i just want season 3 now

anonymous asked:

i loved Clarke's hair and clothes in the finale i don't know if anyone has seen the cartoon the legend of korra the part were she cuts off her hair with a knife i believe Clarke wanted to start over and gave herself a new look by cutting her hair into a short bob cut i thinks that's what it is called. the clothes she is wearing shows she is a delinquent from space and that her friends are her safe place waiting for them to come home because they are her family i'm just going to sob in a corner

I absolutely freaking love her hair; I liked it in the braid and I like it now that it’s short too. Such a big step up from season 3 hair lmao. Can’t wait for Bellamy to see the new hair ;)

Thank you so much to those behind this project for putting this together, you guys rock!!!!

What I want or what I would change in season 2b/season 3
  • Clary would stop and listen to others because they are the ones who knows more
  • Fair share of screentime for the different pairings.
  • Malec having their intimate scenes without interruptions
  • Luke being a better alpha to his pack and take decisions that are better for then than just for Clary
  • Alec having more fighting scenes
  • More Magnus’ background history
  • For Simon to stop being so clingy with Clary
  • More downworlders screentime
  • Garrobane
  • Malec power battle couple
  • Magnus doing High Warlock bussiness
  • No more censorship for Malec
  • More Izzy without the drug addiction
  • Jace needs a break

I want Keith to have a mental break down at the beginning of Season 3.

I want Keith to just freeze for a moment, not able to comprehend that Shiro’s gone. Again. No.

I want Keith to stare the seat, not blinking, face blank.

I want Keith to shakily look around before his whole body begins to tremble.

I want Keith to call out; “Shiro?” with a croak, a sob threatening his throat as he looked around, movement sharp and hasty.

I want Keith to have a panic attack, short pants, rapidly beating heart, vision blurring then and now.

I want Keith to ignore the other’s calls as his voice got louder and louder by volume, the only word he’s saying is, “Shiro”.

I want Keith to scream his name before crumbling down, beside his seat.

I want Keith’s cheeks wet with fresh tears, a sobbing mess.

I want Keith to brokenly whisper, “Not again, no, not again, please, come back, Shiro…

I want Keith to break down because that’s how much Shiro matters to him.

I want Keith being emotional over Shiro because he lost him again.

I want Keith to do at least one of this so some people can stop belittling their relationship, make stupid memes

I want Keith to realize he’s not alone in this and bond with his friends.

I want Keith to slowly heal, but miss Shiro every night.

I want Keith to become the Black Paladin, broken but determined.

I want Keith to prove those who said he would be a horrible leader wrong.

Was season 3 when Lucas found out about Charlotte.

Lucas behavior in season 3 now makes so much sense. His comments he made to Caleb in the science lab. Now are a huge clue .

Caleb : I know all about Mona being A.

Lucas : That’s just the tip of the iceberg a lot more underneath the surface.

Caleb : Ancent history

Lucas : More like current events , you know ripped from today’s headlines

Caleb: What headlines are talking about ?

(Lucas doesn’t answer and he pauses as if he wants to say. He is struggling with something. Then he changed the subject.)

Lucas : icebergs turn over did you know that? They just roll over and bring up all that buried junk. You don’t want rock get to close when that happens.

Caleb : Is that a threat ?

Lucas : it’s an observation.

This scene is before the science lab it’s the reason Caleb even went to talk to Lucas. He comes out of the principal office and Hanna sees him and goes after him to see if he is okay. Lucas has to ice a letter to his parents about how he has been in school lately. Lucas change came out of nowhere and now it’s clear that he just found out about Charlotte. And all that she had been through.

Lucas was seen at Radley by Hanna and the new she confronted him outside of Radley with Caleb.

Hanna goes after him and accuse him a visiting Mona.

Lucas says maybe and he could have a lot of emotional disturbed friends.

And Hanna says she saw him going into the Day room.

At that point Lucas has to lie in say he is visiting Mona .

They don’t know about Charlotte why else would he be there.

