As I was braiding my hair on Monday morning I started thinking about Shawn. I thought how he was all I needed. I tried putting him on the back of my mind. Being with Shawn made me really happy, I thought I was something to him. It was something I couldn’t describe sometimes. I don’t know why but anger started boiling inside of me.Out of frustration I took out my braid and combed through it, I realized how longer it got since the last time I put it down and put my sunflower necklace on. I frowned as I looked in the mirror.

I heard Ariana’s honk outside. Jack J was sitting in the passanger seat.

“Good morning, Mrs. Gilinsky” they both said as I hopped in the back seat.

“Please don’t say that. I don’t like it and I’m sure Jack doesn’t either.”

“Yeah, whatever you think.” Jack J said. I didn’t think much of it because of what I heard in the hall. I didn’t want to be forgotten and left again. I wasn’t going to let Jack in, he was the last person I wanted.

The ride to school was fun with Jariana. They made me feel like I’ve been friends with them forever and never excluded me. They even bought me coffee. I didn’t realize how nice Jack J is because everyone thinks he’s an ass. The day dragged on and I waited for Jariana to walk to lunch together since their class was across mine. As we walked I completely forgot that Jack was sitting at the same table. I should of known that Sam and Nate were near by, too.
