The sunlight was streaming through the curtains as I woke up with a big smile on my face. I’ve never felt this good waking up at 8 am in the morning but this day seemed special. I pushed myself up and walked to my window, pulling the curtains open. The light filled my room instantly. I felt the warmth of the sun on my skin. The sky was extremely blue today and the sound of children’s laughter already filled the air. This was a perfect day for a stroll in the park.

All of a sudden, there was a scratching by my door. I quickly opened the door and in came running my precious Staffy, Max. He ran around my room a few times before pouncing on me. I bent down and rubbed the backs of his ears. Max jumped on me and knocked me to the ground. I giggled as he licked my face.

Day 1
I cried so hard my mother was scared to leave me alone. She called me from work every hour to hear me breathing.
Day 2
I only left my bed to go to class. Your best friend said you love me more than I’ll ever know.
Day 3
I was finally able to eat a meal without heaving it (and thoughts of us) up ten minutes later.
Day 4
Another girl said you asked her to hang out. I lost it right there in the middle of class.
Day 5
I laughed without you today.
Day 6
I cuddled with another boy but I couldn’t fall asleep in his arms. I went to the bathroom and cried my eyes dry at 5 am. I miss your arms.
Day 7
I posted a picture with the boy. You liked it and it made my stomach feel like knives.
Day 8
I typed a text to send you saying we’re not pregnant but I deleted it. It’s stupid but I wish I still had you to celebrate with.
Day 9
I didn’t think about you today and I swore I was cured. I think my mind was just playing a cruel trick on me.
Day 10
I wore a dress to school and you paused in the hallway to turn and look at me. I thought my heart was going to beat out of my chest.
Day 11
My brother asked me how many times I’m going to listen to the same song. He doesn’t know it’s your favorite.
Day 12
I wore your t-shirt to bed. It still smells like you. God I would bathe in that smell if I could.
Day 13
I opened up to my friends finally. No one can make sense of it. No one saw it coming. I wish I saw it coming.
Day 14
I went out of my way to drive past your house tonight. It gave me a feeling of safety, like the way I used to feel with my head on your chest.
Day 15
What shade of green are your eyes? I promised myself I would never forget them and god here I am. I’m sorry, I’m so sorry.
Day 16
Picked up the phone to call you before class. I forgot I couldn’t do that anymore. Who’s supposed to calm me down in the mornings?
Day 17
I wonder who you call now to calm you down on nights when you can’t sleep.
Day 18
Somedays the doubt overcomes me and hangs in the air like a dark cloud. I think maybe you never really loved me, but then that makes the least sense of all.
Day 19
I brought your things back. You told me I looked like I was doing well and I know it upset you I didn’t turn to look back. Little did you know I left and went to our spot where I cried until there wasn’t a dry spot on the front of my shirt.
Day 20
I heard you replaced me and it scratched at my scars but I didn’t bleed.
Day 21
This was a stupid poem about a troublesome boy who held my heart in his palm and who loved me and who destroyed me. But I don’t need you to be happy anymore.

A scenario with Neji and his Uchiha S/o, but the s/o is sasuke's younger sister. And he is convincing her to stay in the lead village with him because she is going to look for him after 2 years. (Shippuden)

I have to be honest I love this request. It was fun writing this piece so I hope you like it just as much. Thank you for the request!

Neji stopping his S/O from leaving

The darkness of the night helped shadow your descend from your apartment window. You adjusted the pack you were carrying on your back as you strode ahead on the desolate streets. Everyone in Konoha was asleep at this time of night and not a sound could be heard.

The stars shining and the street lamp’s dim glow lighted your path in front of you. You knew this was a bold move, but you couldn’t sit around and wait any longer. You had to leave Konoha.

You stuck to the shadows of the streets and stayed as silent as possible. You didn’t want to draw attention or wake any of the surrounding houses. You didn’t want to be stopped. You didn’t want to second guess. You wanted to go.

“Where you off to?”

You stopped mid-step, recognizing that cool sounding voice. How did he know?

You turned around to face Neji who stood on the opposite side of the street from you. His eyes pinned you to your spot as he analyzed your features. He knew exactly what you were up to. You unconsciously gulped. This was one of the reasons why you wanted to leave under the cover of night fall.

You didn’t want to look him in the eye and tell him goodbye.

“I’m leaving,” you stated factually, your eyes holding Neji’s firmly.

“Is that so?” Neji questioned, his voice tight.

“It’s been 2 years. Everyday my brother gets closer to having that snake, Orochimaru, take his body. I can’t stand by and let that happen!” You spoke adamantly.

“You couldn’t talk Sasuke out of leaving when he had left. What makes you think he will listen to you now to come home?” Neji quipped without amusement.

You gritted your teeth, anger filling you. It was true, you had tried to reason with Sasuke before. You tried to get him to see logic. You saw how hate boiled within his being for your older brother, Itachi.

