also a random extra poster type of thing selling irish potatoes! I dont know where that idea came up to be honest but i thought it looked neat.

pipe dream
noun

an unattainable or fanciful hope or scheme.

“I hate you,” Andrew said casually. He took a last long drag from his cigarette and flicked it off the roof. “You were supposed to be a side effect of the drugs.”
“I’m not a hallucination,” Neil said, nonplussed.
“You are a pipe dream,” Andrew said.”

I showed OneShot to my 7yo cousin and he really loved Niko and the way he interacts with the player! Cousin asked if he could tell Niko about his favourite food and shows but since the game didn’t provide for those dialogue options, I improvised him a little chat. Click on the pics to find out what they talked about.

PD: When my cousin left, he said, “Bye, Niko! See you in my computer!”

PD2: He just kept telling his parents about Niko like he was a new friend, only he was inside a computer. This game already have me too many emotions when I finished I cant deal with this

Hello! I'm so glad you're writing Jonerys fic. My request is a scenario where Dany is jealous because she hears Jon speaking admiringly/fondly about Lyanna Mormont to Jorah... sort of a companion piece to your jealous Jon fic haha

CONTINUATION OF PART ONE & PART TWO

“She is not a force to be reckoned with,” Jon smiled proudly before re-reading the raven that had come for him.

“I’m sure Lady Mormont would be proud to hear,” Davos said, accepting the letter back from his king.

“Please tell her,” Jon answered, glad that Davos was more than efficient in reading and writing now.

“Will do, my king,” Davos clenched the note in his maimed hand before turning to leave. Only barely managing to avoid Jorah as the newcomer stepped into the hall for dinner.

Jon was surprised when Jorah decided to sit with him but he said nothing to display the thought. They hadn’t exchanged many words but Jon found the man to be little like his lord father. The king of the North was disappointed by this small fact. He had thought he would have more in common with the man but it seemed the only thing between them was the dragon queen.

Until now.

“Did I hear you right when you said Lady Mormont?”

- - -

Laughter filled the hall as Daenerys entered, deciding to eat dinner among her people rather than in her sitting room. She thought it would be good for morale after the loss of the Reach. Maybe also for her spirits as well, she was still bitter about the loss of another ally. The coin of Highgarden was supposed to pay for her armies’ every need.

Her eyes quickly found a different mood in the hall. While her mind raged and fumed, she found nothing but smiles and good humor all around. It was a shock to her system. It seemed their morale didn’t need any boosting from the jolly and glee that was already spread across the room. Dothraki and northern men were mixed in a competition of arm wrestling while others placed wagers on the side. It seemed northern men could be loud as Dothraki when excited.

“An arm of ice this man has!” The Dothraki glared at the northern man with the ‘arm of ice’ while his fellow mates clapped him on the back and money was quickly exchanged from hand to hand.

“And we shall shatter that arm!” laughed a particular tall Dothraki as more wine was poured all around.

She rolled her eyes as she passed. Gambling held little of her interest. It was the table filled with Jon, Jorah, Tyrion, and Davos that caught her eye. She neared, wondering what the group of them had in common when she heard them.

“She’d be disappointed to hear this but she is becoming a bit of a beauty.”

Daenerys froze at the words. There was no mistaking that voice. It was Jon Snow, the king of the North and her personal ‘guest’. She hated how her stomach churned at his words. She suddenly felt uncomfortable in her own hall when only moments ago, she had been ready to join them.

“A pretty lass for sure.”

Of course, women were what they all had in common… She didn’t want to hear this but also hated as something in her was intrigued. Who were they speaking of? Her feet became melded to the stone floors as she waited and listened.

Was it selfish of her to hope it was her? No, that was ridiculous. Jon Snow was nothing but a nuisance to her at this point. She didn’t need to be hopeful for a few scraps of compliments from him. Men would happily fall over themselves for a chance in her bed. What did she need of some curly haired northerner?

“Aye, and fearsome as well.”

Yet something in her still secretly hoped.

“Wish I could have known her,” Jorah smiled, maybe even beaming with some pride that his cousin could strike fear in such men as Jon and Davos.

With those words, Daenerys knew it wasn’t about her and some anger welled up in her for Jorah to want for another woman when he had always been so steadfast. Though, it felt like redirected anger since she had never been jealous of Jorah. No, he could do as he wished but Jon…

She should have known better. No matter how uncomfortable Jon Snow seemed around the opposite sex, he was still a man. A man that had somehow broken his vows from the Night’s Watch. Probably for some pretty lady from the north.

