- Louis and Elk got papped, they look like they hate each other, she looks awful

- Harry got papped, thousands of pics with stalkers

- Harry got a Jackson, Arlo, and bee tattoo (bee might not be 100% confirmed, but it’s like 98% sure)

“ Do you think I’m poor because I want to be? Do you think I’m jobless because I hate working? I thought someone should have mercy on us after so many tries. Why is it always 100 against 1? What am I supposed to do? I did everything you told me do. What am I supposed to do when it’s not working out?”

Honestly? Jin and Jimin are /adults/. They’re not catty teenage girls going behind each others backs and insulting each other, this was a part of a /game/, where the point is to roast someone basically.

Obviously, no one is trying to say that the statement that Jin made was okay or not uncalled for in any way (it personally made me cringe, and yeah, I’d rather it not have been said). But to criticize those kinds of statements means you should criticize them when they’re being used against anyone, including the /countless/ times they were used against other members i.e. Jin.

Going back to the adult thing, Jin and Jimin work and live together, and have for almost 5+ years. All of the boys are very close, and if there is an issue, I am sure at this point they are mature enough to address it with one another and talk it out.

Let’s appreciate our beautiful queen, Queen H₩A$A 💋

AU for 12x11

Sam hasn’t been blackout drunk for a couple of years, not since the night that he got Dean back from demonhood and put away nearly an entire bottle of Jack. That time he woke up face down in his pillows, fully clothed with his dislocated shoulder shooting violent bolts of pain down his spine. This time, he comes to with the sky wheeling white above him, his clothes damp and his knees muddy and twigs and leaves in his hair. He sits up, hauls himself to his feet and staggers forward a dozen yards or so to emerge onto a jogging track, a woman in bright lycra thudding past with headphones in her ears. His legs are bruised and aching and his mind is… fuck, so foggy, a great roiling cloud of nothingness, and he has to stop thinking about that right fucking now if he wants to stay calm. He runs his hands through his hair, dislodging a beetle and a shower of debris, tries to straighten up his clothes. He finds his phone in his pocket, the screen shattered and dead. Great. But the next woman down the track has a guy alongside her, a personal trainer maybe, so Sam steps forward hoping that he won’t intimidate them both away.

“Hey,” he says, hoarse. “Can I – I’m sorry. Can I borrow your phone?”

fitzsimmons + 10 if you're up for it? :)

things you said that made me feel like shit’ – okay, I know this is super cheating, but I just couldn’t bear to have Jemma or Fitz say something like this especially with current canon haha. So it’s a different kind of heartache!

—–

“I hate you!” James screams, his face scrunched up in the devastating combination of impotent fury and heartbreak that only the very young can manage. “I hate you and I wish I’d never been born!”

Every cell in Fitz’s body seems to still; synapses refuse to fire in his brain. Is this parenthood? he wonders. He hadn’t known letting a piece of your own heart free into the world would mean there was the possibility of it returning ashamed and angry and wishing for annihilation as some nuclear option solution.

“I think you should go to your room now,” Fitz says, voice even and unflinching. “Just go to your room and stay there until you’ve calmed down.”

James turns and runs, stomping so loudly that dirty dishes rattle in the sink. He slams his bedroom door shut and Fitz winces at the echoing sound.

Fitz presses his fingers against the bridge of his nose, feeling slightly dizzy at how quickly the situation had spun out of control. He replayed his own words in his head and couldn’t see where he might have avoided the escalation. But of course he’s missing something. What other explanation could there be?

He walks to James’s bedroom door and knocks softly. When there’s no response he rests his forehead against the wood and closes his eyes.

“I just want you to know that I love you, James,” he says. “Nothing will change that, okay?”

“Go away!” James yells, and so Fitz does. What else is there to do when your own son hates you? What more can possibly be said?

++

When Jemma arrives from a late shift in the lab, the usually-cheery house is eerily silent and dark.

“Fitz?” she calls. “James?” She’s not worried, per se, but living the sort of life she’s lived has given her an edge. Sometimes, she still sees monsters lurking in the corners.