Itachi, the once caring and kind older brother you knew of, had destroyed the life you had once called your home. You had been young at the time, but you could still remember the day when you had came home to the compound where your family laid slaughtered from the night before.

It had scarred you, but it scarred your brother, Sasuke, even more as he had been screaming Itachi’s name. Sasuke claimed Itachi had massacred the clan for the sake of testing his own strength. Grief and hurt consumed you since you were a little kid and the hate that Sasuke held only grew stronger the older you two got.

Sasuke’s hate drew him to pursue power in order to kill your oldest brother, Itachi, which is why Sasuke left. Sasuke sought power from Orochimaru, but you knew Orochimaru was only after the possession of your brother’s body. You couldn’t let that happen.

“I can’t sit by and do nothing. I need to try,” you whispered, urgently.

Neji stepped forward towards you, pausing to collect his thoughts.

“We all tried. Naruto is still willing to save your brother. If you leave tonight, nothing good will come of it. You’ll be considered a rogue ninja like your brother and a search party will be sent after you,” Neji spoke rationally, coming to stop in front of you.

“And I will give my all to find you and bring you back home” Neji declared, his gaze intensely staring into yours.

Your narrowed eyes faltered at Neji’s words. Your eyes trailing down, looking beyond Neji’s shirt back to the time when your brother, Sasuke, left the village. You knew underneath Neji’s shirt by his left shoulder was a scar. A wound that had almost pierced him so close to the heart. He almost gave his life to save your brother.

You couldn’t have him do the same to save you, to go rescue you. You didn’t want to hurt him. Tears stung your eyes thinking back to the time when you thought you had not only lost your brother but Neji as well. Looking back up into Neji’s eyes, his eyes had softened but his features were still firm.

You knew he wasn’t going to let you go. You leaned forward into Neji’s arms, your face sinking into his chest as tears fell onto his shirt. Neji placed his arms around you, holding you warmly as he let you get your emotions out.

“I don’t want to lose anyone else,” You muttered into Neji’s chest.

He padded your back in understanding.

“Your brother is on a dark path right now, if anyone can bring him back to the light it will be Naruto. Have faith,” Neji mentioned faintly, his voice full of solace.

You numbly nodded into Neji’s chest, sniffling. Your tears had stopped falling from your eyes as you breathed in Neji’s familiar scent. His scent calming you and making you feel content.

“I’ll walk you home,” Neji offered.

You frowned a bit, but you agreed none the less. It was your best option for now. Neji was right. You couldn’t stop your brother from abandoning the village. Sasuke left with his own ambitions and goals in mind. It hadn’t matter what you had said to him back then and you doubt what you said to him now would matter. You only hope your brother would escape Orochimaru’s hands soon.

It’s not like that at all

You just walked through it

You didn’t wanna believe it was George. Meredith told you there was a John Doe in the ICU. She said it was George. Personally, you thought she was thinking that George hurt himself, that going into the military was a mistake, so you didn’t believe it. When you saw the guy, your thoughts turned. In a second, your mind quickly turned over into fear’s claws as you so hesitantly placed your hand on the ICU glass as Callie went in. Everyone else stood around and watched. The moment she started to cry, your whole world crumbled.

He’s dead, You thought at first.

You stared at him on the ICU bed, repeating those words over and over again your mind.

He’s dead.

You slowly slid down onto your knees and pressed your face against the glass. Callie walked out, only to stare at you, his twin sister, in sorrow. You stared for a few more minutes, while everyone was in silence. You got up on your feet and turned your head. Most of everyone looked at you.

“I’m going home.”

Your voice was dry. Your head was pounding. You walked past everyone, even past Callie, who was trying to grab your arm and reach out to you. You went to the staircase and stared out one of the windows, deciding if you were going to drive or just walk home. Buses and taxis were no longer an option in your brain.

And I remember all those crazy things you said
You left them running through my head
You’re always there, you’re everywhere
But right now I wish you were here.
All those crazy things we did
Didn’t think about it, just went with it
You’re always there, you’re everywhere
But right now I wish you were here

You were paged to Izzie’s room. You got up and sighed.

Help everyone. Help Izzie,” George’s words echoed in your head.

You headed to Izzie’s room. When you got there, you saw Alex, Izzie, and Callie. You stared at the 3 of them.

“Tell her,” Callie whispered to you.

You looked back at Izzie. Alex gave you a look that said ‘Don’t. Your heart was in your throat. You haven’t really come to terms with it yourself.

“(Y/n)-,” Alex started.

“I’m taking a break,” You breathed, tears slowly slipping out of your eyes.

They all looked at you in shock.

“I’m going on vacation,” You muttered, turning around and heading out.

You saw Bailey in the elevator. She looked at you.

“(Y/n),” She murmured.

You crumbled… Like a cookie, you crumbled. You caved in as you started crying, holding your face in your hands.

“He’s dead,” Your voice cracked.

Damn, Damn, Damn,
What I’d do to have you
Here, here, here
I wish you were here.
Damn, Damn, Damn
What I’d do to have you
Near, near, near
I wish you were here.

