i feel like the master list picked a bad time for this

[Revised 2/17] Books for Witches, Diviners and Spellcasters

Hi, everyone. A while back (a long time ago, actually), I started an annotated bibliography on books about witchcraft and magick, and I’ve updated it once (last November).

Since then, I’d been keeping a list of things I need to add to it, but didn’t get around to actually reworking and updating the list a second time until today. Largely because I can’t really go outside much today because of the smog. But anyways, here it is. I’ve also included divination-related books in this version, whereas previously they were separate.

I hope you find something on here that suits your fancy! Happy reading! Also, yes, I do want to do more book reviews on this blog, so if you’d like a longer review of one of the books listed below, let me know and I can write one.

For Absolute Beginners

Encyclopedia of Witchcraft, by Judika Illes. Even better than the Weiser Field Guide to Witches - this book is huge and chock-full of information. It’ll explain in easy-to-understand language how the concept has developed throughout time, why witches do what they do, and different types of witches.

The Weiser Field Guide to Witches, by Judika Illes. This gives an excellent look at the historical lore concerning witches, from the perspective of a witch herself. It’s kind of tongue-in-cheek, but it does have some information that won’t be found elsewhere.

The Modern Guide to Witchcraft, by Skye Alexander. Great book for those who’re really absolute beginners and are wondering what witchcraft is all about. Skye takes a very postmodern, utilitarian, and unfailingly honest approach, and it’s geared towards those of almost any belief system.

Grimoire for the Apprentice Wizard, by Oberon Zell-Ravenheart. Attractively packaged and readible for almost all ages, this is a great (mostly) non-denominational look at the foundations of magical practice. It’s extremely detailed. Some of it only applies to Zell’s own tradition, but it’s quite useful, anyways.

Basic Techniques

Protection and Reversal Magick, by Jason Miller. This gets a little woo-woo at times, but he gives good advice on how to avoid serious problems that can come up as you begin to practice. Take with a grain of salt, though - some of this has the potential to make you feel paranoid.

City Magick, by Christopher Penczak. If you’re at all interested in tech witchery, or just want to practice magick within an urban setting, do check this out. It is by far the best look at the subject I’ve seen, and his discussion of urban tutelary spirits is worth the price alone.

Power Spellcraft for Life, by Arin Murphy-Hiscock. Nicely done, quite secular book providing basic beginner information regarding writing original spells and workings. It does fall prey to the trap of just listing correspondences with little information at times, but also contains a great deal of detail about ritual timing, raising power, and other topics essential for the beginner.

Sorcerer’s Secrets, by Jason Miller. This is a decent volume that describes a lot of techniques you don’t usually see in books, such as gesture and gaze-based magick. Be warned that Miller writes extensively about manipulative techniques, but it’s useful theory regardless of how you put it into practice.

Witch’s Bag of Tricks, by Melanie Marquis. This is not recommended for beginners, because the whole point of this book is to help existing practitioners refine and improve their already-established techniques. It’s got some novel ideas in it, and I like the author’s approach to symbolism in spellcasting.

Direct Magick (Energy Work)

The Un-Spell Book, by Mya Om. This non-denominational guide to working with magical forces is filled with useful exercises that go beyond the author’s previous work. I recommend reading this after reading Energy Essentials.

Instant Magick, by Christopher Penczak. Excellent beginner’s guide for those who don’t have access to a lot of fancy tools or prefer to work without them. This book won’t instantly teach you magick, but it will help even a seasoned practitioner find quicker, less-complicated ways of achieving results.

Energy Essentials for Witches and Spellcasters, by Mya Om. Though I balk at the use of the term “energy” to describe magical forces, this book is worth a look. It’s a bit like a workbook, with various exercises. Expect a lot of pseudoscience, though, and there are many religious references, but the techniques are solid.

Hedgewitchery and Astral Travel

Ecstatic Witchcraft, by Gede Parma. This is actually probably my favorite book on this subject, even though hedgeriding is only a part of what the book discusses. The only bad thing I can really say about this book is that it’s really not recommended for beginners, and it’s helpful to have the basics of visualization already mastered (for example) before doing the exercises Parma recommends.

By Land, Sky and Sea, by Gede Parma. This book goes into even greater details regarding different ways of conceptualizing the cosmology of hedgeriding, and I find it a very refreshing book that appreciatively draws from a number of different perspectives while grounding itself, so to speak, with the overarching metaphor of land, sky, and sea as the three worlds.

The Temple of Shamanic Witchcraft, by Christopher Penczak. Penczak is usually a pretty mixed bag, and this book is no exception. It gives a lot of good practical information and a very in-depth exploration of the three worlds (a useful concept), but it’s primarily framed by Wicca, so it might not resonate with those of other faiths and particularly those who aren’t pagan at all.

Ascension Magick, by Christopher Penczak. There’s a chapter or two in this that address alternate ways of conceptualizing the architecture of reality, and it’s pretty helpful for a hedgerider. Beyond that, this book is mostly about ceremonial magick, but it’s a (mostly) good book. Certain parts (such as the bit about UFOs) are a little off, in my opinion.

The Shamanic Witch, by Gail Wood. This book is really best suited for someone who practices Wicca and, besides the background info and cosmological descriptions, is really only useful in the context of that tradition. If you’re Wiccan or willing to pick around a lot of Wiccan-talk, though, this is a good foundation.

Witches, Werewolves and Fairies, by Claude Lecouteux. It can be hard to find scholarly works on these phenomena that are affordable, but here’s one I personally enjoyed. It details many accounts of journeying experienced by both pagans and Christians in earlier times, and gives a good description of the concept of the astral double, the architecture of the soul, and other topics throughout history.

Betwixt and Between, by Storm Faerywolf. This book is mostly a guide to the Feri tradition of witchcraft, but while I myself don’t practice that, those who do seem to know a lot about hedgeriding! The book has several chapters on the subject and is highly recommended for this reason.

The Psychic Energy Codex, by Michelle Belanger. A lot of people have strong opinions about this author, but this is book actually provides a lot of good information about so-called “energy work” which can be a step in the right direction for those wanting to ride the hedge.

Psychic Dreamwalking, by Michelle Belanger. In this book, Belanger discusses, essentially, how to use your non-waking life as a vehicle to for journeying, and while I myself don’t usually dreamwalk, much of what she says applies to hedgeriding in other states, too.

Hedge Riding and Hedge Witchcraft, by Harmonia Saille. I only mention these two in order to say that they’re best avoided. Saille tries to give a comprehensive look at the phenomenon, but it’s poorly-written and overly New Age. The negative reviews of them on Amazon really cover the problems with these book in more detail than I ever could.

Magical Writing, Words, and Symbols

Dictionary of Ancient Magic Words and Spells, by Claude Lecouteux. Mostly a historical text, this book isn’t exactly practical or terribly useful. It is, nevertheless, incredibly interesting. It’s a bit difficult to navigate, but worth a glance.

Composing Magick, by Elizabeth Barrette. A very general, but well-done, look at writing in a magical context. Some of the ritual templates are slightly specific to religious witchcraft traditions, but most information is widely applicable.

Crafting Magick with Pen and Ink, by Susan Pesnecker. Focuses both on the physical act of writing as a magical act, and the mental state associated with it. Highly recommended

The Modern Witchcraft Grimoire, by Skye Alexander. This book is for those who want to create their own grimoire. It gives fairly good advice for doing so, as well as providing hints and tricks for spellcasting and useful correspondences.

General Concepts

Planetary Magick, by Melita Denning and Osborne Phillips. If you want to work with the planets at all, particularly in a highly ritualized context, I recommend this book. It’s large, comprehensive and gives a good foundation beyond what you find in general astrology books.

Practical Planetary Magick, by Sorita d’Este and David Rankine. Shorter than I would have liked, but a useful reference to have on your shelf, with excellent tables and appendices in the back. The meditations are also quite useful.

Practical Elemental Magick, by Sorita d’Este and David Rankine. Should be read alongside the other book by this pair. Comprehensive guide to working with the elements in a ritualized fashion. Not as accessible to newbies as Lipp’s book, but good for seasoned practitioners.

The Way of Four, by Deborah Lipp. Though mostly geared towards Wiccans, I found this author’s in-depth treatment of the four elements highly fascinating. I will note that it’s probably best to get the print version of this book, as it contains exercises and quizzes.

Ingredients and Correspondences

The Herbal Alchemist’s Handbook, by Karen Harrison. I cannot praise this book enough for its concise and well-formulated approach to astrology, herbs, and magick as a whole.

The Weiser Concise Guide to Herbal Magick, by Judith Hawkins-Tillirson. This is excellent for anyone who’s interested in any kind of magick. Yes, the focus is generally herbs, but there’s a lot to be learned here about Kabbalah and other correspondence systems, as well.

Mixing Essential Oils for Magic, by Sandra Kynes. Fills a very difficult gap in published knowledge regarding the use of essential oils by discussing, in great detail, how scents interact with each other and how to create a formula that’s not only palatable, but evocative.

Dunwich’s Guide to Gemstone Sorcery, by Gerina Dunwich. Given the New Age fascination with all things shiny, it was quite a chore to sort through the myriad crystal books to find something with good information. While far from perfect and not exactly devoid of fluff, this book does give a level of detail about the lore surrounding gemstones not seen in many other texts.

Real Alchemy, by Robert Allen Bartlett. Excellent book, lots of history and detail. There’s a strong focus on tradition within the text, yet the author is quite accommodating of his audience and describes alternate methods that work better in a modern context.

Spagyrics, by Manfred M. Junius. With a highly-developed academic tone and attention to detail, this book is a meaty look at traditional alchemy. I recommend this more for intermediate practitioners due to the sheer density of information.

Spellbooks

The Goodly Spellbook, by Dixie Deerman and Steve Rasmussen. The title sounds horribly fluffy, but this is a hidden gem. It explains obscure concepts like alternative alphabets and potential uses of musical notes, as well as plant lore and other bits and pieces. Definitely worth checking out. It’s way more than just “a book of spells.”

