do you have any tips on how to gain strength for forearm stands?? I'm tryin to get better & patience is key n all but I wanna be doin the right thing to prepare for them and yours look awesome
Thank you!! Yes practice is best, it is hard and tons of work but don’t give up!! You got this! Start off with easy inversions like downward dog, just try being in that and holding it, you can raise one foot at a time, once that seems easy try doing the same with dolphin pose (downward dog with forearms on the ground). Once you are feeling good in this and able to lift one leg at a time into the air try doing it against a wall and kicking up to use the wall as balance, just keep trying and doing this, try only having one foot against the wall and maybe see if at some point you are able to balance in the forearm stand for a second or two! The wall is your friend!!! Then finally start to slowly move away from the wall when you can hold it on your own!!