You were inside Meredith’s house, like always. You’d sit, knees tucked in, watching TV drama’s until you got sick of it. Dr. Webber allowed you to take the next few days or weeks off until you were getting over it in the littlest way possible. You heard Izzie was going to be released, and didn’t care one bit. Your heart hurt, and some part of you wished you didn’t hear that. Occasional people came over other than Meredith or Derek who lived here. You were crashing until you couldn’t crash anymore. You hit your low. You lost your dad a few months ago, now you lost George. He was your other half. You both were outcasts in your family, you both being Doctors, and you being a girl the most compared to your other brothers. You heard the door open, and turned your head and saw Alex.

“Hey,” He muttered, setting his keys on the table.

You looked back at the TV.

“Mer said I could use her keys to get in, so I can talk to you.”

You nodded, not looking back at him.

“So… There’s going to be a merger. We’re merging with Mercy West.”

You nodded again.

“Everyone wants you to keep your job, but you might not get it if you don’t come back.”

You shrugged, not even considering having a job after what happened with George.

“(Y/n), say something. Anything. Tell me what someone can do to help you.”

You looked down slightly. Alex was a good friend of yours, despite the constant feud with George every other while or so. You learned he was going to stick around for a while, might as well get used to it.

“I want George… I want him to come back. I want to run to George and ask him what to do… but he isn’t here anymore. My other half. My brother. He isn’t here. He’s gone. He’s dead. I could’ve done something. I could’ve said something, and I didn’t. Instead, I left him be. I just left him be. Now I can’t help but feel down. I want to do something, but I can’t. I don’t know if I can. I want to come back and not see a ghost following me around every corner, taunting me, haunting me with every fiber in its nonexistent body. I want to get up and walk straight in there and say ‘Hello World, I’m back’. But I can’t now, can I?”

After your some-sort of mini-speech, Alex grabbed your shoulders and made you face him.

“Come back. Everyone’s there. Me, Mer, Cristina, Izzie, we’re all there. It’s been 2 weeks. We want you back. I’ve never seen you quit. I’ve seen you take things head on, helping George in the elevator, helping out when Mer drowned, helping out when Izzie was crashing and burning. You’ve done everyone something good. Don’t break that since George is gone.”

You grabbed his collar and growled.

“Don’t you dare say that. I know I helped, that’s what I was born to do. I was born to take the world by the horns and help. Don’t you dare repeat to me what happened in the past year and a half. You’re not the only person who has told me that!”

You were looming over him, his collar in your fist as you gave him an angry look. He smirked.

“Welcome back.”

You let his collar go.

“You can tell everyone I’ll be back tomorrow. Let me ease back into it.”

You walked into the kitchen.

I love
The way you are
It’s who I am
Don’t have to try hard
We always say
Say it like it is
And the truth
Is that I really mi-i-iss

You walked into Seattle Grace with a few things in mind. You entered the doors with a calm look. You shut your eyes as you walked into the elevator, heading to Webber’s office. When you walked in, he said just a few words. ‘Welcome Back, get to work.’ Honestly, it was easier said than done. You walked in and changed into your scrubs. You saw where George’s stuff was at and saw his lab coat. You put yours on and took a deep breath. You were on Bailey’s service today. You arrived in front of her with a plain and simple look.

“I’m ready for whatever you have set for me Dr. Bailey,” You nodded.

She jumped up and looked at you.

“Oh, O’Ma-… (Y/n). Welcome back. How are you,” She asked.

“I want to get through the day, nothing special needed. I’ll whatever easy or hard task you have for me.”

You nodded your head.

“Alright, I have a couple of labs needed for today, can you get them?”

“Yes ma’am.”

You were back.

All those crazy things you said (things you said)
You left them running through my head (through my head)
You’re always there, you’re everywhere
But right now I wish you were here.
All those crazy things we did (things we did)
Didn’t think about it, just went with it (went with it)
You’re always there, you’re everywhere
But right now I wish you were here

After a few weeks of getting comfortable, you already got used to the merger. You didn’t like Mercy West, but you’re going to have to tolerate them eventually.

“So, O’Malley, what are you doing after work?”

It was that one guy that kept trying to hit on you, what was his name? Oh yeah, Charles Percy.

“Don’t call me O’Malley,” You muttered, finishing off the chart you were filling out.

Izzie left, not much to your surprise. George has been dead for a while now, which is what you noticed greatly. It was a tad bit touchy when people called you by your last name.

“You’re Dr. O’Malley, why wouldn’t people call you by your last name?”

You walked away and went to change, with him following you. You rolled your eyes. He kept asking you, even while you were both were in front of everyone in the changing room.

“Because only patients call me Dr. O’Malley, you finally gave him an answer.”

“On a professional level, people would call you O’Malley.”

“No, they wouldn’t,” Meredith shook her head.

“Why? Is she special,” A red haired girl, you knew as Adamson, asked.

