, and you can pick the day and the place but I don’t own any really nice clothes so it can’t be too fancy unless you want it to be fancy then I can borrow some of John's—”
“Alexander,” Thomas laughed, cutting off the excited boy. “Slow down. It doesn’t have to be fancy, just as long as you’re there.”
Alex blushed. “Sorry. Okay. I’ll text you later then? And we can sort everything out?”
Thomas nodded and kissed Alex’s forehead, causing him to flush an even deeper red.
“I’ll see you later,” he said.
He closed the door and then proceeded to seek out James and squeal.
“Well, that did not go at all in the direction I thought it would,” James said once Thomas had finished ecstatically recounting what had happened.
“Agreed,” Thomas said. “I never thought I’d be asking Alexander Hamilton out in day old pajamas after he kissed me on a bet, but I guess life is unpredictable.”
James rolled his eyes as Thomas continued to blabber on about Alex and the date. He decided that although he was happy for his friend, he liked Thomas a lot better when he was heartbroken and brooding; at least then he allowed James to get some sleep.

Sunlight finds its way through the gaps in the curtains and wake you from your deep sleep. You squint up into the light and quickly turn over to try and squeeze in some more sleep. Looking at the empty space beside you, you run your hand over the sheets, an imprint of Daryl still there, and still a little warm. He couldn’t have left long ago, but you wished he would have told you. You can’t sleep knowing he’s not there, so get up instead and have a shower. Going downstairs to get something to eat, you see flowers on the table and a note.
‘Be back soon, love you.
You smile to yourself and smell the flowers, then arrange them in a vase. You spend the day cleaning and doing laundry, then in the early evening you sit out on the porch with a glass of wine and smile to everyone walking past. Alexandria had been the best thing to happen to your group, and it had allowed Daryl to become more comfortable and open. You close your eyes, leaning back on the steps and taking in the sun on your face when a shadow suddenly covers you.
“What the-” you say, opening your eyes and stopping when you see Daryl standing there, the sun illuminating his muscular frame.
“Hey babe,” he gruffly says, then sits down next to you.
“Hey you,” you say leaning into his side, “what you been doing today then?”
“Jus’ hunted for a bit, got a couple big animals, Rick’s gonna do a barbecue later with them,” he sighs, resting his head on yours. “What did you do?”
“I cleaned and did some washing, that’s all,” you smile and wave at one of the other residents as they walk past.
“Ya say that as if it ain’t much. Yer always looking after me, let me look after ya,” Daryl puts his arms around you and brings you into his chest, “I’m gonna look after ya so damn good.” You laugh at his last words and kiss the small part of his neck that was exposed.
“Oh yeah? How you gonna do that?”
“I’m not telling ya, it’s a surprise,” he winks. You both head indoors and he heads upstairs to have a shower before Rick’s barbecue.
“(Y/N), can ya pass me a towel please?” He calls out of the bathroom. You go upstairs and get a towel out of the drawer and open the bathroom door to hand it to him. He stands there in front of the shower, completely naked, looking directly at you as you hold the towel out to him. He takes it, but before you can let go he yanks it hard making you fall into into his body.
“Ah! I’m all wet now!” You squeal as he holds you to him.
“Oh really? I’m sorry babe, let me help you get these wet clothes off,” he whispers in your ear. He fits your top over your head and slides your bra straps down your arms then undoes it so it falls down and slides your jeans and underwear down at the same time. You step out of it and he lifts you up over his shoulder, towel now in a heap on the floor, and takes you into the bedroom. After he sets you down on the bed he crawls in next to you and covers you both with the sheets.
“Sorry I left before ya woke up,” he says as he pulls you on top of him. You drape your legs over his and rest your head on his chest.
“That’s okay. Thank you for the flowers, they were beautiful,” you sigh as you trace circles on his shoulder with your fingers.
“I wanna stay like this all night.”
“So do I Daryl,” you agree, wiggling a little to get comfortable on his hips.
“Fuck,” he whispers.
“Sorry,” you apologise, kissing his chest. You make your way up his neck to his jaw then start kissing his lips slowly and softly.
“Have we got time now?” You ask.
“Not a lot, but I’m gonna love you so good when we get back tonight (Y/N),” he almost moans as you slide off of him and start to get ready.
“I’m gonna hold you to that Dixon.”
