“Oh, what fresh hell is that,” [Y/N] murmured under her breath as Peter drew out the schematics for her project. Raising a brow and tilting her head, she swore that Peter had just invented a new language. Running a hand through her hair, she shook her head. “I’m going to use the bathroom, I’ll be right back.” Picking herself up from Peter’s bedroom floor, she walked out the room.

“So, did you ask her yet?”

Peter yelped, jumping in his bones and then quickly turning towards his bedroom window to find Ned climbing through it. “Ned!? What the heck are you doing?!”

Nonchalantly, Ned struggled to get himself into his friend’s room. Cocking a brow, he motioned towards himself, “A little help would be nice.”

Unsure of what to do, Peter scrambled up from his spot on the floor and rushed to his friends aid. Yanking on him, he spoke low. “Seriously, dude, what are you doing here?!”

Ned snickered, “To make sure you don’t chicken out.”

Scrubbing his hands over his face, Peter groaned. “Why did you climb up the fire escape? Why not, I don’t know, ring the doorbell?”

Again, Ned snickered. “Would you have let me in? Besides, I know you don’t lock your window for quick Spidey emergencies.”

“Sh, sh, sh!” Peter growled. Now, he started to panic. “You need to leave,” pointing towards the cracked bedroom door, “[Y/N] will be back here any minute. What am I suppose to tell her when she finds you here? You can’t lie, you’ve almost told her I’m Spiderman on more than one occasions and I can’t lie to her because she knows I’m hiding something. And I definitely don’t want to ask her out with you standing here.”

Shrugging, Ned pondered. “Dunno.”

Smacking his forehead, “Oh god.”

“Hey, Peter? Can we switch it up and work on history? My brain hurts from all this engineer-” stopping mid sentence, she raised a brow at the sight of Peter and Ned awkwardly standing facing each other. “Ned? When did you get here?”

“Uh, just now!”

“Funny, I didn’t hear anyone knocking.” [Y/N] crossed her arms, her brow still raised. “What’s going on?”

Peter stumbled over his words, desperate to say something that wasn’t stupid. Ned on the other hand watched his friend walk himself in circles with sounds and noises that didn’t even sound human. Rolling his eyes, Ned patted Peter’s back hard.

“What Peter’s tryin’ to say is that he likes you, a lot.  A lot, a lot. Way more then Liz and trust me when I say that because the kid was obsessed with Liz. I mean who isn’t though, you know? She’s hot and really smart,” Ned winced, “not, not that you aren’t hot or smart [Y/N]. I just mean like, Peter was just really-”

“-enough, dude.” Peter muttered, slightly humiliated.

[Y/N] crossed her arms, amused by Peter’s bright red cheeks. Trying to ignore the fact that her own face was flushing, she chuckled. “I see, and what was your purpose to crash our study session?”

Ned smiled brightly, “To make sure he didn’t mess it up!”

Nodding, “And you think he would have been worse at admitting his feelings than what you just said?”

“Uh,” Ned thought, frowning as he went over what he had said. Looking over at Peter who looked a cross between annoyed and embarrassed. “Sorry, bro….”

Peter hid his face with his hands, “It’s alright, buddy.”

[Y/N] sucked in air and let it all back out as she thought of what to say next. This wasn’t how she pictured her night with Peter going at all. They had spent the last few weeks getting to know each other and helplessly trying to get her to understand basic mechanical engineering fundamentals. “Ned, can you give us a moment?”

Ned bowing his head, sulked out of the room.

Smiling, [Y/N] lightly nudged Peter towards his bed. Sitting down next to each other, she chuckled at the obvious mortified expression. “So,”

“So.” He repeated under his breath.

Feeling her cheeks get red, she looked down at her hands and whispered. “If it helps any, I kind of, sort of, like you too.”

Snapping his head up, “What? You do?”

Nodding, “Yeah.” Giving Peter a sideways glance, she smiled. “I didn’t plan on it but you kind of crept up on me.”

Peter stared at [Y/N] with wide eyes and an open grin. He didn’t know what to say, all he wanted to do was do a happy dance and fist pump the air a few times but he knew that if he did that, it would be even more embarrassing than what Ned had just done.

Clearing his throat, Peter looked down at his hands. “What do we do now?”

Running her hands down her legs and then standing up, she motioned towards the books that laid sprawled on the floor. “Well, we should get back to studying-”

“-Lame!” Ned uttered as he walked into the room with his arms crossed.

[Y/N] gently rolled her eyes as she sat down on the floor. “Wanna let me finish, Ned?”

Annoyingly motioning her hands for her to do so, he huffed. Muttering some words under his breath about them being idiots for studying.

Turning to Peter, she smiled. “As I was saying, we should continue to study and once we both pass, then we can decide what we’re going to do for our first date.”

Peter smiled back, “Uh, yeah, definitely.”