“There were 2 O’Malley’s. She’s the younger one,” Cristina pointed out.

“And the other one?”

“Dead,” You said bluntly.

Alex, Meredith, and Cristina stared at you in shock. They knew it was hard for you to say the words Death, George, and O’Malley in the same sentence.

“He was my older brother. He’s dead. Before that, they called him O’Malley and me by my name. Since I don’t like you guys at all, you can call me that. I just won’t listen.”

You gave them a fake smile and put in your shirt and jeans. You grabbed your purse and walked out. Alex jogged to you and grabbed your arm.

“(Y/n)-,” He started.

“I’m okay. I’m alright. They don’t bother me. People who know me will know what to call me.”

He leaned forward and pressed his lips against your forehead.

“If I need to knock some heads in-.”

“You won’t. I’m okay.”

You got into your car and waited. You sat in the driver’s seat, waiting for a song to be called out and acknowledged. You called the radio station every Friday night and requested a certain song to be played. Katy Perry’s Teenage Dream hit the speakers and you drove off.

Damn, Damn, Damn,
What I’d do to have you
Here, here, here
I wish you were here.
Damn, Damn, Damn
What I’d do to have you
Near, near, near
I wish you were here.

When you saw Izzie return, you didn’t know how to feel. Part of you just said, move on, and the other part said ‘who cares’. You went with ‘Who cares’.

“He’s moved on Izzie,” Meredith said as you, her, Cristina, and Izzie sat at a cafeteria lunch table.

“I know he has,” Izzie sighed.

Speaking of him, Alex walks up and looks at the 4 of you. You focused on your sandwich, suppressing your crush on the guy since intern year. Another thing that reminded you of George. He told you to confess. You haven’t, and probably never will.

“(Y/n), can we talk,” Alex’s voice rang.

The girls look at you as you looked up in confusion.

“Me? I mean… Me,” You squeaked.

“Yeah, you. C’mon, I don’t have all day.”

You got up and followed him with your sandwich in your hand. You heard Cristina laugh and Izzie asked ‘what’s so funny.’

While away, Cristina was laughing really hard.

“Seriously, what’s so funny,” Izzie asked.

“The reason he’s moved on,” Cristina giggled.

“(Y/n) is the reason why he’s moved on from you,” Meredith looked at her.

“(Y/n)? Wait, we’re talking about the same (Y/n) right?”

“Yes, the one he just walked out with.”

“I think he’s going to confess,” Cristina said.

“Of course, he is, he asked me about it this morning.”

“Alright, I’m starting to feel it.”

“Wait, Alex likes (Y/n)? And (Y/n) likes Alex,” Izzie asked.

“To answer your first question, after you left, it became an eye opener for Alex.”

“And to answer your second question, (Y/n) has been in love with Alex since Intern year. Even George said she should confess,” Meredith nodded.

Izzie nodded. The fact that he moved onto you made this even worse.

No, I don’t wanna let go
I just wanna let you know
That I never wanna let go

The constant reminder of George telling you to confess to Alex never left your head, and you didn’t want it to. It was a reminder of his voice. It was a reminder of something he always told you to do.

(Let go, oh, oh)

You didn’t want it to leave you. It was something heartbreaking.

No, I don’t wanna let go
I just wanna let you know
That I never wanna let go

Alex grabbed your attention as you looked up, finished with your sandwich by now.

“What’s up,” You asked, tilting your head to the side.

“I… love you.”

You blinked twice.

“Come again?”

“I love you.”

You stared at him.

“Okay, wait, you love me? As in you love me back?!”

“Wait, love you back?”

“Whoops, I didn’t say that. No, I said love me. Yeah, so, you love me?”

“I’m not brushing off that you said ‘Love me back’. You love me too?”

“Well… Yeah… I do… In a way… Yeah, I really do.”

He had his hands on your shoulders.

(Let go let go let go let go let go let go let go)

“How long?”

“How long?!”

“Since Intern Year! I wasn’t going to tell you then and surely, I wasn’t going to tell you now or in the future for that matter. You’re just… Ugh. I didn’t want to, and I have my reasons.”

“What reasons?”

“Damnit, tell me!”

Damn, Damn, Damn,
What I’d do to have you
Here, here, here
I wish you were here (I wish you were here)
Damn, Damn, Damn
What I’d do to have you
Near, near, near
I wish you were here.

“I remember George’s words clearly. He always told me to confess to you, even when he didn’t like you. He’d tell me ‘You should tell him, and brush those feelings aside when he rejects you’. Honestly, to other people, it’s sounds harsh, but it’s George. He cared enough for me to say it then and he would want me to say it now… But I’m afraid I won’t remember his voice. I want to remember his voice.”

Damn, Damn, Damn (Damn)
What I’d do to have you
Here, here, here (Here)
I wish you were here.
Damn, Damn, Damn
What I’d do to have you
Near, near, near
I wish you were here.

Alex leans down and kisses you deeply.

“You won’t forget. Okay?”

