A/n: Finally posting a story after a long period of time! I’m sorry to every single one of my followers for not posting in while. Hopefully, I’ll be able to post another imagine Tuesday just for you guys!

I decided to combine these imagines to spice things up like that salt guy from the Internet. Hope you like it.

(P.s. I know Adele wasn’t a thing back in this time but I love this song so, please excuse me. Also, the reader was singing this song just for Fred.)

-Fred Weasley’s POV-

“I’m bored”

“What do you want to do?” I ask my twin brother. It was Christmas break and we stayed here at Hogwarts as our parents went to Romania to visit our brother Charlie. Christmas at Hogwarts is definitely magical yet as the years pass Christmas is the same every year. We were in our dormitory, I looked out our window watching the snow fall onto the grounds of the school.

“Let’s prank someone!” George says out of nowhere, we really hadn’t had the time to prank someone due to exams but since it’s break. Why not?

“Let’s put a box of fever fudge in Filch’s office!”

“Can’t. Mcgonagall caught us last time for that one, she’ll know it’s us.” I remind him.

“Hmm… Snape? Puking pastilles?” He suggested.

“I don’t feel like hiding for my life”

“Oo! I know! That girl in our transfiguration class, Katie’s partner. I forgot her name.”

“(Y/n) (Y/l/n)” I said immediately regretting it.

“You know her?”

“Well, not really. We just have classes together, that’s all.”

“I reckon you’re not telling me the truth mate.”

“I am! I hardly know her.” That was a complete lie and George knows it. (Y/n) (Y/l/n) is the most beautifulest girl I’ve ever laid eyes on. Her laugh and her smile makes me all warm and makes me act like a complete idiot around her. She’s kind, loving, smart and I know how cliche I sound but it’s true.

She always puts everyone else’s needs first. She never lets anyone give her crap and she stands up for what she believes in, I remember that one time when Malfoy called Hermione a Mudblood. (Y/n) was so mad, she bewitched him by using the petrificus totalus spell and kicked dirt in his face. I fell for her even more that day but I don’t really know if she knows that I exist.

Yes, we have classes together but does she know me? We look at each other sometimes, pass smiles, send waves but there’s a question that nags me all the time, if I don’t find the answer soon, I feel like I’ll never find it. Does she like me too? I know that yes could possibly be an impossible answer but what if that slight chance of possibly comes true.

“Besides the fact that you’re lying to me, we should prank her. She stayed this break. We s-”

“No, I’m not going to prank her” I told him. George smirked and pushed himself up off the bed.

“What is it that your hiding brother?” His voice laced with the sound of amusement.

“Nothing” I say calmly trying to hide the fact that I’m obviously lying. I stand as his smirking figure makes me uncomfortable “Stop it, bloke”

“Whether your willing or not, I will find out!” He says as I leave the room, I roll my eyes.

“Sure you will!”

~The Next Day~

“Hey mate” The voice of George entering my ears. I was extremely cautious all day yesterday since his little remark. I’ve kept to myself but right now he seems normal. No smirk, no devilish glint in his eyes. Just a normal George Weasley. “I brought you this butterbeer from Hogsmead, I was just there with Lee” he grinned passing me the cup.

“Thanks” I say, I look in the cup as if expecting something to jump out of it.

“Well aren’t you going to drink it?” I look up at him.

“Why should I?”

“Because it’s your favorite and I got it just for you. Honestly mate, do you think I poisoned it or something?” He was right, I was just overreacting. I took a large gulp from it then I felt this strange feeling overcome me.

“How do you feel?” He asks

“Unsure.” I say without even thinking as if I didn’t have any control.

“Because I know you’re up to something” Then I realized what he’s done. He put Veritaserum in my butterbeer to make me tell the truth. He was grinning widely, I stood up and ran as far away as I could from him.

“Fred wait! I still have questions!” I heard George say but I kept running. I ran to the nearest door but it was locked. The next one locked but the one at the end of the hall was open. I sneak in and close the door quietly but I freeze in place as I hear the water running. I turn around and realize, from all of the surroundings, that I was in the prefects bathroom. I put my hand on the knob and was about to twist it but I heard footsteps.