Encyclopedia of 5,000 Spells, by Judika Illes. The title sounds trite to some, but it delivers. This book has spells from almost every culture and spiritual philosophy, as well as a very detailed formulary. I read it when I’m bored sometimes, too, just because I always learn some tidbit from it.

Book of Spells, by Nicola Pulford. In most editions, this book is absolutely gorgeous and describes spellcasting traditions from a variety of perspectives and traditions. Recommended for those who already understand the basics, as this book jumps straight into spellcasting and gives only a small amount of information about how things work.

Ceremonial Magick

Modern Magick, by Donald Michael Kraig. I received this as a gift several years ago. It is essentially a workbook meant to be completed slowly, step by step, and while the format will not appeal to everyone, it’s a good easy-to-read introduction to ceremonial magick.

Familiar Spirits, by Donald Tyson. Though geared towards ceremonialists, any practitioner can likely learn a thing or two from Tyson’s interesting stroll through the whys and wherefores of spirit work and thoughtform creation. This is by far the best book I’ve seen on the topic of familiar spirits.

Secrets of High Magick, by Francis Melville. The most recent edition of this (the one I own) is lavishly-illustrated and full of rudimentary, yet useful information. He stresses the basics of ceremonial practice, and his writing style is very accessible. Highly recommended for absolute beginners.

My Life With The Spirits, by Lon Milo DuQuette. This is a memoir of a ceremonial magician, but it gives a good look at the magickal mindset in a highly developed form from someone who’s experienced quite a lot. I have major issues with DuQuette’s approach to Qabalah, but his memoirs are worth a read.

Chaos Magick

Liber Null and Psychonaut, by Peter Carroll. Classic book of chaos magick. I consider it required reading for almost anyone interested in the occult. Even if you have no love for chaos magick, do give it a read, just to understand how influential Carroll is, and why.

Hands-On Chaos Magic, by Andrieh Vitimus. Knowing some of the people involved in the creation of this book, I’m a bit biased towards it. That said, even if I didn’t know them, I would still recommend it. It’s especially interesting to read alongside Liber Null and Psychonautin order to see how the chaos “current” has developed over the years.

Pop Culture Magic 2.0 by Taylor Ellwood. There aren’t a lot of books on using pop culture symbolism in magick, but this one is nearly perfect. The author writes in a highly erudite, literate fashion, while still being accessible to newbies. Many useful resources cited, as well, so prepare to branch off a bit while reading it.

History-Related

Triumph of the Moon, by Ronald Hutton. An inside no-holds-barred look at the history of Wicca and Modern paganism. Highly recommended. This is sort of the book that fluffbunnies don’t want you to read.

Book of Lies: The Disinformation Guide to Magick and the Occult, by Richard Metzger. Lots of facts and history of magick in the context of Postmodernity. This is different from the Crowley text of the same name, which I wouldn’t recommend unless you want to focus on his tradition.

The Place of Enchantment, by Alex Owen. This is a purely historical text that documents the occult revival within the context of Modernity. I remember it being very good, but please realize I haven’t really picked it up much since graduating, and it might just have served my mindset at the time.

Tarot

The Book of Thoth, by Aleister Crowley. Make sure you actually own (or have access to pictures of) the Thoth deck before you dive into this. By far one of the best books on Tarot ever published. The prose is often dense and purple, but in this one book, Crowley teaches so much about Tarot and it’s connection to the Western Mystery Tradition. I can’t really say much more - it must be experienced.

The Pictorial Key to the Tarot, by Arthur Edward Waite. I recommend this book because it is a classic and was introductory for many older readers. It will teach you to read and gives insight into the methodology behind the Waite-Smith deck specifically, particularly his use of what are essentially parables and why he does this. Do not expect too much esoteric information, but read it anyways.

Seventy-Eight Degrees of Wisdom, by Rachel Pollack. This is the epitome of a good modern Tarot book and is really one of the first ones I’d recommend for someone looking for an accessible book on Tarot in a modern context. Very dense in information and history, yet altogether worth it. You’ll want highlighters nearby for this one!

Tarot for a New Generation, by Janina Renée. This is essentially a book for children and teenagers, but I do recommend it for them, specifically, because it is well-written, easy to understand, and helpful to absolute beginners.

Secrets of the Waite-Smith Tarot, by Marcus Katz and Tali Goodwin. This book focuses just on the history, symbolism, and creative process of the Waite-Smith deck. It gives you an inside line on just what Pixie Smith was thinking when painting specific scenes, and is a great look at her life’s work, as well.

The Tarot: History, Symbolism, and Divination, by Robert M. Place. This book will not teach you to read Tarot, but does give an actual, accurate portrait of the history of the phenomena, which is incredibly important and useful. Know your history.

Understanding Aleister Crowley’s Thoth Tarot, by Lon Milo DuQuette. I hesitate to recommend DuQuette due to issues I have with his approach to Qabalah, but many people ask me for a beginner book for the Thoth Tarot specifically, and this is the closest I’ve come to finding one. I recommend reading this alongside, and not instead of, Crowley’s Book of Thoth.

The Back in Time Tarot, by Janet Boyer. This is more for the intermediate reader, and the entire book details a single, extremely useful technique for familiarizing yourself with the cards, namely by framing past events in terms of how they might appear in a spread.

Lenormand

The Essential Lenormand, by Rana George. This was not the first Lenormand book I picked up, but it was the most influential and intense. Ms. George writes in a personable, touching fashion and brings the concepts of the system home by relating them to life experiences in a way rarely seen. She is one of those authors I literally go all “fangirl” over.

Learning Lenormand, by Marcus Katz and Tali Goodwin. This is one of the better beginner books on Lenormand. I’m not going to lie - it isn’t as good as Rana George’s, but it definitely is worth reading if you’re completely new to the system. It’s very accessible, where some of the books I’ll be listing later in this can seem intimidating, or so I’ve been told.

Lenormand: Thirty-Six Cards, by Andy Boroveshengra. This book is intense, but in a different way than Ms. George’s. Expect to be inundated with information and techniques. Another one of those where you really need to take notes or highlight while reading, and read it multiple times.

Secrets of the Lenormand Oracle, by Sylvie Steinbach. This book is organized in a novel and useful fashion by topic, and gives specific techniques for readings on love, money, spirituality, and other topics. Highly recommended, and I tend to use it as a reference book nowadays, looking things up as needed.

The Complete Lenormand Oracle Handbook, by Caitlyn Matthews. Not for the beginner, nor the faint at heart, this one details a lot of what, to me, seem to be more advanced approaches and techniques. I use this book a lot, and I think anyone else will enjoy it, too. Good information on the connection between Lenormand and traditional playing cards, too.

Cartomancy with Lenormand and the Tarot, by Patrick Dunn. This is more of a special topic book, and best read after you’ve got some familiarity with both Tarot and Lenormand. It’s all about using them in tandem and the synergy between them.

Astrology

The Luminaries, by Liz Greene. I could really recommend anything by this author, but she’s written so much, and this book is a particularly important one. It focuses entirely on the Sun and Moon in astrology, and gives a good look at why the luminaries need to have a special place in your understanding.

The Weiser Concise Guide to Practical Astrology, by Priscilla Costello. This is focused, as you might expect, on actual interpretation of charts and less on theory, but it gives a good background on that, too. Was quite helpful in my attempts to interpret @xepsurah‘s unusual natal chart.

The Complete Book of Astrology, by Kris Brandt Riske. Very beginner, and very light on intellect, heavy on intuition. A great introduction, but I would not suggest it as the only book you read if you’re really interested in the subject.

Tasseography

Tea Leaf Reading for Beginners, by Caroline Dow. There are only a few books within Llewellyn’s immensely popular “For Beginners” series that I would recommend, and this is one of them. The symbol glossary (which makes up the bulk of the book) is the most useful part.

Tea Cup Reading, by Sasha Fenton. This book goes into some detail (quite a bit, actually) about the history of tea and coffee, and, better yet, how to prepare them in the traditional fashion! A lot of traditional lore is described, as well.

Scrying, etc.

Scrying for Beginners, by Donald Tyson. This is really a surprise find, as I don’t usually expect much from this series, by Tyson knows his history and goes far beyond simple exercises for scrying. He is a bit biased towards mirror and crystal-gazing techniques, but does discuss other methods.

Psychic Development for Beginners, by William Hewitt. Readable, and offers some very practical developmental exercises for those wishing to hone extrasensory abilities. Be prepared to sort through a lot of woo, though.

Back To School Tips Master Post!

I had a few people asking me to do a back to school tips/ how to do well in school post so here it is. I’m a sophomore in college and an honors student so I plan on sharing the things that have helped me succeed. Even though these tips are things I use now in college, most of them I also used in high school so it can be applied there as well.

Organization                                                                                                           The most beneficial thing you can do is stay organized.

  1. Get a planner.- I bought mine this year at Walgreens for around $7 but it has a plastic cover so all paper ones are even cheaper. A planner is good for keeping track of when everything is due. When I get my syllabi for my classes I go through them and write down the due dates of homework, essays, tests, etc, on the day they are due. You can color code your classes or just write the class next to the assignment. This way you can look at a whole week and see everything you have due for all of your classes in one place. It’s also easier to add in things or make changes if your professor decides to due so.
  2. Use a white board- I know white boards can be expensive, so if you can’t afford one, expo markers will write on laminated paper which you can get for around $4 on Amazon. I use this to keep on my wall and write the next really important date for each class. So I have all my classes listed on the board and let’s say my next big date in Psych is a test. I’d write that date on the board, then after the test, I’d erase it and write the next important date. These dates should be in your planner as well but it’s nice to have them right in front of you at all times so you don’t turn to the next week in your planner and realize you have a test on Monday.
  3. Buy durable folders- If you’re going to be using your folders all year make sure they’ll last all year. You want to lose any of your assignments. I get plastic folders at Office Depot for $0.39 a piece. I chose a color for each class and write the class at the top in sharpie and I’m good to go!
  4. Notebooks too!- You’re going to be taking a lot of notes so make sure to keep a notebook for each class as well. Mine were $3 each at Office Depot but they have a plastic cover so if you need to save some money get the paper covers because you most likely wont reuse a notebook.
  5. Get a pack of loose leaf paper- Sometimes you have to turn things in and if you’re like me then you hate tearing it out of your notebook. But if you don’t have a problem with that then don’t worry about it!
  6. Use some sort of bag/backpack- This will help you not lose anything plus you can put water, snacks, etc in it as well!