What?!” Ned exclaimed. Running a hand through his hair, he rose a brow. “What is wrong with you guys. You two basically professed your love and you’re going to focus on school?” Shaking his head, he groaned. “No, you two should be practicing kissing not practicing who took over Poland.”

Peter and [Y/N] exchanged looks before saying at the same time, “Get out, Ned.” Both of them laughed as he huffed and puffed out of Peter’s room.

As their laughter quieted down and they started to get back into the groove of where they were before Ned interrupted them, Peter piped up. “I’m not opposed to the kissing thing…”

Looking up from her history textbook, she quirked a brow. “How about this, if you ace your history test, I’ll consider it.”

Peter chuckled, “Oh, I’ll ace it, alright.”

I Don’t Love Him - Loki Laufeyson

A/N: A friend asked me to write a Loki fic for her, i will write more if they’re requested and characters not just from the Harry Potter universe.

“On the first day of the next month, the Princess (Y/N) and Prince Thor are to be married, to unite the realms of Vanaheim and Asgard”

Those were the words of Odin that kept repeating themselves through your mind. After hearing that you immediately left the room, leaving Thor behind to argue with his father. You didn’t want to marry Thor. He was your friend, you loved him, but not like that, more like a brother. And besides, you knew that he was in love with the Midgardian. What would Loki say. You and Loki weren’t exactly an official couple, but you both liked it that way. You were both comfortable with that. But now. Now everything was tumbling in a downward spiral so fast that you thought you were going to pass out. How did you not see this coming.

How were you going to tell Loki that you were to marry his brother?

You were outside Loki’s chambers, prepared to knock when the door opened. You stepped in and saw Loki sitting on his bed reading. You approached him, looking as uneasy as you felt. He looked up and smiled at you, but his smile quickly faltered when he say how worried you were.

“(Y/n), how are you?” he asked, wanting to make sure everything was okay. You didn’t answer, how could you? So instead, you took a seat next to him and explained what had happened.

“I don’t know what to do Loki, I’m so sorry” you finished. Tears that you had held back had started to fall. You looked to Loki, waiting for some sort of response.

“I think you should go” Loki whispered, not daring to make eye contact with you. His face had drained to an even paler shade than usual, his mind disconnected from reality as the seriousness of your words sunk in.

“Loki I-”

“I said leave!” He shouted with more conviction in his voice. Tears were falling freely from your eyes now. You looked at the god one more time. His eyes had gone bloodshot and the rage was clearly building up inside him. But you couldnt do anything, so you did as he asked and left. You half ran out the room, leaving his chamber door wide open, not wanting to cause a scene by slamming it shut.

Without realising, you had reached the door to Thor’s chamber. You wiped away any tears that were left to cry and burst through the door. Thor was sitting at his desk, deep in thought. That was until he saw the desperate anger on your face.

“Thor you have to do something!” You practically screamed at him. He stayed silent.

“THOR” you repeated, hoping for any sign of hope.

“And what do you suggest i do? I have tried talking to the all father but there is no reasoning with him. Neither of us are or were to be married so what reason is there that he will accept?” Thor was just as angry at Odin as you were, that much was obvious.

“We’re not in love. At least… not with each other” you trailed off. Thor looked at you questioningly, knowing that something was happening. However, admitting anything now would seem like a desperate attempt to not marry Thor.

“I know you love the Midgardian. Jane, i believe her name is“ you said more calmly. Thor wasn’t satisfied with your response but didn’t press the matter.

"I’m sorry (y/n) but i do not believe that i can change the all father’s mind”

And with that sentence, you crumbled. If Thor couldn’t change the all fathers mind then no one could.

A week had gone by since you found out. Since you told Loki and since Thor said there was nothing he could do about it. You were in your chambers, lying in your bed. Usually you would be reading, but the books you read were, more often than not, recommendations from Loki, but you hadn’t spoken to or seen each other lately. Besides, you couldn’t focus on reading, in fact, you couldn’t focus on anything. Everything reminded you of either Loki or the wedding of which you had lost him to. All you could do now was replay the memories of you and Loki and remember when you were both happy. Happiness seemed like such a distant memory to you now. You wish that you could go back to before all this started so you and Loki could become an official couple, and then all of this may have been avoided.

There was a knock at the door which interrupted your thought.

“Come in.” You said, sitting up and trying to make yourself look like the respectable princess you were meant to be. The door slowly opened and Frigga walked in. You were glad to see a friendly face, raher than someone asking you for your opinion on how the wedding should go. She came over and sat next to you on the bed.

“How are you (Y/N)?” she asked with genuine sincerity.

“I’m fine, thank you” You lied “How are you?” Frigga sighed slightly and turned to you

“I’m fine. I talked to Loki yesterday” even his name made your heart ache, but you waned to know how he was so you didn’t let any of it show/

“How is he?” you asked, a little too eager. Frigga smiled knowingly at this.

