so far all the people (mainly women??? like what the fuck) arguing against jaal being patched in as bi are literally saying they don’t want men to touch him because if they do they will ruin him and it’s disgusting
“it will change him” ; “he doesn’t need to be questioning his sexuality” ; “it would make his romance a trope” ; “he’s perfect already” ; “it affects me[a woman] negatively because i[a woman] love his character as it is” ; “he was written for girls” ; “[jaal can’t be bi because] he treats sara in a way he wouldn’t treat scott”
just admit that you’re selfish and don’t care about the hurt feelings of a large group of gamers who were baited and teased and deceived into thinking they could have something they’ve been hoping for since the beginning. that you don’t have empathy for trans men who can’t romance the ONLY male alien squadmate that almost everyone(including game reviewers and scott ryder’s fucking va) genuinely expected to be available to all without inducing dysphoria. that you think just because women don’t get the same lion’s share as straight men that you have the right to deny mlm the love and cherishment and inclusion that they have been begging for–that they deserve– for so long. bi jaal takes NOTHING away from women. it just gives something back to men.
to the ppl who think like this, you’re not advocating for maintaining straight jaal, you’re advocating for the silence of mlm and that’s not okay
the planet they’re from is drastically darker and quieter and their species has very sensitive sight and hearing and their suit is mostly to dull their senses so they can tolerate being on the bright, loud, hellish nightmare that is pandora
honestly they like the added affect of it making them look more “cool and mysterious” though
they have an implant that allows them to project a human voice because they’re only physically capable of discordant shrieks with their actual mouth
they’re actually considered childish and silly for their species
which isn’t exactly a stretch if they’re all supposed to be serious, aloof, deadly assassins and zer0′s just bopping around in the corner flashing emoticons and spouting memes
their species cannot properly express emotions in a way that makes sense to humans (IE speech, facial expressions, ect.) so they rewired their helmet’s projector to try and compensate and connect somehow
is actually pretty jazzed about having friends
probably shows it in terrifying ways like leaving the corpses of their enemies on their doorstep
their sense of touch is also pretty acute not as much as sight and hearing but it’s honestly a good thing they wear gloves because if they don’t they’d just be touching everything out of curiosity
they’re especially prone to poking at humans because wow humans are weird little squishy things
they really do like the way hair feels though
they can count the number of people they’d take their suit off around on one hand though so all that is a moot point
if you take their weapons away they immediately start fighting dirty seriously hair pulling, rabbit punching, dick kicking, anything that works
they have no emotional connection to their home planet like if their species came in to take over pandora they’d help the pandorans over their own in a heartbeat
they like the chaos and violence of pandora and don’t intend to leave after finding the vault
Ive seen a few episodes of voltron and im considering watching the full series because i love klance but i need to know: is their attraction to eachother canon or am i just signing up for suffering
They’re not canon and i’m not sure if they will be. Tbh, i don’t think there’s gonna be romance in voltron at all? Of course, this is just my opinion and i could be completely wrong. However, if your only reason to watch voltron is klance, then you’ll probably be disappointed :/
I wrote this instead of working on my ereri pieces because I have commitment issues… also dedicated to the lovely monsoondownpour who recently had a traumatizing experience that needs to be erased with some hot ereri…
hope you like it bby!!
Eren looks up at the sound
of his office door opening, and he’s proud of how composed he keeps his
features when he sees Levi leaning against the door. He’s smiling, genuine and
a bit crooked, his eyes narrowed faintly in a way that makes Eren’s heart beat
fast and his throat feel tight with want.
Eren turns back to his
paperwork without so much as a greeting, and he hears the faint click of the
lock, a clear message of Levi’s intent that echoes in the silence of the room.
A rush of anticipation pulses
through his veins and down the length of his body, making him feel hot. It’s difficult to keep his hands from trembling.
When he thinks he has
himself under control, he looks up. But Levi’s back is to him, his head bent to
study a pile of books resting on top of a glass coffee table at the center of
“What do you want?” Eren
asks, and it costs him to keep his voice so light and airy. He thinks of his assistant
sitting outside, and how thin the frosted glass is that separates them.
Levi’s hands are clasped
behind his back, and the lazy slant of his shoulders and the sharp tilt of his hips
make Eren feel like he’s the one interrupting the other man’s day. His tight
control is slipping in the wake of that beautiful, lithe body.
“Don’t be so impatient,”
Levi murmurs without turning around. “Your assistant said you were free.”
Eren’s body hums in
response to the silky tenor of Levi’s voice and his presence commands his attention
so completely, it almost aches. He can
feel the pull of him like an unmoored vessel in rough waters.
“I’m busy, Levi,” Eren
says, shuffling papers across the surface of his desk, and there is a delicious
kind of pleasure in saying the other man’s name. “Why are you here?”
Levi turns around, his
burning gaze locking with Eren’s. He doesn’t need to say anything; Eren can see
the desire clouding his features like a fever, and he begins to stalk across
the room, quiet and sleek, all feline grace and power.
He moves to stand behind
Eren, brining his hands up lightly to rest against his shoulders. His scent
makes Eren’s chest flood with warmth and fondness, and he feels for a moment like he’s
wrapped in their bed sheets.
Levi’s mouth brushes over
his jawline, and Eren tilts his head to allow better access for those warm,
wet lips to slide against his skin. “I’m here to help,” Levi says, and the
words make Eren shiver. “Tell me what you need.”
With one last huff of Levi’s
warm breath against his skin, Eren pushes his chair back and stands, turning
and sliding on top of the desk, paperwork forgotten. He fists
a hand into Levi’s white shirt and pulls him into the vee of his legs.
“What I need?” Eren asks, hooking one knee around Levi’s hip and tugging
“Hmm yes,” Levi agrees,
sliding his hands that feel like flames down the hard muscles of Eren’s back,
before he settles them on his waist. He’s
latched onto Eren’s neck again, licking now.
“What I need,” Eren says again, as
Levi’s hands move to rest against his belt buckle. “Is for you to be very, very quiet.” He’s hard now, shaking with his need.
“I can be quiet,” Levi
murmurs against his skin, all sin and promise.
He rests his hand over Eren’s arousal, rubs the heel of his palm
slowly, back and forth over his clothed length.