Study Tips                                                                                                               Tests are often the biggest portion of your grade so knowing the best ways to study will help you out the most.

  1. Figure out what type of learner you are- This can greatly improve your study skills. There are visual learners; these people learn best with charts, graphs, and anything that show a visual relationship between information. So if you’re this type of person, to help study you could make charts, graphs, tables, draws arrows between points of information, or watch videos. Anything to help you see it. There are also auditory learners; these people learn best when hearing the information. So the best way for these people to study is to recite information out loud, or if your course has an audio book to listen to it. You could also have a friend read information to you and you say it as well. Some people are reading/writing learners; they do best when reading the text and writing down important points/taking notes. This is the type of learner I am so to help me study, I write out my own flashcards, I copy power points into my notes, and as I read my chapters I write the important information.  Something else that is good for these kind of learners is to make little quizzes for yourself. There are also kinesthetic learners; they learn best with more hands on activities. This can be hard to do especially with some subjects. If you can physically do what you’re studying then do it. If not, make a game out of it. For example, ask yourself questions and if you get it right take a shot at a basketball hoop or a soccer goal (if you don’t have these things use a paper ball and your trashcan or anything you can substitute. Figuring out which learner you are will greatly improve how you study.
  2. Don’t wait until right before a test- Cramming your brain with all the information a few days before a test will not help you remember and only stress you out. This is called Massed Practice and is proven to be a waste of time and information is not retained well. Study a little everyday or every other day. This is called the Spacing Effect and is proven to improve retention and recall of information. So it is best to do short sessions of study over a long period of time rather than a long session all at once.
  3. Find a good place to study- If you like quiet places and your house/dorm is too loud go to a library or outside if it’ s a nice day.  If you like a lot of background noise play some music or go to a coffee shop.

Overall Tips                                                                                                            These tips are still really important but I don’t have enough that fit together to make another header.

  1. Work on what’s due first- Some people think it’s always best to work on the important things first but that’s not always the case. If your essay is due in two weeks and you have an assignment due in a few days then finish the assignment first. You’ll still have plenty of time for your essay. I suggest doing all your work but if something happens to where you just can’t then yes do the more important thing because it’ll be a bigger part of your grade.
  2. Writing Centers- A lot of colleges/universities have writing centers.  If you’re not the best at writing or just need some help you can make an appointment at the writing center where someone highly qualified in writing will read your paper/essay and help you with grammar, punctuation, idea flow, overall organization etc. I highly suggest checking to see if your school has one of these.
  3. Check your email/Blackboard/whatever your professor uses- This is where they may add extra assignments/ cancel class and not mention it in class. It’s always important to check.
  4. Try to relax- I know it can be hard, especially for students with depression, anxiety, and other mental/physical illnesses but it’s important to always take a moment and calm down. Take breaks from your work and do something you enjoy for at least a few minutes everyday. If you need a nap, take a nap. just set an alarm to pick back up on your work later.
  5. Don’t worry about being perfect- This is still something I’m working on myself but getting better at. Last semester I got a B for the first time since my sophomore year of high school and it bothered me to no end. But, I told myself I did my best, and as a person with bad social anxiety I’m okay with my B in public speaking. So for anyone else who feels like they have to keep their 4.0 all 4 years, don’ t panic if you don’t. There’s nothing wrong with not being perfect, almost no one graduates college with a 4.0. Always do your best, but don’t put too much pressure on yourself. I cannot stress this enough.
  6. Take classes you enjoy- Hopefully you’re in a major that you enjoy so you wont hate your classes too much but it’s still important to try to take a fun class every once in awhile. If you like art, take an art class. Then, you’re still doing work but also doing something you like.
  7. Get a tutor- If you’re not doing as well in a class as you would like, don’t be afraid to get a tutor. Most universities offer tutors who are students that would love to help you and wont be judgmental at all. There’s nothing wrong with getting a little extra help and tutors are often people who have already passed the class with an A so they’ll be very good resources.
  8. Take care of yourself- Overall, make sure you’re eating well and drinking water throughout the day. Sometimes it’s impossible, but try to get enough sleep. If you go out to party watch out for yourself and others. Practice self care and if things get too stressful and you need help don’t be afraid to ask.

I know this post is very long, but I wanted to share everything I could for anyone who wanted help. If I think of anything else I’ll definitely add it later. I hope everyone has a great semester and school year! Good luck to everyone!

[Revised 11/1/17] Book Recommendations for Witches, Spellcasters, and the Curious

I periodically (usually once a year) make an updated post of my annotated bibliographies for witchcraft, magick, and divination studies. I recently noticed that I hadn’t done this in a long time!

Since I’ve read a lot of new books in that time, and since many are worth adding, I thought I’d go ahead and post an updated list.

I’ve added just ten new ones this time! Unfortunately, still, it’s getting quite long, so I’m splitting it into two posts - one for divination, and one for magick/witchcraft.  I will be tagging both as #long and #long+post because I realize this is pretty extreme in terms of length.

Of Witchcraft and Whimsy, by Rose Orriculum. Written by Tumblr’s own @orriculum, this is one of the best, most modern an no-nonsense Craft introductory books I’ve seen. It’s unabashedly up-to-date and self-aware in its portrayal of the contemporary Craft.

Spirit Conjuring for Witches, by Frater Barrabbas. Frater B. is a very learned and rather famous magician and witch. This book is mostly geared towards Wicca, but even if you’re not Wiccan, his techniques are innovative and interesting, many utterly unlike anything I’ve seen elsewhere.

Direct Magick (Energy Work)

The Un-Spell Book, by Mya Om. This non-denominational guide to working with magical forces is filled with useful exercises that go beyond the author’s previous work. I recommend reading this after readingEnergy Essentials.

Hedge Rider by Eric De Vries. Considered a classic on this subject, this book contains a lot of good information on making the jump across the Hedge, but with a lot of editorializing about “true witchcraft,” etc. A mixed bag, but still recommended.

To Fly by Night, edited by Veronica Cummer. This is an anthology about hedgecraft by many different authors. The essays vary in quality but there’s something for everyone, and the text doesn’t shy away from tough topics, either.

Practical Astrology for Witches and Pagans, by Ivo Dominguez, Jr. This book, unlike most astrology texts, won’t tell you much about interpreting a chart - instead, it’s an entire book on timing your magick with the stars!

A Handbook of Saxon Sorcery and Magic, by Alric Albertsson. I really enjoyed this little book, which focuses on older magical traditions common among the ancient Saxons. It is very much introductory, but worth a read for those new to those traditions.

The Hearth Witch’s Compendium, by Anna Franklin. This book is essentially a recipe book for various home remedies and magical purposes. For the most part, it focuses on healing work, but there’s some great tips in there for making your own cleaning products and such, too. Highly recommended.

Magical Housekeeping, by Tess Whitehurst. This is worth reading if you keep your own house/apartment and are looking for practical magical techniques for cleanliness and inviting harmony into your spaces. It could be more detailed, but I enjoyed it.

A Kitchen Witch’s Cookbook, by Patricia Telesco. This is a recipe book. It is mainly geared towards Wiccans and those who celebrate the eight sabbats, but the dishes are tasty and sure to please anyone.

I havemajor issues with DuQuette’s approach to Qabalah, but his memoirs are worth a read.

I decided to make the reader attend a fansign event in Korea, since that would maybe make it a bit more….jarring?? is that the right word? Idfk

-Admin AJ

S.Coups/Seungcheol His eyes passed over you when you were waiting in line. He kept glancing back at your spot to study your face. You seemed nervous and he could tell this was maybe your first time attending an event for them. As you got closer he noticed the outfit you chose, and how it complimented you so well and you seemed to be taking pictures and recording. When you got to him, he was instantly shy and blushing at having your attention on him. “What is your name? You are very cute. I see you from far.”

Jeonghan He saw you during their greeting and smiled at you. He waved in your direction as to not be obvious, however he kept glancing back at you when he turned to wave at the others attending the event. He tried doing more poses in your direction so whenever you took pictures you got a good view of him. Once you reach him at the table, he takes your hands in his and smiles at you. “Hello! What is your name? Name is cute like your face.”

Joshua/Jisoo He spotted you and was happy to see you since, it meant you either had to save up just for the event, or you were vacationing/studying abroad. He’d make sure to make a mental note to see what language you spoke, and if it was one he spoke, he’d speak it to comfort you. He’d also help and translate for you to the nearest members so that you wouldn’t get flustered. “Don’t worry about the language barrier, we can feel your energy and it makes us even happier to know that you were brave enough to come anyway.”

Jun/Junhui He noticed you looked different from the Korean fans. He smiled and mentally applauded your bravery to come to an event where, you may not be familiar with. He knew how it felt to have a language barrier between you and your peers. Not to mention when it involves celebrities that also may not speak your native language. He’d try to convey his attraction to you as best as he can. So in his limited English he tries flirting with you. “You are very, beautiful. I like your smile.” He gestures to his own smile and holds your hands.

Hoshi/Soonyoung He spotted a face that didn’t look Korean and was intrigued. He looked in your direction and felt this heat spread across his cheeks to his ears. He noticed that you watched and listened attentively and that you seemed a bit frustrated at not understanding something. He whispers to either Vernon or Joshua how to say a few phrases. Once you get to him and are before him. He shyly repeats what he was taught. “Sorry, you cannot understand. I learn English for you. Thank you for support. You are very pretty.”

After the member moved away, he kept looking at you and he kept trying to keep himself from staring so much. He tries to spend the rest of the event recalling what he does know of English. As well as silently whispering English words to himself. When you are in front of him, he does his best to pick out words you say that he knows and piece the sentence together. “Oh yes! I know little bit. Thank you for love and support? Yes? Okay. You are very, pretty.”

