i do have two eyes.. swear

This is the third episode of the special, Signs of Holy war. This episode focuses ENTIRELY on King and Diane. This is the episode I’ve always wanted. I watched the whole thing with tears in my eyes. This whole thing was amazingly adorable, incredibly beautiful, hopeful, and depressingly sad all at once. I swear that the theme surrounding King and Diane has to be either Time, or the idea of Loss because I don’t know any other characters that have issues with losing and gaining their memories the way these two do. >_< Whenever we (because I refuse to accept that we won’t ever) get a real full on kiss between these two, it’s going to be one of the greatest days of my life. ^_^

Hi! Can I request a josh dun x reader where they’re at the Grammys and Josh goes with her and he is very happy to show her girlfriend to the world? Please 😁

*female reader

Staring at yourself in the mirror, you examined your dress, your makeup, your hair, everything about you. You had to look perfect. There would be millions of people watching you, eyes fixed on you, giving you the title of the girlfriend belonging to the one and only Joshua William Dun of Twenty One Pilots. And completely honest, you were not ready at all. Josh was handsome and hot and talented and famous and you were, well, you. Your smile faded away as you looked at yourself in the mirror, trying to take a deep breath and search for that lost self-confidence, closing your eyes and beginning to tell yourself you looked just fine when you felt two arms wrap around you, pressing a soft kiss to the back of your neck before resting on your shoulder and whispering in your ear. “You look absolutely gorgeous, y/n,” Josh murmured quietly before placing a quick kiss on your cheek. “Damn I don’t think I’m going to let you leave the house looking like that.”

“Whatever,” you giggled, turning around and looking up at him, both of you sharing a rather passionate kiss. When you pulled away, you stared into your eyes. “Really? I look okay?”

“Okay?” he raised his eyebrows. “You look absolutely stunning.”

“You sure?” you insisted.

“I swear,” he chuckled. “Gosh, I have to give it to Jenna, you do look really amazing in yellow.” It had been Tyler’s idea for the two of you to wear bright yellow dresses to match Josh’s new hair. While you seemed a little skeptical at first, Jenna insisted, saying it complimented your eyes, and even dragged you out to a shop for the day to go searching for the perfect one for you.

“The dress looks like Belle’s from Beauty and the Beast,” you nodded, twirling around in it once, the fabric flowing around your legs and Josh’s smile grew even wider.

“Exactly,” he grinned. “You’re a princess.”

“More like the beast,” you teased.

“Oh shut up,” he rolled his eyes, pulling you into a huge hug. “I’m not lying when I say you look like the hottest thing I’ve ever seen in my life.”

“You’re too kind,” you smirked. “Now come on. Let’s hurry over there and kick butt! I bet you’re going to win more than one!”

“We’re lucky if we win one,” he laughed. “But I agree, we should head over.”

When you were both driving to the venue, you could feel something was off. Josh kept biting his lower lip, knuckles turning white because he was clenching the steering wheel too hard, or constantly darting his eyes around nervously. “You okay, babe?” you raised an eyebrow, placing a hand on his shoulder.

“Huh?” he whipped his head around to look at you when he reached a stop light. “I’m okay.”

“You look nervous as hell,” you softened your eyes.

“I am,” he admitted. “I’m scared to death.”

“Don’t worry,” you soothed. “You look amazing, your music sounds amazing, and you guys are amazing. I know you’ll win.”

“Yeah, but everyone will be staring at me,” he mumbled. “A million eyes all watching me if I go up on that stage. Even if I don’t. I have this bright yellow hair and these gages and-”

“And they’re all tiny reasons that add up to why I love you,” you reminded.

“I feel like I’m going to look like a fool,” Josh whispered. “I mean, I already do in this tuxedo and bowtie.”

“Don’t say that,” you argued. “You look like Prince Charming. Perfect for a princess like me, right?”

“Right,” he smiled. “I just don’t want to mess up.”

“Sometimes I wish I could just punch your anxiety in the face,” you frowned.

“Yeah,” he sighed. “Me too.”

“Look sweetie, you’re going to do absolutely amazing,” you reassured. “And besides, I’ll be right there beside you. Got it?”

“Definitely,” he nodded, turning into a parking spot. “I don’t know what I’d do without you. Gosh, I can’t even believe we got this far.”

“I’m so proud of you guys,” you beamed.

“We’re just two guys from Columbus, Ohio. We were literally just playing in front of handfuls of people in a basement and now we’re selling out Madison Square Garden, being televised nationally, and now we have a chance at winning a Grammy. That’s absolutely insane,” he sighed, parking the car and staring at you. “I don’t even know how it happened.”

“I’m so happy for you,” you kissed him on the lips. “Ready to add another accomplishment to that long list?”

“You bet,” he agreed.

When you arrived, there was already plenty of people there. Luckily, you hadn’t spotted anyone else wearing such a bold shade of yellow, and it made you excited and happy. It wasn’t long before a teenage boy was running up to Josh, huge smile plastered on his face. “Hey, uh, I was wondering if maybe I could get an autograph, please?” he wondered, grinning up at Josh. “I’ve been listening to your music for years. I’m a huge fan.”

“Absolutely,” Josh nodded, receiving the marker and piece of paper he handed him.

“So who’s this lucky lady?” the boy asked.

“Oh, y/n?” Josh laughed, tugging you right at his side and wrapping an arm around your waist. “This is my lovely girlfriend.”

“Sweet,” the boy grinned. “She’s very pretty.”

“Isn’t she?” Josh beamed. “You know, before we came here she was being all flustered acting like she didn’t look good in this dress. Can you believe that?”

“Josh,” you turned red, stifling a chuckle.

“You guys are the perfect couple,” the boy laughed. “Thanks so much for the autograph, Josh.”

“No problem,” he reassured. He ran away happily and you slapped Josh on the arm.

“Why’d you say that?” you joked.

“What? Say that you’re beautiful?” he raised an eyebrow. “Because you are.”

“Flirt,” you smirked. “Come on, let’s go look for Jenna and Tyler.”

“Wait! Joshua Dun!” an interviewer raced up to the two of you, microphone in hand, a camera crew following close behind. “My name is Stacey. I’m a reporter here tonight, I was wondering if you would be open to sharing about the lovely lady you brought with you tonight possibly? She isn’t a familiar face, but she definitely will be remembered after tonight. That’s a lovely dress dear.”

“Thanks,” you blushed.

“This is y/n, she’s my girlfriend,” Josh presented you and thrust out his hands, waving them up and down as if he was selling a product or showing a prize on a gameshow. “She’s the only award I need tonight.”

“How sweet,” Stacey gushed. She shook Josh and your hand and then grinned back at the camera. “Look at these two love birds.”

“Love birds indeed,” he chuckled, giving you a kiss on the cheek. “But I think it’s time for us to fly away now.”

“Oh yes, you two run along. I think Tyler and Jenna are over by the red carpet,” she informed. “Good luck tonight!”

“Thanks so much,” Josh responded, linking his arm with yours and plastering on a smile. “Come on my little chickadee, we’ve got a lot more stuff to do before we win that Grammy.”

“Chickadee?” you giggled. “You’re awfully cheerful now.”

“I’ve got good vibes,” he shrugged. “Oh look! There’s Tyler and Jenna!”

“Where?” your eyes instantly darted around in search of the matching bright yellow, and when you saw her, your face lit up. “Goddammit she looks like a Queen.”

“You look better,” he whispered in your ear with a sly smile as you approached them both. You were about to protest but Josh was already unlinking his arm from yours, engulfing Tyler in a huge hug, and Jenna approached you with a huge grin.

“Oh my goodness gracious, y/n!” Jenna exclaimed. “You look like you just stepped out of a fairy tale, sweetheart.”

“Me?” you laughed. “Look at you!”

“She looks smoking,” you could hear Tyler whisper to Josh. “I could barely breathe when she walked out of the bedroom.”

“I know, same here,” Josh agreed in a low murmur. “She didn’t even notice me staring at her from the doorway. Dude, I was floored.”

“I don’t know but I think we should start doing more of these Grammy things if they’re going to look as hot as this,” Tyler teased.

“Hey!” Jenna snapped, giving him a playful tug on the ear. “You boys should work on your whispering skills. We can hear everything.”

“Then that just means you’ll know how much we think you look so freaking sexy tonight,” Tyler smirked, grabbing her by the hips and pulling her closer. “Right, babe?”

“Sure,” she rolled her eyes, planting her lips on his for a kiss. A couple flashes went off and Josh chuckled.

“Come on guys,” he laughed. “Let’s keep the PDA to a minimum.”