She huffed in annoyance of it all.

“Your grace!”

Jon looked up at her and Daenerys was crossed to see he didn’t even look ashamed of his philandering talk. She could maybe hold some respect for him if he were to at least blush at being caught!

Instead, he brazenly looked up at her in the most innocent fashion. Damn, his puppy eyes! Now she could see how misleading they were.

Daenerys felt her blood simmer as she looked away from him, deciding she was definitely angry with him. It didn’t matter that he looked wounded by her response to him. Good. Let him be hurt.

She was going to need this anger now to sit through this dinner without giving away too much. Though, she secretly entertained the idea of supper by her private fire now. It seemed morale was at an all time high without her and found it hard to reason why she should stay.

“Please take my seat, my queen,” Jorah jumped up for her and her stomach churned at his place on the bench. The seat exactly to the right of Jon. No, this wasn’t what she wanted but she could see with all their expecting eyes on her, it was getting out of her control. “I will fix you a plate myself.”

Unable to forget her manners, Daenerys smiled at her once again trusted sword before he went about his task. Though, she was still forming a plan of retreat as he secured her a plate of her favorites.

“Please, your grace,” Tyrion finally broke in, his forever analyzing eyes inspecting her and her unease. He must have found his answers because he abruptly smiled at her, almost too kind in its shape. “We were only just talking about Jorah’s cousin.” He then purposefully turned to Jon. “Eleven did you say she was?”

“Just barely,” Jon answered softly, his eyes not leaving Daenerys’ direction.

“Eleven?” Daenerys’ asked in surprise and the tension in her body released like slipping into a hot bath. While she was willing to assume the worst before, she could never think of Jon as a pedophile. There was no way a girl barely past ten would be an object of his affection.

Not with the way he now looked at her…

Suddenly the seat open at his side looked pleasantly inviting and she gracefully slipped into it without a word of protest. “Tell me more of this girl.”

“She had Jon quivering in his boots for the sake of 62 men,” Davos chortled into his drink before Daenerys smirked at Jon to happily seeing him now blushing as a teased maid under her eyes.

That’s better.

Heeey. Sorry if I disturb you by something or anything but could you maybe list some good shows? (It's not a must that LGBT couples are included) thanks a lot ❤️❤️💫

Hi, Anon!

You’re not disturbing!

So I’m the type of person that watches a pretty random variety of shows so I’m not sure what your taste leans toward exactly.

If you have any suggestions, make a comment or drop me a message with the show and why you like it! And if you want, make a suggestion on how to make this list better!

** Is for shows other people suggest to me. I’ll comment if I’ve heard of it or seen any of it.

*I’ll try to put if it’s LGBT friendly. And also I want to put down if it’s diverse or not and a note if you suggest a show is diverse…I’m looking for either the main character that is a POC or more than 1-2 minor characters that show up often enough to make a difference to the plot. Don’t tell me a show is diverse if it’s 3 black characters are just window-dressing…👀

Let me see what I can remember and rec those and what I tried and didn’t like.

