Now that I think of it: Even if Ryuji is an adorable cinnamon roll, I think he could become one hell of a ladykiller (or mankiller, or whatever's in between) if he really really tries to be. That and also trying to learn from Akira and Kidd.
I was thinking, a few days after that Iconic™ scene when Trini told her family she and a group of kids found a spaceship and she was now a superhero,,, superheroes,,, show up in town,,, to defeat the alien evil,,,, and her family didn’t connected the dots?!??!
Okay, she was being sarcastic and shit, so at the moment her family was like “???” but after the rangers appears,, how they didn’t,, like,, “oh yeah, Trini told us about it”
Wait, I have one screencap that accurately depicts my mood right now:
(Trust Meganekawa for all your screaming needs.)
On the one hand, I’m so happy that Osamu scored. My boy? He got several panels? And a point? It’s incredible.
But on the other hand, I’m still bitter about what happened and I’m sure he can’t celebrate either because he is well aware of how his brother doesn’t see him as anything but a tool, and Osamu knows that this quick is the one in which he has no control over the ball.
Let me explain: remember the first quick Hinata and Kageyama did? Hinata didn’t even have to look at the ball to spike it. It was an unbalanced quick because Kageyama pretty much did all the work himself (just like the tyrant side of himself wanted to: do all the work on his own). And then Hinata and Kageyama went through a pretty nasty fight until they both evolved to create the perfect quick: a balanced quick. A quick in which Hinata can decide as much as Kageyama, because he can control the direction of the ball.
Come oonnnnnnnnn, we suffered a lot through that fight until those two could finally trust each other again to get the perfect quick together!
But this one the twins did? That’s the old quick Hinata and Kageyama used to do. The one in which only the setter has control over the ball. I’m sure Osamu is aware of this. Atsumu is trying to get all the control of the ball -he’s becoming a tyrant. You just have to compare the reactions of both twins. I don’t think this is about their personalities. Atsumu is so happy about the quick being a success because it establishes him as the superior setter, but Osamu is just a tool. I might be wrong on this, but I don’t think we’re gonna see Osamu being happy about this next chapter.
And speaking about next chapter… Color pages? Will we finally get to see the official colors for the twins? Will they match our headcanons?
I, for sure, am gonna spend the rest of the week having a nervous breakdown.
Imagine Isak standing with Even outside in snowy weather, their noses running and slightly red. Even has a bit of snow on his hands and boops Isak’s nose softly with his index finger, making him giggle as a snowflake runs to the tip and continues its course downwards to Isak’s lips. Isak laughs and huffs quietly, his teeth clattering and his arms hugging his own stomach. “Are you cold, baby?” Even asks him. “Me? Nope!” Isak exclaims with a bright smile, his words betrayed by the trembling in his voice. Even laughs heartily. He removes his gloves, takes Isak’s hands and puts the gloves on them instead. Ignoring Isak’s feeble protestations (accompanied by a shy smile and cheeks too red even for this cold weather), Even then takes off the fluffy beanie sitting on his head and puts it on Isak’s, the soft wool engulfing Isak’s curls and falling over his ears. The red colour makes the gold of the stray locks stand out, and for a moment it almost looks to Even as though there’s a soft halo cradling Isak’s head. Isak is beaming at Even, his eyes a deeper blue than the sky behind him, and Even takes his boyfriend’s gloved hands in his own naked ones. “You’re an angel,” he murmurs, so softly Isak might just have missed it. But Isak’s smile reaches his eyes, making something dance and sparkle in their depth, and Even feels him squeeze his hands. “I love you too,” Even hears him say silently in the comfortable quiet settling over them.
I’ve wanted to make her since the beginning, when I started crochetting but, well, starting with black yarn was a very bad idea as I learned later. I understood quite a bit myself when, doing my first ring circle, I couldn’t distinguish a stitch from another. For a first project it was quite difficult, especially for learning how to crochet and all that.
But I kept in mind to do Pumpkin at some point and… yeah, ok, I couldn’t wait any longer and tried it. Which… urgh, black yarn is such a bitch, I swear XD.
She’s now sitting in the middle of my Iron Man & Winter Soldier pop. The collar wasn’t part of the pattern but I found how to made it and I improved a little bit x).
To celebrate it I made a small fiction relating to the thing I wrote about her… because I really like Pumpkin (go figure) and… well, I wanted to write more about her. It’s not great but it’s a small thing I wrote when I finished my amigurumi. There’s another picture at the end of the fiction.
Life at their apartment had become… nicer. While Tony was still very much aware of all the ways something could go wrong if he wore green on a Friday or walked under a ladder, Pumpkin had somehow won a special place among them and was no longer considered a threat.
Since the day the truce had been signed, while Bucky was absent, it wasn’t uncommon to find them curled up on the couch, the kitten purring loudly with his head tucked under Tony’s chin.