She finds Fitz first, sitting at the kitchen table with his head resting against his arms. She can sense sorrow thick as molasses pooling from him.

“Fitz?” she asks again, more softly this time. She sits down next to him and rests a hand on his shoulder, which finally causes him to look up. She can tell he’s been crying and her immediate reaction is to worry about their son.

“He’s fine,” Fitz says, as if reading her thoughts. He jerks his head over his shoulder, in the vague direction of their son’s bedroom. “We got into an…argument.”

“Oh, Fitz,” Jemma says in sympathy. James was normally the sweetest, most well-behaved boy, tender enough to melt your heart, but in the past year he’d decided yelling was the best way to air his frustrations.

“I’m absolute shite at this,” Fitz whispers, burying his head into his arms again. “I have no idea what to say to him.”

“You are not! It’s just a phase…I hope.” She realizes at the same time that Fitz scoffs that she probably hadn’t been very reassuring.

“He said,” and here Fitz lowers his voice even more, as if what James has said is some demon that can be brought forth by simply uttering its name, “he said he hated me and that he wished he’d never been born. That’s…Jemma, he’s eight and his biggest regret is that he exists.”

Jemma’s heart clenches tightly and she chokes on the inhale. Talk of regrets is, all these years later, still a delicate balancing act in their household. She rests her head against his arm, gripping his elbow with her hand. “Fitz, that’s not his biggest regret. He was just throwing a tantrum. He said the same thing to me the other week.”

At this, Fitz looks up, his normally bright eyes dulled with pain but questioning nonetheless. “He said that to you? You didn’t mention it.”

Jemma scrunches up her face, realizing suddenly that she hadn’t. “Of course I was going to,” she shrugs. “But then your mum came to pick him up and he was happy as ever when he came back. And we were in the middle of that big project. It just slipped my mind.”

“It slipped your mind?” Fitz repeats incredulously, as if he can’t imagine how something so awfully momentous could have fallen into the background of their lives.

Jemma smiles, running her hands lightly through his overgrown curls. “One of the boys at school was yelling at his mum the other day. I think they’re all feeding off each other a bit. Anyway, honestly, I don’t think it’s a huge deal. Children say these things. Didn’t you ever say something like that to your mum when you were a kid?”

But even as she says it, even as Fitz’s eyes widen at her question, she knows he never did. Fitz and his mum had been each other’s only allies. It had been the two of them—against his father, against a world they wanted to believe was beautiful despite its cruelty, despite how horribly it had let them down. No, Fitz would never have told his mother he hated her, would never have even thought it.

Jemma wraps her arms around her husband, as if she can shield him from everything. From bullets, from evil organizations infiltrating their lives, from an eight-year-old’s careless words.

“I love you,” she says, peppering kisses along his face. “I love you and James loves you and you are an excellent father. We’ll talk to him together, okay?”

Fitz melts into her, nodding carefully. Jemma sighs. Marriage and parenthood were her two favorite things she’d ever experienced in a lifetime of amazing experiences, but how was she to know letting pieces of your heart reside in other people could amplify your own sorrow?

Jemma places a kiss against his forehead, breathing in the scent of home, knowing her heart had never completely been her own anyway.

++

Fitz jerks awake, not entirely certain where he is, when he realizes his son is standing at his bedside.

“Daddy?” he whispers, voice thick with tears, and Fitz sits up in concern.

“What is it, James? Are you okay?” Next to him, Jemma hasn’t even stirred.

James shakes his head at the question and throws himself into Fitz’s arms, crying wretchedly into his chest. “I’m sorry, Daddy. I didn’t mean it. I don’t know why I said it. I love you, I promise.”

Fitz draws his legs up so that James is cocooned in his arms and rocks him gently, like he’d done when he was young. James usually fidgets out of his grasp if he feels he’s in any way being treated like a baby, but now he relaxes into Fitz’s embrace, nearly boneless with relief.

“I love you, too, James,” Fitz says against the top of his son’s head. His soft hair reminds Fitz of when he’d been just a baby, of cupping his perfect head in his hands and being terrified and enamored beyond belief.