“Fred! Come on! I stole that batch from Snape’s cabinets and I don’t want to do it again.” I walk away from the door silently but from every step I take the more closer and closer the sound of water running gets closer.

“Everybody loves the things you do
From the way you talk
To the way you move
Everybody here is watching you
'Cause you feel like home
You’re like a dream come true”

I knew instantly that it was her. Her angelic voice filling the bathroom, I remember her voice because I would often her hear hum or sing before class would start. I get closer to the showers to hear her voice more clearly.

“But if by chance you’re here alone
Can I have a moment
Before I go?
'Cause I’ve been by myself all night long
Hoping you’re someone I used to know”

I stood there listening as if I were in a trance, it was hard to move away.

“Let me photograph you in this light
In case it is the last time
That we might be exactly like we were
Before we realized
We were sad of getting old
It made us restless
Oh, I’m so mad I’m getting old
It makes me reckless
It was just like a movie
It was just like song
When we were young”

The water stopped running and the curtain opened.

“Fred!” She screamed holding her towel against her chest.

~(Y/n)’s POV~

“When we were young” I stopped singing as I turned the water knob to stop the water. I grabbed my towel off the railing and wrapped it around my body. I grabbed the curtain and moved it aside.

“Fred!” I screamed holding my towel tightly against my chest.

“I- I’m sorry.” He stuttered

“What are you doing in here?” I asked slipping on my slippers. I actually wasn’t uncomfortable at all, I trust Fred although I’ve never really met him fully. He seems nice, I have him for mostly all my classes.

“I’m hiding from my brother.” He says quickly as if willing. I smile due to him sounding like a child.

“I’m sorry if you heard me.” I whisper picking up my clothes “I know I’m not very good at singing.”

“Are you mad? You’re amazing” he said, I look at him and I can’t help but smile widely.

“Really?” I ask. He nods his head rapidly, he seems to be staring at me quite intently. I just realized that we’ve been having a conversation while I was wearing nothing but a towel making me chuckle to myself that it’s actually happening.

“What are you looking at?” I joke.

“Why?” I can’t help but ask quickly without thinking.

“Because your beautiful” I smile at him.

“Um…” I try to hide the blush that’s rushing up to my cheeks. “Can you leave so I can change? It’s kinda getting cold in here” I laugh briefly.

“Oh, sorry. Sorry. I’ll just leave” he said while walking backwards, I wave slightly but laugh as he bumps into the wall. He says bye and then quickly disappears behind the door. I smile to myself as I change into my clothes. Fred is something else and I like that.

~The Next Day~

~Fred’s POV~

“I can’t believe you did that to me” I mumbled to George as I played with my porridge.

“What? Me?” He acted shocked “I was trying to get the truth but you choose to take the hard way”

“I could have told you without you putting Veritaserum in my butterbeer!”

“Well, I didn’t know that you were going to run into the prefects bathroom with that serum in your system. Well, you told her all that good things that you like about her right?” He said innocently.

“Yeah but what if she asked me if I liked her? Then she would probably think that I’m some weirdo listening to her shower.” George shrugged his shoulders.

“Hey, bathroom boy.” I turn my head to the side to see (Y/n) smiling down to me. She sits besides me and begins to eat. George stands up giving me a smirk before actually walking away.

“I’m really really sorry about yesterday”

“Don’t worry about it. At least I got a compliment out of it.”

“You’re a really good singer, you should join Choir”

“No, I don’t sing well.”

“Yeah, you do”

“How do I know if you aren’t lying to me?”

“Remember yesterday when I told you that you were a good singer.” She nodded “I wasn’t lying. My brother gave me Veritaserum”

“Is that why you were hiding from your brother?” She smiles.

“Yeah but your should join.”

“I might but I- Ah!” She screamed and I yelled as cold liquid fell on top of us. I open my eyes to see bright red paint all over me and (Y/n).

