15. Any weird artist behaviour you admit doing?

I slept on my drawings and drool on it like a baby

So I seem to lack any actual Bindi pics on my phone so y'all will have to settle for me in my favorite sari. Cultural appropriation is something my friend and I have many conversations about. Being Bengali in a predominantly white country gives way to many cultural clashes that I’m still trying to navigate. And all you white people out there being all ‘whimsical’ with them Bindis - plzu stop. A significant symbol of desi culture, mocked just recently, is suddenly seen as 'quirky and cute’ just because some white kid decided to wear it and I’m not okay with that. Nope.

going through the notes, I just realized many of you actually aren’t familiar with the “do you like the color of the sky” meme

you don’t know the horrors I’ve seen