Nice And Slow

  • Can you write a mikey way imagine where you are gee’s art school friend and you are at his house alone because he went somewhere and things get heated between mikes and you but it’s his first time and u r experienced and you “guide him” (it’s not that she’s a slut or anything she just had relationships before) and it’s really sweet cause you are kind of anti romance? It’s okay if u don’t want to do it I’ll understand
  • Can you do a Mikey Way with glasses smut where it’s around 2004, and it’s his first time, so he’s very nervous and doesn’t know what to do, so the reader dominates him and is patient with him, etc. Just please make it fluffy/smutty! Thanks!

“I don’t now, it’s either gonna be really good or really bad,” Gerard responded over his shoulder as he fumbled with his house keys. I folded my arms and leaned against the wall next to him.

“So just like any other movie based off a comic book?”

“Pretty much,” he chuckled, smirking in satisfaction as the locked clicked at the presence of the correct key. “I’m still gonna go see it though. Ryan Reynolds looked pretty good in the trailer.”

I followed him into the living room, tossing my book bag on the recliner and kicking off my boots. I shrugged off my jacket, my skin burning at the rush of heat that greeted me when we entered. Gerard mimicked me, shaking out his arms and letting out a shaky breath.

“Jesus it’s cold out there.”

“You’re telling me, I only had a thin jacket because somebody wouldn’t let me go back to my car.”

“Well sorry I wanted to get some lunch before I have to go back to class,” he retorted, bumping me with his hip as he walked past me towards the kitchen. Gerard and I usually went to the nearest Starbucks for lunch during the hour gap between our classes, but the line was outrageous and we figured it would be easier just to reside at his house. Plus, I was eager to see this “awesome” comic book collection he boasted about.

“Want a Coke?” He asked, holding up the can for me to see.

“Sure,” I shrugged, holding my arms out as he tossed one of the icy cold cans in my direction. The cold metal made my finger feel even more numb as I cracked it open, taking a long swig of the dark liquid.

“Take what you want,” Gerard spoke up after taking an equally long drink. “What’s mine is yours. Let’s see, we got some Doritos, some Oreos, ooh Ramen noodles…” he rattled on and on as he rummaged through the cupboards, dropping miscellaneous items down on the counter.

“Wow. A peanut butter sandwhich, Oreos, raw top Ramen, and potato chips, what a healthy lunch,” I chuckled, shaking my head at his tray of food.

“Laugh all you want, but this is a killer lunch.”

“Weren’t you just talking about eating healthier last week?”

“Isn’t a peanut butter sandwich good for you? It’s got protein and shit,” he mumbled as took another bite of the sandwich, groaning in response.

“Are you gonna eat that sandwich or make love to it?” I teased, earning a glare from him. I heard some footsteps behind me, making me turn around to see the figure walking around the corner and into the kitchen. The guy looked around the same age as me, despite his faded Star Wars shirt and sweat pants that gave him a dorky, fifteen year old appearance. He seemed clearly embarrassed by how under dressed he was, keeping his head down and avoiding both mine and Gerard’s gaze.

Gerard either didn’t catch on to how the boy was trying to keep a low profile or didn’t care, setting down his sandwich and swiveling around in his chair. “Hey Mikey! This is my friend Y/N, Y/N this is my kid brother Mikey.”

I knew very little about Gerard’s brother, he talked about him a few times over or coffee breaks or mentioned his involvement in some of Gerard’s grand stories. Other than the fact that they both shared a strong love for comics, Star Wars, and horror movies, I didn’t know much about the other Way brother.

Mikey looked over at me shyly, pushing his glasses up the bridge of his nose and muttering a meek hello.

“Hi Mikey, nice to finally meet you,” I smiled, offering him a handshake. “Gerard’s always talking about you.”

“All good things,” I said amused.

“Take a seat Mikes, were having lunch if you want to join us,” Gerard offered, pushing out the chair across the table from him with his foot. Mikey shrugged and sat down, slouching in his chair before reaching across the table to steal a chip from Gerard’s plate.

Gerard led me down to his basement when he finished eating, dragging Mikey along with us. He showed me his comic book collection, which lived up to all the hype, and proudly presented me with his equally big movie collection. Gerard was a hermit who barely left his room when he wasn’t at school, so it wasn’t much of a surprise that he had so many movies and books. What else would he do all day?

They both gasped when I confessed I’ve never seen Jaws, Gerard dropping the DVD in shock. “No way! You’re fucking with me.”

“Wish I was.”

“Really? That’s Mikey’s favorite movie, we gotta watch it!” Gerard exclaimed, quickly setting up his DVD player as I sat down on his computer chair. Gerard flicked the lights off and sat down next to Mikey, smirking as the ominous music filled the room.

We were only twenty minutes into the movie when Gerard suddenly jumped up and cursed loudly. “Shit! I have class in ten minutes!” He yelled, darting towards his closet to grab a pair of shoes. “I’m sorry Y/N, I totally forgot. I can give you a ride back to school,” he offered, since I left my car in the parking lot to go with him.

