i love this anime way too much

Awesome underated comedy/slice of life to whatch

I have to say it I wasn’t that much fan of comedy as a genre since I love tragedy and sad anime mores but once in a while we all need a good anime to make us laugh loudly:D. I became a fan of the genre after watching gintama I guess but I wanted to share some others anime that made me literally cry for the too much laugh.

Tanaka-kun wa Itsumo Kedaruge

I literally fell in love with the anime. The comedy is great, the characters are awesome and special in their own way. And oh tanaka, his seiyuu (ono kensho) was awesome as always, no need to say he is one of my most favorites ever lol.

For high school student Tanaka, the act of being listless is a way of life. Known for his inattentiveness and ability to fall asleep anywhere, Tanaka prays that each day will be as uneventful as the last, seeking to preserve his lazy lifestyle however he can by avoiding situations that require him to exert himself. Along with his dependable friend Oota who helps him with tasks he is unable to accomplish, the lethargic teenager constantly deals with events that prevent him from experiencing the quiet and peaceful days he longs for.

Whatch it if you’re searching for:

  •  Great comedy
  • Fluffy dramma with some hints of romace
  • Lovely soundtrack
  • The art is so cute and on point
  • The gags are hilarious and quite original
  • Watch it for the amazing brotp

You only need tanaka as a reason tho , he is the real Mvp, I’m quite fond of him

Hoozuki no Reitetsu

Meet hoozuki one of the most badass characters I’ve seen in anime. This was such  a fresh breath of air. I mean, how often do you see the king of hell being treated like a little punk Lmao. And they announced it will have a second season yay

Hell is a bureaucracy, and business is running smoother than ever thanks to the demonic efficiency of Hoozuki, chief deputy to Lord Enma, the King of Hell. Whether offering counsel to the Momotarou of Japanese folklore or receiving diplomatic missions from the Judeo-Christian Hell, the demon who runs the show from behind the king’s imposing shadow is ready to beat down any challenges coming his way into a bloody pulp. Metaphorically, of course… The poster boy for micromanagement and armed with negotiation skills worthy of Wall Street, Hoozuki no Reitetsu follows the sadistic and level-headed Hoozuki as he spends his days troubleshooting hell. With an abundance of familiar faces from popular Japanese legends and East Asian mythology working middle management positions, this referential and anachronistic dark comedy brings new meaning to the phrase “employer liability.” Just how hard could it be to manage employees from hell, anyway? [Written by MAL Rewrite]

For the fans of tonari no kaibutsu kun, they also made an apparence in hoozuki

Watch it if you’re searching for:

  • Badass yet not overpowered as fuck characters
  • For the great comedy
  • Watch it if you’re interested in the japanese folklore
  • The lovely and refreshing artstyle
  • Watch it for those two Lmao, You will laugh until your stomach hurts, I garantee that

Gugure! Kokkuri-san

Thi anime is such a gem and yet noone seem to know it bruh. The characters were all crazy and yet tender. The comedy is great and I love how they want to break most of the tropes in comedy anime Lmao

Kohina Ichimatsu, the self-proclaimed doll, called out the fox ghost Kokkuri-san with a suspicious incantation! But it was a story of the past where Kokkuri-san was able to answer any question you had. Nowadays, it relies on a certain search engine, but is actually bad at anything digital. He was going to possess Kohina, but got worried about her living all alone and devotes himself to do chores as if he was her mother. On top of that, the dog ghost Inugami who is infatuated with Kohina and the old good-for-nothing supernatural raccoon dog Shigaraki decide to root themselves with her as well!

(Source: Crunchyroll)

Watch it if you’re searching for:

  • Hilarious comedy
  • The lovely character devolpment of the main protagonist
  • The fluffy yet adorable bonds that  the anime manages to create
  • Attractive spirit struggling with a mid-life crisis due to him fearing for his relevance in the the modern world Lol

Saiki Kusuo no Ψ-nan (TV)

The only anime that managed to make me laugh this much was gintama. This is literally a masterpiece Lmao since it never fails to make you laugh

To the average person, psychic abilities might seem a blessing; for Kusuo Saiki, however, this couldn’t be further from the truth. Gifted with a wide assortment of supernatural abilities ranging from telepathy to x-ray vision, he finds this so-called blessing to be nothing but a curse. As all the inconveniences his powers cause constantly pile up, all Kusuo aims for is an ordinary, hassle-free life—a life where ignorance is bliss.