“Shut up,” Tyler narrowed his eyes when he pulled away from the kiss, squeezing Jenna’s hand before letting go. “I bet you guys are going to be all over each other by the time we sit down.”

“It’s the Grammys,” Josh argued. “We have to be well behaved.”

“Well behaved,” Tyler scoffed. “Like that’s something we know how to do.”

“You’re being so silly,” Jenna sighed.

“Just wait until we take our pants off,” Tyler winked. “Then it will get real.”

“What?” you and Jenna both exclaimed at the same time.

“Nothing,” Tyler reassured. “Just a joke.”

“It better be,” Jenna warned.

“Sure…” Josh smirked, leaving both of you curious of what the hell that meant.

Humans were classified as dangerous, reasonably so.

Able to eat nearly anything, being able to keep going even after losing a limb, their immense loyalty and uncanny abilities to domesticate even the fiercest of beasts, their powers of deception were unmatched by anyone, thanks to their abilities of being what they named, ‘fucking adorable’.

They were also a highly sought after crew members, due to their extreme durability and bonding instincts.

Lementhar was anxious for the arrival of a human that had wanted to become part of their crew, who was to enter the ship at two Hours past Sun’s Peak.

They had never seen a human in the flesh before, and we’re excited to see if the multitude of rumors were true.

It was nearly time and Lementhar had been preparing the ship the entire day so that it would be a safe and healthy habitat for a human.

A bell tolled throughout the interior of the ship, causing the other crewmates to look at each other nervously, all equally apprehensive of the human’s presence on the vessel.

Lementhar straightened their vest and walked on their double jointed legs to the entry point of the ship, took a deep breath, and pressed the button which allowed the metal door to open with a rush of cold air.

Lementhar looked around. There was no one in sight, and certainly no humans, the intimidating monsters of the galaxy.

A noise sounded from around Lementhar’s legs, someone clearing their throat.

They looked down.

Oh.

A human was staring up at them, one eyebrow raised.

“You’re the captain I presume?”

Lementhar nodded.

“Ah, you are the human, ‘Cassidy’?”

Cassidy nodded, running a hand through her hair.

“I, um, didn’t expect you to be so small?” Lementhar muttered, hoping beyond hope that remarking on one’s size wasn’t rude in human culture, he wanted to make a good impression.

Not to mention he was surprisingly intimidated by the creature, whose head marked a foot under Lementhar’s hip.

To Lementhar’s horror, the human frowned, and their shoulders slumped.

“I didn’t expect you to be so tall. Can I come in?”

Lementhar nodded, stumbling slightly in their haste to step back.

“You stay here, okay? Look around? I’m going to brief my crew that you’re here.”

Cassidy nodded and turned to inspect a potted plant that immediately started snapping at their hand.

They pet it.

Lementhar shook their head to tear themselves away from the odd situation and moved back to where his crew was still waiting, rubbing their hands together in distress.

They all looked up when they heard the door open.

“Well?” Exrilitimis prompted. “What’re they like?”

“Okay, so they are very small, a lot smaller than I predicted.”

The crew gave them quizzical looks and Lementhar took this as a que to explain Cassidy’s size more drastically.

“They come up around a foot under the hip, and are rather petit.”

Lementhar held out his hands to stop the crew from laughing.

“I know, I know, this terrifying creature is very small, but I don’t think it takes kindly to their stature being pointed out, I mentioned how small they were and they seemed upset. So try not to mention it.”

The crew nodded and Lementhar looked back out to the door, remembering in one of his anthropology classes and in the book that had come a week prior explaining how to keep humans safe, had mentioned to never leave humans alone with anything that could either move, or had a face, because they would form an attachment to it immediately, and Lementhar remembered them petting the plant that sat by the door before they left.

“I’m going to bring it back in here to meet everyone, so no one act out, please.”

Once Lementhar had dragged the human into the conference room, everyone started staring at them immediately.

“Do you want to introduce yourself?” Lementhar asked the small creature.

Cassidy nodded, then looked up to the chairs where everyone sat, just over their head, thanks to Levians’ legs taking up more than two thirds of their heights.

“Do you need help, ah, getting up?” By Purity’s sake this was getting more awkward by the minute.

Cassidy’s frown deepened, and they nodded.

Lementhar grabbed them around the middle, their long fingers digging into the soft fabric of the human’s ‘sweater’.

They placed them on the table, where they stood eye level with everyone.

“Hey, my name is Cassidy, she/her, first things first, I know I’m small, I didn’t expect this either, but I swear to god, do not patronize me because I survived a lot more than y'all have, so I better not be treated like i’m less capable.”

Cassidy crossed her arms, glaring at everyone around her.

“Seriously.”

Everyone in the room nodded, and quickly shared their names, all rather intimidated by the cold eyes.

The next day an even taller chair was added to the room, with a stepladder leading up to it.

((PS.I based Cassidy off my wooden bird,,This is probably kind of shitty,, cause this is my first time writing anything with aliens at all,,so…))

Drunk Driving is a serious crime

Pairing - Jeff Atkins x Female!Reader

Word Count - 579

Anon - Jeff Atkins imagine where you guys meet st the party and decide to go with him to get more beer and you can decide if you wanna go with how the show’s plot was in that episode or your own

a/n - oh lord i’m so sorry for the pure pain this imagine is. i’m also sorry it’s so short!

Walking through Liberty High, it would seem as if the place had been abandoned. The hallways were completely cleared out, occasionally papers scattered on the floor. Classroom doors were closed and locked. There were no announcements. No students.

Until you reached the gym.

The gymnasium was crowded with every student who attended Liberty High School. There was no talking. It was silent. A haunting kind of silent that made you quickly want to flee the scene to find some sort of comfort.

Principle Bolan stood in the middle of the basketball court behind a podium. Office staff sat behind him in chairs that had obviously come from the cafeteria.

“What happened this past weekend is a tragedy to not only the school community, to the town.” Bolan began. Every student seemed to shrink down as he spoke, feeling the sense of dread that this was real. Clay Jensen sat in the far corner of the large room, holding back tears threatening to spill out from a mix of anger and sadness.

“Jeff Atkins was the perfect student, player, and friend. The loss of him will be on our minds and in our hearts forever. But, this is a lesson you all can learn. Drunk driving is a serious crime that can result in death, or injuries.”

Y/N sat next to Hannah Baker, her arm in a cast and bruises sprinkled on her face like freckles. A wave of rage grew in her. Jeff wasn’t drunk. No matter what anyone said, he wasn’t fucking drunk.

She had been there with him. She knew he was completely sober.

(two days earlier…)

The party was filled with teenagers celebrating a new school year. Y/N stood with Sheri Holland, making small talk and giggling over gossip. Her boyfriend, Jeff, had departed from her earlier for a game of beer pong. She was ready to leave, but knew this was Jeff’s scene. All she wanted was for him to be happy.

“Hey, Y/N,” Jeff walked up behind her, wrapping his arms around her waist and pressing a kiss to her neck. “I’m about to do a beer run. You wanna come?”

She quirked up her eyebrow. “How much have you had to drink?”

Jeff sighed, a smile on his face. “I swear you and Jensen really think I don’t have any responsibility.” Y/N rolled her eyes and lightly hit her boyfriend’s arm, causing him to laugh. “I’ve had two beers in two hours. I’m not even buzzed, I promise.”

“I guess I’ll come along for the ride.” The girl smiled.

Jeff grinned and quickly pecked her cheek. “We better get going then. I think Zach will skin me alive if I’m not back in fifteen minutes.”

(present)

It happened quicker than Y/N expected it to.

They got in Jeff’s car and started their journey for a few packs of beer. Jeff had said something stupidly cute and Y/N had laughed, and then there was a loud screech and glass.

She woke up a few hours later in the hospital. She asked her mother where Jeff was, but she wouldn’t answer. Everyone she asked refused to answer. It didn’t take Y/N long to realize her boyfriend didn’t survive.

And now, here she was. Sitting in the gymnasium, surrounded by her peers, and listening to how it was Jeff’s fault. How he shouldn’t have been drinking. How the student body need to learn from this mistake.

Y/N felt like screaming they were wrong.

He was innocent.

“Three cream, two sugar, please.” You told the barista looking up from your phone. You smiled slightly when your eyes returned to the screen. Lin was up and retweeting his favorite Tobillo photoshops. Checking your watch, you realized you were 30 minutes early to work and decided to enjoy your coffee at the cafe; sitting down at a rounded table.