You get to Rick’s and spend the evening laughing and getting to know everyone in Alexandria better. Daryl sticks by your side all night, his arm around your waist or your shoulders, kissing you whenever he had the opportunity. You loved when he was attentive and affectionate like this, and you couldn’t keep your eyes off of him. You both walk home later on after saying your goodbyes and when you get back you head straight upstairs to get changed.
After a while, you realise Daryl hasn’t come up yet, so tiptoe downstairs to see where he is. When you get to the living room, he’s laying on the couch, rose in between his teeth, half naked and waiting for you.
“What’s this?” You gasp.
“Come here and find out,” Daryl raises his eyebrows at you. You go over to him and he pulls you down so you’re straddling his lap. “Ya deserve so much (Y/N), sometimes I don’t know what to do 'cause I never feel it’ll be good enough.”
“Daryl, you’re everything to me, you don’t have to do anything, just being here with me is more than I could ever ask for,” you reply, stroking his face with your thumbs as your hands rest on his cheeks.
“I love ya so fucking much,” he breathes into your hand as he turns to kiss your palm.
“I love you too Daryl,” you smile, looking down at the most amazing man you’d ever met beneath you. He pulls your face towards him and covers your lips with his, then slides his hands down your sides and pushes your hips down into his. You moan into his mouth which encourages him more and starts rolling his hips around. Your hands travel down to his boxers and tug at the waistband, the he lifts himself up a little so you can push them off. He gets hold of the bottom of your nightdress and lifts it over your head, throwing it to the side.
“Yer so beautiful,” he pants, looking at your naked body. He attaches himself to one of your nipples and starts licking and sucking at it while you throw your head back and push your chest into his face.
“Oh god Daryl,” you moan, running your hands through his hair. He makes his way up your neck and to your ear.
“Ya ready?” He asks, and you nod fiercely, unable to speak. He lifts scoops his hands under your bottom and lifts it slightly as you get hold of him and line him up with you as he gently lowers you down. You groan as he enters you slowly and you adjust to him.
“Baby. Oh fuck,” you gasp, looking him straight in the eyes. He bites his lip as he watches your face, mouth opening as you start bobbing up and down on him. After a while of staying at a steady pace, he starts bucking his hips up into you at a fast pace. This makes you go faster too and you’re both moaning and panting messes as he starts rubbing circles on you to help you reach your climax. You almost scream as you come undone, never feeling it that intense before. Daryl keeps going as you ride out your high until he reaches his.
“(Y/N), shit, (Y/N),” he grunts as he grips onto your hips when he releases. You smile and fall forwards onto his chest, exhausted. He turns on the sofa and lays down with you on top of him.
“I love you,” you sigh, kissing his chest.
“I love ya too. (Y/N), can I tell ya something?” He asks. You look up at him and nod.
“Of course, you can tell me anything.”
“When ya met me I was in a real bad place, couldn’t think straight at all. Ya helped me so much, I can never explain how much yer done for me. If ya hadn’t come along when ya did, I wouldn’t be here today,” he pauses and strokes your hair, then clears his throat, “what I wanna say is, will ya marry me?” You lift yourself off his chest and look at his hopeful face.
“Yes, of course I will!” You squeal, wrapping your arms around his neck and snuggling into him. He holds onto you and kisses your hair over and over, not quite believing you said yes.
“I got something for ya,” he says, and you get up off of him to let him up. He goes over to his winged vest and pulls out something shiny. “I found it a while ago, wanted to keep it for this,” he explains, handing you the object. It’s a silver ring with a black stone in the middle which glistens all sorts of colours in the light.
“It’s perfect,” you gasp. He takes it and puts it on your finger for you. He kisses you and you both sit down together on the couch where he lifts your legs up over his. You rest your head on his shoulder and look up at him blissfully happy.
“Mrs. Dixon, I like it,” you whisper, looking at your ring.
“So do I,” Daryl smiles down at you.

“Just… Someone I know.”
“Someone you know?” The tone and rising of her left eyebrow
showed you just how much Joy wasn’t buying whatever you were trying to sell.
“Yeah, someone I know,” You leaned back in your seat,
hopefully appearing enough laid back about this. “I’m allowed to know people
outside of work, you know.”
“I know,” Joy’s hand wrapped around the mouse and you felt
highly uncomfortable as she clicked through Namjoon’s picture, looking at him
from every angle she was able to. “You’re allowed to know hot men
outside of work, that is very correct.”