“He’s not been doing very well. He hasn’t left his chambers in about a week, not unlike yourself.” You studied her face, worried that she might have discovered the link.

“What about Thor?” you asked trying to balance the conversation.

“He’s doing very well, although I’m sorry to tell you that the midgardian, Jane, has arrived. That’s why he’s been in such a good mood as of late.” She started to smirk slightly, almost in the same way that Loki does when he knows something that the other person doesn’t.

“What?” You asked knowing what her smirk meant.

“Thor has told Odin that he loves the Midgardian and they are currently awaiting his official response.” Your eyes lit up. Would this mean that… No. You didn’t want to get your hopes up. Especially of nothing was going to change, but you couldn’t help the feeling of a spark of hope lighting inside you.

“Does Loki know?” You impatiently asked

“I think that news would best come from you” she smiled at you and you ran out the room to tell Loki the news.

He’d been willing to maybe try messing around with a shadowhunter—his first—but a married one? Hell no. (And he’d been to hell before, so he knew exactly how serious it was)

“Kookie!~” You giggled as the maknae tickled you on the floor of the dance studio. “This isn’t fair!”

“How is it not? Didn’t you start the tickle fight first?” He raised his eyebrow playfully, challenging your statement.

“But you’re stronger-”

“I’m stronger than him.” Jimin smirked, playing with his bottom lip watching you squirming underneath Jungkook’s finger tips.

“Ah, hyung!” He whined, “Must you ruin the fun mood when I’m with my best friend?”

“She’s too old for you,”

“Too old?!” You pushed your friend’s hands away, sitting up quickly. “I’m not that much older—at least I don’t try to molest him!” You pointed your finger at him.

“Hey!” He stood up, “Jungkook, I don’t try to molest you—right?”

He stood quiet, playing with his shoelace as he kept his head down. “Maybe..”

“Since when?” He scoffed, putting his hands on his hips.

“When you try to touch me, man!” He finally looked up, “I try to pull away but you don’t let me~” It came out more of a cry than anything.

“Well excuse me..” He crossed his arms across his chest, “It’s all your fault, (Y/N).”

“How?” You stood up as well, walking up to him.

“Ooh!” Namjoon clapped, “Fight!”

“Fight?” Jin popped his head up, “No, you could get hurt!” He ran in between you two.

“(Y/N)-ah!~” Jungkook hugged you from behind, pulling you away. “You two don’t get along,” He pouted, “You know that. Therefor, it’s your fault Jimin.”

“Mine?” He said loudly, “How?”

“You talk to her, what else?” Yoongi sipped a water bottle nonchalantly.

“It’s just talking-”

“And she doesn’t want you to talk to her,” He cut him off.

“It’s not that she doesn’t wanna talk to you,” Jungkook held you, “It’s just you always say the wrong things, hyung.”

“Just yesterday she pushed me really hard in front of everyone at the store!” Jimin complained, “What do you call that?”

“Sexual harassment?” Hoseok shrugged as he said it slowly. “To be fair, you did brush your hand against her..”

“That was an accident!” He rolled his eyes.

“Not by the way you smiled~” Tae giggled.

“Yeah, his face was pure happiness.” Yoongi smiled devilishly, “You know (Y/N), I don’t think I’ve seen him smile so hard before.”

“You pervert!” You attempted to slap him, but Jungkook held your wrist.

“Violence isn’t the answer,”

“This needs to be settled with a good conversation between the two of you.” Jin said, letting go of Jimin’s chest. “Guys, let’s leave.” He waved them to him as he walked to the door.

“Good luck, (Y/N).” Jungkook hugged you extra tightly, “I hope you two can at least stand each other.”

“Just come out when you two are ready,” Jin said, opening the door further for Jungkook who was running out. “Think about all of us?” He said sweetly, closing the door.

You slowly turned your head to face Jimin, “Well why don’t we just start from the beginning?” He slapped his thighs.

You sat down, watching his every move as if you were in the animal kingdom: You the defenseless prey, watching the tiger prowl suspiciously—almost daring you to get a head start only to catch you anyway. “How far?”

“As far as you coming around and meeting me; didn’t like me or something?”

“I mean you did come off as this conceited, know—it—all ass.” You felt some relief on your shoulders. “How was I supposed to like you? I thought I would, but you threw me off.”

He smiled at himself, “You thought you’d like me? Just by sight..” He breathed a laugh, looking down quite satisfied while looking flattered. “What made you think that?”

“That doesn’t matter-”

“Come on, (Y/N)-ah.” He looked at you in the eyes, “We’re supposed to be honest right now—tell each other everything to patch this little misunderstanding up. I won’t judge you, and nothing that is said here will be repeated.”

“I still don’t trust you.” You shot back.