You thought for a minute before setting to work, cropping a photo of Ariel with Tobi’s face before sending it in. Lin almost immediately quoted it, saying:

Bahahhaha this is why I love Y/N. Aren’t you late for work?

You instantly smiled, tweeting back:

@Lin_Miranda I’m early actually

He fired back:

@Y/N that’s a first ;)

You rolled your eyes. A moment later, you had a text from Lin.

from: lin

Lin laughed aloud, causing a few people in the sound room to look up to him. Blushing feverishly, he texted back.

from: lin

true. but i guess that makes it a good thing that i modeled you after jefferson and not eliza. who else would be so…

You laughed at Lin’s teasing remarks. Still, you wished he were hear to tell you them in person. Biting back, you responded:

to: lin

you’re so full of yourself

from: lin

you would be full of me too if i were home

You immediately check over your shoulder to make sure no one saw that, cursing yourself as your stomach twisted and a blush flooded the back of your neck. You squeezed your legs together as you responded.

how many days till you’re home?

just over a month

so far to many

You sighed, picking up your coffee and heading to work. Long distance sucked. You missed him constantly. It’s not like you were mad at him for committing to Mary Poppins; the opposite, actually. You had never been so proud of your boyfriend, you just wished that your job allowed you to see him more.

Still, when he posted a picture of himself at the BAFTs, you couldn’t help it when you bought a plane ticket for the following Saturday to surprise him.

That night in Europe, Lin FaceTimed you off his Mac, instantly greeting you with a smile.

You couldn’t help but notice the bags under his eyes from working so hard. It was late, too: maybe 11. Lin usually didn’t stay up much later than nine, but he really wanted to see your face after work today. He was in bed, the computer on his lap, dressed in boxers and a blue tee.

You felt the tears well up in your eyes as you saw his face. The two of you talked every day, but you only FaceTimed once or twice a week as a result of your schedules.

“I miss you,” the two of you said at the same time. Lin threw his head back in a laugh, a giggle escaping your own lips as you poured yourself a glass of water.

“Tell me about your day,” Lin said.

You instantly fueled his request with stories of weird encounters at the hospital you worked at. Lin listened endearingly to each one. He told you about how much he was learning and how happy he was. Throughout it all, however, he never made it past five minutes without telling you how much he loved you.

As it two in the morning for him and eight for you, he yawned.

“I’ll talk to you tomorrow, babe. Get some rest,” you said. He went to argue but sighed when a yawn interrupted him.

“I love you,” he said.

You smiled, “I love you too.”

Across the ocean, Lin hung up the FaceTime and grinned to himself. He was beyond tired, but despite his mind’s need for sleep, he went onto Delta airlines and booked a flight to New York for next Saturday.

The weekend came sooner than you expected. Maybe it was your excitement to see him, but before you knew it, it was Friday evening and you were packing a bag and setting an alarm for five a.m.

Lin was doing the same in Britain, adding your favorite sweatshirt that he had forgotten to leave for you at home. He smiled to himself, thanking the front desk man as he left the building.

“I’ll be back on Wednesday,” Lin said, practically skipping to the cab outside.

You drove yourself to the airport, working your way through customs before settling down on the plane. This time tomorrow, you thought, you’ll be in his arms.

Lin boarded his plane, the grin never leaving his face. He was so close to being with you, he couldn’t wait. This time tomorrow, he thought, you’ll be in his arms.

You didn’t get as much sleep as you were hoping to one the jet, but you immediately felt rejuvenated at the thought of being with Lin in just over an hour.

Lin on the other hand, managed to sleep the entire way. He walked sleepily off the plane, slugging his backpack over his shoulders. JFK was huge, but he knew it like the back of his hand, weaving in and out of people to get through customs. Lin was was speed walking towards the parking lot where his Uber was waiting. He kept his hood up to avoid too much attention, grinning to himself when he saw the same model of your car.

Wait.

That was your car. He double checked the license plate, confirming it was yours. What were you doing at the airport? Did you forget to tell him you were leaving the state? Even then, you always texted him before your flights. He checked his phone, making sure it wasn’t still on airplane mode. Nothing. Hoping you weren’t in the air, he called you.

In Europe, you had just walked into his apartment complex, waving to the bellman as you walked up the stairs.

“I’m surprising my boyfriend,” you explained. The man nodded, ushering you forward.

You felt your phone jolt. Lin.

Grinning, you answered the phone, “Hello?” You asked innocently.

“Where are you right now?” He asked suddenly. You almost laughed.

“Why don’t you open your door and find out,” you smirked, leaning up against the wall outside of his apartment.

“What? I’m not home,” he said.

Your brows furrowed, “It’s like, ten at night. Where are you?”

“Where are you?” He questioned.

“I’m, uh, outside your apartment,” you mumbled.

You heard him groan, “You’ve got to be kidding me.” You frowned slightly before he continued, “I’m at JFK.”

“What?” You almost shouted, quickly lowering your voice to avoid waking up his neighbors.

“I was trying to surprise you.” He said lightly, making your heart ache.

“I was trying to surprise you too,” you smiled.

“I love you,” you both said in sync. Giggling, you asked what to do.

“I have to head home on Sunday, so if either of us fly home, we’ll barely get any time together,” you sighed.

You heard Lin huff, “But I miss you.”

“I miss you too,” you sighed.

“Okay, uh - go down to the front desk and I’ll call and tell them to give you a key to my room. You can stay there, and I guess I’ll just go to the house.” Lin reasoned.

You nodded, “Okay. Will you water the herb garden?” He chuckled before agreeing.

“I love you, thank you for being so perfect,” you said.

“I love you more. I’ll see you in a month, mi reina,” He said before hanging up.

He hit his head against the seat of the Uber he had gotten into, groaning.

Monday came quickly, Lin had given you a few restaurants to go to, a museum to visit, and even had you stop into his office to meet a few people. It was amazing, but didn’t make it any less lonely.

Lin took the day to himself, walking into your favorite cafe with a grin on his face. He spent most of it at home, just hanging out. The only thing that would’ve made it better was you.

On your flight home, you were honestly a little pissed. You were tired and hungry and a little unsatisfied, for lack of better words. Both of you had made these grand gestures, and neither of you were able to see each other. It wasn’t fair. Snuggled up in one of his sweaters you had stolen form his closet, you tried to sleep until you landed.

to: lin

landed. thanks for a fun weekend :/ love u

You unlocked you car and climbed in, immediately jacking the heat. February in New York was not warm. Shivering slightly, you started your trek home. It wasn’t more than a 45 minute drive, but it felt shorter than usual.

Shutting the garage, you walked into your house, throwing your keys onto the counter. You glanced at your watch: 4:36. You weren’t particularly hungry, but got some popcorn to eat while you watched some TV before dinner.

You trudged into the living room, the bowl of popcorn in your arm as you checked your phone for texts from Lin; nothing. He was probably in the air -

“Hey, Y/N.”

You jumped, your popcorn falling to the floor and littering the carpet. Your head snapped up to see him. Lin. Sitting on the couch, criss cross applesauce.

“Oh my God,” you breathed.

Lin smiled as he stood up, “You didn’t actually think I’d let you go without seeing you, right?”

The tears in your eyes welled up and you thought your heart might explode it was beating so fast. You sprinted the last few steps across the living room, nearly collapsing on top of him. He caught you, burying his face in your neck, holding you in his arms.

God, I miss you.” He sighed. You squeezed your eyes shut, willing the tears to stop.

“I love you so much,” you laughed lightly, backing away just enough to see his face. One of his hands left your back to brush away a stray tear before bringing it back to hold you as tightly as he could.

He smiled as you took his face in your hands, pressing a gentle kiss to his lips. You could feel his grin against your mouth as you tanged your hands in his hair, tugging slightly when he nipped your bottom lip.

He pressed his forehead to yours, “I love you too, mi reina. I love you too.“

Y/N slowly opened her eyes, the vibrating noise from the table waking her up. She looked around and found herself on her couch, the TV blasting Family Guy throughout the small apartment. She must have fallen asleep after the jubilee, it was a tiring night and she didn’t exactly have all that great of a time. Too much seeing Jughead, the boy she had been helplessly in love with for months, being all couple-y and cute with Betty.

Vvvrrrmmm Vvvrrrmmm Vvvrrrmmm

She looked over to the coffee table in front of her and her phones screen was lit up, showing that she had an oncoming call from Betty. She picked up the phone and swiped to answer it. “Hey B, what’s up?”

“Where have you been? I’ve been trying to get ahold of you for about a half hour now!” she yelled, and Y/N started to feel worry set it, Betty sounded panicked.

