Hey, so, I have an emergency. Spectrum has changed my internet billing cycle without telling me, again. What WAS going to be a bill I had until the fourth of September to pay–and I don’t get paid until the first of every month, as you guys know–has come due and gotten my internet disconnected…TODAY. Two weeks early. I’m only able to type this because the tech support representative I talked to turned it back on while we were testing it, and the billing rep didn’t turn it back off.
Seeing as I make my living online, this is a bit of a problem for me.
I need to scrounge together seventy bucks as quickly as I can. Anyone who can help me, please please please send me a message on here or on Discord. It’s not fair to the people who keep helping me that I keep having to ask for this, I know, but at the moment I don’t really have much of a choice but to ask.