I really think this is when he begin dealing with the information Charlotte had given him.

Then we see Lucas again he is happy and tells Hanna he has a gf but we never meet her . I think it was Charlotte he was talking about.

But I wonder if the feelings are one side and he was just in love with Charlotte. And that’s how she got him to help her at first .

me at 11 pm any given night: i am so content knowing it’s just me and my bed and these next few hours of sleep, i have never felt more at peace than now and i can’t wait for this long night of rest ahead of me

me at 4 am: mickey loves ian so much. he gave up his entire life seeking revenge for him. he tattooed his name over his heart. remember when he told fiona “don’t fucking tell me what’s impossible”? he had endured so much abuse and he hated himself and denied himself what he wanted for 3 whole seasons. he never imagined that his relationship with ian was possible nonetheless that it could be public and he could be out and at peace with himself but it DID HAPPEN so now he KNOWS it’s possible! he overcame so much fear! he was finally approaching real happiness and then that happiness was threatened! he didn’t deserve to feel scared again but he stayed with ian and he got him the help he needed. he loved ian so fucking much and then ian broke up with him because he somehow actually felt like mickey wouldn’t want to deal with him. MICKEY VOWED TO BE WITH HIM THROUGH THICK AND THIN, GOOD TIMES AND BAD. they were more than boyfriends or lovers or whatever, they were BEST FRIENDS since season 1 and yet ian didn’t even visit mickey in jail. even after ian told mickey he had to be bribed to visit, mickey still asked him if he would wait. he told ian to lie that he would because that tiny bit of hope could help him hold up. he told ian that the only thing that kept him going was the thought of them being together in mexico, away from all the shit in their past and just together and free even if it could never truly be perfect. MICKEY LOVED IAN SO FUCKING MUCH AND HE DID NOT DESERVE TO HAVE TO LEAVE HIM. but at the same time, neither of them could control their future. it was fucked from the minute mickey got arrested and him escaping jail only further complicated things even though mickey could very well be happy as an escaped convict. THEY did not deserve to have so much against them and MICKEY did not deserve to have his life screwed over again so quickly after finding some semblance of peace. i just want mickey milkovich to be happy.

12x22: Dean Winchester is going to die

Well, when I was new, I wrote a whole post about this, about how early episodes but especially 12x11 foreshadowed that Performing!Dean was going to be deconstructed by the end of the season… Fans self.

The death of Performing!Dean in this episode was BEAUTIFUL. It was EXQUISITE. I couldn’t have asked for MORE!

I literally grabbed and punched @amwritingmeta in the leg I don't know how many times as I paused it to point and shout.

1. The Grenade Launcher

So, the grenade launcher = performing!Dean metaphor. We had hoped and boy did they deliver! Did anyone else notice, while Dean was *ahem* knocking down the seemingly unpenetrable physical walls, that, maybe it was my weird link, but it seemed to me that the flashing ‘red’ lights in the MoL bunker were decidedly pinky-purpley in colour rather than standard alarm bells red and the flashlights glowed on the blue side of white… (the MoL HQ lights are also brightly pinky-purple to keep the theme going, I mean honestly what self respecting 1950s MoL guy chose this for the bunker instead of the usual red? Please!) Just saying.

“It wasn’t long ago I thought we had it made. We had Cas back, we had mom back. I mean it wasn’t perfect but still…”.  This is it. Dean’s facade has been coming down all season, but at this point now, he just doesn’t see the point in holding it up anymore.

And what does Sam do? HE OPENS UP TO DEAN. He tells Dean how he feels, the reasons why he followed the MoL - that it was “easier than leading”, that he made a mistake. This enables Dean to be truthful himself, in the end, now. Again, they have had many times to reflect on their own deaths but this is another time similar to 11x23 where he can really reflect on what he has lost, and now what is that? Cas and Mary.