“Fine.” He sighed heavily, “To show you I’m being serious, I’ll go first.” He cleared his throat, “When I first met you, I thought: ‘Wow, she’s really beautiful. She’s even got a sense of humor, and is charming.’ Okay? Remember that,” He nodded, “So I felt I needed to show you my charming self as well—which is probably why you thought I was conceited; I thought we’d get along well, so I gained as much confidence as I could to try to show you the person I am. I have a little trouble with confidence and all of that—and I heard girls liked that, so I tried really hard. I try to impress you, I guess.” He scratched the back of his head, a pink tint showing on his cheeks.

“You liked me?”

“Liked isn’t the right term..”

“Then what is?” You already felt your face getting hot.

“I like you—not liked; still like you, that is.”

“J-Jimin, why do you act so smug then? What made you assume I was the kind of girl who likes a guy that is so full of himself in the first place?”

“I assumed, and not to mention you were kind of giving off that vibe. You were ogling those guys who think they’re the most good looking men in the world on TV that one day at the dorm.” He said lightly.

“Because they are good looking, but a person isn’t anything without a personality.” You shut your mouth after, thinking about what you had just implied: Jimin isn’t good looking.

“Ah..” He nodded slowly, looking down as he tugged at his fingers.

“Jimin, I didn’t mean-”

“No, it’s alright (Y/N)—I understand. If you don’t like me, or don’t have the same feelings, it’s totally alright.” He shrugged.

You groaned loudly, throwing your head back in frustration. “Listen Jimin,” You said loudly, grabbing his shirt in your hands. “You’re more than good looking, okay? You’re hot, cute, adorable, handsome—and so help me god—sexy.” You looked up, “Why can’t you see that? Why can’t you see you don’t need to try so hard, and I’m pretty sure I’d like you shy than a conceited version of yourself.”

“You think I’m hot?” He smirked, “I think you’re pretty sexy yourself..” He trailed off, eyes going from your lips to your eyes. He licked his plump lips, leaning in to close the gap. His plump pillowy lips pushed against yours lightly, making you feel a released you had wished for ever since he had began acting different towards you. “How about we go a little further?” He hovered above you, gently leaning you back.

“But what about the guys?” You asked as he went in between your legs.

“Make up an excuse: We had a lot to discuss.”

“You think that’ll actually work?” You breathed, feeling his tongue graze over your flesh.

“We can hope,” He smiled in the crook of your neck, quickly nipping at your skin.

“Either way, we need to make this quick so they won’t walk in or suspect.” You held the back of his head.

He lowered to your chest, giving soft kisses down the canvas of your breasts. “We don’t have time to be sweet then, do we?” He lifted your shirt up, “Straight to the point—lets go.” He chuckled slightly, pushing your bra up as well. “What’s the time you think we should limit this to?” He asked, taking a mouth full of your breast while playing with the other.

“Just hurry,” You bit your lip, contemplating whether to move on to the actual deed or keep this going. He attempted to unbutton your jeans, but failed miserably. “Need help?” You teased, doing it yourself.

“Your lucky we don’t have the time for punishment,” He said, pulling the bottom of the denim.

“We don’t have the time for anything,” You fumbled with his pants, never disconnecting your lips to see what you were doing.

“I know we don’t,” He looked down quickly, taking his pants off as well.

You saw the bulge in his boxers, begging to be freed and be put down. “Come on,” You took your panties off with one hand. He nodded, taking his boxers off as well. His member popped up, and you pressed your back against the floor again. Jimin sat on his feet, pulling you into his lap as your bottom half rose. He watched himself enter you slowly—careful not to hurt you or make a wrong move. You moaned lightly, feeling him get deeper and deeper in you. When he finally pushed himself into you entirely, he began bouncing you by your hips. He grunted, thrusting into you—wanting more. Before you knew it, he had you on your back begging for more. Your legs were wrapped around his waist, pushing him more into you as you moaned his name over. “Jimin!” You held the back of his neck as he went as fast he could.

“I’m close,” He said in a whispery tone, still having his face buried in your neck. “Say my name.” He commanded, slamming into you harder.

“Jimin!” You yelled, feeling yourself getting closer to your edge as well.

“(Y/N), does this mean we’re together?” He asked, putting your leg over his shoulder.

“If it means more of this, and you acting yourself then yes.”

“What was that?” He hit your sweet spot.

“Ah—Yes, Jimin—Yes!” You cried out as he abused it.

“One more time?” He growled, holding you insanely tight.

“Aish, yes Jimin!” You curled your toes, feeling the rush of your fluids coming out. “Jimin..” You said weakly, watching him still working for his peek. While he still did what he had to do, it made you ride out your high simultaneously.

He shut his eyes, making little sounds as you felt him spill into you. “I have a girlfriend now..” He said breathlessly, leaning forward as he dropped your leg.