“I fell asleep on my couch, I’m sorry.” Y/N stuttered.

“I thought you got shot too!” Betty yelled, and panic shot through Y/N. She stood from her couch and started running for her shoes.

“Who got shot? What the hell is going on?” she yelled, anxiety coursing through her voice and body.

“A lots going on, Fred got shot in Pops just about a half hour ago, he was in critical condition when the ambulance picked him up, and Archie is a mess. Not only that, but Cheryls house caught on fire, and Jughead joined the Southside Serpents.” Bettys voice rang through Y/Ns ears.

“Oh my god. What the hell is happening to this fucking town!” Y/N yelled, running out of her house, her dress flying around in the windy night. She started to walk towards Jugheads trailer, thankfully it wasn’t too far from her shitty apartment.

“Can you talk to Jughead, tell him that this whole Serpent thing isn’t a good idea, he won’t listen to me for whatever reason, but maybe he’ll listen to you.” Betty pleaded, and Y/N rolled her eyes although no one was there to see it.

“You’re his girlfriend and he didn’t listen to you, what makes you think he’ll listen to me?” Y/N argued, and Betty sighed on the other end of the phone.

“You’re his best friend. He always listens to you, doesn’t matter what it’s about, you’re the only person whose advice he takes to heart. I wish he’d listen to me, but I guess I’m just not as important.” Betty said sadly, and Y/N felt her heart drop a little. Betty was her best girl-friend, she hated that she felt that way.

“Betty, you’re far more important to him than me, that’s why he chose you. But, I’ll give it a shot. Why does it matter that he became a serpent anyways, it’s expected. His dad was one, so it’s not that big of a surprise he is.” Y/N said, turning a corner and looking both ways before she crossed the street.

“Because Jughead is better than that, anyways, there is no way I could be with a serpent, no matter who it was. Look, I love Jughead, but if he stays, I’m gone. I can’t deal with that.”Betty said, and Y/N could tell it hurt her to say.

“I don’t know Betty, maybe you’re over-reacting. It’s probably just a phase, or something he’s doing to get deeper into the case. I don’t think we’ve uncovered all the facts about Jasons murder, why else would all this shit still being going down?” Y/N said, trying to talk Betty out of breaking up with Jughead. It would crush him, and ultimately it would crush Y/N to see him so upset. Although, it would give her a chance to swoop in and help him, but did she really want to be that girl? The one who breaks up couples to get the guy she wants? No she couldn’t do it, she cared for the two of them too much.

“I don’t think we have all the facts either, but it doesn’t matter. Jughead and I cannot be together if he’s a serpent, that’s final.” Betty said, and Y/N sighed.

“I’ll do my best to talk to him then. I don’t want to see you guys hurt.” Y/N said, a tinge of pain ringing through her. She walked into the trailer park and spotted Jugheads place. “I’m going to let you go though, I’m here.” She said, and she heard Betty sniffle on the other side.

“Okay, good luck.” Betty said, hanging up the phone.

“Yeah,” Y/N mumbled to herself, walking up the steps and knocking on the door. She backed up slightly so she didn’t get hit with the door, but she was surprised when she heard a dog bark from inside. The door swung open and a dog ran out, jumping up on her and barking.

“Hotdog, get off her!” a voice she didn’t recognize called, and she looked up to see a long-haired man staring down at her.

“It’s okay, he’s not hurting me. He’s very cute, is he yours?” Y/N asked, trying to be as polite as she could to the stranger.

“Actually, I think he’s Jugheads now.” The man said, and Y/N nodded, leaning down to pet the dog. “Speaking of Jughead, I’m assuming you’re here to see him?”

“Yeah, I am, is he inside?” Y/N asked, and the man nodded. She looked at the man and noticed the jacket he was wearing. ‘serpent.’ She thought to herself. “I’m Y/N by the way, I like your jacket.” She commented, and the man smiled.

“Oh yeah, you’re not scared?” he teasingly asked, and Y/N laughed.

“Y/N wouldn’t be scared of serpents, she actually admires you guys. Always has, that’s why she got along with my dad so well.” Jugheads voice rang behind the man, and Y/N smiled.

“Is that so?” the man asked, looking down at the (Y/H/C) girl. She stood taller and smirked, trying to look as confident as possible.

“I’m not scared of anything.” Y/N said, sliding by the man and into the trailer and making her way to Jughead.

“Well except for clowns and spiders.” Jughead said, and she nodded, causing laughter from a few men who were also in the trailer.

“So if we got attacked by a spider dressed as a clown-“ one man started.

“Or a clown dressed as a spider-“ another added.

“You’d be terrified?” the long-haired man finished their sentence. Y/N and Jughead laughed.

“I’d be dead, I would have an actual heart-attack.” She teased, and the men laughed again. “Don’t tell anyone I said that though, I don’t need people knowing my weaknesses.”

“Your secret is safe with us.” The long-haired man said, and Y/N plopped herself down on a couch, nodding her head in approval.

“Good.” She said, looking around the room.

“What brings you here, tonight?” Jughead asked, sitting beside her. Hotdog walked over, laying in front of Jugheads feet, and he leaned over to pet him.

“Betty is worried and our town is still as hellish as ever. The police really suck ass at their jobs, I’m just about to go in and take over.” Y/N sighed, and the men laughed again. “What, you don’t think I can fix Riverdale?” she asked, and the long-haired man held his hands up.

“I didn’t say that.” He replied defensively, and she smiled.

“Good, because I totally could. We just need people to rally up the citizens of Riverdale, something that could motivate them to do more for this town, make it better than it was before all of this Jason bullshit went down. I just need to cause enough trouble to get the police off their ass, or enough trouble to fix the problems of the town. I haven’t decided which yet, but I know I could do it.” Y/N said, smiling to all the men in the room. Jughead laughed, and she looked at him. “Of course, I would have to do it with my partner in crime, Mr. Jones here.” Jughead smiled and the men chuckled.

“Do you two get into a lot of trouble together?” one of the men asked, and Jughead nodded.

“Enough to cause Betty to worry about me.” He said, and the men all raised their eyebrows at the two teenagers.

“I see.” The long-haired man said, and Y/N rolled her eyes.

“Not that kind of trouble, oh my god. I swear you guys are 16-year-old-boys.” She teased, and the men in the room laughed again.

“I’m going to take that as a compliment.” The long-haired man said, and Jughead teasingly elbowed her.

“And I’m going to take offense, seeing that I am a 16-year-old-boy.” He said, and Y/N gave him an evil smile.

“Good, take offense.” She said, and he rolled his eyes and slumped back into the couch. “Anyways, Betty was always mad because we found ourselves in compromising and dangerous situations when it came to the whole Jason Blossom murder case. We went all in, emerging ourselves in whatever danger Jason might have put himself in that way we could get to the bottom of the case.” The men all nodded.

“Of course she was suspicious that we were sleeping together, or that I was cheating on her with all the time we spent together, it took awhile for her to accept the fact that we are just best friends.” Jughead said.

“Which doesn’t make any sense to me because she knew we were before you guys even got together. We became friends immediately after I moved here last year.” Y/N added, and Jughead nodded. “She actually sent me over here to talk you out of being a serpent, but I could care less. I was just planning on telling her you wouldn’t listen to me and to just let you live your life, but then she started talking about breaking up with you because of it and then I didn’t know what I was going to do.” Y/N admitted, and the men in the room all fell very silent.

“She was going to break up with me because of it?” Jughead asked, hints of anger present in his voice. Y/N nodded, and he huffed out in frustration. “Why can’t she be accepting like you? And I thought dating Betty was going to be less complicated than dating you, but obviously I made the wrong decision.” Jughead said, and Y/N froze in her seat.

“Oh shit.” The long-haired man said, and the men all nodded in agreement. This was definitely an ‘oh shit’ moment.

“What?” Y/N asked, looking at the raven-haired boy who hadn’t caught his slip up. Jughead looked around the room and noticed all the eager faces looking at him, and it was then he caught his mistake after thinking over what just came out of his mouth.

“Yeah, dating Betty has been super complicated lately, she and I are complete opposites, not that you and I are any better, but at least we have a lot more in common than her and I.” he said, trying to explain it in a way that wouldn’t give away his feelings, but it only made it worse.

“So what you’re saying is that you’d rather date Y/N here…?” the long-haired man said, and Jughead stuttered, wracking his brain for the right words to say. Maybe he should just come out and say what was really on his mind, but he was worried.