You groaned and took the cup from her hand. Joy didn’t even
try to stop you, instead she pulled her chair closer to your desk. “Stop making
noises, look at what a nice piece of ass you found.”
You willed yourself to ignore the whistle sound Joy made
when the next picture appeared on the screen, taken from behind Namjoon to show
off his shoulders and, well, ass.
“How do you know him?” Joy leaned her chin on her hand. She
didn’t look at you once since she started looking at pictures of Namjoon, and
until she spoke up you wondered if she even remembered that you were there.
“You know, from around,” You downed the last of her drink
before setting the cup down. “Sometimes you just… know people.”
“I wish I could just sometimes know this kind of people,”
Joy sighed and when the last picture didn’t change, she switched to web view
just to start looking at the pictures again from the top. “I’d be doing a lot
more then discreetly checking pictures of him at work if I did.”
You pressed your lips together as you eyed the pictures
passing across the skin. Joy wasn’t lying, Namjoon looked crazy good.
I guess in my line of work, after a few weeks, you gain some sort of “trust” with your patients. You’re not friends, by any means, but it ends up evolving into a pleasant relationship status. My day had been extra hectic today, but I couldn’t let Shannon down. Today would be his last appointment.
Nathan had popped up at the clinic I worked at and managed to assault me before I called the cops on him and got a restraining order. On top of that, the owner of the clinic had fired me because he didn’t want this sort of thing repeating itself. It was bad publicity for the clinic. I was fucked.
Summary: Another late night with Zig turns into a morning worth remembering. But just what exactly does this heartthrob have planned for MC on Valentine’s day?
[Happy Valentine’s Day to all the @playchoices fandom. We know a couple of you (myself included) were pretty bummed that Zig wasn’t included in the Valentine’s Day Special for The Freshman, so @choicesmyway,@hollyashton and I put together a Zig x MC Fanfic that’ll hopefully help you through the Zigless choices week we’re going to have. We’ve divided it into three fantastic parts. A lot of hard work and dedication came into making this and we hope you enjoy it!]
Hartfeld was a quiet and unhurried place by the crack of dawn.
Until the morning rush began, the silence of the community was a sweet melody
to only the earliest of risers before the rest scrambled to start their day.
Some slept through their alarm, others sprang out of bed with the intention of
reaching the bathroom first and hushed tones argued over television shows from the
All of this was missing as her alarm went off. Eyes jerking
awake, she dragged a hand through her tousled dark brown hair before frowning
at her surroundings. It took her a
moment to realize that she wasn’t in her dorm and a moment longer that she was
in unfamiliar territory.
Another late night. Another night out so late that she had
forgotten to call and ask for a ride home from a friend. She hadn’t returned to
her dorm last night and the events leading up to it caused her cheeks to flush
before she glanced warily around for any sight of him.
She remembered spending the night at his place. They hadn’t
wasted anytime once they got through his front doors, half stumbling into each
other before they tore every piece of fabric between them. Their clothes had been
carelessly tossed aside in their quick haste to sink into each other’s skin. She
remembered being pressed up against his firm length and raking her fingers
across his back as their bodies collided. She remembered him bringing her to
the edge multiple times and only giving her a final release when he could join
her. She remembered all of it; except for the part about how they had made it to
Yawning, she stretched her stiff shoulders and winced at how
sore she felt. She didn’t waste any time once she got her bearings. She threw
off her covers and glanced around the room in search for her clothes.
No such luck.
To make matters worse, he was nowhere in sight and this was
the first time she was left alone in his personal space without him present. It
was an opportunity that she wouldn’t take for granted and her eyes scanned the
room for any signs of the man behind the mask.
Something caught her eye; a photo on his bedside table. She
crossed the room quickly in order to get a better view. He was younger here,
maybe in his late teens surrounded by a family that clearly loved him. An older
woman with a tender expression and smiling eyes was the tallest out of all of
them. Two younger girls with dark ringlets that were caught laughing as they
hugged him by the waist. The four of them were obviously close; their arms linked
around each other and they were grinning from ear-to-ear at the camera as if
they were hiding some secret away from the rest of the world.
It was the only picture in sight and left her with the
impression that family was very important to him. She smiled at it before
looking away to study the rest of the room. She hoped that something in here would
divulge some sort of knowledge about his past. When nothing jumped out at her, she
felt a twinge of disappointment.