Unfortunately, the life of a psychic is far from quiet. Though Kusuo tries to stay out of the spotlight by keeping his powers a secret from his classmates, he ends up inadvertently attracting the attention of many odd characters, such as the empty-headed Riki Nendou and the delusional Shun Kaidou. Forced to deal with the craziness of the people around him, Kusuo comes to learn that the ordinary life he has been striving for is a lot more difficult to achieve than expected.

  • 4th wall, what was it again?
  • Similiar comedy to gintama, you will love them both
  • Aparody of the genre itself
  • An amazing protagonist  whose sasiness is his fashion Lamo

Just go and watch this hidden gem now, you will underastand immediatly why it is so good.

Please Watch “Orange”

Ok everyone. I’m sure some of you have probably heard of this anime, and those people who have heard of it have probably strayed away from it for the same reasons I did.

I am a huge fan of romance anime. I’m basically addicted to anything involving love, but I was weary of this show, called “Orange,” because (1) you learn from within the first few minutes of the first episode that the love interest is going to die, (2) it looks really cliché, (3) it is not very popular, and (4) it looks sad.

I was wrong. So very wrong.

(1) Yes, the anime has its bleak, raw moments, but those moments were the ones that I never had anticipated that I would appreciate the most. Something that definitely became an admirable point of the anime was its very real, non-sugar-coated portrayal of depression, mental illness, suicide, and grief. This series does what most shojou romance series shy away from and actually shows the audience what depression is like through Kakeru, the fated-to-die protagonist, and the seriousness of suicide.

As someone who has personally battled with clinical depression for years and has been to therapy and counselling, this anime hit home for me. The faking smiles, pretending everything is okay, the self-loathing, thinking you are at fault, thinking you are a burden to others, denying yourself happiness, not allowing yourself forgiveness, and the thoughts of death; they are all things that I could relate to. They even included how you can still experience moments of true happiness even if you are depressed, but how it never really goes away. Sure, this anime might not be as light-hearted as others, but it’s the heart-rending instances in this show that give it so much impact and substance.

(2) This anime does have some clichés (i.e. cultural festival, giving chocolates on Valentines Day, new kid at school sits next to the main character), but the plot completely colors these events in ways that make them so much more meaningful and different than you have ever seen them. One of my main concerns going into this show was that I would be bored, but I ended up watching it all in one sitting simply because of how much I needed to know what would happen. Additionally, the secondary characters are wonderfully fleshed out and are actually important to the plot, instead of feeling like accessories.

(3) I know this anime was based off of a manga (which I had once picked up on a whim, but put down once I saw how sad it was probably going to be), but I have never heard people talk about it, like ever. Even when the show came out (which it did recently), there was no buzz about it. Although the lack of chatter surrounding Orange only made me more pessimistic regarding the quality of the show, if there is anything I have learned from watching hundreds of anime, it is that sometimes good shows can fly beneath the radar. I am glad I decided to pick it up after it’s completion and give it a chance, because I just found a series that has easily earned a spot on my top 10 list.

(4) Is this anime sad? Yes. Is it too sad to watch? No. The biggest obstacle that stood in my way for this show was the fact that it pretty much promised from the get-go to be sad. “But love is supposed to be happy and have a happy ending,” you might say, “so how can that be possible when one of the protagonists is destined to commit suicide.” I don’t want to spoil it, so all I can tell you is that I was very pleased with the conclusion and it ends much differently than you are lead to believe it will. Trust me guys. My heart is made of glass. I would not recommend this show to anyone if I didn’t think the denouement was really good

So, in conclusion, set aside a few hours one day and let this series show you its magic!

No Game No Life  Episode One

There is no way to know the rules, or the goal, yet there are 7 billion players making whatever moves they want. If you lose too much, or win too much, there are penalties. You can’t pass your turn, and if you talk too much, you’ll be ostracized. There are no parameters and no way to even know the genre. This world is just…a crappy game.