He noticed that when he smiled in your direction you brightened up and he couldn’t help but feel shy afterwards. When you reached him he tries greeting you in his limited English. He understands that you don’t speak Korean, and he nods his head to show you he understands. As he signs your stuff he writes a note in English and asks if you understand it. “I am thankful you listen to Seventeen music. You are nice and pretty. Please support more?”

It’s okay because I love Carat! Thank you!”

So when you reached him he froze up and smiled at you. He listened to what you had to say and was able to piece together what you were saying. At the last second he told you the pickup line. “You are a Carat, but your smile is priceless…Sorry,my English not best.”

The8/Minghao He was not prepared to see an international fan in the crowd. He was appreciative that you still came to the event and he was definitely proud of you. He’d feel bad that you looked lost when the group spoke. He’d ask Joshua and Vernon to translate since, he wanted you to enjoy the event as well. So when you came up to him and he heard you thank him and mention his request for translation he smiled. “It’s ok! I can’t speak English well, but you listen still. Carat, inspire me to be,brave. I learn for you.”

The other members and fans welcomed you and he tried to greet you in English and he blushed at your smile when his accent jumbled his words. Later when you arrived at his spot, he apologized for putting you on the spot. “Sorry I make you shy! I proud of my Carat. You are very beautiful! I better my English so next time, I speak English good!”

He asked where you originate from and when you responded he was quite surprised. He kept an eye out as well as tried to await if you called out anything at any of the members so he could translate the comment to the directed member. When you arrive at his spot, he was suddenly much more shy. “It’s cool you came all this way just for this event. I hope you at least take some time to enjoy Korea. Make the most out of your trip!”

He couldn’t help but feel giddy at your reaction. He then remembered his limited English and begin to panic at how he would communicate with you. As you reached him he first asked if you spoke Korean, even if it was a bit and frowned at your disappointed face. “It’s okay! I only speak little bit English. You are very cute! My Carat is so tough! Carat don’t speak Korean but come to sign. Thank you.”

Title: Biology Session

Summary: You don’t feel like studying and Sweet Pea is there to keep you company.

You were sitting on your bed, work-sheets sprawled all over the bedding, biology book open and waiting to be read.

However, you did not intend on studying on a Friday night. Your parents were on a weekend getaway, trying to fix their broken marriage and your brother had been playing Call of Duty all day, not even coming out of his room once. You took out your phone and scrolled through the contact list.

“Sweets” is what you had listed your broody, tall serpent as.

You remembered the day you met him, with Jughead at his side. You had practically forced him to give you his number. He had been reluctant, not wanting to get to close to someone who was related to Veronica Lodge. He didn’t want to get involved with a Northside girl. They only meant trouble as he had seen with Jughead.

But you had been so damn persistent. You found the dark- haired boy enticing from the very first second you had looked into his dark eyes. The dark and mysterious aura that surrounded him was welcoming, inviting you in.

Wanna come over? I don’t feel like studying biology, you texted him, hoping he would waste no time to respond. You put your phone aside and decided to clean up the mess on your bed. Your phone rang and you picked it up in a swift motion. When you saw who was calling, a smile broke out on your face.

„Hello?”

„Didn’t you tell me that you really had to study for this test, so your mum wouldn’t freak on you,” the serpent asked. You sighed. Your mother had always been an over-achiever, expecting just the best of both her children. While your brother was failing miserably in pleasing her, your mother still had some hope left in you. And you had never one do disappoint – but Biology just wasn’t your thing.

„You’re cute, that’s very thoughtful. But I just don’t feel like it, you know,” you explained and giggled. “I already know enough about human anatomy,” you added playfully, biting your lip and waiting for his response.

It took Sweet Pea some time to process what you had said.

„I know you do, babe,” he announced.

„If only I had a boyfriend, that would be willing to come over. Let me check if I still have Reggie’s number. I mean, I used to call him up too.“ If it was one thing you loved, it was riling up Sweet Pea, since he had such a bad temper and got jealous within seconds. You heard some rumbling and soon after, an engine starting.

„Your window better be open.“

„You know it is. Also, I’m wearing a short skirt.“ You ended the call with a sly smile, biting your lip as you threw yourself onto your bed, looking forward to what Pea had in store for you.

Only a few minutes passed until you heard an engine go out in front of your hose. You hoped your brother was still busy playing his game. It took Sweet Pea a few seconds to come through your window as he had mastered the art of sneaking into your bedroom late night perfectly.

„You could have used the door, actually. But this is so much hotter!“ you exclaimed, slowly making your way towards him. He had his signature smirk plastered across his handsome features. You wrapped small your arms around his lean body and looked up in his dark eyes lovingly.

„You know, I love making my girl happy,” he teased, wasting no time in crashing his soft lips onto yours, wrapping his hands around your small waist. You guided him towards your bed, pushing him back slowly as you sat onto his lap to straddle him. You broke the kiss, taking a deep breath.

„I missed you,” he whispered huskily into your ear. You smiled.

„I missed you too. So much.”

He brought his lips to your neck and peppered kisses from your jawline to your collarbone, where he started to suck, making you whimper. You threw your head back in pleasure, earning a smug look from your boyfriend. He absolutely loved the control he had over you. His hands fell onto your ass, gripping it roughly.

„Did you go to school with this skirt?“ he asked, voice low. You smirked and nodded.

„Jealous all those jocks you despise so much got the chance to see me in this before you did,” you added slyly, earning a low growl from him as his grip on you tightened, if that was even possible.

„At the end of the night, I’m the only one being able to do this.“ He slowly began to take off your white blouse, leaving you only in a lacy, dark green bra he hadn’t seen before. He rose an eyebrow.

„So, you never were really going to study, were you?“ You giggled, pushing his leather jacket off, your hands making their way under his red flannel, so you could feel his muscles. You sighed in content and your lips latched onto the dip of his neck, sucking it and grazing your teeth over it.

„Baby girl,” he groaned, his voice raspy. You could feel the bulge growing in his jeans. You slowly started grinding against him, the pressure against her center creating a pool between your legs.

Suddenly, Pea turned you around, so you were laying underneath him. He began to take your skirt off, slowly unbuttoning it and pulling it down at an agonizing pace, making you shiver in anticipation. Your hands gripped the sheets.

„Take your shirt off, please,” you begged him. He let out a low laugh and removed his shirt before he laid down between your legs, kissing up your thighs slowly.

„Pea, please don’t tease me,” you whimpered, having completely lost control of your mind and body. You just needed him. He pushed your underwear aside an wasted no time in pushing one of his long fingers into your wet entrance. Your head pushed back further into the mattress, releasing a soft string of moans as he kept plunging in and out of you at a steady pace.

„Fuck, baby, right there,” you managed to get out lowly, your hands making their way to his hair to pull at it.

“You’re so wet, princess,” Sweet Pea murmured huskily as his thumb made his way towards your clit, circling it.

Your eyes rolled back. You were in pure ecstasy with all the pleasure that kept building up in your core. You didn’t know how much longer you could last.

„God, Pea, just a bit more and – oh god.“ Sweet Pea continued at a steady pace pumping his rough fingers in between your legs. You felt the familiar, fuzzy feeling build up in your stomach and you knew you were close. So did Pea, as your legs began to tremble. „Come on, princess. Come for me.“ You made eye contact with him as your orgasm hit you in waves. Your body convulsed with an earth-shattering orgasm. You tried down to slow down her breath, closing your eyes to recover. As you opened them, Sweet Pea was hovering over you. He was no longer wearing his jeans, just a smirk across his face.

„Wipe that smirk off your face,” you exclaimed, slowly starting to pump him through his boxers. Sweet Pea sighed and gently pushed your small hand aside.

„I don’t think I would last long if you sucked me off now, baby,” he confessed before he removed his boxers. He reached over to your night table to get out a condom and rolled it onto his member. You bit your lip in anticipation. He lined himself up at your entrance. He looked over you. „You’re so god damn beautiful, baby.“

Before you could say anything, he slowly pushed his large member into you, letting you adjust to his size. Your mouth fell open as he stretched your walls out and started to move. You began moaning louder, encouraging him to pick up his pace.

He was now slamming into you, making you see stars.

“I’m close, fuck,” you moaned and placed your head into the crook of his neck, your nails digging into his broad shoulders.

His grunts and groans got louder in your ear. His thrusts started to become sloppy, signalling he was close too. “Come for me baby, shit,” he mumbled into your ear and his words sent you over the edge. An intense feeling of pleasure took over as your came undone beneath him. Your loud moans were enough for Pea to let go and you were both in a state of bliss.

He continued to thrust into you so you both could ride out your orgasms. He collapsed onto you and rolled over to your side. He put an arm around you and held you close.

„Call me anytime you don’t feel like studying, princess. I’ll make it worth your while.“

You laughed, watching as Katie danced gleefully around the room, trying to finish getting ready before Jamie arrived. He was on his way to pick the two of you up for Katie’s birthday; the three of you were driving to meet up with some friends in Arlington for a concert. The doorbell rang as Katie finished putting in her last earring. She turned to you, her eyes widening as she bit her lip nervously.

“What?” you laughed, curious as to what could have turned her mood so quickly.

“Tyler is coming.” she said quickly, slipping on her jacket as the doorbell rang.

You heart dropped. “What the fuck!” you shouted at her, practically falling out of the chair you were sitting on as you sprang to your feet, chasing her down the hallway; grabbing her arm just before it reached the doorknob, you spun her around to face you.

“Don’t be mad.” she said desperately, her eyes pleading with you. “They’re already here, I can’t uninvite one of you at this point.”

“If you had told me from the beginning I just wouldn’t have come.” you retorted, trying to keep your voice down so the boys standing on the other side of the door wouldn’t hear.

“I know! Which is why I didn’t tell you. I wanted you both to come, so I may have omitted him from the list of invitees I mentioned to you…” she mumbled, quickly continuing when she noticed your jaw clenching. “(Y/N), I know the two of you don’t get along, but you just have to survive the 20-minute drive from Dallas to Arlington. Your tickets are on completely opposite ends of the row. Once we’re there, you can pretend he doesn’t exist.”

“I still don’t understand why you hang out with that asshole.” you muttered.

