The time to get healthy is now.
I am recovering. I am eating well. I am enjoying the process of becoming stronger when I workout. I have more energy. I don’t think about food all the time. I have fun preparing beautiful vegan dishes that will nourish my body.
I used to dread going out to eat, going to social events, going to the bar. All I thought about were calories. I was miserable.
I don’t know what sparked my change of mindset but I am now so much happier maintaining this weight and eating well than I ever was trying to get as thin as possible. I want to be fit.
PLEASE SEEK HELP. it’s not too late. Your disorder is REAL. Recovery is better than this isolated life you’re living. Please get help babes xx