Everything was surprisingly neat.
There were folded clothes set aside by the dresser. A small
desk space followed and had a series of novels with familiar titles that she
swore she’d seen before. Curiously, she stepped closer until she had a better
look, her eyes skimming some of its content before she realized most of them
were books she’d already come across. She remembered seeing them in the campus
Her heart warmed at the sight. Even though he wasn’t a student
– anyone could tell by looking at the
meticulously placed pile that he was completely passionate about going back to
school. She was heartbroken at the thought that he might never get that chance.
The incident he confessed weeks ago at Madison’s birthday party, reminded her
that he had been robbed of the chance.
Shoving those thoughts aside, she grabbed one of his dress
shirts, only stopping to inhale its musky scent before quickly slipping into it. It
smelled like him and she was happy that she’d gotten a chance to see all of
this instead of heading home last night. She buttoned the first two before
heading down the hall, intent on finding him.
Her feet froze in their languid pace as her nose caught a
pleasant smell coming from the kitchen. The gentle aroma of pancakes made her
stomach grumble in response. She ignored it as she padded inside. Her grumbling stomach turned into full flip-flops at the sight
in front of her.
Zig’s back was toward her and he had a pair of sweats that
hung low by his lean hips. He seemed intent on flipping a pancake and hadn’t
heard her come in.
She admired him for a few seconds longer, feasting her eyes on
every muscle that followed his efforts. Eventually, she seated herself near the
counter. Propping her elbows up, she cleared her throat. “What’s all this?”
He turned to her, a cheeky grin on his face when he met her cheerful
expression. “Morning to you too gorgeous.”
He finished the last pancake and brought a plate of them towards the
counter. “I figured I owed you breakfast for not taking you home last night.”
He brought two plates forward.
She inhaled its delicious fumes and uttered a small sigh.
“This looks so good.” She didn’t waste any time, piling two onto her plate
before beaming at him. “And I graciously accept.”
He laughed. “Good.”
“Besides, last night was fun.” She added, nibbling on a small piece
before pouring maple syrup on the rest of it.
“It’s always fun when you’re around.” He told her before
digging into his own.
“Oh, just fun?” She
teased. With exaggerated slowness, she dropped her eyes towards his pants.
When she glanced back up at him, he was smirking at her. “You
know what I mean.” He took a huge bite.
She did but she liked teasing him anyway and did so at every given opportunity.
“But the fun doesn’t have to stop there.”
“Oh?” She paused to glimpse at him in time to realize that
his eyes weren’t innocent anymore, in fact there was a glint to it that made
her wonder what he was thinking. Probably,
deliciously naughty thoughts.
“I’m sure the rest of today could be too.” His voice dropped
an octave lower and her cheeks flushed at his double meaning.
She slapped his hand playfully away when he reached over to
try and brush his hand on top of hers. “No way.” She shook her head. Her
decision was resolute, even though the rest of her body wasn’t cooperating. She shuddered by the look of desire in his eyes.
She pointed her fork at him. “I’ve already missed one class
for today and I don’t intend on missing another.”
“Not even if it meant that we could spend the entire
valentine’s day together?”
Her heart skipped a beat. “I can’t say I’m not entirely
tempted.” She tried to keep the excitement out of her voice. Just be cool, she told herself firmly. Meanwhile
on the inside she was practically squealing. “What did you have in mind?”
His grin told her he had a plan but his eyes wasn’t giving
anything away. “It’s a surprise.”
“So you’ve actually got something planned?” The more time she
spent with him, the more he surprised her. She had to constantly revisit the
way she saw him. She didn’t take him as the romantic sort.
Now she wasn’t sure if she wanted to make it to class after
all. “And if I agreed, where would we go?”
His silence told her he was keeping it a secret.
She pouted, “Can I get a hint?”
He paused his fork in mid air but otherwise kept quiet. She
pleaded with her eyes only to have him raise his own to wink at her.
Letting out a frustrated sigh, she ate the rest of her
pancakes in silence.
He wasn’t playing fair. The least he could do was give her a
Her mind was whirling with ideas. It had to be something in
Hartfeld – anywhere else didn’t make any sense. There was an influx of tourist
because of a passing festival on campus grounds and with the weekend behind
them, it couldn’t be for an overnight trip. “Well if you aren’t going to tell
me the least you could do is drop me by my dorm so I can change.” She gestured
to her lack of clothes and his eyes flickered with amusement.