Dean uses the grenade launcher, that he’s been dying to do since forever, blows down the impenetrable seeming wall, saves the day. How meta do we need to go? It’s BLATANT. The choice in the colour of the lights, the dialogue, his feelings… the walls are Dean’s facade and the grenade launcher is his way of breaking it down. YES. This has been building all season and much prior to this other meta writers have said that he grenade launcher is associated with Dean’s hidden side, his bisexuality, Destiel etc… this is meta gold, THIS is a meta aspect Dabb was talking about. Toni even then parallels the tearing down of Mary’s mental wall with Dean’s physical use of the grenade launcher, just moments after. It is so well put together :D

Also, I have long believed that the bunker had to go. It represents too much the MoL side of things and the whole ‘living below ground’ thing is way too underground / metaphorically bad. For me they need a real, healthy home which is in between Bobby’s hunter house and the MoL bunker. Hopefully they will find a nice modern MoL home with kit but that isn’t so hidden above ground somewhere next season to take over and make their own :D

2. Sam the MoL leader

“Real hunting isn’t just about killing, it’s about doing whats right… I want you to follow me”. We have wanted this for Sam all season, the MoL story fits his personal arc so well (so did Eileen, still bitter), this is Sam’s endgame. Sam said just moments earlier that he didn’t want to lead, but now he is, because it is necessary and because he is good at it. I believe he will now see that this is what he wants and will work towards this for his endgame.

This then leads to…

3. Dean and Sam - ending the brodependency and Dean as Sam’s parent

Dean lets Sam go, the dialogue is amazing. “You’re ready for this… you got this” paralleled with an actual mom/daughter conversation between Jody and Alex.

Dean literally talks to Sam like a parent letting their child go off to college and I had to pause this for a long long moment to process and scream “they’re actually going there!” not even knowing what was coming next… man…

Then comes the Mary / Dean scene.

4. Dean and Mary

This was always going to be what Mary led to for Dean’s arc. After Amara had started this addressing of Dean’s facade in season 11 and Mary is basically an extension of Amara this season re: Dean (in the same way that she still has to influence Sam’s arc re: Lucifer, that is for next season). I LOVED how BLATANT and textual they made this, the actual lack of subtext because it was all in the ACTUAL TEXT!

Firstly, Dean considers letting Toni go, which I had expected, to show the difference between our boys (morality) and the MoL as monsters.

Then… “Dad was just a shell…I had to be a father and a mother to keep him safe, and that wasnt fair, and I couldnt do it, and you wanna know what that was like? They killed the girl that he loved, he got possessed by Lucifer, they tortured him in hell and he lost his soul…But I forgive you, for everything.” MY HEART!

Ok, yeah, they did the thing, they brought Jess up 30 mins before killing the guy that Dean loves after not mentioning her for…. A DECADE? And paralleling one of the few scenes we ever saw her in with Dean/Cas too? After we already had the parallel with Dean seeing Cas when driving along, same as Sam did? So, only the scene of Sam and Jess in the bar and the scene where Dean actually meets her haven’t been paralleled now with Dean/Cas? I’M LIVING!

But seriously. The rest is exactly what we, the audience needed to understand Dean and to show casual viewers Dean’s inner angst in order to understand the facade coming down, this is exactly what Dean needed. He has come full circle, this is the start of the culmination of the end of Performing!Dean (which Jensen has no said at Jibcon will be furthered in season 13!).

Dean actually TELLS Mary in his mind that he hates her, but that he loves her. That he had to be Sam’s mother and father, and that it wasn’t FAIR. This is so important, that he didnt just say that it happend and that it sucked, but that it wasn’t FAIR and that he did not DESERVE IT.

This is Dean addressing not just his mother but how HE feels about it, how he feels about HIMSELF, that he is saying that he DESERVES MORE and has SELF WORTH.

These are all the words I have been using since 12x01 re: Dean . I’m so happy!

5. Ketch kills Toni, Mary kills Ketch after Dean beats him to a pulp, PERFECT, Jody kills Hess, again perfect.

This had to happen to keep our boys on the ‘don’t kill humans unless they HAVE to’ side, especially after Dean considered letting Toni go. Thank you.