“He’s not an asshole.” she sighed. “I don’t know what happened between the two of you, but I’m dating his best friend. Just chill the fuck out and don’t be a bitch.” she implored. “Please, just for tonight. For my birthday? You and Tyler getting along can be my present!”

[My Teen Wolf Master List]

[Part 1] [Part 2]

I watched Liam and Brett from the sidelines, standing next to my teammate Nolan. The team was completely quite as Brett ran towards Liam. Brett tricked him into thinking he was running to the left side before he changed his mind and ran to the right side. Liam missed Brett completely and ended up falling to the ground. Brett pulled his lacrosse stick back before he flung it forward, letting the lacrosse ball fly straight into the net, scoring a goal. The guys on the sidelines “Oooh-ed”, completely impressed by Brett’s trick.

“Perfect split dodge,” Brett explained the play to us with a smirk on his face. He walked backwards until he reached the middle of the lacrosse field. He picked up the ball with his stick and started running towards Liam again. Liam charged towards Brett, only to be shoved to the side with Brett’s shoulder, making him stumble to the ground again. Liam quickly looked up and saw Brett make another goal.

“Perfect rocker,” Brett said as he walked by Liam. The guys were impressed by Brett’s lacrosse skills.

“Just remember to cover your back, especially if your opponent’s a dick,” Liam explained to us as his eyes never left Brett’s.

“You got some pretty big cleats to fill with Scott leaving. You ready for all of this?” Brett asked Liam.

“I managed all summer,” Liam answered, causing me to roll my eyes as I let out a small scoff.

“Summer’s over.”

{ Part One }  { Part Two } { Master List }

" I CANT BELIEVE YOU WAITED THIS LONG TO TELL US!“

It’s girls night &  you just came clean to Wanda & Natasha about the game with Bucky. Natasha just smirks, but Wanda is not pleased with the fact you waited this long to tell them. Questions begin shooting from her, no space In between for you to even answer her. When she finally finishes, she’s out of breath, and giving you a  'well I’m waiting bitch ‘ look. You answer them all, telling them how it started with an accidental snap, about the snaps since then and about the other morning in the kitchen before Steve and Sam showed up.

It’s been three days since that happened, and the snaps have increased between to two of you. While you drink with the girls, the boys are having their own night, which usually includes beer & poker . Girls night is so much better; you have booze, face masks, pizza & movies. Tonight though Nat suggest something new,

” what do you guys think about crashing the boys poker game?“

” I thought the point of girls night was to ignore the guys!“ You groan .

” yeah yeah , but how funny would it be to kick their asses at poker ! Plus it could be a good chance to play with Bucky a little y/n, I heard Thor sent them some as guardian mead… you could win this thing tonight .“ Shit, she’s so right.

” I don’t think it’s fair if I do it when he’s drunk natty.“

” but your drunk too!“ Wanda cheers. Well she’s not wrong .Nats secret stash of vodka was strong as hell, barely 45 minutes in you& wanda were about to cross the border from tipsy to drunk. Time for some fun .

When you step off the elevator on to Tony’s floor, you hear the boys voices echoing through the halls . All eyes turn to you and the girls when you appear in the doorway

” got room for three more guys?“ Nat asks with a smirk .

” did girls night get too boring for you ladies?“ Tony asks as he pulls three more chairs to the poker table

” we can only experiment with each other so much Tony.“ You tease with a wink. You pick the seat next to Bucky, sending him a quick smirk before turning away .

You suck at poker , absolutely suck . But you don’t feel too bad, wanda is just as bad. You both opt out of playing after a while and just watch Natasha kick the guys asses. You notice the guys drinks are getting low & the bowl of chips is nearly empty so you decide to busy yourself .

” I’m going to refill everything , I’ll be back.“ You grab the empties and and head down the hall to Tony’s kitchen . You place the bottles on the counter, as you go to turn and grab the liquor bottle you feel two familiar hands on your waist . Game time .

” need help doll?“ Buckys voice was rougher than usual , making you shiver at the sound .

” sure Barnes .“ He Hunms in response, he doesn’t move though, his hands tighten on your waist instead .

” buck what are you-“

” these shorts look amazing on you doll.“ He whispers into your ear . Between the vodka and his voice you’re turning into a puddle too fast. When you don’t answer his hands crawl from your hip to the front of your pants, popping the button open and sliding under them. His hands just rest for a minute over the front of your panties , before moving even farther down until they are over your clit. His finger start slowly pressing against you, the friction from your lace panties causing you to squirm . ” what’s the matter doll ? Don’t you like this?“

He nips at your ear, resulting in your head falling back against his shoulder . His lips trail down to your neck, placing kisses in the crook of your neck .

” James -“ he placed more pressure on you clit , now starting to run fast circles against you.

” say it again y/n" oh no, you’re not getting the upper hand here barnes . You remove his hands from your shorts, then spin around and grab onto his shirt. You flip your positon, pressing him against the counter now . Your eyes don’t leave his as your hands play with the bottom of his black V neck. You run your hands underneath, and find the band of his boxers .

You slip your fingers under the band and move them across is waist . Buckys breath hitches and you hear it, sending him a quick wink. You stop above his growing bulge, and go to slide your hand but he stops you. Your position is changed again and your back against the counter . You both stare at each other , lips parted as you breathing quickens. His tongue darts out to lick at his lips and you lose it, you need to feel his lips on yours . You fist your hands in his shirt and tug him to you, but before you lips can touch you stop. You know once you kiss him, you might not be able to stop yourself ; and you aren’t about to lose . Not tonight .

“ everyone’s waiting for us .” Is all you say as you duck out of his grip. You grab the bottle of booze from the other side of the counter and go back to what you initially came here to do.

“ you’re driving me crazy doll .”

“ that’s the idea sweetheart.” You hand him the bowl of chips and grab the tray of drink and head back to your friends .

Poker doesn’t last much longer , Natasha’s winning streak finally made the guys quit . By now you’re all drunk , but not completely trashed .

“ let’s play hide and seek!” Wanda says through her giggles . Surprisingly everyone agrees, tony has Friday randomly select someone to be It first , and lock the floors that aren’t part of the playing field . So far the only floors to use for hiding are Tony’s, the communal level & the party room level. FRIDAY selects Sam To count first, and after 5 minutes of him bitching he finally begins counting . You all dart out of Tony’s living room to hide . You know how sam thinks , he’ll probably assume no one would be obvious enough to hide on Tony’s floor( since that’s where he’s counting) but you do . You go to hide in Tony’s massive closet , but find it already taken.

“ well hey there doll face.” Of fucking course he’s here. You hear Sam call the last number and fling yourself into the closet . The door shuts quietly behind you leaving you in th dark with Barnes . He manages to find you , startling you when he tugs you against him.

“ mmm doll, I haven’t stopped thinking of you all night .”

“I don’t think now is the time for-” your words turn into a gasp when you feel your shorts being popped open . Buckys metal hand slide under your panties, going right to your core. “ fuck y/n , you’re drenched ! Is this all for me? ” his fingers roll your clit , making you whimper .

“ god you smell good Angel. ” his fingers dip into your pussy, making you arch your back.

“ fuck.” You whimper , his fingers pick up speed , plunging into you at a harsh pace. His thumb presses against your clit and you feel the coil in you tightening .

“ are you going to cum for me doll? ” he asks, his lips hovering over yours now . Fuck it . You lean up , pressing your lips to his . His lips are soft and warm against yours , he doesn’t waste time and coaxes your lips open for him to slide his tongue against yours .

His finger are fucking into you , and you know you only have a few seconds before you finish. Using all the self control you can muster up in this moment, You tug his hand out of your pants. You guide them to your mouth, and proceed in sucking your wetness off then. Bucky moans at the feeling ,

“ I’m not ready to lose just yet James .” You purr

“ oh for fucks sake Y/n.” He breathes out . Before he can kiss you again the door whips open , revealing a smirking Natasha .

“ I didn’t know we were playing 7 minutes in heaven guys.”

  “ where’s Sam?” You ask

“ him and Tony got into an argument so they quit. But on the bright side , you two are the last ones to be found!” You roll your eyes and exit the closet , buttoning your pants as you do . You hear Natasha giggle behind you and Bucky grunt . This fucking sucks .

Everyone says their goodnights and goes to their rooms, but before you leave Bucky grabs onto your wrist , “ I’m not done with you just yet gorgeous.”

He drags you to his room , slamming the door shut behind him . His lips are on yours a second later , his tongue slipping in & swirling around yours . Your head is spinning at the feeling, and you barely register falling onto his bed . His lips are only off yours for a few seconds before he reattaches them in a desperate kiss. You weave your hands in his hair, tugging it hard and making him moan into your mouth. His lips migrate from your lips to your neck , then stop when they get to your shirt . He sends you a wicked smile before moving down your body until he’s level with your pussy. He spreads your legs , and tugs your shorts off . You’re positive there’s a wet patch on your panties , but you’re too flustered to be embarrassed. Bucky nuzzles his nose into your heat making you whimper .

“ fuck doll. I just want to taste you.” You buck your hips towards his face , making him chuckle . He moves down , mouthing over your covered cunt . You can feel his tongue against you and you have to fight not to beg him to just fuck you . He wraps his arms under your thighs and drags you to the end of the bed, kneeling on the floor in front of you

" just say the words doll, please.“ He begs .

Neither of you are ready to lose , you’re not ready To give him that satisfaction .

” I don’t think so Barnes.“ He moves away , locking his eyes with yours . Fuck , I can’t do this . The anticipation is killing you , mixed with the sexual frustration you feel like every inch of your skin is on fire . You sigh, deciding on your next step. You roll off the bed , and shed all your clothes . You lay down on his bed like you where before , on the edge of the bed . Buckys eyes go straight to your bare, dripping pussy.

” holy shit.“ He breathes out , ” thank god .“ He goes to strip but you giggle & stop him

” oh no sweetheart , this isn’t me caving .“ His eyebrow raises in question , but quickly drops when he sees your hand go to your core.

One hand plays with you clit , rubbing circles while the other hand roams up your body , stopping when it gets to your nipple. You tug on your nipple, moving to slide two to tour fingers into yourself . You whimper at the feeling , moving your fingers faster and faster . Bucky is moaning, leaning forward and watching your every move .