“You know what, Y/N. Just let her break up with me, the fact that she can’t over look this one decision I made in my life and love me enough to accept me shows that maybe we just aren’t meant to be together.” Jughead said, standing up and walking towards the front door. He picked up his jacket off the side of a chair on the way and put it on, the snake on the back fully visible to everyone behind him.

‘damn, he looks good in that jacket, I have to admit it.’ She thought to herself, but then the door slammed and it broke her out of her thoughts. She looked around at the group of men around her, and they all stared at her.

“Well, go after him then. Get that boy and never let him go.” The long-haired man said, and she chuckled.

“Why do I get the feeling you guys are fans of chick-flicks?” she teased, and they all laughed as well.

“What, just because we’re in a gang doesn’t mean we don’t have feelings. This is young love, its cute.” One of the men said, and Y/N rolled her eyes and smiled. It was nice to see such strong and scary guys have actual loving feelings you wouldn’t expect them to have.

“Well, you’re wasting time. Go on.” The long-haired one said, and Y/N nodded, making her way out of the trailer. She wandered around and found Jughead by the entrance sign, and she slowly approached him.

“You alright?” she asked, and Jughead turned around, giving her a tight smile.

“Not really, but whatever.” He said, and Y/N sighed. “I thought she would accept me, she told me tonight she loved me, and i-I told her the same thing. I’m starting to realize now that maybe neither of us meant it, we were just caught in the moment.” Jughead ran his hand through his hair, and it was then she noticed he was beanie free. She smiled apologetically at him and walked the rest of the way to him, embracing him. Jughead held onto her tight, and she enjoyed the moment, closing her eyes, trying to remember every detail of that second so she could cherish it forever. Little did she know, Jughead was doing the same thing. She pulled away from him, and looked up at the blue-eyed boy, and she shivered slightly at the loss of his body heat. It was cold out and she was in a dress, she was freezing.

“You must be so cold.” Jughead said worriedly, taking off his jacket and handing it to the girl.

“I’m fine-“ she tried to refuse, but he rolled his eyes.

“Take it.” He said, and she took it from him, slipping the leather jacket on herself. It was big on her because Jughead was much taller than she was, and he laughed at the sight of her in it.

“What?” she said, trying to hide her blush.

“You would just look cute as a serpent.” He said, and she couldn’t hide her blush now.

“Whatever.” She said, pulling the jacket tighter around herself. The cold was bitter, the winter was settling in hard.

“I’m sorry for calling you cute, damn.” Jughead said, pretending to be offended, and she rolled her eyes and laughed.

“Don’t be so sensitive, I-“ she cut herself off, she didn’t know if she should do what she was about to, although she really wanted to.

“You what?” he said quietly, and she thought to herself that he probably already knew what she was thinking. She stayed silent though, thinking about what she was going to do. “I like you, you know. I have for a long time.” Jughead said, and Y/N stared up at him.

    “But Betty-“

“Betty is nice, I like her, but not as much as I like you. I just figured that if I went for you, our friendship would be ruined and it would just complicate everything. I see now that I was wrong. I think we are meant to be together, and I really mean that.” Y/N smiled softly, and so did Jughead. They stood there for awhile, just looking at eachother and not really saying anything, and Y/N figured that must have been kind of weird.

“We should probably go inside.” She said awkwardly, breaking their silence. Jughead looked towards the trailer and nodded.

“Probably.” He said. “But first-“ Jughead grabbed onto Y/Ns wrist and crashed his lips with hers, and she smiled and melted into it.

“Okay, that was unexpected.” Y/N said, and Jughead laughed. “It wasn’t bad!” she quickly exclaimed, trying to fix her mistake in words. “I just- I- I liked it. I like you.” She said, and jughead nodded, taking her hand and they walked to the trailer in silence. He opened the door and the two of them entered, and all the men looked at Y/N and cheered. She looked down and realized she still had his jacket on and she blushed, looking down and burying her head into his chest. Betty and Jughead were both going to be hurt, but she could help them both, and she knew in the end she could help them heal.

Every inch of your body hurts. And you feel wonderful.

Oh yeah, you love putting your music out loud and just exercicing to the rhythm of it. It has become a routine since the day you and Bucky make things official, every time your beloved boyfriend goes out on a mission you let out all the stress that his ausence causes in you by making some exercice.

Grabbing the towel you head to the showers humming your favourite song. From all of the femenine showers you always choose the one more hided, not for anything special but you prefer to be covered when showering. Putting your sore body under the hot pouring water you start to massage your arms and legs.

- I can’t even - you hear the voice of a young woman entering the showers

- Me neither - another one laughs walking besides her. They haven’t seen you yet.

Author’s Note: Like I’ve said, I will only write platonic imagines for Alec and I’ve had a couple but I got an idea for this one straight away. Also, let me know if you want to be tagged in any specific imagines (fandoms, characters, etc), I’d be happy to do that for you guys. Another thing, this is set in the TV show version.(as I haven’t read the books yet)

Stubborn was the perfect way to describe Alec Lightwood. Whatever it concerned, if Alec thought something should be done, there was absolutely no changing his mind. Unless, of course, you were Isabelle Lightwood or Y/N Y/L/N. A lot of people knew how close Alec and his sister were, but everyone knew how close Y/N and Alec were. They were practically inseparable.

Song Of The Chapter: Youth by Daughter (It has nothing to do with the chapter I’m just giving you a good song to listen to.)

You rubbed sleep out of your eyes, dreading the Monday ahead as you realized you’d have to sit those three seats away from Jughead Jones, and possibly face stares coming from easily amused teens who had heard about the little incident on Friday night.

It took the idea of flunking your Pre Calc class and raising suspicion between Jughead and his friends to get you out of bed. You, with a throbbing headache, slipped from underneath your covers and trudged to the bathroom. You chose a pair of ripped black jeans, a white tank top, and a red flannel to bring to the bathroom with you to change into after you shower.

Before the mirror became fogged as the water heated up, you stared at your reflection, sighing. There wasn’t enough tears to be cried in order to fill the lack of self love and confidence that pained you. Your eyes were still puffy, but that didn’t matter. Were you a stalker, or were you just an observant nobody? It wasn’t like you followed people around, that took way too much energy.

All you had to do was get dressed, and you would be in the car, driving over to Riverdale High just a few minutes before the bell rang.

Once you stepped into the halls, it was just the same as any other day. You would slip by unnoticed, head down, books clutched to your chest. That was, until you were accompanied by the beanie-clad boy who embarrassed you in the middle of Pop’s, snatching your pride and joy just to scoff and talk to you in ridicule.

“I’d like to apologize.” You heard him say, moving from beside you to blocking your path in front. His voice reeked of humbleness and you wanted to deny any words of sorry coming from those lips. His expression faltered when you didn’t respond, a sigh escaping his lips. Your stare was cold, distant, it took everything in you to not run away into the bathroom and hide for the rest of the day.

“I shouldn’t have taken your sketchbook, I get carried away with this hunch in which I believe anyone and everyone is a suspect of Jason Blossom’s murder.” He continued, and somehow you mustered up the courage to open your mouth and form the first coherent sentence you’d spoken in two days.

“So carried away that you accuse me of being a stalker?” You question, raising an eyebrow, “Look, things should go back to where you left me alone, I leave you alone. If it means anything, I’ll trash the art too if it bothers you as much as it seems.”

Jughead was taken back by your words, only responding by shaking his head. He truly felt bad, and it was difficult for him to display these emotions outwardly. “You don’t have to do that.” He muttered, shoving his hands in his pockets. “Your art is lovely and I had no right to intrude-”

“Who did you tell? What, did you write about me in your stupid novel? Did you think this was some vital information for your next article in the school newspaper?” You were getting angrier, eyes now on the two of you. You didn’t even notice as it began to feel like just you and Jug in the hallway.

“I didn’t tell anyone.” He whispered, his voice weak, “Not Betty, not Archie, not Veronica, nobody. What happened was wrong, I shouldn’t judge you nor make you feel as if you’re a weirdo. I have zero room to talk.”

“Just stay away, Jughead, you embarrassed me enough on Friday, and deciding to confront me around all these people wasn’t the smartest decision either.” And with that, you walked off, feeling smaller than ever. The rest of the school day, you avoided eye contact, ignored everyone around you except for your teachers. You even paid no attention to the sketchbook in your backpack, even when your hand was just itching to have the pencil meet the page again. You had drained yourself, taking your feelings and forming them into words was just too difficult. The smallest task felt like constructing a pyramid, and anything that seemed to disturb you in the slightest could break down that brick wall and have it crumbling before your eyes.