6. Winchester family reunion

Sam’s forgiveness of Mary, Dean’s reaction to the happy family hug (it’s great but someone is missing…). “Who we are… we kick ass. We save the world”

SAM AND DEAN ARE ACCEPTING THEMSELVES THIS SEASON. In 12x09 Sam said it, now Dean says it. After all the angst this episode and for Dean all season…

This whole episode was for me the culmination of the deconstruction of Performing!Dean this season, which has been the main theme carried through on the character - driven side of things, it was beautiful.

In many ways I view this as the character - led season finale and 12x23 as the plot - led season finale (which I will post my thoughts on right up next).

I cannot WAIT to see the result of this episode come across next season.

We have not only now Performing!Dean pretty much dead or on his way out, the Dean Winchester is going to die metaphor was fully used and was fantastic, but coupled with Cas being brutally taken away from Dean, the parallels with 2 key canon romantic couples (Sam/Jess and Cain/Colette) in this within SECONDS of each other, plus the Jibcon revelations that we will see more of Dean’s reaction to this in season 13, apparently crying (and Jared not even hiding Destiel jokes now) make me pretty much 100% convinced Destiel is really endgame now.

Aside from this we now have Dean accepting himself, his internal self acceptance arc coming to a close, Sam’s MoL arc coming up and I will touch on the other aspects of the story for Sam in the next post as they are relevant to Lucifer / Jack, and Cas’s arc too…

Season 13 is already set up for exactly the endgame I am wishing for!

Tink’s Endgame Wishlist :

- Mol! Sam (and Eileen, Chuck I’m still bitter about that though, I really hoped her death would turn out to be a misdirection). Pretty much CHECK.

- Hunter / Mol collaboration with Sam and Dean as leaders. Pretty much CHECK.

- End of the brodependency, Dean acknowledging he was Sam’s parent and letting him go. CHECK.

- End of Performing!Dean. Pretty much CHECK.

- Human!Cas and self worth and belonging for his arc. TBA probably next season, what happened this season makes no sense if not to lead to this.

- Destiel. Pretty much CHECK. (And now after seeing Jibcon and the boys just joking about it all the time? Yeah, I don’t think they have an issue with this!).

Lance bi senses are tingling

So, i just saw the new shot from season 3 and i have a theory again.
We all remember the official art when we triggered to the bi Lance idea.

It’s so obvious i don’t have to explain, and the fact that Shiro will play a role in this plot. Don’t know how and why but he’s the one who will be there for Lance in this topic. So, i really like the Klance theory and i can see the little signs or the the signs what we just want to see (XD), but now i just thought about it and Lance part of this interest is not very strong. There was a point where i just thought about Lance and Lotor but… no, that would be a mess, interesting but very hard to imagine Shiro to assist in that romance. :D
And here is the horse whom i put my bet:

Freakin’ Matt Rebel Hotmess Holt. A ‘new’ character in the story who will probably interact with the team and Shiro would totally approve!

For now i just have this much of this theory, would think about more but i just have to hurry. :P

If Klance happens in Season 3...

I honestly don’t want anyone to tell Shiro once he returns. By that time, it’s just common knowledge to everyone in the Castle that Keith and Lance are an item now. So when Shiro comes back, everyone just kinda forgets that he doesn’t know yet and since Keith and Lance try not to be too touchy-feely in front of everyone else, Shiro just assumes that they bonded as leader and right-hand man while he was away and is completely oblivious until weeks later when they share a kiss a on cheek during breakfast. Cue Shiro losing his shit and panicking, ‘WHEN DID THIS HAPPEN?”  And everyone’s like Oh yeah, that’s a thing. Sorry forgot to tell you.”

*Sees Keith and Lance fighting Galra back to back perfectly in sync*

Shiro: Awesome teamwork guys! Keep it up!