“Do you mind if I stay and finish the movie?”

“Uh sure, why not? Cool with you Mikey?”

“Yeah, I don’t mind,” Mikey nodded, folding his hands into his lap. Gerard sighed in relief and quickly shuffled out of the room, shouting “I’ll call you tomorrow!” over his shoulder before he ran out of the house. A awkward silence followed the door slam, both of us not sure what to say or do.

I heard Mikey snort with laughter when the signature music started suddenly, the camera focusing in on the shark’s next victim. I giggled and glanced over him, the corners of my mouth flicking up at the goofy smile on his face. He leaned against Gerard’s headboard, toying with the hem of his shirt while watching the screen intently.

Mikey was actually pretty cute. I could see a lot of Gerard in him. They had similar features, same upturned nose, crooked smile, and hazel eyes. Except for the dusty drown hair that skimmed below his forehead, much different than the jet black hair his brother had. I watched him adjust his glasses again, something he fiddled with often. Maybe it was a nervous habit like Gerard’s nail biting.

“Y’know what’s great about this movie? It was suppose to be like a pedal to the metal horror movie but the shark kept breaking down while filming and gave it such a cheesy look,” he said quietly, glancing over at me to test my reaction. I was glad one of us was trying to break the silence.

“I thought that shark looked fake,” I chuckled.

“It still won a bunch of awards though, which is hilarious enough.”

“This chair is so hard,” I groaned, shifting my weight on the wood seat. I stood up and walked to the other side of the bed. “Scoot,” I said, gesturing with my hand for him to roll over.

“Oh uh, sorry,” he mumbled before shifting towards the left. Gerard’s bed wasn’t very big, giving us only a few spare inches with both of us on it. Even though Mikey had scooted over to nearly the edge, our bodies only ha d a small gap between us. After the initial uncomfortable silence, both of us relaxed and we began to get more into the movie. He told me all of his movie trivia and pointed out any continuity errors and slips as the movie played. Usually, the movie critique is never fun to hangout with, but Mikey’s little rants about how there is no way in hell you could kill a shark by firing a bullet into the scuba tank were actually quite adorable.

I’m not when or how, but I eventually found myself leaning onto his chest, an arm slumped over his torso. Mikey didn’t seem bothered by it, simply glancing down at me before continuing his speech. He let out another snort of laughter when the shark practically flew onto the deck, latching onto a guy’s leg. His laugh was contagious and I found myself laughing along with him.

“You’re adorable,” I giggled, craning my neck up and placing a soft kiss on his cheek. Mikey stiffened, clearing his throat after a few minutes and focusing on the movie. I frowned, feeling a mix of regret and shame. Way too forward. But before I could put together an apology, Mikey spoke up.

“Do you mind if I…kiss you?”

“I’m sorry if that’s too forward or if it’s weird but I just think you’re really pretty and cool and-”

I cut him off with my lips, cradling his cheeks as I kissed him eagerly. His eyes fluttered closed and he pushed back with equal force. The kiss was soft and passionate, our lips gently moving together. I could feel the heavy force behind it though from both of us. We both wanted more.

I could see that being an initiator was not a Way gene, so I took the next step and parted my lips. He didn’t do anything at first, keeping the kiss at the slow pace before hesitantly, pushing his tongue past my lips.

From there, the kiss snowballed.

Our tongues tangled heatedly and fingers yanked on hair, trying to pull one another as close as possible. I pulled away briefly to straddle his waist as the kiss grew more heated. His hands rested on my hips, grunting into my mouth as my fingers toyed with the hair on his nape. He jumped slightly when one of my hands moved to his shirt, trying to pull the fabric over his head.

“W-Wait,” he stuttered, breaking the kiss. I let go of the shirt and gave him a puzzled look. “I’m sorry, i’m sorry I just…I’ve never done uh this before,” he admitted sheepishly.

“No, i’m sorry. Do you want me to stop?”

“No, God no, I just don’t really know what i’m doing…”

“I’ll teach you,” I reassured, combing back his hair with my hand before reconnecting our lips. the kiss heated up again and he didn’t protest this time when I took his shirt off. My hands ran up and down his chest, making a small grunt emit from him. I felt his fingers skim my lower back, pinching the hem of my shirt.

“Can I?” He asked. I nodded, lifting my arms up and helping him pull my shirt off. His fingers fumbled with my bra before I undid the clasp for him, my bra sliding down my arms right after. I tossed it to the side, not noticing where it went. He just stared wide eyed for a moment at my chest, visibly gulping. I giggled, reaching forward and taking off his glasses.

“Now as sexy as these are, they’re gonna get in the way.” He laughed quietly, watching me fold them up and st them aside on the nightstand. His lips quickly attached themselves to my right nipple, interchanging between sucking softly and swirling his tongue around it. He reached up and took my other breast in his hand, palming it as he worked him mouth on the other. My fingers instinctively tangled themselves in his hair, his straight hair becoming unruly from all the teasing from my fingers. A small moan escaped from my lips and I began to doubt this was his first time.