“Oh my god” she said and then out of nowhere she laughed. Glitter gold and black fell to top it off.

“George!” I yell.

“It wasn’t me mate” he said innocently but I knew that he was lying. I was about to kill him but I was distracted by her laugh. It was filled with such joy, it made me start laughing. Soon, after we both got cleaned off we sat in front of the fire in the common room.

“When we were in the bathroom and I asked you why you were staring at me… Did you really mean it when you called me beautiful?” She whispered looking at me

“Of course I did” but before I knew it she kissed me. I cupped her face and brought her closer. She wrapped her arms around my neck and deepened the kiss. We pulled back after a few seconds when we were out of breath.

“I love you”

“I love you too, Weasley”

As a new day started, the group of friends gathered around Scott’s locker, trying to think of a way to stop Decaulion.

“We need to think of a distraction, or at least a way to avoid them. Any ideas?” Scott asked the pack.

“Maybe we could just qu-” Stiles got interrupted by Isaac.

“Who the hell is she?” Isaac asked, watching an unknown girl walk down the hallway. Everyone turned around and saw a girl, beautiful in fact, walking towards their direction.

“Excuse me, but I’m kinda new and need some help around the school. Could one of you help me?” The unknown girl shyly asked. Isaac jumped and stood beside the girl, offering to help her.

“I could help you.” The girl looked his way, giving him a sharing smile. She then realized something.

“I’m sorry! I forgot to introduce myself! My name’s (Y/N).” (Y/N) held her hand out for Isaac to shake. He accepted her offer and shook her hand.

“Stiles, didn’t we use to know a girl very well by the name of (Y/N)?” Scott whispered towards Stiles.

“Yeah Scott, but that couldn’t be her. I mean there’s millions of (Y/N)’s!” Stiles exaggerated.

“Let’s find out.” Before (Y/N) and Isaac could walk away, Scott got their attention.

“What’s your last name (Y/N)?” Scott asked. She turned and looked at him closely.

“(L/N). Why?” She asked, confusion lacing her face. Scott looked at his best friend then back at the girl.

“(Y/N), I haven’t seen you in forever!” Stiles exclaimed. She was even more confused.

“And who are you?” She asked politely as possible.

“It’s us! Scott and Stiles!” (Y/N) looked at the two boys with excitement and happiness. She quickly hugged the both of them. Stiles heart began to race and Scott could hear it quite well.

I don’t like her. I can’t like her.” Stiles thought. She let go of the boys and went on with Isaac around the school.

“Bye everyone!” She yelled with everyone waving back her way. Allison was the first to turn around towards Scott and Stiles.

“Okay who the hell was that?” She asked. Lydia turned around, standing beside Allison..

“Yeah I would like to know to.”

“She use to be one of our best friends when we were kids, until she moved away.” Scott said, sounding a bit sad at the end.

First period started and (Y/N) had this period with Scott and Stiles.

“Alright class, we have a new student here. Just sit behind Bilinski.” He said, muttering the last part to her. Stiles still heard.

“Coach it’s Stilinski!” He stated. She gave a giggle and made her way behind Stiles.

As class went on, Stiles would take occasional glances towards (Y/N) when she didn’t look. Scott looked over to see his best friend staring at her from the corner of his eye.

“Stiles!” Scott whisper shouted. Stiles slightly jumped and glared at the boy. Before Stiles could protest to Scott, (Y/N)’s hand went into the air.

“Coach, may I use the restroom, please?” She quickly asked.Scott and Stiles looked at each other.

“Sure.” He said. She stood up and ran out of the classroom. As coach wasn’t looking, the duo ran out of class falling behind (Y/N). As they step into the hallway, they see the boys locker room door shut.

“Why would she go in there?” Stiles curiously asked.

“Let’s go find out.” Scott pushed the door open, with Stiles slowly falling behind. They heard noise near the showers, and made there way over there.

“What the hell is going on?” Stiles cursed. (Y/N) was standing in front of a sink, her eyes glowing a bright red and her claws digging at the bottom of the sink.

“What are you doing here?” She panicked.