*Sees Keith and Lance walking down the hall, chatting and laughing together*

Shiro: Oh wow, those two must have really bonded while I was gone. I’m so proud of them.

*Sees Keith and Lance sharing a dance at some alien celebration*

Shiro: Awwww, so cute. Never thought I’d see the day those two become such good buddies.”

*Sees Keith plant a kiss on Lance’s cheek as he sits down for breakfast. Nobody bats an eye*

—  Can’t we just stop and argue, now? Be done with it?

—  I don’t want to argue.

I know some of you will think I’m being dramatic but you have to at least try to understand I saw Even getting the season as me, as someone who has a mental disorder, finally being heard for my struggle.

Disorders on TV and film are always 1 of 3 things at least: 1. downplayed 2. dramatised 3. inaccurately represented.

I wanted, just once, for it to be done right and I truly believe Julie would have taken the time to give me that.

A few episodes touching on it isn’t enough, I saw after the finale that people were saying ‘okay so Even’s fine now’ NO. Mental disorders are never that simple, there’s no magic fix, they are something people struggle with every day, even if they’re on medication, that only eases it, it doesn’t magically go away.

That’s why I wanted an Even season, so people can see the every day struggle of a disorder, from the perspective of someone with one. Disorders are always from an outside perspective and the person who has the disorder rarely gets to explain how it really feels; at the end of the day, that’s all I wanted… to be heard.

Unpopular opinion about HTGAWM

Unpopular opinion but I actually liked the finale????

Like, I totally and completely understand where everyone’s anger and disappointment is coming from, but I thought that all in all, it was a good way to end season 3 and it leaves a lot of new potential storylines for season 4.

Now, here are some things I wanted to talk about:

1. Wes’ death:

Yes, I am pissed that they ACTUALLY killed off Wes. I was pretty damn sure that the body being “moved” was just an excuse to cover up for the fact that THERE WAS NO BODY because HE DIDN’T ACTUALLY DIE. I thought that that was going to be the big plot twist/OMG moment. I was latching onto the possibility that maybe, just maybe, he faked his own death with the help of whomever he called on the phone in the cab that night. I was wrong. HOWEVER… I get WHY the writers did that. Killing off, for example, Frank simply would NOT have had the same emotional response from the audience and wouldn’t have really opened up any new and exciting storylines to explore in the future either. Same thing with killing off Nate. (It seems that the majority of the fandom is kind of indifferent about his character, so the consequences of his death would have been lackluster for the most part – other than some inevitable scenes of Annalise grieving). Killing off Simon (the annoying new guy) would have just been plain dumb and a total cop out. As sad as it is, Wes’ death is opening the door to a lot of new storylines. Killing off Connor, Laurel, Michaela, etc. without knowing enough of their respective backstories first would have been stupid and unfair. At least with Wes, we’ve already spent 2+ seasons exploring his backstory in great, great depth. Most of the main storylines on the show revolved around him. Now his arc has come to an end and it has undoubtedly impacted every. single. character. The fact that it was overwhelming tragic continues to show what we all already know about HTGAWM: it’s one of the REALEST shows out there in terms of depicting everyday life and social issues. HTGAWM is woke af. There’s no denying that. Life is tragic. Did they really have to kill off Wes? No, of course not. But did really have to make Annalise be raped repeatedly by her uncle when she was just a little girl? What about Bonnie? No, right? And did they really have to make Annalise be in a car accident that caused her to lose her unborn child, thus traumatizing her for the rest of her life? Nope. But you know what? These things happen in real life and not a lot of shows have the BALLS to depict that on screen. HTGAWM does. Wes’ death is so powerful precisely because of how UNFAIR it was. I’m not justifying it. I’m just saying it makes for powerful storytelling. Again, how many of you would have cried if it had been Frank or Nate? Likely, not many. Would Frank dying have started a discussion about the kind of crap POC experience everyday? That was the point. In conclusion, at least Wes’ character was not rushed, his death was premature for the character but not for the story, and at least now we can focus on Laurel, Michaela, Connor, Oliver and put the spotlight on their backstories more.

