i know the quality isn't great

My Lego - Reioka’s AU

@reioka I told you I wanted to do it, I told you I had a snake tail and that I’d do it… I never told you how crazy I’d go because I had some dumb shit idea while doing it and I couldn’t resist XD.

Here comes Snake Steve!

I had to keep the top of the snake, it gives him purple arms… I guess Clint approves of it XD. It’s not entirely accurate but I still wanted to do it. Hope you don’t mind <3.

Cracky shit under the cut 8D.

As promised, here are some scans from the Odin Sphere Complete Guide book. Please don’t upload these onto any image hosting websites. I’d like to keep these on tumblr. A few of these didn’t turn out so great, but I will try fixing them in the near future. Feel free to use these for edits or icons if you want. Credit is not necessary, but appreciated!

Eric and Dylan got sucked into this appealing fantasy because it was an escape from the troubles of everyday life. When you have a place to go — whether it be home, school, a bar, a drug den, or a video game — where things seem perfect, then you go to that place as much as you can. It’s a type of drug — a fantasy — where happiness exists because things make sense, in real life, things didn’t make sense.

I love architecture and spaces and structures in general.... but I've never drawn them. I've never had the urge to sketch them out, even. Does that mean I probably shouldn't try to study architecture? Or do some architects just have to learn to sketch in school? I know your advice isn't the word of God, but I'd reallllllly appreciate your advice on this one. Thank you!

Architecture is much more than drawing buildings but I can’t tell by your message if you should study architecture or not.

What qualities make a great architect?

  • A good architect should think more by his heart than brain. He should consider each client’s dream as if it is his own….
  • An architect must have interest in the surroundings. When others see land, you, as an architect, should see a plan, ideas, and design.
  • Architecture takes passion and dedication together with creativity.
  • What qualities make a great architect? The one who possesses a great understanding of other fields other than arts and architecture.
  • Imagination, creativity, and passion. Having these three qualities is very important in an architect. Architecture is art.
  • An architect must be a planner every time, every day, everywhere, every movement, to achieve the great wishes.
  • To feel emotion and question it. To see the need and do it. To ask the question when all is complete: Was all done that needed to be done?
  • A good architect must be optimistic. A great architect is not made by way of a brain nearly so much as he is made by way of a cultivated, enriched heart.
  • An architect should be organized, creative, and resourceful.
  • An architect is a person who should be able to handle many co-related jobs simultaneously. Who should have knowledge of geography, history, sociology, and psychology. And capabilities of learning about new building materials in the market, learning about everything, in addition to thinking and designing.

people that inspired in my in my journey, diego luna was special, because it was the first film i did abroad and he was such a strong actor in the sense of young, but with so much knowledge because he was an actor since he was a kid. - alice braga, interview magazine

Lads we all know that my solid evidence proved long ago that @historicalfrenchgays is absolutely definitely the best buT I need to point out some of the best things she does here before witnesses
-endless collection of quality gifs that without fail make my day a little brighter whenever she brings them out
-so kind when her friends are having a tough time
-a really warm presence????
-sometimes she sends little messages that just make me feel cared about and wanted and tbh it’s one of the most comforting things
-excellent sense of timing???? Claims it’s not on purpose but I’m not convinced bc she’s got some scary accuracy going on with managing to send sweet messages and gifs when I’m feeling especially low
-spills her sunshiney presence everywhere??? I’m p sure it’s a universal thing like everyone she talks to she just makes them a little bit happier
-same thing with her writing it’s such a good positive influence
-just!!! One of those people who make the world a brighter and better place through the way she impacts the people around her rather than being a negative presence

even though i havent bought one of your shirts (yet) i love how much care you put into how they turn out. more often then not i get shirts of an artist or band and it just isn't that great of quality either with the print or the shirt itself. basically i'm saying i appreciate how much you care about the quality of EVERYTHING you sell/release

lmao honest to god one of my biggest pet peeves in the world is going to buy merch online and the artist/label only having mockups on display. like huh??? don’t you have HUNDREDS of that shirt just sitting around? how about, you know, taking a real life fucking picture of it so people know exactly what they’re about to spend money on. i don’t know how many times i’ve bought a shirt online and it looks different than the mockup on the site. the print is a different shade, the color of the shirt is off, it fits super baggy. what a mess.

plus everyone uses the same mockup based off an american apparel 2001 (or some other premium fitted tshirt). if they’re showing you that mockup and giving you something else then it’s false advertising.

i’m mad now i’m gonna go outside and start punching the air

Scenario: The Hobbit Cast at a Employment Agency [requested]
  • Thranduil: Excuse me? A cashier? Bitch have you seen my face? Have you seen my stature?? I belong on a catwalk!!!
  • Bilbo: Haha what do you mean you need a criminal record check? Do I look like a some kind of "burglar" to you? Haha
  • Bard: I'm a full-time dad and a part-time dragon slayer yet I don't get paid for shit. What am I doing wrong?
  • Elrond: I just wanna become a self-employed host for lost and starving wanderers.
  • Thorin: I'm a simple man, I take any job you offer...Uh no, but not this one. Not that one either. Nahhh. No thanks m8.
  • Fili: Oh yeah! Baby sitting sounds good. You sit on babies. That's my job, right?
  • Kili: What do you mean I'm not mature enough?? Dude! I have died once and abolished the feud between dwarves and elves!
  • Dain: I don't care, as long as my employer isn't a fucking Elf, sign me up.
  • Legolas: My skills and qualities definitely include jumping ...and killing evil creatures...and cockblocking? Idk tbh.
  • Tauriel: My next chef better not be a vain ass of a king.
  • Gandalf: So do you have a job that doesn't necessarily require my presence 89% of the time?
  • Azog: I'm loyal, hard-working and reliable. My friends say I'm passionate and tender. Also I'm great with people!:)

The thing I think you really truly misunderstand about LPers, especially AH, is that they are primarily comedians. Only the shit comedians cause no controversy. You might as well be "Comedy Social Justice", and you'll make as much sense. And I know you'll say "you don't HAVE to upset people to be funny!", but actually, the most successful kinds of comedy are often very offensive to various groups. It's all subjective, and comedy isn't gonna change just for you.

Well, there are plenty of great comedians who don’t cause ‘controversy’ but look. There’s absolutely nothing edgy or controversial about making jokes that punch downward. That’s upholding the status quo. That’s boring. That’s just relying on stereotypes & bigoted views for an audience. Low quality humour, humour that doesn’t engage anyone or make anyone think.

The real controversial humour? The really good stuff? That’s the stuff that punches up, the stuff that isn’t happy with the status quo and wants to change it. And this humour can actually shift public opinion & can, eventually, change policies for the better. This kind of humour is the what comedians should aspire to. Not making tired jokes about oppressed people that have been repeated a million times before.