I cupped his cheeks and tilted his head up so he released his mouth from around my nipple and I kissed his plump, pink lips. I lightly pushed his chest and he took the hint and laid back on the mattress. I leaned over him and planted another kiss on his lips before making my way down, kissing his neck, collarbone, and pale chest. When my face was hovering above his belt, I looked up at him through my eyelashes. He was looking at me with a slightly shocked expression. My hand went up and I started to undo his belt. I pulled it off and I undid the button on his pants and as I pulled down his zipper, my fingertips grazed over a very prominent bulge.

Is this okay?” I asked him, not wanting to push him too far. He nodded frantically and I quickly tugged down his jeans along with his boxer-briefs. His erection sprang up and my eyes widened at the sight. He was packing a lot more than his outside appearance gave off. I wrapped my hand around the base of his cock, stroking up and down a few times before I licked from the base to the tip, then taking him in my mouth, bobbing my head down until his tip hit the back of my throat. I kept my eyes locked on his the entire time I did so. A moan left his mouth as I moved my mouth up and down his shaft, swirling my tongue around his tip every so often. He placed his large hand on the back of my head and lightly pushed me further down.

“Jesus Christ,” he mumbled, his voice fading out into a deep groan. “St-stop,” he manged to choke out. “I’m gonna… I don’t wanna yet,” he said once I pulled off, not making complete sense but I understood what he meant. He placed his hands under my arms and pulled me up so I was face to face with him. He wrapped his arms around my chest, holding me close to him as he began to kiss me once again. He flipped us over so I was laying on the bed and he was hovering over me.

He popped open the buttons on my jeans. I raised my hips to help him pull of my pants and underwear. His face screamed inexperienced and I could tell how nervous he really was. I reached forward and caressed, giving him a comforting smile.

His finger moved up and down my wet folds before sliding into me. I let out a small yelp and he stopped his actions, looking up at me with a panicked expression. “What’s wrong? Did I hurt you?”

“No no, keep going.” He sighed with relief, slowly pushing his finger back in, keeping slow and steady pace. I moaned loudly when he added another, curing them and brushing past my G-Spot. He continued to kiss me, his tongue swirling in my mouth. His thumb rubbed my clit, making the feeling that was budding in my stomach that much more intense. His lips moved to my neck, sucking on the sensitive skin just hard enough that purple and blue marks would surely blossom under my skin. After several minutes of him working wonders with his long fingers, orgasm overtook my body, leaving my mind blank as I arched my back, pressing my chest firmly against his.

“Was… Was that good?” Mikey asked, biting his lip nervously. I wordlessly nodded, out of breath and unable to form the words to tell him it was amazing. After a few deep breaths to steady my breathing, I rolled us over so I was on top of him.

“Do you have a condom?” I asked him as I stroked my hand up and down his chest.

“Uh, no. I never really thought I’d need one,” Mikey admitted. “Maybe Gerard has one?”

I nodded and leaned over towards his nightstand, opening up drawer after drawer. They were hidden in the bottom drawer in a small tin can box, along with a pack of cigarettes, an unopened pack of gum and some loose change. There were only a few left and I was sure he would notice, but right now I could careless. I waved the packet as I re straddled Mikey’s waist, his eyes lighting up with either nerves or excitement. I tore the packet open with my teeth, hearing him quietly curse under his breath. I rolled the rubber down his length, balancing myself up on my knees and lining him at my entrance.

“Mhm,” he grunted, resting a shaky hand on my hip. I slowly lowered onto him, groaning at the stretch. It burned in the best possible way. His size was impressive and I needed a moment to adjust before moving.

“Are you okay?” He asked, worry staining his voice. I smiled to myself at his sweetness before telling him I was fine, just to give me a moment. He did just that, and once I had adjusted myself so that I was comfortable, I began to move. I slowly moved my hips up and down, hearing him groan each time my hips came down. “Shit…this feels so good,” Mikey murmured, his nails digging into my skin. He took me by surprise and rolled us over, switching positions so he was on top of me.

He slowly pulled out then pushed himself right back into me. I wrapped my legs around his waist, allowing him to go deeper with each thrust. Mikey leaned forward and buried his face into the crook of my neck, placing soft kisses, causing goosebumps to spread along my skin. He wrapped his arms around my torso, holding me even closer to him, and I wrapped my arms around his neck. “Ugh, you’re so fucking tight,” he moaned against my skin, which was beginning to collect a thin layer of sweat from the intimate actions.

“It’s because… you’re… so…mmph big…” I said in broken sentences. With each movement, each gentle thrust, I felt myself nearing my peak once more as he repeatedly hit my G-Spot. I could tell he was getting close, too, he was moving faster and slightly sloppier with each passing second. My fingers and toes began to tingle and soon enough, I was pushed over the edge. I raked my nails down his back as I clenched my walls around him. He moaned at the even tighter feeling caused by my high.