“We followed you.” Stiles bluntly answered. She looked back into the mirror.

“I-I’m a monster!” She growled out.

“(Y/N) you are not a monster! Now listen closely, you need to find an anchor. Someone who can make you stay human.” Scott yelled. She turned and looked into Stiles honey brown eyes as he done the same. Her eyes flickered from a bright red to a beautiful (E/C). Her long claws retracted back into her fingers. She collapsed to the ground, making Scott and Stiles rush to her side.

“Are you okay?” Scott asked. She nodded, offering a small smile.

“The real question is what just happened.” Stiles exclaimed.

“I don’t know what I am, but all I know is some dude bit me.” Scott looked at her and flashed his bright yellow eyes.

“Your one to?” She asked surprised. He laughed and nodded. It was silent for a moment until Stiles spoke up.

“Your so badass.” He admitted. She looked up at him with confusion.

“Me?” She asked. He nodded. Scott left the room just to let the two get some privacy.

“(Y/N), this might not be the best time, but I’ve liked you for ages now and I want to say that I love you.” She sat there with shock, it overwhelming her till she couldn’t speak. Stiles started to panic.

“I shouldn’t of said anything.” He admitted.

“Stiles I love you to, I always have.” He bent down a bit so he could press his lips against hers. The two fit together like puzzle pieces and melted into the kiss. They soon broke apart, breathless.

“I love you so much.”

“I love you to.”

Inevitable | Stiles

{ Y/N/N = Your Nick Name
Y/L/N = Your Last Name }

There he was, flinging the ball passed the goalie pretty much effortlessly during lacrosse practice. I leaned against the bleachers and smiled, fixing my ponytail. Stiles grinned my way, but I knew it wasn’t directed at me. I turned and, as expected, Lydia Martin walked passed me while elegantly swaying her hips.

I watched as Stiles forgot what he was doing, stumbling over his own feet but staying upright nonetheless. He blushed and quickly turned away, talking to Scott about something that I couldn’t hear.

Being in love with somebody who didn’t even notice you was probably the most stupid thing that I had gotten myself into ever since… well, ever. I forced myself to turn and walk away, knowing that if I stayed longer the ache in my heart would increase and I’d embarrass myself in front of a ton of people I wasn’t even friends with.

An hour later I had just arrived in my next class, Chemistry, and I sat down at a desk ready to be paired with some random nerd. However, I didn’t know that Chemistry lesson would change my life forever.

“Miss Y/L/N, Mr Stilinski.” Mr Harris said and my head shot up. I refrained myself from exclaiming my shock, and before I could even properly prepare myself, I felt somebody’s presence beside me.

“Hey. I guess we’re paired up for this project, huh?” Stiles said. His voice was so smooth and the way his lips moved made me want to kiss them so bad. God, I had to control myself.

“Y-yeah.” I stammered, moving my bag off the chair next to me and Stiles sat down, dropping his bag against the table in front of him.

“So, what’s your name?” He asked as he took out his books out. While Mr Harris continued to pair up students, he looked at me with those honey-coloured eyes and I swear I felt my insides melt.

I smiled slightly. “Y/N. You’re Stiles, right?”

“That’s me.” He laughed. “Pretty name, by the way.”

“Thanks.” I said, unable to stop myself from blushing. Stiles grinned and opened his book just as Mr Harris started announcing the project.

I noted what he said down. “… Please submit it next week Friday. This is both a test of intelligence and memory as well as a test of your ability to work together. Have a good day.”

With a groan, I closed my book. “If you want, I can just find some topics today and we can start the work on Monday.” I knew Stiles hated Chemistry, although he was extremely smart but it seemed that Mr Harris didn’t quite like him.

“I’m not going to let you do all the work.” Stiles said. “Are you free tomorrow?”

“Yeah. I… I think so.” I said, trying to make it seem as if I had to think about it. Honestly, I didn’t have anything to do after school. I only really spoke to people inside of school, and my mum was out all of the time so it didn’t really matter whether she granted me permission or not.