“Or you can keep what you’re wearing.” His eyes traveled
lower, admiring her shapely. “My shirt has never looked so good.”
She blushed and dropped her gaze to the nearly empty plate. “I
don’t mind if it’s just for you.” She made a face when she glanced back up at
him. “But the rest of Hartfeld – not so much.”
He chuckled before nodding in agreement. “I do like the idea
of having you all to myself.” He gave her an appreciative once over as they
stood to clear the dishes.
She swatted him playfully before she handed over her dish.
Leaning against the counter, she watched as he washed them and put them away.
“Now I’m really excited.”
Before she could leave the kitchen, he grabbed her by her
wrist and pulled her to him. Pleased but slightly taken aback by his sudden advance she
stared up at him, memorizing the planes of his face.
Without saying a word, his firm hands gripped her by the waist
and lifted her until she was on top of the counter. “I’ll give you something to
feel really excited about.” He murmured.
Cheeks flushing, she tilted her head to meet his lips. No
matter how many times they did this, she would never get tired of it. Their
lips touched and tasted each other as if it was their first time. She loved
running her fingers through his hair, of kissing his eager lips and touching
His hands sunk under her shirt and he lightly stroke her exposed flesh. He was rewarded with a delicate whimper from her lips before his grazed hers again.
Looping her fingers at the side of his pants, she tugged him closer; wanting to feel him pressed in between her thighs.
He pulled away first, glancing at his phone before giving her
a rueful smile. “If we want to make it in time we should start probably start
getting ready.” He stepped back a few inches to give her some space so she could
hop off the counter.
Her mind was still reeling from his kisses but otherwise, she
cleared her throat and smiled. “Lead the way.”
Floral dresses reminded her of all the good things about
spring – the sweet aroma of freshly picked flowers, the feeling of the sun’s
generous rays across her shoulders and against the nape of her neck. She picked one of her favorites to commemorate the fantastic
weather; a dress with pink straps and the floral patterns of brightly colored dandelions.
She grabbed a simple pair of flat shoes on her way out.
The rest of her suitemates were probably finishing their last
classes for the day, so she wasn’t surprised that Zig was the only other person
waiting by the door.
His eyes lit up when he saw her.
She twirled in her dress. “You like?”
“Definitely.” He crossed the room in two quick strides and
placed his arm around her waist. “You look beautiful.” He murmured before his
lips crashed into hers.
His kiss was soft and turned into a series of artful kisses.
His gentle caress became less steady and more urgent until he finally had
backed her into a corner. He coaxed her mouth open, sending shivers down her
spine as he kissed her more roughly this time.
A soft sigh escaped her throat and she looped her arms around
his neck, meeting every kiss with her own enthusiasm. When she felt his expert
hands slide under her dress, she firmly placed her own hands on his chest.
Gathering willpower, she pushed back a little; keeping at least a few inches
between them. When she could find her voice again, she spoke. “I thought we
were on a schedule.”
He braced his arms on either side of her. “Seeing you like
this is giving me second thoughts.” He bent down to whisper into her ear, “It
makes me want to stay in.” He pressed his hard length into her, drawing a groan
from her lips.
“No way.” She made light fists to thump against his hard
chest. “Quit distracting us.” When he moved to kiss her again, she giggled and
turned her head away at the last second. It landed deftly on her cheek.
“You’re not charming your way out of this one.” She warned
with no real edge to her voice. “You said it’s a surprise and I happen to like
surprises.” She brought a hand up to smoothly graze his cheek. “Especially when
they’re coming from you.”
Their eyes locked for a long moment and she held her breath as
she waited for him to respond. She felt a twinge of triumph at seeing the
resignation in his eyes before he released her.
“Okay, okay – let’s go.”
She gave him a quick peck on the cheek, feeling reinvigorated
by the time they got to the door. She stopped to grab herself a spring jacket
that hung by the front of the dorm’s closest before they closed the dorm behind
They walked in almost perfect unison and she hid
a smile when he entwined his hand with hers. “I can’t imagine spending the day
with anyone else.” She hadn’t realized she had spoken the words out loud until
she could feel his breath by her ear.
Her heart warmed by his soft response. “Neither can I.”
She was eager to see what the rest of the day had in store for