“I’m almost… there,” he warned as he continued to push into me repeatedly, dragging out my orgasm. I felt his cock twitch inside of me and he let out a throaty groan, signaling that he had also hit his high. He let out a deep sigh and collapsed onto the bed next to me after he fully removed himself. He pulled off the condom, tying it and tossing it in the trash bin by Gerard’s desk. Without the adrenaline running throw me and the warmth of his flushed chest pressed against mine, I began to shiver at the chilly air. Of course Gerard would keep it below freezing in here.

I instantly moved up next to him and cuddled into his chest and pulled the blanket up over our bodies. He leaned down and kissed my forehead, running his fingers through my hair. It was…nice. I wasn’t really the romantic type. Cuddling and hugs always made squirm and feel uncomfortable for some reason. But with Mikey, it was warm and cozy, even relaxing.

“This isn’t gonna be like a one time thing right?”

“Of course not. This is definitely not just a one night stand.” I tilted my head up and gave him another soft kiss, feeling him smile against my lips. We both pulled away after we heard a loud slam outside, the very same slam that sounded like one Gerard’s car door made. Realization dawned on us when we heard the sound of the front door rattling.

You shall not wrong or oppress a resident alien; for you were aliens in the land of Egypt.
Exodus 22:21

When the alien resides with you in your land, you shall not oppress the alien. The alien who resides with you shall be to you as the citizen among you; you shall love the alien as yourself, for you were aliens in the land of Egypt: I am the Lord your God.
Leviticus 19:33-34

Give the members of your community a fair hearing, and judge rightly between one person and another, whether citizen or resident alien.
Deuteronomy 1:16

For the Lord your God…loves the strangers, providing them food and clothing. You shall also love the stranger, for you were strangers in the land of Egypt.
Deuteronomy 10:18-19

The Book of Ruth (no verse, just the whole thing)

John answered, ‘Anyone who has two shirts should share with the one who has none, and anyone who has food should do the same.’
Luke 3:11

If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person?
I John 3:17

Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’ Then the righteous will answer him, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?’ The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’ Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink, I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.’ They also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?’ He will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.’
Matthew 25:34-45

And, my personal favourite, the story of a Middle Eastern family who fled a corrupt government seeking to murder them and their infant child. Found in Matthew 2:13-15.

Please, let’s talk about the refugee crisis and how we should close off borders or only let in Christians.  Let’s fucking talk.

Too Hot, for SoMa Week Day 4: Dragons

[Day 1: Latin Jazz] [Day 2: Cocoon] [Day 3: Hella] [Day 4: Too Hot] [Day 5: Purgatory] [Day 6: Undamaged]  [Day 7: A Beat]

This was inspired by the complete lack of ideas for this prompt, volleyball games I’ve played, and a desire to write a fluffy-ish college au because I absolutely love those, and procrastination. And of course, “Uptown Funk” by Bruno Mars.

When Maka Albarn meets Soul Evans, he’s snarling by himself to no one in particular and emanating a don’t-look-at-me vibe, but she decides that his eyes are too dreamy to admire from afar and soon she’s crossing the gymnasium and dropping down beside him, folding her legs and grinning.

Frat boy calum beating you at beer pong!

You were your sorority’s champion beer pong player. You were undefeated. You claimed that it was just a gift from the gods. No one dared challenge your extreme god given skills. No one except for Calum. The head douche bag of the Delta Cappa’s. He challenged you to a rousing game of beer pong. Unfortunately for Calum he had no idea that this was your jam.

“Let’s make this interesting,” Calum said with a cocky attitude. “If I win, I get 7 minutes in heaven with you.”

“5 minutes,” I demanded.

“5 with tongue.”

“6 with tongue and I’ll take my shirt off.” He knew he had you.

“Fine, but if I win, you and your brothers clean my sorority bathrooms for a month. I’m taking polished and sanitized.” Calum spit in his hand and held it out towards you. You did the same and gave his hand a solid shake.

After about 10 minutes of intense beer pong, you and Calum were at a tie. It was Calum’s turn to shoot. You crossed your fingers and prayed that he wouldn’t make the shot. The ball went directly into the cup without a struggle. You downed the cup in defeat.

“Alright, Hood. Let’s get this over with.” You headed towards one of the dreaded frat closets. Who knew what kind of obscene things had happened before in those closets? Calum sat back and shoved his hands in his pockets.

“No, I’ll take a rain check.” Your heart dropped to the floor.

“That wasn’t part of the deal. Do it now come on, Calum.”

“Nah, I think I’ll keep this trophy for a while. Save it for a rainy day.”

“Calum, if you don’t kiss me right now I’ll-”

“Are you asking me to kiss you?” You realized the little trick he had just played on you. You stood tall and swallowed your pride.

“Fine, we’ll do it another time.” Calum took a few steps towards you and leaned down close to your ear.

“Maybe next time, I’ll take you on a proper date.”