” James “ you moan , he lets out a whimper at the sound.

” Say the words and you can have this Bucky. You can be fucking into me , over and over -“ You thrust particularly hard, making your words fall into a whimper as you tumble into your orgasm . His name repeatedly falls from your lips as you do, Bucky panting the entire time as he watches . He’s rutting himself against the bed as he watches , which is hotter than you’d like to admit . You finally pull your fingers out , and you can feel yourself spilling onto the bed . You hold your fingers out to him , he moves forward in a blur , sucking Your fingers into his mouth with a moan.

” you taste even better than I dreamed .“ He leans in closer , flattening his tongue and licking from your pussy to your clit , a loud moan ripping through you .

” what are you-“

” just cleaning you up sweetheart.“ Fucker.

When he stands you see a wet patch on the front of his pants . ” looks like I’m not the only messy one .“ You giggle , getting up on you knees on his bed . Your hands fly to his pants , undoing them and pushing them down his legs along with his boxers . His tip is still slightly leaking and he looks painfully hard still . Must be the serum. You slide off the bed to your knees, then without a warning take his tip into your mouth, sucking at it while flicking your tongue against it in your mouth .

” ohhh- stop stop , I can’t -“ you fee him tense up, and you know he’s about to release again. So you let go with a wet pop, sending him a smile before standing . You grab your clothes off the floor , and his discarded v neck. You slip into your panties and his shirt .

” where are you going ?“ He asks . You give him a quick kiss ,

” it’s late , I’m going to bed duh.“

” you could stay .“ His words catch you off guard , he wants me to stay? His hand gently grabs onto yours , turning you so you face him again . His hands are cupping your cheeks now , his lips landing on yours in a sweet kiss. This kiss is different from the other ones, it’s not rushed or dirty . It’s sweet , slow and addicting . When you part you open your eyes and see a glimmer of something unfamiliar in his eyes .

  ” okay, I’ll stay.“

halerogers  asked:

sterek + “I just kissed your forehead, chill.”? <3

AHHHHH CHARLIE!!!! I LOVE FILLING PROMPTS FOR YOU OH MY GOSH! I HOPE YOU LIKE IT! (ALSO ON AO3!)

“I just kissed your forehead, chill,” Stiles said, rolling his eyes as he plopped down in the comfy armchair by the other end of the couch, folding his legs to set his ankle on his knee. He picked his biochemistry book up from where he had set it on the floor, resting it on his thigh as he cracked it open, flipping through the pages until he found his desired page.

But Derek could not chill. Not by any stretch of the imagination. Because Stiles had just kissed him.

Yeah, sure, Stiles had a point, he had just kissed him on the forehead, but still! It was still a kiss! Regardless of where exactly it was!

The important part was that Stiles had just kissed him! How could he be expected to chill after that? It just wasn’t feasible.

He had been ass over elbows for the hyperactive, unbelievably intelligent, too-curious-for-his-own-good teen since the first time he had met him. At least, he had been unconsciously. It had taken him a little while to realize it and once he had, he immediately launched into a vigorous campaign of self-loathing and self-denial, reminding himself at every turn why his feelings were stupid and wrong and irrefutably unrequited.

For quite some time, a few years, in fact, Derek had downright hated himself for his attraction to Stiles, having sworn off love and romance and attraction years ago, once after Paige’s untimely death and again after the fire that had claimed the lives of almost his entire family. But then Stiles had waltzed into his life, trespassing in more than one way, and tossed all of his plans to live the rest of his miserable life alone right out the window

Over years of working together, even before they were officially pack members or even friends, and regularly saving each other’s lives, the initial spark of Derek’s interest had been stoked into a slow, constantly burning fire that resided somewhere deep in his heart. Now, every time he so much as saw Stiles — or heard his voice, or received a text from even, or even just remembered something about him ― a warmth radiated through his body that felt like a ray of sunshine coursing through every fiber of his being, rushing through every vein and capillary in his body.

Derek was pretty sure he was in love with him.

He loved the way Stiles never held back with anything he did in life, thrusting himself into whatever he chose to do, whether it be researching the most recent supernatural threat, or ferreting out as much information as he could about reports of hunters, to diving headfirst into his college courses or learning how to make all sorts of healthy foods to keep his dad’s heart healthy. He loved Stiles’ razor sharp wit, never at a loss for a snappy rejoinder or sarcastic remark, in spite of whether or not it was appropriate to be making such sardonic comments, or perhaps because of it.

He loved Stiles’ selflessness, at time disturbingly willing to lay down his life for those he cared about, leaping into harm’s way more times than Derek could, or at least more than he cared to, count. He loved the way that Stiles wasn’t afraid one bit to be himself, never paying any mind to those who sought to discourage him or put him down, growing more and more confident with each and every passing day.

Hell, it was useless to list everything he loved about Stiles because he loved everything about him.

Every nuance of his facial expressions ― the way he furrowed his brows when he was concentrating, the way his lips twisted up at the corner when he smirked, the way his temple twitched when he was angry. Every behavioral quirk ― the way he dotted his i’s, the way he chewed on the drawstrings of his hoodies and the sleeves of his obnoxious flannels, the way he hummed under his breath when he did the dishes or folded his laundry.

The only problem was that he didn’t love Derek.

Derek had, quite foolishly, convinced himself that he might actually have a chance with him when Stiles had officially made the announcement that he was bisexual, but the newly out teenager had never made any indication whatsoever that he had interest in him. That had been over a year and Derek had since given up all hope that Stiles might ever harbor any romantic feelings for him, resigning himself to a life of unrequited pining, sure that Stiles would never show him any ounce of affection that wasn’t purely platonic.

And then he went and kissed Derek like it was no big deal. Granted, it was only on the forehead and he had a valid, non-romantic, strictly platonic reason to do it.

With the moon tucked away in the shadow of the earth during a late autumn lunar eclipse, Derek was just about as human as Stiles was, leaving him vulnerable to all sorts of things like regular bullets without the wolfsbane and other types of weapons. Apparently, it also meant that he was able to contract human illnesses. Like the common cold.

“Hand.” you said, offering your hand to your nephew who was walking ahead of you. He stopped, reaching up, his tiny hand folding into yours.

“How many houses can we go to, (Y/N)?” he asked curiously, his bright eyes shining up at you eagerly, shaking his empty candy bag as if measuring how much he could potentially carry.

“Well, trick-or-treating lasts for two hours. So…”

“Two hours?!” he screeched. “Then let’s go!” he yelled, your arm straightening in front of you as he pulled you forward, straight into a tall, blond someone.

“Oh gosh. I’m really sorry.” you rushed out. “I just—William?!” you said, your eyes finally locking on the face of your childhood friend who was smiling in front of you. “What are you doing here?”

He laughed, tucking his hands in his pockets. “I was just visiting my grandparents, I took a detour on the way home from our road trip. We have the day off tomorrow so I had a little time to kill. Since you live nearby, I thought I’d try to track you down and say hi.”

“Wow, well hi.” you said happily. “It’s really good to see you. I haven’t seen you since—”

“Our last playoff game this spring. And I wasn’t the most gracious host after that loss.” he interjected. “It’s been too long, I’m glad I ran into you.”

“It was understandable.” you said. “I was—” You stopped when Nash tugged on your arm, looking up at you anxiously.

“Are we going?” he asked, watching as other kids started coming out of their houses, candy bags in hand.

“Oh, I didn’t realize I was interrupting.” William said quickly. “I was just going to swing by and say hello then head to the airport, so.”

I looked up from my textbook to see Theo walking in the library. It was like a scene from one of the many rom-com movies I’ve seen where everything suddenly seemed to go in slow motion as my heartbeat increased by the second. He didn’t have a backpack or any books on his hands, clearly he not prepared to be at the library. Yet, he somehow made that look cool and it made him seem like such a bad boy.

Theo walked up to the circulation desk and talked to the librarian, Mrs. Walker. It’s moments like this where I wished I had werewolf hearing to find out why he was here. He seemed so intrigued by the young librarian. Sadly, our librarian wasn’t some old lady with a full head of white hair. She wore huge, ugly bifocal framed glasses with a pretty jewel chain around her neck incase her glasses fell.

Nope. Our librarian was young and hot. She was slim, wore high heels with her tight pencil skirts. She had long dirty blonde hair and she styled it with beautiful, big waves or tied it back in a high ponytail. She made either look absolutely flawless, along with her make-up. When I grow up, I wanted to be just like her, the woman the guys couldn’t keep their eyes off of.

My eyes flickered back to Theo. He was wearing tight black jeans, a white V-neck shirt underneath his grey hoodie. It was a causal outfit and it showed off his amazing fit figure. I closed my legs together as I began to wonder what he must look like shirtless. I imagine his chest broad and tight with washboard abs, the kind you can’t keep your hands off of.

I felt my eyes ready to pop out as Theo turned around and locked eyes with mine. I quickly looked down at my textbook, hoping the ground would swallow me whole since I was clearly busted from admiring him.

Snapchat Mishaps One shot       { Master List}

WHY?! why would Bucky come to my room? did he think this was a serious invitation?! Fuck.  Rapid knocks on your door startle you out of your thoughts, making your body freeze with panic. Maybe if I don’t answer-

“ Doll, I know youre in there.” Damn It.  You quickly roll off your bed to slid your robe over your bare body . You slowly open your door, and he is right there . His cheeks are slightly flushed, and his eyes are lust blown, the usual blue almost fully over taken with black. Fuck .

“Is there something you need Barnes?” you ask , crossing your arms over your chest as you speak .

“ Oh I think you know the answer to that Doll.” his voice is dripping with want, theres no denying that.  You raise an eyebrow at him, a dirty smirk spreading across your face. I’m so going to have fun with this.

Bucky is a little shit on a daily basis , making fun of you ,  annoying the shit of you constantly & then the next second he’s a flirty little jackass. Who thinks like that ? Let me just annoy this shit out of this girl,  then try to flirt my way into her pants . What a fucking ass.

“ Arent you going to invite me in ?” he asks when you don’t answer him .