“You’re my best friend,” James says quietly, and Fitz loses the battle with his own tears at the admission.

“It’s okay,” Fitz reassures him. “It’s going to be okay.” They sit this way for a while, Fitz gently stroking his son’s hair, before he realizes that James is about to fall asleep in his arms.

“How about I take you back to bed?” he asks, but James grips Fitz’s waist tighter and shakes his head.

“Okay,” Fitz says, pretending to think carefully. “How about you stay in here tonight, and tomorrow we make Mummy pancakes so she doesn’t get cross with us?”

James nods and allows Fitz to carefully lift him from his arms and place him in between his parents. Fitz shifts to his side so he’s facing James and kisses his cheek. “Let’s just go to sleep. You’ll feel better in the morning.”

Jemma moves in her sleep suddenly and James widens his eyes, putting a finger to his lips to shush his father. Fitz nods in agreement and they both hold their breath. A moment passes, and then another, and then Jemma turns until she’s curled up protectively against James, still sound asleep.

James grins over at Fitz and then snuggles closer to him. They’re both asleep within minutes.

“i cant imagine how that feels” is my favourite stock phrase because while it does validate the recipient it is also just a statement of fact

IS THERE GONNA BE A SECOND PART OF THE OTHER GIRL??? PLEASE SAY YES

Author’s note: YES!!! You can read part one here

The Other Girl part 2

The hell?

You shifted uncomfortably in your seat, trying to avoid Zen’s glare. His scarlet eyes narrowed as you squirmed.

Just ignore him… ignorehimignorehimignorehimignore

“MC?”

“Him-Ah, I-I mean, what?”

Crap, I’m not crying again, am I?

“…I asked if you invited Allergy to the next party,” Seven leaned forward, slightly tilting his head. His eyes softened, silently asking if everything was okay.

You gave him a reassuring smile. “Yeah, I sent an-”

“MC, can you help me with something in the kitchen?”

Zen moved his petite girlfriend off his lap and stood up. He walked out of the room without an answer.

I guess I don’t have much of a choice…

You sunk farther back into your chair and closed your eyes.

Maybe I can pretend I didn’t hear him.

“MC, aren’t you going to help him?”

You gritted your teeth and slowly stood.

“I guess I will, Yoosung.”

As you walked away, Yoosung ‘hmph’ed.

“Who spit in her coffee this morning,” he muttered.

Life. Life spit in my coffee.

You peeked your head into the kitchen.

“Zen?”

“Over here.”

Zen looked over at you, the familiar glare returning to his face.

Oh my gosh-

“-What the hell is your problem?”

Zen continued to stare at you, completely ignoring your question. The kitchen light above you flickered, and the low hum of the refrigerator filled the heavy silence.

“I don’t have to put up with this.”

As you turned away, a warm hand grabbed your wrist.

“Wait.”

Slowly, Zen pulled you back in front of him. He closed his eyes and sighed.

You looked down at the iron grip he had on your wrist, and then back up to his face.

Seriously? First he acts like some angsty teenager, giving me the silent treatment, and now I can’t even leave?

The burning in your chest overwhelmed you, rage bubbling up inside every inch of your body.

Okay, okay, I need to calm down.

You looked down at your shoes, trying to remember what Seven told you before the party.

Seven placed both his hands on your shoulders. “Okay, MC, listen up. I’m about to give you some grade A wisdom!”

You sighed and tilted your head. “What is it this time?”

“If you ever feel too overwhelmed just count to ten!”

“…Huh?”

“You know… one, two, three-”

“I-I know how to count,” you playfully pushed him away, “but does that really work? I mean, is that what you do?”

“No, I just push away the people I love and dig myself into a hole of self-hatred.”

“Anddddd, why can’t I do that??”

“Because,” Seven patted the top of your head, “I care about you too much to let you do that.”

Zen let out a heavy sighed, bringing you back to reality.

Counting to ten, huh? Alright… I’ll try your way first.

You let out a breath and looked back up at Zen. He opened his eyes, loosening the grip on your wrist.

One.

Zen moved closer to you, his eyes trained on your face.

Two.