“Okay. Give me your number and I’ll text you later, okay?”

I nodded. “Yeah sure.” I wrote my number down on a piece of paper and handed it to him, and he smiled in a way that could have made any girl swoon.

The bell rang and Stiles packed his bag. “I’ll see you tomorrow, then?”

“Yeah. Bye, Stiles.” I said before he walked away, glancing at me once before he disappeared out of the door. I bit my lip and hit my forehead. Goodness, I couldn’t believe I had literally just spoken to my crush for the first time ever, and I’d probably been super obvious.

I got up and headed to the lockers to pick up my books, seeing as Chemistry was my last period of the day.

I arrived home and groaned when I noticed my mum’s car parked in the driveway. I parked my bicycle against the wall before heading inside the house, meeting my mum sitting at the dining table, sipping her tea and reading some sort of fashion magazine.

“Hi, Mum.” I greeted her, hanging my coat up and heading towards the kitchen to grab an apple before I leaned against the counter and watched my mum put the magazine down and acknowledge my existence.

“Hi, sweetie. How was school?”

“It was fine.” My phone buzzed in my pocket, and my mum raised her eyebrows.

“Who’s that? Have you finally made a friend?”

I rolled my eyes, hiding the fact that my heart literally missed a beat because it couldn’t be anyone other than Stiles, the only people who had my number was my mum, Stiles and Katherine who only had my number because our mothers were friends.

I pulled my phone out of my pocket and unlocked it, tapping on the text notification. “It’s just someone I have to do a Chemistry project with. Anyway, how’s work?”

“Good as usual. Got the day off, but I’m leaving again tomorrow morning.”

Stiles: Hey Y/N/N. It’s Stiles. I hope it’s okay to call you that. Just wanted to ask what time you’re comfortable with to hang out tomorrow? Your house or mine?

“Right. What time?” I asked, as I typed a reply. I was glad I had a knack for multitasking.

Me: Sure. Anytime’s good, and I honestly don’t mind. You pick.

“My flight leaves at 8, so I’ll be gone around 7. I’ve also got a dinner invitation from Katherine’s mum, but there’s lasagna in the fridge.” Mum said, and I sighed. The few days a month that my mum was home, she always immediately made plans with her many lady friends and left me to tend for myself. At least she gave me the money to get whatever I needed for groceries, clothes, etc., but it still hurt sometimes that she was hardly around.

“Okay, Mum.” I said. My phone buzzed again and Mum once again looked at me suspiciously. “You’ve been acting weird lately. Are you sure there’s nothing you want to talk to me about?”

“No, there’s nothing I need to talk to you about. Not now, anyway.” I said, taking a bite of my apple before glancing back down at my phone.

Stiles: Is your house okay? Dad’s got a day off tomorrow and yeah. Maybe around 3 pm?

“Okay. I’m going to go get ready.”

“Fine. Bye, Mum.” I said without looking up. I had a nervous ache in my stomach, and I suddenly didn’t feel that hungry anymore.

Me: Yeah, that’s fine.

Stiles: Cool :) See you then.

Me: See you.

I sighed and slid my phone into my back pocket, finishing my apple before throwing the core away and heading upstairs to do my homework.

The next day I woke up from the sound of my mum’s car leaving the driveway, I tried going back to sleep, but my mind had decided that overthinking today’s events would be a better activity than sleeping, so I was left getting up at 7 am on a Saturday morning.

I made my way downstairs after grabbing my English books and sat at the kitchen island, doing my homework in an effort to let time go by faster.

It was 9:02 when I finally finished the last piece of homework I had and I made myself some breakfast before taking a shower and getting ready for the day.

At 2:45 I had gone grocery shopping, cleaned the house, tidied my room and done possibly everything I could have done. This definitely meant I would be extremely bored tomorrow, but I’d rather be bored than have to endure the nauseated feeling the butterflies in my stomach were producing.