“ No , I’m not. “you simply answer, making his eyes widen as you add ,” The snaps weren’t an invitation Barnes, and frankly, I don’t think  you’ve earned the right to come in just yet. So no , I’m not inviting in your room . But you know what I am going to do?“ you ask, stepping closer to him , you slowly run your hands up his chest,

” I’m going to go back in my room, drop this robe , and fuck myself . Over and over again . And you know what? Maybe , just maybe, ill think of you while I do it. Maybe ill imagine your hands, running down my body , rolling my nipples between your metal fingers, or maybe ill think about what it would feel like having your fingers fucking my tight, wet pussy . Mmm, ill probably imagine how good it would feel to ride your- “

” jesus Christ Y/n.“ Bucky half moans, half growls out . You glide one of your hands down his body , until it lands over his hard bulge  .Holy Fucking Hell .

” Good night Bucky.“ you lean up, gently kissing his cheek  .  He doesn’t move as you step back into your room ,his eyes never leaving you .

Before closing your door, you drop your robe, watching as his eyes drink in the sight of your bare body . He releases another growl, sending a new shock of heat straight to your core. You send him a wink before closing the door. You know it was a dick move to be that much of a tease, but God, was it fucking worth it to see the look on his face .

You crawl back into your bed, immediately opening your snap, Time for the real fun.

The First Snap : you start recording as you move your free hand to your chest, tugging and rolling your hard nipples between your fingers , letting out breathy moans as you do .  When the video cuts, you send it Bucky without hesitation.

The Second. : You don’t wait, and start recording the next snap, your hand moving down to your clit, rubbing tight, hard circles around it . you don’t hold in the moans, letting them fall from your lips  . Send.

The Last One: you wait a couple minutes, building yourself up until youre near your finish . When you feel the knot in you tighten , you start the snap . You angle the camera so your mouth , and bare chest are in view as you plunge your fingers in and out of your pussy . You don’t want to show him every part of you , well not yet atleast. The sounds from your movements are obscene , and very audible ,  right as the video is about to end, you finish , Buckys name escaping your lips in moan as you cum all over your fingers. You can see your body arching, as you come undone, and its oddly satisfying when you rewatch it before you send it.  Happy with the outcome, you send to it Bucky . And wait for his response

He didn’t reply for a few minutes, & it drove you insane. When your notifications finally went off your pulse picked up . you let out a deep breath as you open his video . It was of him, fucking himself with his hand, and moaning your name as he finishs, his cum shooting out over his chest .  They way he moans your name ignites a new fire in you  .  As torturous as this is for him, its just as bad for you now; and you didn’t plan on that. Sure, you always thought he was attractive, but his annoying  habits were difficult to ignore.  You didn’t think watching him do that to himself, would turn you on so much .  I really need to think of the outcomes of things before I do shit like this.

Its been a week, and everyday , you and Bucky would send dirty snaps back and forth . You’ve never been so sexually frustrated in your life, even when you get yourself off , its not enough  . You cant get the image of Bucky fucking you out of your head, and its all you want now . But is that a step you really want to take? Once its done , theres no going back .  I have to work with him, see him everyday , can I do that if I give in? If I let him fuck me, if I let him do whatever he wants to me? Will I be able to look him in the eyes without feeling awkward?  The flirting was limited only to snaps, besides his normal everyday flirting.  Its clear neither of you wanted to let people in on what game the two of you are playing.

Its finally your day off, which means you sleep in until noon . When you finally wake up, you drag yourself out of your room , deciding against pants . When you walk into the kitchen , you aren’t surprised that its empty, everyone always does their own things in the afternoon, whether its training, a mission or just relaxing.

Youre facing the coffee pot, finally taking your first sip of your morning cup of crack when two hands appear on either side on you on the counter . One metal , one flesh . WTF?

” I thought you were going to sleep the entire day away doll.“ Buckys lips are right next to your ear, barely grazing them as he speaks. His lips glide down your neck, barely touching but just enough to make you squirm.

” well you thought wrong . “  you have to hold in a whimper when he moves closer and his body presses tightly against your back. You can feel his bulge against your ass, making your body want to move back against him. Hes taking this to a new level,  shit. Its been a silent understandment, whoever caves first loses . And by caves, you mean whoever jumps the other one for sex first ,loses. And you aren’t about to give him the satisfaction  of winning .

You decide to go with  it, moving your ass back against him. His hand jump from the counter to your waist, his grip tight enough that you know youll have bruises; but you don’t care .  He holds you against him, light moans leaving his lips as you grind yourself back against him . Its affecting you as much as it is him, you can feel a wetspot forming on your underwear , and are regretting not wearing pants now .

” Did you think about me Bucky? While you fucked yourself did you think about how tight my pussy would feel, wrapped around you dick as you fuck into me?  “

” Of course I did doll, fuck,  I haven’t been able to think about anything else. did you- did you think of me baby?“ he admits, and you know you have him.  You turn in his arms and lean up , hovering your lips over his.

” Oh James, I thought of you taking me in every possible way . “ he moves to connect your lips but you back up . You place your hands behind you , lifting yourself up to sit on the counter . He steps forward to place himself between your legs, but you stick your hand up stopping him . He raises an eyebrow in question , but it drops as soon as your hand moves to your pussy . You lift your legs onto the counter, spreading yourself infront of him . His eyes fly to between your legs, watching as your finger draws circles into your clothed clit.  His metal hand moves to his crotch , palming at himself as he watches.

” Doll, please -“

” Do you want to see Bucky ? See how I’m dripping for you?’ you purr .  He still hasn’t actually seen you do it yourself , that was your one rule you had for youself . You never sent him a snap of your fingers in you, so hes really only seen your clit.  But at this moment, you want him to see everything. You want him to cave, to fuck you . You want Bucky Barnes to fuck you so badly , you even consider caving first ; but then snap out of your horny daze to realize you can win this without having to give; there’s no way he’ll be able to keep this up that much longer . He frantically nods ‘yes’ to your question , widening the smirk on your face as he does. As you go to pull your panties to the side, the sound of footsteps echoe from the hall . Of fucking course. You quickly hop off the counter, and away from Bucky .

Steve and Sam walk in, their conversation stopping when they see you .

“ look who finally woke - whoa whats going on in here?” sam asks . You let out an awkward laugh in response, grabbing your cup of coffee as you go to leave. It feels as if theres a puddle in your underwear, and its extremely uncomfortable , you need to get out here asap .

“ Ill see you boys later . ”

You hear them call their goodbyes as you step onto the elevator, before the  doors close Bucky runs down the hall, stopping infront of the doors as they begin closing. he doesn’t step in , just says,

“ This isn’t over doll .”

“ Oh sweetheart, you wont last much longer.“

Happy wouldn’t be the word to describe how Jared was feeling, it was too simple a word. He was enveloped in complete euphoria, he was ecstatic, the muscles in his mouth never stopped forming a smile. Any mention of your name made him forget every worry. Your voice made him feel safe during the scariest moments of his life. How he wished he could to talk to you.

But then again, why would you wanna talk to him? You were 26, he was 34 and he had a gut feeling you wouldn’t like him because of the 8 years age difference. That’s what he told Jensen and Misha anyway.

“That’s was… poetic” Misha said. Jensen was quiet while processing the information his friend had just told him. Something wasn’t clear still, “So she’s a YouTuber?” Jensen asked, the two other men nodded.

“And you love her?”

“No, I-I don’t love her… I like her, there’s a difference” Jared clarified quickly. Misha took over after his friends began staring at each other awkwardly. “So you don’t think she’d want to talk to you?”

“Well, yeah, there’s an eight ye-”

“Just talk to her” Jensen interrupted, “it’s been 2 years since Gen and you have gotten a divorce. I think it’s time for you to find someone new and by the looks of it you have. If she’ll make you happy, talk to her.”

Jared rubbed his hands over his face, he knew Jensen was right. “How?” he asked, willing to comply. The three sat there thinking of answers, nobody had actually thought about it. “Twitter” Misha stated, as if it was obvious “You could tweet her saying something about her most recent video to get the ball rolling.” Jensen agreed saying it wasn’t a bad idea so Jared picked up his phone to open twitter.

He tapped the button to compose a tweet but froze once it popped up. “What’s wrong dude?” Jensen asked when Jared hadn’t moved in a minute. “I can’t do it” Jseed decided letting his fears getting the best of him. Before his friends could say anything Jared left Misha’s trailer.

It’d been a couple of days since Jared had talked to Jensen and Misha and he’d been nothing but stressed. The directors weren’t extremely worried about his condition because they could actually get something done for once. However, Jensen and Misha were. At lunch they decided to take matters into their own hands.

Jensen Ackles: Hey @Y/N, I heard @jarpad wants to talk to you. He’s a bit nervous though…

Y/N L/N: Is that so? Sup @jarpad. What’d you wanna talk about?

Jared Padalecki: @Y/N, nothing, I don’t know what @JensenAckles is talking about. Sorry for bothering you.

Y/N L/N: Oh… it’s fine @jarpad

Jared, though pissed at Jensen, immediately felt bad about dropping the conversation. The one chance he had to tell you how he felt. And he ruined it.

“Oh… it’s fine @jarpad you tweeted. Well, you got your hopes up for nothing but you were still giddy. Big name actors never tweeted at you just because. One question kept running through your mind: why would Jensen tell you Jared had to talk to you? Padalecki said he was just joking but something tells you that wasn’t true. A notification popped up on your phone.

Jared padalecki mentioned you in a tweet: Actually, @Y/N

You opened your phone to read the full tweet.

Jared Padalecki: Actually, @Y/N I wanted to tell you that I really like your videos, they’re hilarious and entertaining. Plus, you’re beautiful.

Hold up.

Did he just say I was beautiful? You thought. You get that type of thing from fans all the time but coming from the Jared Padalecki made it special. You were so busy in your own that’s that you almost forgot to respond.

Y/N L/N: Thank you @jarpad! That means a lot to me. Ps you aren’t too bad looking yourself ;)

That’s when your phone erupted with notifications from twitter. Your friends David, Liza, and Gabby were freaking out, as per usual, you knew they were gonna tease you about it later. Ship names for the two of you were already surfacing from your fans’ minds. Honestly, you thought it was cute. As to be expected, there was a lot of hate too but it didn’t bother you too much. You’re just delighted to know Jared Padalecki’s got a crush on you.