Jughead, on the other hand, wanted to talk to you even more. He hadn’t heard you speak at all other than on Friday, and today when you had your tame outburst. He found your voice lovely, even when angry or weak with tears. That, accompanied with your talent for art and your beautiful face.

His heart dropped to his stomach at the resentment you had towards him. Of course, he realized it was his fault, you reap what you sow. It was indeed best to keep his distance, but he knew himself better than anyone else, and he just couldn’t help forcing himself into your life.

You refused to make eye contact with Jughead. When he’d turn the corner in the hall, you went the other way, when you felt his eyes on you in class, you kept your gaze forward. It was almost rude of you, to not accept his apology and refuse to even give him the chance to salvage an acquaintanceship. In your eyes, he deserved the ignorance, but in his, he saw it as an invitation.

It was an odd dynamic. A girl who wanted nothing to do with these people whom humiliated her, but illustrated herself as an active participant in their little circle. Then, a boy who left the wrong first impression, but would do anything to grab your attention once more and use his investigative spirit to respectively dive into what made you so intriguing to him.

As if by fate, you two were partnered for an English final. The assignment was in collaboration with the theatre class during that same period. Every class in your grade was required to do the project, and it wasn’t like you could just go to your guidance counselor to request a new course. Although, you were despereate to avoid Jughead at all costs, and switching classes was awfully tempting.

The assignment was simple, write a one act play for a group of theatre students to memorize and perform. The AP English class was small, so the large number of young thespians were divided and evened out. Your grade was simply based on the elements of theatre implemented in the script, the other students had to act it out as you watched and hoped they did your hard work justice. You loved the idea of the assignment, but you hated the idea of spending so much time with Jughead Jones.

…It was as if your blood boiled at the sight of the beanie-clad boy, who scooted three seats closer and plopped a notebook on your desk.

“Between you and I,” Jug whispered, “I kind of asked Ms. Goode to pair us together.”

Pairing: Alex Standall x Reader

Summary: (Y/N) finding out that Alex committed suicide.

Word count: 1.828

Posted: 01st of May 2017

A/NThis is my 50th imagine, since the day I’ve started, on the 22nd of February, and I wanted to post my favourite imagine, so far. I was listening to the song and an imagine inspiration came into my mind. This made me cry so much, I wonder why I keep on doing this to myself. Anyways, I may post a part two of this imagine! Keep an eye out!
If you have some Alex requests, feel free to send some in. Thank you so much, guys!

P.S.: (SPOILER!) Before you attack me, I would like to clarify that I think that Alex committed suicide and he wasn’t shot by Tyler. I mean, he had different signs to show that he was suicidal and I don’t want to be attacked for my own opinion. Thank you.

- G. x

Warning: Mentions committing suicide/shooting, blood, possible death, swearing.

“What did Alex do?! No, I know Alex and he wouldn’t do it!” You shouted while talking to Alex’s dad through the phone. You respected him, but you were shocked for the news that he had in store. “Tell me that he really didn’t do it! Tell me, please!” You hysterically shouted inside of your car as your tears slowly streamed down your face.

“I…” His dad was speechless. He couldn’t believe that his son had the courage to do something like that. He didn’t know what to say, because he was shocked too.

“Alex needs me, I am on my way.” You bit your lower lip as you ended the phone call and threw your phone on the passenger’s seat beside you. “Fuck, Standall!” You hit your steering wheel many times as you cried loudly and uncontrollably on it.

You were scared and heartbroken at the same time. How could Alex ever think of doing that certain thing? He knew that you were still by his side, but why did he leave you? Scratch that, he would never leave you, the right question was why did he choose to do that?

“Alex Standall, please.” You impatiently asked at the nurse for his room at the reception hall. You still had tear stains on your cheeks and you were still hiccupping for pouring your heart out.

“Only the relatives can visit the patient.” The nurse strictly said even though she saw that you were desperate to see Alex. You clenched your teeth as you were trying to stay calm. “Sorry.”

“I am his fucking best friend, so let me in!” You lost your control, because of the thought that you could lose Alex at any moment. “Damn it, that guy was my life and he shot himself in the head, he needs his best friend right now. He fucking needs me right now and you wouldn’t let me in! How can you be so fucking selfish!” You poured your anger and you blamed the nurse for what you were feeling at that moment.

You surely were making a scene and you got some dirty and some pitiful looks from the people that stayed there, but you didn’t care. You wanted to see your best friend and you demanded to see him.

“Security at the reception hall please.” She severely said as she contacted the guards using the phone on her desk. You shot her a death glare as you thought how uncompassionate and callous she was.

“No need, she’s with me.” A deep voice was heard behind you and it revealed you Alex’s dad. “She’s part of the family.” You felt relieved for that and you had your hopes up for a little bit.

“Officer Standall!” You tightly hugged him and he hugged you back. You felt tears still streaming down your face and you broke the hug so his uniform wouldn’t be stained by your tears. “Thank you for being heartless!” You spat those words as if they were venom in your mouth. You didn’t mean to be rude, but you were desperate and the thought of having your best friend in a hospital room terrified you even more.

“C'mon!” He pressed his lips on your temple to give you kiss. He considered you as his daughter and seeing you like that broke his heart even more.

You both walked through the hospital halls with a heavy heart. You were afraid to know if Alex was fine, if he would survive, but you were convinced that he would. In fact, you were already thinking of how you would slap him silly when he’s gotten out of that redundant place. You were thinking of how you would scold him, of how you would take care of him, of how you would tell him that you loved him so much.

“Go on.” Officer Standall encouraged you as he let you enter Alex’s room. You slowly nodded while turning the doorknob to open it.

“Alex.” You murmured to yourself as you saw your best friend lying on a hospital bed. There were uncountable wires attached to his body and your heart sank as you hated him for that short moment. How could he appear that calm when you were being desperate and frantic? “Lex, please wake up.”

You walked near his bed and you took a seat on the chair beside it. You wandered your eyes around the room and everything was white: the walls, the bedsheets, the window curtains. Everything.

“Lex, I am here now.” You grabbed his right hand, luckily that his dextrose was attached on his other hand. “Wake up, stop joking because I am clearly not.”

There was silence in the room, the only thing that could be heard was your soft sobs and the heart monitor that kept on beeping as it flashed Alex’s poor heart rates.

“Alex, I can’t accept this. We aren’t kids anymore, stop playing our old games.” You harshly tortured your bottom lip as you prevented yourself from crying.

You remembered how Alex used to pretend that he was asleep whenever his parents would arrive home and you were his partner in crime. You would play jokes on his brother too, scaring him to death when Alex pretended that he was a zombie.

“Standall, it’s okay if you don’t wake up right now, but please hold on.” You tightened your grip on his hand as tears started to wet your hands. “I am sorry for letting this to happen. I am sorry because I didn’t cheer you up enough, I am sorry because I wasn’t able to make you feel better after those fucking tapes.”

You looked at Alex and you admired his angelic and peaceful face. He had a bandage wrapped around his head with a big blood stain on it. Some of his platinum blonde hair was covered with blood and it made you cry even more.

“Lex, remember the last time you made me cry like this?” You asked him even though you knew that he wouldn’t respond. “Yes, that was during our first and last fight. Alex, you humiliated me in public because I let Montgomery kiss me. Yup, that asshole. I accepted that, but I wouldn’t accept this. You are making me cry and this is the worst reason that you could ever come up to.”

You looked at his pale lips and you thought of how much you preferred those lips than Montgomery’s.

“Standall, you are my best friend because you are you and you never failed to make me laugh. You even made fun of yourself in public when I was so down for a low grade.” You smiled as you remembered those things, still feeling hot tears running down your cheeks. “You even let yourself get beaten up for me.” You shook your head.

“I love defending you!” Alex exclaimed as you were scolding him for getting his ass beaten up.

“You didn’t have to do that, silly!” You smiled at him as you were curing the scars and the wounds.

“I didn’t have to, but I wanted to.” Alex has said as he dealt with the stinging feeling of the disinfectant. “You know that I would catch a bullet for you, right?”

“Ha! Funny, right?” You sarcastically laughed. “You caught a bullet, but not for me.” You caressed his unanimated hand with your thumb. “I didn’t want for you to catch a bullet for me! I wanted for you to stay beside me, forever and always.”

You appreciated the heat that his hand was emanating and you felt safe, even though you were so scared.

“Little did we both know that I fell in love with you, I fell in love with that contagious and funny laugh of yours, with that broken smile and your dimples. I loved your platinum hair, even though I teased you a lot because of it. I love everything about you, but, mostly,” You confessed and you knew that he could hear you. “I love you, Alex Standall.” You stood up to give a sweet and soft kiss on his pale lips.