2. Annalise throwing Wes under the bus

Idk why so many people were upset about this. This is literally what Annalise has been doing since day 1. She’s a brilliant character but has ALWAYS been morally questionable. Season 2 Episode 4, anyone?? That was the EPITOME of Annalise’s dubious morality! Do you guys remember what Michaela said to her after they framed Nate in season 1? “How are we supposed to be okay with this? He’s innocent. And he’s Black.” Here’s the thing: Annalise framed an INNOCENT Nate for Sam’s murder. And you know what? After the framing served its purpose (protecting Wes and the others), she got him off about four episodes later with Eve’s help. She then framed an INNOCENT Catherine Hapstall for Sinclair’s murder AND her own shooting/attempted murder (at the hands of Wes, might I add). And you know what? She took the blame away from Catherine literally in the next episode. Right now, Annalise has pinned Rebecca’s murder on Wes and has also outed Wes as Sam’s killer (which, remember, is NOT a lie… Like Bonnie said, Wes IS a murderer) Why did Annalise do that? Well, to prevent them all (herself, Nate, Bonnie, Michaela, Connor – WHO WAS KIDNAPPED AT THE TIME, Laurel, Oliver, Asher, Frank) from going to jail! And you know what?? I’m willing to bet that next season she’ll think of something to restore his good name and image (just like she did with Nate and Catherine) AND get back at Denver. She just couldn’t do it all at once. Poor woman needed a break after the LITERAL HELL she’s been through. She just needed an impromptu solution asap.

3. Wes’ killer being Laurel’s dad

Not random at all, seeing as how WE DON’T EVEN KNOW THE MOTIVE YET. If when we finally find out his motive and it turns out to be lame and stupid, THEN we should complain!! NOT NOW!!! In season 1, we didn’t know WHY Frank was the one who murdered Lila. It seemed random as fuck. Then in season 2, we find out why and it was such a well-written and complex backstory that even managed to involve a number of characters (Sam. Annalise, Eve, Wes, the Mahoneys, etc.) Pete Nowalk already confirmed that we’ll be finding out more about Laurel’s family and backstory next season so CHILL. (Side note: My personal theory is that Annalise hired Laurel’s dad to murder Frank – since the first hit man she hired failed – and the guy that Laurel’s dad hired messed up and killed Wes instead. That would explain Frank saying to Annalise, “I know it should have been me.” That would also make Laurel’s “It should have been YOU” to Frank at the hospital technically be considered foreshadowing/a clue/hint).

4. Laurel’s and Oliver’s offensive comments

Laurel’s telling Connor to kill himself was NOT OKAY. Oliver assuming Laurel’s dad worked for a drug cartel because he’s Mexican is NOT OKAY. You know what else is not okay? The way Annalise treats Bonnie, Annalise also telling Frank he should kill himself just a few episodes back, Connor telling Laurel she should get an abortion and that it was good that Wes died, etc. These aren’t writer flaws. They are CHARACTER FLAWS. It is BELIEVABLE that after all the traumatizing shit these people have gone through, that once in a while, a darker and uglier side of them comes out. A side that will make them go, “I’m sorry… That wasn’t me…” later. That makes sense to me. Is it okay? No, of course it’s not okay. But it’s believable. They are human beings completely capable of fucking up and unintentionally hurting others, especially when they’re panicking, when they’re in the middle of a crisis, and after all this life-changing insanity that’s ruined their lives and screwed them over and has likely permanently damaged them and, let’s be real, has probably given them suicidal thoughts, too.

Let’s remember that HTGAWM continues to be one of the most diverse shows out there, with an abundance of POC and LGBT+ actors and characters, and that it also shines light on a variety of pressing social issues. That’s it, y’all. That’s all I wanted to say.

So… see you all in season 4.

