”M’Lady” - 18″x16″ watercolor illustration

Hello everyone!!
Here is an illustration trade I did for @campaignofmadness. Back in October we were doing Inktober and we agreed to do a older teen Adrien Agreste and Marinette Dupain-Cheng going on a cute cafe date in Paris. Giselle did her part way back in October lmfao while I just got the sketch done in February and then finally got around to painting it in late July/ early August >.> But it’s done and I’m content. I wanted to challenge myself and make Giselle happy because she’s my best friend cryyyy. I’m not much of a fanart person, but I love this show and if I’m going to do fanart I want to learn from each piece to become a better artist. The two people in the front are my mom and brother <3

The mediums I used were: watercolor, pencil, color pencils, photoshop, and glue lol. The glue is because I replaced some parts of the illustration with new watercolor paper if I didn’t like the way I painted something before.

Finally! I can show you all this big illustration I’ve been spending most of my time on for a good majority of June. I created this for @yoizineph to help promote the zine while it’s in production! The gang’s at the Bencab Museum in Baguio; I’ve been there myself twice already and I always love seeing this area in the back of the museum. I also manage to be at this museum when it’s raining and it looks pretty nice while the rain is falling.

I’m really grateful for the opportunity they gave me to create something to promote the zine. I also learned a ton of new things while solely working on this piece and now it’s time for me to work on new things!
