haha ok this is too cute to not gush about but apparently the local film group here talked about how im possibly directing a script this year & how excited everyone is that i’m finally doing one & my boss goes in the most affectionate tone “Yeah we were talking about that at the meeting how you’re directing one! Everybody’s sweetheart. Iman. ☺️”
She thought that her and her family were going to be flying up to Washington to spend a week with me, but when she got through security at her airport in Arizona, I was there waiting for her! And all of us flew to Orlando for an amazing time at Disney World and Universal Studios! A full vlog of the the trip will be posted soon, but for now, enjoy the surprise caught on film!
I thought I was going to hate Bellamy calling Clarke princess again. I thought it would feel like fanservice or ancient history.
I was so wrong. That line was delivered with such self-awareness; Bellamy knows they’re not the Princess and the King anymore. They’re not two kids in over their heads. They’re not at the dropship anymore. But they do still have each other by their sides against the oncoming storm, and something about that is comfortingly familiar. So that nickname just feels like a reminder, like saying, “we’ve done this before and we can do this again.” Like saying, “when we’re together, nothing is impossible.”
Keep in mind that Efi Oladele is an 11 year old child. Although I am very ecstatic to have her as a part of the team, knowing how nasty the Overwatch fandom gets at times, I just would like to clarify that Efi is a CHILD. I don’t wanna see any “Age is just a number” posts, shipping her with much older characters, or making NSFW drawings of her, so please keep in mind that Efi is an 11 year old child @ overwatchfandom