(Sorry if there are typos in this post. I don’t feel like proofreading).

i’m hurt. and angry. and bitter. and filled with resentment. and sad.

let me be.

what is going on? what … what is this mess of a season? after the high of s3, and the way julie wrote, directed, shot, edited, and gave us s3 … seriously? this is what she is giving us in s4 now? this????

where even the social media updates are so damn sloppy, that they have to keep on deleting them, taking them down, fixing the errors, and then reposting them. why such a low level of care and lack of attention to detail? why? this is your final season, this shouldn’t be happening?

if you’re gonna have a muslim woc as your final season main, when you KNOW how huge of a deal islam and the ill treatment of islam and the escalating levels of islamophobia that are on the rise bc of the current political climate we live in, when you KNOW all these things, when you KNOW you have muslim poc who are pining their hopes and dreams onto you for correct portrayal and accurate representation of them, when you KNOW all of this …

then, why? why is this season not even focusing on islam or sana?

this is not your “i’m gonna tie up loose ends and dump *spins wheel and rolls dice* ah!, sana as my main for it” season. no.

julie, if you can address huge topics like homosexuality, (internalised) homophobia, mental illness and ableism as well as you did last season, then you most CERTAINLY can do the same for islam, islamophobia, racism and xenophobia.

i am hurt, as a muslim woc, with this season. and all of you know how much i love skam. how much it means to me. but this? what is this? this isn’t sana’s season at all! this is STILL HAVING NOORA and her never ending sob story of a waste of time storyline about her bullshit flop romance, that is eating and eating and eating away at the minutes of screentime that should be focusing on sana.

i get it. you wanna show sana as lonely. you wanna show all the girls seperate from her. you wanna show islamophobia in the sense of how your own friends can’t even accept you. but … atleast show some more islam with it too? islam isn’t just the salah and the adhaan app sounding. islam is so vast and huge, that you could have EASILY generated discussion or slipped in a topic here or there about things in islam.

episode 1 was so promising. so, so promising. i thought to myself, finally … finally. but its just gone downhill from there.

having a non muslim character in yousef recalling events that don’t even primarily involve him, and then that causing islam to have a bad name bc of his “bc mikael’s very religious” and then showing him drinking??? and not even providing us answers??? making mikael so ABSENT when he plays such a central role in this story?? and mikael was the one who was breaking up the fight between elias and mahdi, so he clearly doesn’t do violent confrontation. what is up with this laziness of half showing mikael and half not??? not giving us answers for elias’ recent strange behaviour??? THIS IS THE CONTENT we wanna see being addressed, julie, not noora and the russebuss, SO WHY AREN’T YOU DELIVERING?????

and then … “i’ve taken the best parts of religion and dropped the rest”, “if religion is so good then why does it split society?” … what the fuck??? and ever since then, this had fed into this constant running theme of muslims vs the gays, and i’m sick of it. it is testing my patience now. when islam IS being shown, its being shown like this???? especially after sana last season said to isak “hate doesn’t come from religion, it comes from fear” …. WHAT IS GOING ON????

all this suffering sana is going through. it is one thing to show sana lonely. but … i can’t believe she STILL hasn’t corrected vilde as of yet? yes, sana is a girl of few words, but that doesn’t mean she doesn’t speak up. so, why has she still not yet?

pitting the white woman vs the woc? seriously julie? seriously? are we really fucking doing this?????? really??? this UGLY ASS age old trope, why julie? WHY? i thought you’d be the LAST writer to use this trope.

i’m just … so, so, so disappointed. so disappointed with the way this season has gone. i feel cheated, betrayed, hurt, as a muslim fan. i know julie can write better, especially after season 3. so why now? why are you not coming through? this isn’t what us muslim fans wanted.

Warning: flashing image below!

Chapter Three of a Fatal_Error has Occurred will start in a few weeks!