I got a text from my mum that she’d arrived in Los Angeles and I didn’t reply. I couldn’t be bothered to. I headed downstairs and poured myself a glass of apple juice, sipping it slowly. I nearly let the glass fall when the doorbell rang. Yesterday evening, before I had gone to sleep, I had texted Stiles my address because of course I had completely forgotten to do so during our earlier text exchange.

After putting the glass down I made my way to the front door and opened it, only to find Stiles grinning at me. He was wearing a white t-shirt with red details and jeans, his backpack slung over his shoulder and his eyes glistened in the sunlight.

“Hey there.” Stiles smiled. “I don’t know about you, but I’m ready to tackle this beast of a project and strangle it.”

“Well that’s one way to put it.” I said, a weight lifting off my shoulders and the twist in my stomach leaving. “Come on in.” I opened the door wider and stepped out of the way to allow him to enter.

He walked in with a smile, looking around. “Nice house. Are you home alone?”

“Yeah.” I said, closing the door. “As usual.”

“You’re home alone most of the time?” Stiles asked, and I nodded. “Yeah. Mum works for some company and she travels a lot. She’s home maybe five days a month. Would you like something to drink?”

“Sure. Doesn’t that get lonely, though?”

“Kind of. I’m used to it.” I said. “What would you like?”

“Uhm.. Whatever you’re having is fine.” Stiles said. I nodded. “Well, I’m having apple juice. Is that okay with you?”

“Yeah.” Stiles replied and I poured him a glass and refilled mine. “So where are we going to work?” He asked once I handed his glass to him.

I bit my lip, thinking. “Let’s work upstairs, yeah? I’ve got everything we need there.”

“Alright.” Stiles said, and I motioned for him to follow me upstairs to my bedroom. Once we got there I pulled my books out from my bookshelf and laid them on the floor in front of my bed.

“So what do you want the project to be about?” I asked as I sat down on the carpeted floor, and Stiles dropped his bag against the bed and sat in front of me.

“I’m not sure. I wasn’t exactly listening to what he was saying.” Stiles admitted, blushing.

I laughed. “I don’t blame you. He wants us to choose an experiment, make it happen, observe it and then write our observations.”

“Right. Maybe we could…”

That was the start of my friendship with Stiles. We started hanging out more, though I kept it all a secret from my mum. I was stubborn, I told myself that if she wasn’t here she didn’t care and she didn’t have to know because, knowing my mum, she would make a big deal about it and question me about any ‘possible relationships’.

Sure, I still had a crush on Stiles but I had learned to control it. I’d become close with Scott as well, and thanks to Stiles I didn’t feel so bored or lonely outside of school. There were times when our hugs lingered a bit longer than an average hug (‘the average hug’ meaning Scott’s hugs because there really weren’t any other guys I was comfortable enough with to hug) but I told myself I was just imagining it.

“Y/N.. Y/N!” Somebody whispered, and I turned to find Scott crouching on the roof outside my window. “Scott?! What are you doing here?” I asked, as I opened the window as quietly as possible. “You know my mum’s home!”

“I do, I do. But Stiles said he needs us both. Something happened in the woods, some sort of murder or something. Stiles thinks it’s another wolf.” Scott said. I nodded and quickly pulled my shoes on and pulled on a hoodie I had borrowed from Stiles once and never returned. It smelled like him and it made my heart race, as if he were here with me in person.

You see, Scott was a werewolf. It’s a long story, but Stiles had explained everything to me once I had found out. “Okay. One second.” I said quietly to Scott before opening the door and shouting, “Mum, I’m off to sleep. Goodnight!”

“Sleep well, sweetie!” She replied and I closed the door, turning the light off and heading towards the window. Scott had already moved so I could go through, and I climbed onto the roof swiftly, having done this a million times before.

“Nice hoodie.” He smirked, probably identifying Stiles’ scent on it. “Thank you.” I grinned, following him as he jumped off the roof and I did the same. He ran into the woods and I followed him, until eventually we saw Stiles’ familiar blue Jeep parked in the middle of a clearing.

My heart skipped a beat when I saw him leaning against the side of the car, and I immediately ran up to him and engulfed him in a hug. He laughed and wrapped his arms around my waist, resting his chin on my shoulder before I pulled away with a blush. God I hated how my cheeks heated up so easily.