  • -Shadowhunters: I love this trash show. It’s actually not all that great but it’s got some absolute gems of characters you end up watching it for anyway. I def recommend but S1 was watched with a ton of skip Clary/Jace scenes for me. This is LGBT friendly and diverse.
  • -Riverdale: I tried man, I used to read Archie comics when I was younger but um, this show…I think it’s supposed to be ironically pretentious? It just falls flat for me tbh. It’s popular though so you can check a couple of episodes out to see if it’s your thing. There’s an openly gay character in this that should get more story than he does. Also, kind of LGBT baits too at times so not sure if I trust them completely.
  • -The Expanse: My sci-fi pick. I love this show. It’s gorgeous, diverse, rich story, funny without trying too hard. I just get sucked into every character. It had one older married gay couple that was really minor characters but I don’t recall any current mains that are. But It’s an inclusive show so I don’t think it’s particularly averse to the idea. Based on books I haven’t read yet!
  • -Veep: This is like a completely meant-to-be-offensive comedy show with the amazing Julia Louis-Dreyfus. While I wasn’t in love with the last 2 seasons, the first 4 are amazing. No clear cut character you root for in particular but it’s so close to politics you can’t help but laugh/cry. Watch it for the absolutely unapologetic legendary burns. Also, has a lesbian couple in it although it’s offensive comedy so prepare for that.
  • -Archer: Also another meant-to-be-offensive show that’s hilarious but so terrible and inappropriate. I don’t usually like that kind of comedy but I binge watched this when I was sick and got hooked.
  • -Vikings: I love this show. If you like Game of Thrones, you’ll like this one only it’s got less nudity and more idgaf fight scenes. It’s got brilliant characters, beautiful battle scenes, really interesting storylines, and just good snarky humor. Watch it! Also, they’re not shy about same-sex couples even if they don’t explicitly say it.
  • -Mr. Robot: Really good show, very different and…I actually don’t know how to describe it? The main has mental health issues. It’s a sociopolitical commentary type show. It’s about hacking and network security and corporation conglomerates in control of our everything and the fight against it. Also from @cherryrebel : mr robot has a shit ton of diversity in both race and lgbt, the lead is mixed race but the actor is egyptian, tyrell is bisexual, gideon is gay, angela, elliot and darlene are implied being lgbt+, i think i’m forgetting about someone but watch that show, it’s the shit
  • -Legion: A superhero show that’s so incredibly NOT like the other superhero shows. You'll find yourself in a serious mind trip thinking you’re the one that’s crazy. But it’s really really good. Go watch.
  • -Mozart in the Jungle: About a bunch of musicians and a crazy conductor you absolutely love. It’s really good. LGBT friendly! And diverse-ish.
  • -Luther: One of the best crime shows in my opinion. Idris Elba just does things and you will want to watch him do it. Anything he does is beautiful and brilliant. But the show actually IS brilliant and amazing and go watch!!
  • -This is Us: one of those, where-the-hell-did-you-come-from?? shows. Really heartfelt stories that make you laugh, cry, and go aww a million times.
  • -Killjoys: Another sci-fi show I love. It’s got diversity and great characters and great action and story.
  • -True Detective: Crime detective show. It’s great, very gritty and serious but good stories and character-driven.
  • -Humans: Sci-fi show about android robots that are part of normal life- they look human and are basically live in maids. Only five of these have consciousness. Really good UK show. Diverse AND LGBT friendly!
  • -Broadchurch: Another good UK crime show. Slow and gripping. @iamacolor mentioned a lesbian character in this one too. LGBT friendly.
  • -The Americans: Russian sleeper spies in America that lead normal lives, have American children, and are like totally Russians carrying out secret missions.
  • -The Get Down: Great show that was recently canceled :( has about 1 season out. I’m not sure how to describe it and do proper justice. It’s lovely though with amazing characters. Also, LGBT friendly and clearly diverse!
  • -Stranger Things: Great show sci-fi mystery thriller type show.
  • -Dear White People: Black college students from all kinds of backgrounds dropping truth bombs all around and being amazing. Also LGBT friendly. Go watch. It’s a balanced show with amazing characters. So both diverse AND LGBT friendly!
  • -Brooklyn Nine-Nine: an Amazing funny cop show that manages to be winsome, hilarious, endearing, quirky, diverse, balanced, and just amazing all around. V. LGBT friendly.
  • -Fresh Off the Boat: Asian family comedy show that’s endearing and hilarious. (Also check out Jane the Virgin for crazy telenovela-esque antics that are hilarious and cute).
  • -Orphan Black: Sci-fi show about clones. A really amazing show, LGBT friendly. Great story AMAZING characters…most of which is played by one woman. Diverse and LGBT friendly.
  • -Preacher: Great show based on the graphic novel…uhh not sure how to describe it but it’s good. Reth Negga is in it!!
  • Also adding Sense8 for its LGBT and diversity. Good show but I’ve heard something about the directors/producers being racist? Not sure so I’m recommending with caution because the show itself esp s2 where the nonwhite characters got a better fleshed out plot is good. But since I don’t know what the producers/directors have done, I’m giving a heads up for someone else to fill me in.
  • Poldark: I just started this one 2 days ago. 2 episodes in I’m really enjoying it. It’s from PBS’s Masterpiece series. Aiden Turner as a Cornishman is delicious. So far I adore his wife and immensely enjoying yet another period show.
  • Grantchester: Adding this to the list after I discovered it on my prime account. I’m only one season in and I love Sydney Chambers and his gruff buddy cop Geordie? This isn’t a show that is going to have you sitting on the edge of your seat. It’s totally a procedural type of show. But it’s characters are likeable, it’s story feels comfortable, and honestly, if it’s a shitty day for you and you just want something that’s easy? This is it. @iamacolor  :)
