i honestly don't like one piece

“Suga Wants to Know!” aka “Hinata Underestimates His Senpai’s Observation Skills”

or, as i call it, my interpretation of what would happen if these two started dating after the third years graduated. (with suga, who can’t help but be curious about his babies growing up and who couldn’t possibly receive a less surprising news, smh u tried hinata, u tried)

one of the most iconic fanfics of all time

alistair says ‘i love you’ with such open-faced honesty, the words spill from him all the time and everywhere. far be it from him to be ashamed to declare his love. his eyes shine like stars when he sees his warden, they do; sometimes the words are so awe-struck (i love you, he thinks when he watches them strike down an enemy, i love you when they protect and defend) because this incredible person is his, they love him. but for all the times alistair says it loudly, proudly, he murmurs it too, soft and affectionate when they sleep beside him, into their hair when he holds them tight with relief, in the quiet moments between kisses. once a day is his minimum—once a day, every day, for as long as he breathes, for the rest of their shared time. forever, if the future be so kind.

Sanji is literally an ashtray dressed up in a suit and he’s probably sleep deprived and a big victim of dark circles and drinks like thirty cups of coffee a day and he looks like he aches when he wakes up and generally he’s just really really gross and honestly I identify with the disgusting weasel……what a gremlin we are the same

The 200th episode of SG1- while being one of the finest pieces of television ever- made such a good point. Y'know the one where Marty blew up the mountain and then everybody was okay, after already writing a scene where they made it through an actual army of Jaffa in less than a minute.

There’s only so much suspension of disbelief you can ask your audience to maintain. You can only raise the stakes so high before your audience gets exhausted and gives up.

Having an impending world ending apocalypse is one thing. Putting it the context of being a second extinction level event within 90 years of the last when people have barely recovered from the first sets the bar at near Olympian standards (the mythical kind not athletic).

The 100 was there at the beginning of the season, and with the politics of Polis and Arkadia that’s enough material to get all of us through the season. But my god don’t gives us six plot lines within each episode. Each one making the already impossible problem more impossible. So when they have to solve the problem (because I highly doubt TPTB have any intention of ending the show any time soon…) the only option they have is a literal ex dues machina. Not the trope, the actual machine bringing a god out of the sky to fix the problem.

I’m using hyperbole rn because that’s how impossible they’ve made the problem in episode SIX! Let Abby and Raven get to space, make the problem a political one of actually attempting to unify the grounders to save everyone from the praimfaya (idk how to spell that). Have an oxygen problem on the frakking rocket for goodness sake.

The Impossible Problem™ needs to have a simple solution, Gordian knot anybody, you create tension by finding the solution, not throwing napalm on the problem to make it harder to solve.

TLDR: Making the Impossible Problem™ more impossible to solve isn’t going to make the story better it’s just gonna fatigue your viewers and make them not believe the solution and have climax fatigue. You have to have a filler episode once in awhile. Every episode cannot be a finale level episode.

Considered making a blog solely about emotional abuse so my followers don’t have to deal with abuse reblogs and my venting but then I went  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ NOPE because I won’t split my identity so each piece has its own blog. I’ll accept the followers I have, the followers who put up with my shit, the followers I’m proud of putting up with my shit. I am this blog, this blog is me #definitelynotsorry

I.... I really love Dorian's Kadan shirt from your Pride pic. (honestly i love the whole piece, it makes my heart feel light asdfhh) Do you maybe possibly have a store that one could maybe possibly buy a similar shirt?

Alas, I don’t! I’m sorry. Perhaps if we ask Bioware and/or Sanshee nicely enough…? @sanshee? Think about it:

It’d be FANTASTIC. (Matching AMATUS shirts for you and your sweetie!)

I’m glad you like the piece though! To be honest it took me a few tries to get a shirt I liked–

um… that one has an explanation I promise