Your back hit the counter, trapping you between the wall and him.

Three.

His cold eyes turned soft, and the smile you had grown to love appeared on his face once again.

Four.

You heart was beating so loud you could’ve sworn he heard it.

Five.

He let go of your wrist, slowly moving his hand up to your cheek.

Six.

The world around you stopped. Your stomach flipped, and you mentally cursed at your now flushed face.

Seven.

Zen’s eyes looked down at your lips, his hand slowly pulling your face toward him.

Eight.

You held your breath.

Nine.

He leaned in to close the gap.

Ten.

“S-Stop.”

Zen’s warm and ragged breath tickled your nose. Your eyes wandered up to look into his red ones, his faces only centimeters away.

Despite everything your heart was telling you, you pulled away. Your back hit the cold counter again and you winced, readjusting your stance. You leaned against the wall and stared at the white tile floor, avoiding the confused look Zen was giving you. He cleared his throat.

“I thought-”

“That was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do.”

You bit your lip, failing to hold back the tears already streaming down your face. You looked up at Zen through blurry eyes. “You have a girlfriend… you didn’t choose me, you chose her.”

Your voice felt distant and unfamiliar. Slowly, you began losing control of your surroundings. The world-

No.

Your world came crashing down. In one short burst of courage, you pushed past him.

“Can’t I love both of you?”

Those words stopped you in your tracks.

I’m such an idiot.

Everything felt cold and numb. Without turning around, you spoke up.

“Are you really so selfish as to keep dragging me along like some kind of… kind of… cat toy?”

Despite the situation, you smiled.

Jumin would be ecstatic right now.

You felt a hand on your shoulder.

“I’m not selfish, I just don’t want you to end up with… anyone else.”

“That’s the definition of selfish!! And who the hell else would I-”

That’s when it clicked. That’s when everything clicked.

Zen’s glaring.

Seven’s kindness.

Your feelings.

You shrugged off Zen’s hand and opened the door to the living room.

“MC, please just… wait!”

But you were done waiting. You stormed out of the kitchen, Zen on your heels.

I finally understand now.

“There they are, we’ve been waiting! We’re gonna play charades.”

Jaehee smiled at you and Zen, oblivious to the fight that had just occurred in the kitchen.

“MC, pleaseeee be on my team!! I’ll be your best frienddddd!!!!”

Zen’s stare burned holes in the back of your head and you heard him audibly scoff.  Seven stood up and smiled at you, extending one hand toward you.

Seven…

In one big swoop, you grabbed his hand and pulled him toward you. You placed a hand on the back of his neck, connecting your lips with his.

It didn’t take long for him to react. He cupped your chin, deepening the kiss. When the two of you pulled apart, you were both out of breath.

You wiped your mouth, sending a cold glare Zen’s way. When you looked back at Seven he was as red as his hair.

“I-I thought you liked-“

You leaned your forehead against his.

“I like you, Seven. It just took one selfish prick,” you glanced back at Zen, “to help me figure that out.”

Seven gave you a goofy smile and-oh no…

“SevEN PUT ME DOWN!! D-Don’t spin me, I’M GONNA HURL!”

He laughed as he released you from his giant bear hug, plopping you back on the ground. You grabbed his arm for balance.

After you re-orientated yourself, you looked back at the shocked group.

“So… charades?”

An episode where Pearl meets someone who acts like her could be interesting. Like they use their frail appearance and sad back story to get what they want from people or to stop people from critisizing them. Someone who won’t get over that one crush who moved on.

And at the end Pearl is getting sick of listening to them and either Steven or Amethyst goes ‘But pearl, don’t you do the same thing?’

And Pearl just has a big moment of self realization of what’s she’s done over the years. Her obsession with Rose and behavior against Greg.

It could end with the gems chasing the person away because now everyone’s just annoyed at them, and Pearl just kinda… thinks in the house and doesn’t do anything for a few days/episode because she’s still thinking.

And she starts being more observant when she starts doing her pity stuff and feels angry over Rose, she becomes more hesitant and really starts to think things over.

You know, character stuff that takes a long time to do.