Are you gonna move away from bts ;fandom ;;

nah i still love bts but content creation for real people….isn’t as “satisfying” for someone who thrives on free interpretation?

i feel like anime fandom gives me very much of a safe and wildly creative space, while kpop fandom tends to exert pressure when i don’t draw things the way someone else interprets it.

communication-wise i also feel like i get way lesser fun/productive interactions with the latter compared to when i was in haikyuu/ft fandom, so indulging back into anime has been re-energising my creative spirit, which solely being in kpop fandom didn’t manage to do very well, since the culture felt quite individualistic and at times….lonely

I’m almost done with this paper I’m doing and I can’t wait to start reading my books and watch anime in my queue lists. Although, I just realized that it is in being busy do we find the importance of free time. lol being a bum made me bored in having way too much free time. Ah. I hope I get hired sooooooon _(:3 」∠)_

Pairing: Bucky x Reader x Steve
Words:  981

This is just a little one shot I thought of randomly. It’s polyamorous…again (I have problems).

A/N: If you want to be tagged in anything, let me know.

You were pacing the floor of the floor of Stark Tower where your room was. You kept checking your phone for the time, texts, or calls. But the time was creeping and you still hadn’t heard a thing about the mission.

Dating Steve Rogers, Captain America, had proven to be one of the most rewarding and terrifying relationships of your entire life. Also dating Bucky Barns, the Winter Soldier, had doubled the worry you faced when the Avengers went out on a mission.

The guys were best friends. You had never imagined having two boyfriends. You had never imagined they would actually share. And you would have never imagined that they hadn’t once had an argument over the odd relationship the three of you were in.

When your cell phone finally vibrated, you looked down to see that it was Natasha calling, not one of the boys.

“Nat, are they okay?” you asked, panicking.

“They’re going to be just fine,” she said, “They’re heros and you know how they get. They want to save everyone and save each other.”

do you ever just love so hard that it hurts? physically? mentally? emotionally? i feel it too much in my life but it’s a blessing + a curse to me. it makes my heart ache in the way that nothing has made it ache, but it’s like the feeling of loving to hurt yourself by loving too hard. it’s unpredictable and unexpected but that’s where the excitement comes into play. idk what this was, but to all others that can relate, know that the ache isn’t necessarily a bad thing, and not everyone can feel this very special way of pain.

S class hero, GENOS! I need more of that anime, 12 episodes is NOT enough. I also drew him with way more mass than he usually has, I was using the manga chapters where he fights Saitama for refs and wow is that armor complicated. Also, for the first time, i noticed on the chapter page it says “Anti-Saitama Tactical Arm” on his fist. I love this comic so much… I’ll color this too eventually.

What Yurio's Exhibition Should Have Been

Yurio: Brooooomance

Otabek: Bro-o-o-omance

Yurio: It’s like Eminem and Dr Dre

Otabek: If I loved you more I might be gay

Yurio: And when I’m feeling down

Otabek: You know just what to say

Yurio: You’re my homie, yeah ya know me

Otabek: And if you ever need a wingman I’d let any girl blow me off

Yurio: ‘Cause you’re more important than the rest.

Yurio and Otabek: I confess I’m a mess if I’m not hangin’ with my BFF

Yurio: You know it’s true, you my male boo
Now sing the chorus with me if you’re feeling the same way, too

Yurio and Otabek: Brooooomance
Nothing really gay about it
Not that there’s anything wrong with being gay
Shouldn’t be ashamed or hide it
I love you in the most heterosexual way

Yurio: Hold me to a promise that I’ll be the kind of friend

Otabek: that in the end will always keep you company

Yurio: ‘Cause when the world gets tough, and times get hard, I will always love you

Otabek: I’ll be your bodyguard

Yurio: ‘Cause you’re my bestie

Otabek: And if you test me

Yurio and Otabek: I’ll prove it time and time again, I got your back until the end

Otabek: A brother from another mother

Yurio: Never knew how much I loved ya
‘til I started singing this song… Huh

[repeats chorus]

Yurio: And now that I’ve told you how I feel
I hope you feel the same way, too.
But if you don’t, this song was just a joke
But, if you do
I love you

[repeats chorus and Yurio and Otabek’s faces come dangerously close]

Yurio, whispering: I love you bro