“Alright guys, that’s enough.” Scott teased, like he always did. I stuck my tongue out at him, but I knew thanks to his supernatural hearing. “Fill us in, Stiles?” I asked him.

“A random couple got murdered, heard my dad say something about wolf-like bites on the bodies. I thought Scott should investigate.” Stiles said. “We can’t just let another wolf enter Beacon Hills. I’ve already called Derek, he’s aware of the situation.”

“Okay.” I said. “So why’d you need me here?”

“Moral support.” Stiles grinned brilliantly and I felt my knees weaken but thankfully I stabilised myself by leaning against the car just as Stiles was doing, only I was leaning with my shoulder against it. “I need another human here in case Scott decides to forget that I don’t have supernatural powers.”

“That happened once, Stiles!” Scott exclaimed, and I laughed. “Shouldn’t we go investigate, guys?” I asked, and Stiles smiled at me.

“Always thoughtful. Let’s go, Scott.”

“Do you have a flashlight?” Scott asked, and Stiles turned to open the car door and a few seconds later a flashlight was tossed to both Scott and I, and he was holding his own.

“Always prepared.” I retorted, and Stiles laughed before locking the car.

Scott made a gagging sound, and I glared at him. We headed off into the woods, Stiles leading the way and Scott sniffing for a trace of the wolf.

“Do you think it’s an omega?” I asked Scott quietly, and he shrugged. “I don’t know, Y/N. I haven’t picked up anything yet.”

We finally got at the crime scene, and I saw Stiles’ dad, the Sheriff, talk to some police officers. Scott stopped, and I turned to him only to find him walking in the opposite direction. He motioned for me to follow and I grabbed Stiles’ hand to get his attention.

I blushed in the dark, aware of how his hand fit in mine and Stiles turned towards me. “What?” He asked quietly.

“Scott found a scent. Come on.” I pulled him towards Scott, and I turned my flashlight off as to not gain attention.

We followed Scott until we arrived at Allison and Scott’s secret spot. Derek was already there, and his eyes flashed at us as if to say 'stay back’….

“Come on, I’ll give you a boost up.” Stiles said later that night once we arrived at my house. I nodded and he boosted me up so I could climb onto the roof. He followed suit, and we slowly walked over to the window of my room. I opened it slowly and jumped in quietly, Stiles doing the same.

I sighed, and ran my fingers through my hair. “Is Scott going to be okay?”

“Of course he will. He’s in good hands with Deaton.” Stiles said and I sat on the bed with my back against the headboard. Stiles did the same and we both sat there for a moment. What had happened today had been the first time I’d truly experienced anything supernatural that was dangerous, and to be honest I was feeling extremely shook up.

“Y/N/N…” Stiles said. “You’re going to be okay. Everything will. Look at me, I’ve survived this for like a year now. I’m doing fine.”

“I know.” I said. “I just–” I made the mistake of looking up into his eyes, and I realised how close those beautiful lips were to mine. All I had to do was lean in a little bit and they would touch.

“You just?” Stiles asked, and I completely forgot what I wanted to say.

“Nothing. Are you tired?” I asked, and Stiles shook his head. “No. You?”

“I don’t know.” I said honestly.

Stiles smiled slightly. “Would you like me to leave?”

“No, please don’t.” I said. “Just want to lay down for a bit.”

Stiles nodded, and he gently grabbed my hand, lacing our fingers together. I smiled at him and moved down, turning on my side and he kissed my shoulder.

“This is my hoodie isn’t it?” He whispered, and I nodded. “Yeah. Sorry, it’s just really comfortable and I kept forgetting to give it back.”

“That’s okay.” He said, and I turned my head, looking at him. “Stiles?”

“Yes?” He asked, looking up from behind my shoulder and I bit my lip. “Do you still like Lydia?”

“No…” He said, a flush covering his pale skin. “I’ll always admire her because well, I had feelings for her for ten years. But no, I don’t obsessively like her anymore.”