Taking a break before starting this past chapter made a HUGE difference in how quickly, efficiently, and stress-free creating updates was for me because I spent time writing a script, sketching updates ahead of time, and getting organized. So that’s how I’m going to approach this upcoming chapter as well :) This’ll also give me a chance to just draw and derp around and have a bit of fun with the asks, which I’ve missed doing :D

Also, we’ve finally reached the point in the story that I can start introducing some other story elements that I’d like to explore, like the File Not Found comic. And I think ya’ll will be interested to see what I have in mind as well ;) But this requires some pretty careful planning, and I want to make sure I get it right, and at the level of quality I hold myself to. So look out for announcements about this in the weeks to come~

Along with all of this (and on a more personal note) I’ve got a LOT of things going on in my life right now, both blog/comic related and not, and I just need some time to take care of things right now so that I can keep working on my art in the future the way that I want to :) It’s nothing bad, I promise, but as a seasoned procrastinator it’s just important that I take some things seriously and handle my potato business like the potato I am.

Anywhoo! As for the main comic, ya’ll will know when I’m ready to get things started once I post the Chapter Three cover :3 I thank ya’ll in advance for your patience! <3

I hope everyone is laughing just as hard as I am that Jimbo is too “preoccupied with his subplot” to give a shit that Ed wants him to be his mortal enemy.

Ed: *strolling into the GCPD* JIMMY! Riddle me this –

Jim: *waves him off* Not now, Ed.

Ed: *slowly lowering the trigger in his hand* But…I’m going to blow up the city.

Jim: That’s nice, Ed. *walks away*

Ed: But… blow up… the city….

Isn’t it weird how Sana’s character stayed the say throughout s1, s2 and s3? Considering everyone else is seen through the main’s pov, thus they change according to how the main sees them, it’s a testament that two of Sana’s best friends saw her the same way? And in a very straight forward way? As if Sana wasn’t anything other than tough and outspoken? Sana is tough, Sana gives advice, Sana doesn’t take shit from anyone and if you try to prove her wrong, she won’t back down. Sana is stubborn, Sana observes but hardly talks.
Now that Sana is the main, from the moment the first clip began I saw a very different Sana. She’s calmer, even though she “snapped” at Vilde it was different than other times. When she tried to tell Isak and Even why she was late, her voice got quieter as the rest of the boys’ voices got louder. I could barely hear her. That’s not the Sana we saw in s1-3 and to me that’s so upsetting. Not because I want to see the same Sana we saw in past seasons. It’s just that I’m realising that nobody truly saw Sana? That her own friends can’t see Sana for who she is. That her own friends can’t understand some things about Sana, that she can’t just talk to her friends about everything that’s going on in her life and I know it’s only one clip and only two chats but they were so meaningful?? We got to see so much of how she feels with Sana barely saying anything once again.

Ok so i just saw Lion 4 and?? What? the fuck? that was awful. Anything interesting that could have happened was thrown away in favor of “oh haha we just didn’t know if you were gonna be a boy or a girl :)”. Its like the most boring cop out ending outside of “it was a dream the entire time”. All that buildup for nothing, no plot, just a waste of time. We didn’t learn ANYTHING except that Rose has a garbage dump (that we’re probably never gonna see again) and that Nora is Steven’s name if he were a girl.

And the worst part is…we didn’t need this episode at all. We didn’t need Steven looking for his ‘magical destiny’ BECAUSE HE SHOULD ALREADY KNOW WHAT THAT IS. He knows that 1- Rose and the other Crystal Gems fought against Homeworld to protect Earth, 2- that Homeworld is still going after Earth, (Peridot and Jasper, the cluster, “Then there’s still time”- Yellow Diamond) AND 3- HE SAYS HIMSELF IN THE EXTENDED INTRO- “I will fight to be everything that everybody wants me to be when I’m grown”. HE ALREADY KNOWS. Why are we JUST NOW getting episodes with Steven being like “huh I wonder what I’m supposed to be doing with my powers” 4 SEASONS IN WHEN HE’S ALREADY FOUGHT AGAINST HOMEWORLD BEFORE.