You admired his peaceful face once again and smiled.

“I am waiting for you, okay?” You whispered to him and you caressed his hand again. He squeezed your hand and it gave you hope somehow. “Please, don’t go.”

You were about to let go of his hand to call the doctors, but your world was destroyed and it turned upside down as you heard the flatline sound of the heart monitor. Your heart stopped together with his and you fell back on your sit, tears uncontrollably flowing like a river.

“Fuck, Alex!” You couldn’t believe of the happening and you panicked as you gripped on his hand even tighter, tears burnt your red cheeks. “Alex, don’t leave me! Alex! Please don’t!”

“Excuse us, ma'am!” You didn’t hear that the nurses entered his room and you were suddenly pulled away. “Ma'am, please.” The nurses slightly shouted since it seemed like you couldn’t hear them.

“Alex!” You shouted as they forced you to let Alex’s hand go. “Alex, fight! Please!”

“It will be alright.” Those words were the last words you heard from the nurses that night. They left you on the hallway as they did their work inside the room. You saw Alex’s dad with his brother, they were both crying and mourning.

You leant on the white and candid wall behind you as you sobbed, letting your body fall on the ground. You couldn’t understand anything around you as you suddenly saw Alex’s figure across the hall, looking at you and smiling.

And I’ll be wearing white when I come into your kingdom, I’m as green as the ring on my little cold finger.” You sang together with Alex while he was playing his guitar at your school’s music room.

I’ve never known the lovin’ of a man, but it sure felt nice when he was holding my hand, there’s a boy here in town says he’ll love me forever, who would have thought forever could be severed by.” You sang as you were sobbing loudly. You couldn’t continue the song, so you let the music flow as people cried and felt sorry for you.

“(Y/N).” Zach rubbed your back as he tried to comfort you.

“It was for you, Lex, although you promised me that you were the one who would’ve sang it at my funeral.” You said as your voice cracked and your heart broke even more. “Unfair.”

“I promise that I will sing that to you at your funeral.” Alex promised as you did your pinky promise and he unleashed a deep sigh because he already knew that he would’ve taken away his life soon, sad to break his promise.

That night, when the nurses have told you that everything will be alright, you already knew that you lost Alex, you knew that you lost the most important person in your life.

Can you do a bughead au where they're in their 20s and hiding their relationship? Archie goes over to Betty's and sees male items (shoes, razors, deodorant, shirts etc) neatly placed around Betty's house almost like someone else lives there. Jughead then walks into the house with his own set of keys and archie figures it out

Sure!
****

“Ill be home in an hour, I love you.” He whispered against her lips as he lifted his bag from the hook on the door.

“Love you too.” Betty smiled, leaning against the door frame, waving lazily as her boyfriend headed out for his meeting with his publisher. They had made plans on a quiet night at home but an emergency at his cover shoot was pulling him away from his warm bed and his beautiful girlfriend.

He mumbled complaints as he headed out, tucking his head into his hood to avoid the ever present rain.

Betty closed the front door and flopped down on her couch, it was early may and the flower shop she had just bought was booming, she had always been obsessed with flowers, it was her dream to open her own florist shop and now that dream had come true. She was proud and she felt accomplished, it wasn’t what her mother had wanted but with age she had grown out of that perfect girl next door image and was now a successful 25 year old woman living with the love of her life.

As soon as she shut her eyes, she was interrupted by the banging knock on her front door. Rolling her eyes, she smiled. Jughead was always forgetting something. She opened the door with an eyebrow raise

“What is it this…” she was cut off immediately by the sight of the familiar red headed boy she hadn’t seen in four years.

“Archie?” She whispered, shocked to see him at her front door.

“Hey bets.” He shrugged his shoulders and shot her a beaming smile as he gently pushed past her and into her home. He looked the same, same silly strut, same goofy smile.

“ what are you doing here arch? Where have you been? It’s been years.” She stated, crossing her arms over her chest.

He turned to her with a distant look in his eyes
“ I’m back in Riverdale for good, I went off to LA for a bit, tried my hand at music, didn’t work out. I got a job here, I’m gonna be working for dads construction, probably take over. It’s what I was destined for anyway. What about you? I have you on facebook, you’re so secretive. There’s hardly anything on there. Ronnie wouldn’t even add me. What’s up with that?” He looked around her apartment as Betty stood there helplessly “hey can I use your bathroom?” He asked.

Betty just nodded, so much was happening she felt her anxiety building. She couldn’t tell him about her and Jughead, the poor boy had had enough disappointment she didn’t wanna add to it. She looked around frantically, moving to flip Down the pictures of her and Jughead, she pulled down the framed photo of the two of them at his first book launch, and she quickly grabbed the notes he wrote her that she kept laying around the house.

“Betty?” He asked from behind her. She turned sharply, her yellow dress flying behind her
“What’s up with all the dude stuff in your bathroom? Shower gel? Deodorant? There’s even boxers on the floor? You got a boyfriend?… a husband?” His eyes were accusing and he looked… hurt?

“I..” she started before his eyes shot behind her

“Is that… Jugheads beanie?” He practically whispered, darting around her to grab it from the couch.

“Archie listen…”

Her heart was racing and she felt her fingernails dig into her palms, she hadn’t done that since high school.

As if it couldn’t get worse, she heard the click of the front door unlock and she felt her heart in her stomach

“Hey love , my meeting got cancelled halfway there, i swear to god that mans an imbecile. Wanna order….” Jughead stopped mid sentence, his eyes darting between his former best friend and the current love of his life. Assessing the situation quickly he spotted his girlfriends balled fists and Archie’s slack jaw, he moved to Betty’s corner so fast he hardly had time to blink

“Jug? What the hell?! What are you doing here? Do you live here? Are you two…” he trailed off, eyeing the pair in what seemed like disgust

“Together.” Jughead finished. His arm draping over Betty’s shoulder and squeezing
“We’re together. Have been for five years, were happy and if you can’t accept that, you aren’t welcome in our home. You were my best friend Arch, you cut everyone off. You don’t get to be angry.” He practically growled.

Betty nodded against him,
“We didn’t mean to hide anything from you but you haven’t been around, we have a new life now Archie.”

“No one told me, no one even let me know. What about facebook I..” he finished lamely

“That’s not the kind of couple we are, we’re private. You hurt us when you cut us off like that, that’s why Ronnie won’t add you, did you know she’s married? Pregnant too.” Betty said simply, squeezing closer to Jughead.

“What? She’s.. to who?” He was defeated now, maybe he thought everything would be the same when he came back, Maybe he thought both of his high school sweethearts would be pining after him after all these years.

“She married Reggie, he coaches football at Riverdale high he’s the gym teacher too, Veronica Runs an interior decorating company from home. They’re happy together, they’re a beautiful couple.” Betty finished softly, looking up at Jughead who nodded encouragingly and looked into her Eyes with complete adoration.

“Things have changed pal.” He said looking up at Archie who was slowly making his way to the door, shoulders slumped.

“I’m back now, doesn’t that count for something?” The redheaded boy said lowly.

Jughead and Betty both nodded

“It’s gonna take time, but you’re still my friend, you’re still our friend.” Betty said placing a hand to his shoulder, soothingly.

Jughead nodded
“ meet me at pops tommorow for breakfast, I think we’ve gotta couple things to talk out.”

As Archie nodded solemly on the front porch of the cooper jones residence, he stared at the couple hand in hand looking lovingly into each other’s eyes, as the door closed slowly

Things most definitely had changed and maybe.. maybe it wasn’t such a bad thing

The Bet - Logan Howlett x Reader

AN: This was a request for a good, sinful friend, who waited ever so patiently for me to build muse (by watching all of the X-Men films without any pants on), and for that I am so grateful! My apologies for its inherent shite-ness, and I do hope you enjoy. It’s not set at any particular point during the cannon story line, so feel free to plop yourself at whatever point you like! Part 2 will be up as soon as I’m done dousing myself in holy water.

Trigger warnings: Swearing, alcohol, mentions of sexy-time, talk of dong, mention of orgasmos, talk of viagra, talk of domination, mentions of rough sex, mentions of gambling.

There is no doubt; extremely stressful days at the office call for equally extreme sessions at the bar.
“What’s the cheapest drink I can get with the highest alcohol content?“ You ask flatly too exhausted to register even the slightest bit of embarrassment as the man next to you guffaws into his own glass upon overhearing your request. Ignoring him, you instead focus on the server’s bemused expression, maintaining your stone-cold facade.
"One shot of tequila coming up.” He mutters, his fascination with you evident in his searching gaze. You don’t blame him. Relatively young and formally dressed, you’re far different from his usual clientele, which seem to all be older, dark, brooding hobo types.