“Oh, okay.” I said, trying to act cool even though I was mentally doing a happy dance.

Stiles hummed against my shoulder. “Why are you asking?”

“No reason.” I answered, turning my head back around and sighing into the soft pillow.

“Okay.” He gave my hand a tight squeeze, and before I realised it, I was falling asleep….

“Y/N Y/L/N!!” A shrill voice woke me up and I groaned. “Mum leave me alone.”

“Not until you explain why the Sheriff’s son is in your bed!” She shouted, and I felt somebody stir behind me and yesterday’s events came rushing back to me as I woke up fully.

“Who’s shouting?” Stiles asked as he, too, woke up slowly. I opened my eyes only to find my mum, completely dressed, with her arms crossed and I quickly got up.

“Mum, it isn’t what you think!” I said. “Look, we’re both fully dressed. He’s just my friend.”

“You never–”

“Because you’re never around.” I said, and I turned to Stiles who was looking at me with a look that I couldn’t decipher.

“Y/N….” She said.

I sighed. “Mum, can you leave me alone for a bit? Please? Nothing happened, I promise.”

“Fine. Stiles, that’s your name right?” She asked Stiles, who nodded. “You may join us for breakfast if you want.”

“Thank you, Mrs Y/L/N.”

My mum nodded before walking out of my room and closing the door behind her. I sighed and fell back onto the bed, groaning and covering my face with the pillow.

“Are you okay?” Stiles asked, and I groaned into the pillow. Suddenly the pillow was being pulled away and Stiles was leaning over me. My heart started racing like it usually did when he was this close to me, and Stiles smiled at me.

“What?” I asked, and he chuckled. “I knew it. Scott told me.”

My eyes widened and he moved closer. “He told me your heart beat rose whenever you were around me. He could smell it off you, you know. From the moment he met you.” He whispered. “I didn’t believe him at first. I thought he was messing with me. I knew for sure yesterday when you asked me whether I still liked Lydia.”

“Great.” I sighed and Stiles raised his eyebrows. “Not happy?”

“You’re going to friendzone me now, right?”

“Well… no.” Stiles said. “I was planning to kiss you, but if you don’t want to then that’s fine too.”

My jaw dropped, and he laughed, pressing my chin slightly so as to close my mouth. Without warning, he kissed me.

It was everything I had imagined and more. His warm lips were soft and fit mine as if they were the missing puzzle piece. I wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him closer, deepening the kiss because god I felt like I was dreaming and I wanted to make the dream worth it.

He smiled against my lips and laughed. “Wow, Y/N/N. Ever heard of taking it slow?”

“For god’s sake, Stilinski, shut up.” I said, kissing him again and rolling us over so I was straddling him. I cupped his cheeks and brushed my lips against his, teasing him slightly.

“You made me wait, and you expect me to take it slow.” I mumbled as I kissed his jaw line before kissing his lips again.

Stiles didn’t reply, although to be fair I didn’t really allow him to. When I finally pulled away to catch my breath, Stiles’ lips were tinged red and I knew mine were probably marked as well. “Weren’t you supposed to go speak to you mum?”

“Oh. Right.” I said, having forgotten that completely. I got off of him and for a moment just stared at him, unable to comprehend that we’d just spent about ten minutes making out. It was weird, finally kissing him when I’d been crushing on him for SO long.

He smiled and sat up, leaning over to peck my lips. “Do you want me to stay and wait or should I go?”

“Is that even a question?” I asked. “And, stop kissing me. I’m going to end up not being able to control myself.”

“Wow. What have I done to you?” Stiles asked mockingly. I shrugged. “You kissed me, that’s what.”

“Yeah well it was inevitable.” Stiles said. “I liked you too much.”

I blushed but before I could reply Stiles spoke again. “Go talk to your mum, Y/N/N. I’ll be here when you get back.”

“Okay.” I believed him, but I still felt like I was in a dream. I smiled at him before getting up and walking towards the door, heading towards the kitchen to speak to my mum, hoping deeply that she’d believe me.
