[hey sorry im LATE] "Describe Shiro in one sentence? would one sentence be /enough/? Because hey, there's a lot of stuff I could be elaborating on here, but I'm definitely going to focus on the positives. Have you ever heard of the butterfly effect? Because Voltron and meeting everyone else seemed kind of like fate based on the choices we made thus far, or maybe that one All Star meme where you replay 'they don't stop coming, and they don't stop coming, and they don't stop coming-' " [1/2]
“Because the Galra SERIOUSLY need to chill, but I’m getting off topic here. Are you /sure/ I can only use one sentence? Not two? Five? Fine, fine, okay. Ahem! The hero slash leader Voltron deserves because not only is he the most experienced out of all of us but he’s overall just a great guy albeit a slightly sad guy with overwhelmingly badass features like his face scar and white hair and have you SEEN the width of his arms he obviously does lift while I’m over here wondering why the pool’s on the ceiling! That’s it, cut! One take! Did you get all that, Shiro? I think I said all of that in one breath, holy crow.” [3/3 u asked for one sentence n i gotta b so extra holy fucc-]
describe my muse in one sentence and they will react / / accepting »»@constcllatcd
Admittedly, he’s flushing a little as Lance speaks, the words far too sweet and way more than he deserves. However, he’s also chuckling a bit because around the genuinely kind words and intentions, it’s still Lance, and… he has his own weird, endearing way of getting off topic and focusing on some of the less important details. And maybe it’s kind of nice to hear someone thinks his scar and white hair are badass while he has a hard time even looking at them in the mirror.
“I got it all, Lance. You didn’t have to say it all in one breath, but I appreciate the dedication. Thanks buddy, that’s… –It’s nice to hear what you think.”
HOLY MOLY 4000 FOLLOWERS!?!?! I’m amazed! I’m astounded!! I’m shocked!!! I’m crying, I’m so happy right now! Thank you so much for all the continuous support! I’m going to be taking a little break from tumblr for awhile for spring break to finish a lot of project I have rn, but as soon as I’m done I’ll come back and post all the goodies I’ve been working on! Thank you so much again babes! Please enjoy some Big brother Percy
it sounds odd to say but I love how skam is normalising male crying?? like,, Isak has been having a shitty time and he’s cried lots and that’s healthy, never intended to make him look weak or foolish. none of this toxic masculinity mindset, men-don’t-cry buffoonery
and it’s different kinds of crying too. Romeo + Juliet? ofc you’re gonna cry at that. sad film. crying because of somebody else’s pain
estranged, deeply religious parent messages you, accepting that you’re gay and reaffirming that they will always love you? overwhelming, tbh. tears = perfectly acceptable. happy ones in this case
your boyfriend takes you to a hotel, you get spoiled with room service and champagne, you hecking lose your virginity to him (?), but throughout the day his behaviour becomes increasingly more alarming, culminating in him straight up going for a walk in the middle of the night NAKED and you have to ring his ex for help, who proceeds to tell you the entire relationship was just a by-product of his (previously undisclosed) bipolar disorder, and it’s cold and late and you’re completely bewildered by everything and carrying his clothes but he’s in police custody now???? I’m frankly surprised there weren’t more tears in that moment
and the smaller things too. having to tell your dad on the phone that you’re not bringing anyone to the concert this week. trying to joke about it, but then thinking ‘fuck it, I’m very upset’, and crying. the wobbly voice kind, where you’re trying so hard to keep it in
thank you, skam, for showing that men can and should cry just as often as women, because it’s a natural part of processing emotions, and not a sign of weakness
and props to tarjei sandvik moe for your delicate and sensitive and relatable portrayal
One thing I’m really looking forward to this season is the fact that Lydia can actually fight to defend the people she loves. When Jackson was a Kanima she couldn’t really help because she didn’t understand her powers at all and when Allison was dying she could do nothing but scream her name and cry.
But s6 Lydia? She understands her powers and has learned to defend herself and she’s gonna go full badass and SLAY. Do you understand me? SLAY.
Lydia started as a victim in the show and has grown into a hero. I’m so ready to see her use her full banshee powers and save her husband.