“I don’t know. A lot of the other girls get shit on for no reason other than the fact they’re dating a hockey player. I don’t want that to happen to you.” he said, shaking his head as he scrolled through his pictures. You rolled your eyes, knowing he was looking for the best photo of him and the boys from their golfing trip yesterday to post to Instagram.

“I don’t need it posted all over the internet, Leon, but no one even knows we’re dating.” you sighed, flopping down beside him on the sofa. “Connor only knows about me because he saw you buying flowers.”

“The boys have loud mouths.” he reasoned, the anger bubbling up inside you as he flicked through filters.

“It feels like you’re hiding me.” you said softly.

“I’m not hiding you.” he said, glancing over to you, pausing as he studied your face. “I guess I kind of am.” he admitted with a sigh. “I just don’t want you to get hurt.”

“Fine.” you said abruptly, not wanting to get into it again. You stood, turning to head out of the living room.

“(Y/N).” he called, his footsteps following you quickly. “It’s not—”

“I said it’s fine, Leon. I’m dropping it.” you said curtly, grabbing your jacket off the back of the chair. “Let’s just get going, okay? Unless you don’t want to be seen in public with me either.” you added angrily, looking at him from the corner of your eye.

He frowned, shaking his head as he grabbed his keys off the table, shoving his wallet into his back pocket. The drive to the mall was silent, Leon’s eyes not leaving the road. Part of you felt bad, you didn’t want to pressure Leon into anything, but the two of you had been seeing each other over three months; he was still introducing you as his ‘friend’, if he even bothered introducing you at all. You wanted your relationship to be official, but Leon was either painfully oblivious to your growing feelings, or just didn’t feel the same way. You didn’t even want to think about the latter.

“I have to go grab a present for my mom’s birthday and swing by the tailor to pick up my new suit. I’ll meet you in the food court for lunch around 12:30?” he suggested, pulling into the parking lot.

“Sure.” you shrugged, unbuckling your seatbelt, wanting to escape the confines of Leon’s SUV. Getting out of the car you watched as Leon headed to the far entrance of the mall without a second glance; leaving you to your own devices.

You made a beeline to the bookstore, forgetting your sadness as you browsed the rows of books for a long while. You settled on a few, heading to the cash register. Noticing you still had some time until you had to meet Leon for lunch, you stepped into the Sephora next door, looking through the shelves, smiling when you found the display of perfume. You sprayed a few on the paper test strips before finding one you really liked, spraying some on your neck. It was more sensual than your usual scent, a little sexier, a little more mature. You grabbed a new bottle off the shelf, paying at the counter before heading to the food court.

It was fairly empty as you searched the sea of tables, no luck in finding Leon. You found an empty table in the corner, away from the hustle and bustle. Settling into one of the plastic chairs, you pulled out one of your new books, cracking it open as you waited for Leon. A few minutes later you heard the chair across from you being pulled out, you looked up, surprised when you saw it wasn’t Leon.

“Need a lunch date?” he asked with grin, slipping into the seat across from you.

“I’m waiting for a friend.” you said, looking over the top of your book as you turned the page, hoping he would get the hint and leave. No such luck.

“What kind of person would let you sit here by yourself?” he asked. “The least I could do would be to wait with you until your friend shows up. Keep you company.” he offered.

“I don’t even know your name.” you said, despite your best efforts you couldn’t stop the smirk that was curling at the corner of your mouth; he was damn cute. You closed the book, leaning towards him as he spoke again.

“I’m James.” he offered, extending his hand across the table. “Now you know my name.”

“(Y/N).” you said, slipping your hand into his own, appreciating the warmth of his firm grip, his touch sending a bolt of electricity down your arm.

“Nice to meet you, (Y/N).” he smiled. Your heart skipped a beat when you noticed the dimple dipping into his left cheek; you couldn’t stop the heat from rising to your cheeks. “So what kind of awful friend would leave a beautiful woman alone and waiting for a lunch date?” he asked again, his eyes boring into yours.

“The kind who’s running late. I’ll take it from here.” a voice said from behind you. You whipped around, looking at Leon, his face tinged red in anger, his lips set in a firm line.

“Who’s this?” James asked you, his brows furrowed as he glanced between you and Leon.

“Leon.” you offered. “We’re… we’re kind of together.” you said, feeling guilty for flirting with him; despite how that dimple made your heart flutter.

“Kinda together, huh?” he laughed, standing up. He pulled a pen from his pocket scribbling something on a napkin. “If you ever get tired of being ‘kinda together’, give me a call, yeah?” he smiled, tossing napkin in front of you before sauntering away; unaffected by Leon’s anger.

“What the fuck was that?” Leon asked, looking over at you as you slipped your book back in the shopping bag.

“I don’t know, he came and sat down with me.” you shrugged.

“Let’s go. We can order lunch back at my apartment, okay?” he huffed. You nodded, grabbing your bag of purchases off the table; swiping the napkin off the table without thinking.

“What the hell?” Leon growled, yanking the piece of paper from your fingers, tossing it in a trashcan.

“What?” you demanded, embarrassed for grabbing it in the first place; but your anger getting the better of you, deciding to push it against your better judgement. “We’re not official, a guy gave me his number, what I do with it is my business.” you snarled.

He took a deep breath, the anger evident in his eyes. “We’ll talk about this at my place,” he said, barreling through the food court. You practically had to jog to keep up with his long strides. The car ride was again silent. By the time you had gotten back to his condo, the tension was palpable.

Leon unlocked the door, stomping to the bedroom, muttering under his breath. You set your bag on the counter, sliding your jacket off. You felt his eyes on you before you saw him. Turning slowly, you saw Leon standing in the doorway his posture stiff, his eyes angry.

“Leon—” you started nervously; he was never this quiet.

“So, we’re ‘kind of together’?” he demanded.

“Yeah, Leon, we kind of are.” you said angrily, the nervousness disappearing as you picked up where you had left off. “We see each other, but we’re not official, no one knows me as anything other than your friend, if they know me at all.” you hissed.

He stalked towards you, you backed up until you hit the kitchen wall behind you. You were trapped between the wall and his strong body. Leon lifted his arms to rest against the wall on either side of your head.

“We’re together.” he stated firmly. “Right?”

“I guess.” you said, a shuddering breath escaping your lips.

“You’re mine. My girl. My partner in crime. My girlfriend.” he listed, his face inches from your own. “Whatever label you want to stick on it.” he said confidently.

Your breath was caught in your throat, your cheeks flushing at his intensity. A bolt of heat shot through your body. “Show me.” you said, watching as Leon smirked at the challenge.

“I can do that.” he chuckled, dipping down to catch your lips between his. His hand slipped from the wall to your shoulder, falling lower his hand cupping your breast through the thin fabric of your t-shirt. Gasping at the sensation, you could feel Leon’s smile against your lips. HIs hand slid under your shirt and bra, his calloused hand rough against your skin.

Pulling back, you pulled the shirt over your head, letting it fall to the floor. Leon’s skilled fingers unclasped your bra, letting it drop off your shoulders. “I want to see all of you.” he murmured, his lips attacking your neck as you kicked off your shoes, shimmying out of your jeans and underwear.

He smiled, dropping to his knees in front of your exposed core. He pressed his hands firmly against the inside of your knees, spreading your legs before nestling his face between your legs, his stubble tickling the sensitive skin of your inner thighs. You sighed, the anticipation of what was to come putting you on edge. Leon worked his way up your thigh, leaving a trail of kiss before his tongue found your entrance, tracing along your folds until he reached you clit. You cried out as his tongue ran circles around your clit, your knees weakened as he brought you closer to orgasm. He looked up at you, the satisfaction in his eyes obvious as he watched you start to come undone. His hands rose to your hips, holding you against the wall to keep you from sliding to the floor as your fingers curled into his hair, moaning as your orgasm shook you to the core.

Your breathing was deep as Leon rose to his feet, his hands still gripping your hips. “How was that, baby?” he whispered. “Enough to show you that you’re mine?” he almost growled, crashing his lips against yours.

“More.” you demanded, your fingers wrapping in the hem of his t-shirt, pulling it over his head.

“Someone’s greedy.” he laughed; the rest of his clothes joining yours on the floor at lightning speed. He spun you around, leading you towards the counter. You reached for him, his cock stiff in your hands. “Not today, baby.” he lifting you onto the counter. “I’m supposed to be showing you that you’re mine.” he said gruffly, pushing your thighs apart, moving to stand between your legs.

He lined himself up with your entrance, rocking his hips forward with no warning. You gasped, your arms wrapping around his shoulders for support as he pulled out and slammed into you again. “Fuck, Leon.” you moaned into his shoulder. His hands tightened on your hips, holding you in place firmly as he pounded into you.

“You’re mine.” he said, his voice raw from exertion. “I’m yours. We’ll tell the whole fucking world if you want.” he moaned. “Is that what you want?” he grunted, his hips still driving himself deeper into you.

“Yes.” you moaned, your head rolling back. “I want you.” you breathed. He plunged into you a few more times before sliding a hand between the two of you, his thumb pressing against your clit.

You cried out at the new, intensified, sensation that overtook your body. “Fuck, I’m so close.” you breathed; Leon’s face lined with determination.

“Let it go, baby.” he instructed, his thumb moving to rub circles on your swollen nub. Your walls clenched around him, encouraging his own orgasm. You crumbled against the cool countertop as Leon thrust into you once more before spilling inside you.

The two of you stayed like that; catching your breath, the seconds turning into minutes. Leon pulled out slowly, his arms circling around you, pulling you back into a sitting position. A thin sheen of sweat covered his brow, his blue eyes shining as your eyes met his.

“So, it’s official. We’re together.” he said.

“Was that a statement or a question?” you smirked, wrapping your arms around his neck.

“You tell me.” he said. “I don’t want you to take napkins with others guys phone numbers on them.” he said.

“The only boy I need in my phone is you.” you told him. “I love you, Leon.” you admitted.

“I love you, too.” he smiled.
