Friendly reminder to myself and other artists (but mostly to myself because I might be the only one who feels this way): It’s okay not to stick closely to one Phase design for Murdoc because even within Phases, his design can change wildly. I mean, those last four are all from the same video.
Generally speaking, Phase One was really rounded and simple, Two had a few more angles thrown in, and Three had a huge jump with even more angles and obviously his skin color. His chin doesn’t even come to a point in One, but Three’s could be a letter opener. But! Minor details.
I did both because I honestly couldn’t decide. Abby looks A+++ in a suit so that was an easy decision, but demon Pickles was kinda hard and, in the end, I decided he was sewn into the damn thing. Just given a shirt and jacket with an open back and someone honestly sewed him into it. Because wings aren’t fun for anyone.
Used reference for both, just random Pinterest searches. Honestly, if you search “women in suits” and “men’s fashion” you’ll find em.
So i was taking a test on To Kill a Mockingbird, and I saw the name Dill. I got very confused because I thought his name was spelled like Dil. One L. I almost corrected the paper (just by circling the extra L) but then I realised….
