alright ya’ll for the 10000th time I’m working on a meal plan for myself - but when I eat healthier I end up mostly just eating salad. Which is fine sometimes, but I get bored of it pretty quick.

for those of you that haven’t always known how to cook… how did you learn how to cook? I’m so nervous in the kitchen! I don’t know how to do anything.