"Make it two.“ You shoot back as you shrug off your jacket, trying to maintain your calm, casual demeanor as the oppressiveness of the grimy dive bar hits you for the first time. You take a quick look around as you settle onto your bar-stool, your legs dangling above the floor, a telltale sign that you’re barely old enough to be there. The place is almost pitch black, the air is thick with smoke. You still manage to make out the silhouettes of numerous hunched figures, and most clear to you is the man beside you, illuminated by a dim lamp above his head.

Your attention is drawn back to the bar as your drinks are poured hastily before you. You wrinkle your nose as the putrid smell of tequila hits your nostrils, but still you manage to slide a ten dollar bill across the counter gratefully. Beginning your pre-shot ritual of deep breaths and erratic hand movements, you brace yourself for the wonderfully toxic experience to come. You grasp one glass firmly in your fist, your eyes wide in anticipation, and you swear that you can feel your liver quiver in fear as yo-

"I wouldn’t do that if I were you.” You stop, turning to the source of the interruption. The man beside you. Taking a drag from his cigar, he continues.

"Not two at once. You’re tiny. I don’t wanna have you pukin’ all over me.“
Despite your annoyance at his patronising sentiments, you find yourself melting into a puddle in your seat. It’s only now that you’ve noticed his eyes, his sculpted jawline subtly masked by a dark, unusually trimmed beard. Not only is he ridiculously ruggedly handsome, but he’s older too, something that piques your interest far more than you’d like to admit.

Needless to say, you’re at a loss for words and instead you do what any sane girl would do in order to remain composed in such a situation. You quickly down both shots, forgetting the lemon and salt completely, before slamming the empty glasses triumphantly on the counter. You hear a sharp intake of breath beside you.

"I’ll get the mop.” mutters this mysterious brooding lumberjack, as he takes a swig from his own drink.

"I promise you, that won’t be necessary.” you manage to retort as you feel the alcohol hit your system with a satisfying shudder.
"f it comes to that, I’ll aim for that asshole who tried to smack my ass when I walked in.“ He smiles at this, and you congratulate yourself- he doesn’t strike you as the kind who does this often.
"Young female ass is quite the novelty in here, that was probably the most action the old fuck has had in 20 years.” You laugh out loud at this, throwing your head back and swaying dangerously on your bar-stool, consciously allowing your skirt to ride up your thighs ever so slightly.
"And this conversation is what - the most action you’ve had in about 5?“ You reply with a smirk, your gaze falling to his hands, one clutching his glass, the other, his cigar. Fuck, even his hands are attractive. Thick and coarse looking, you begin to imagine how they feel ghosting over bare skin…
"Mhmm, you got it bub, I’m semi hard just talking to you.” He grins back at you, his voice heavy with sarcasm. You notice his gaze shamelessly wandering down your body, pausing ever so slightly over your thighs. You watch him study you and smile to yourself. This was not the kind of situation you had expected walking in here, but you were more than happy with how this was going.

"Hard from small talk, eh?” You raise your eyebrows. “It’s nothing to be ashamed of. Just be thankful you’re not on Viagra.”
He chuckles darkly and meets your eyes for the first time.
“Fuck, you’re cruel.” he mumbles, searching your gaze. You laugh softly and lean close enough to him to whisper.
“So how long do you last eh? 30-40 seconds?”
“On the contrary sweetheart, I reckon you wouldn’t last half as long as I would. Not with me.” He takes another swig.
“Can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard that.” you sigh, fiddling with one of your empty shot glasses.
“Can’t tell you how many times I’ve dealt with brats like you, bub.” he grunts.
“Look, I’m just sayin’, 3 minutes of grunting in the dark and disappointment may be your cup of tea, but it certainly ain’t mine, bub.” You attempt an imitation of his accent on the last word, but it fails to impress. Despite you broaching the topic in good humour, you can tell that you are genuinely pissing him off, his eyes are dark and his jaw clenched - and fuck, do you like the look of him when he’s angry. You let out a small giggle, as you continued to stare each other down.
"You’re so sure of yourself! What your secret, giving yourself whiskey-dick with that drink?“ you ask, batting your lashes at him, a part of you genuinely curious. He stubs out his cigar in a nearby ashtray and leans further towards you, his body looming over yours threateningly.
“Your kind are all the same, all bark and no bite.” The competitive edge to his voice stirs something in you, and you ghost your lips across his jawline.
"Really?”
"Really.”
His voice is a grunt now, frustration edging into his face and voice slowly but surely. He seems to be used to getting his way, and you’re sure as hell not going to give it to him.
“A bet then.” You decide, straightening up. “10 bucks says I can make you cum before I do.”
“I’m not interested in money.” He’s growling now, and his eyes still haven’t left yours. “You cum first, and I get to do as I please, for as long as I please.”
You feel yourself shudder, and a small part of you wonders if you’re way in over your head. Still, you are confident ; you have biology on your side. And worst comes to the worst, you get a good fucking… everybody wins! Still, you can’t help but feel somewhat terrified.
“Fine.” you manage. “And if I win?”
“That won’t happen sweetheart, I can assure you.” he smiles again, and this time it’s full of menace.
You pause, taking in a shaky breath.
“Alright, its a bet.” you chirp, feigning confidence, holding out your hand for a shake.
“Its a bet.” He snarls, grabbing your hand and pulling you in for a rough kiss on the cheek.

“Y/N! What’s wrong?” Jackson asked, running into your room.

“Spider!! I saw a huge spider!” you lied.

“You’re a mermaid?” Tanger is shouting. “Why didn’t you tell us?”

“I’m a Mer,” Sidney shoots back, wincing when Geno puts the hair blow dryer a little too close. Geno whispers an apology, but he doesn’t look away from Sidney’s tail. “And I’m male. I’m not a mermaid.”

“Not my fucking point! This is—this is huge. Why did you keep this from us?”

“What am I supposed to say, Tanger?” Sidney yells. “That I have a fish tail? Your kind doesn’t believe in the Mer. You’d think I was crazy.”

“This whole thing is crazy!” He puts two fingers to his temple, then breathes deeply. “Fuck. I’m sorry. Look, I think we can all agree that you’re still our captain, even if you’re…you’re a mermaid—“

“Mer,” Conor cuts in, very quietly. “We’re called Mer.”

Tanger whips around, as do the rest of the team who are trying to avoid staring directly at Sidney’s tail. “Excuse me?”

Broken Heart Hugs -Jared x Daughter!Reader

Request: Hey! I was wondering if I could request a fic where the reader is a teen actress on the show and is having a tough day on set and Jared (her father figure) cheers her up?? Love your writing❤

Word Count: 1084

Warnings: Angst, cheating, fluff

A/N: For @straightasdeanwinchester , hope you like it, because well… it’s for you…

You were an actress, you started acting at only 10 years old and when you were 14 you got your first resident role, on Supernatural. It was a dream come true, mainly because you got a real role, one you were really proud of. And because you gained a new family. The other actors, the crew and even the fans. They loved your character the moment you walked into the scene and owned it the badass teen hunter you were.

The person you became the closest to, however, was Jared Padalecki. He was like your second father. Dad jokes included and he insisted on embarrassing you at conventions, or even just in front of the rest of the cast.

“Y/N please! You have to know that it meant nothing - she meant nothing to me! Please, just let me explain. Let me make it up to you. I promise I’ll never hurt you again. Please, I love you.” Hvitserk begged. He had been practically grovelling at your feet for the last hour after you had returned home. Your hair was knotted and your cheeks flushed from your encounter with Ivar but you husband hadn’t even noticed, and if he did, he hadn’t mentioned it.

“No Hvitserk. You are my husband and I am your wife. We are married. You promised you would be faithful to me. I-I thought your days of womanising were over. It turns out I was wrong.” You replied bitterly, your tone cold and emotionless. You had promised yourself that no matter what he did, you would not take him back. If he loved you like he said he did then he wouldn’t have strayed from you. He was a creature of habit it seemed.

“They are, I swear. I was drunk and she came up to me! It wasn’t my fault, you have to believe me!” He pleaded and you only scoffed, unable to believe anything he was saying.

“It takes two Hvitserk. You still made that decision, drunk or not, and you still ripped my heart out of my chest.” Your eyes were watering and you were willing yourself not to cry with everything you had. You were determined not to let the scum you called your husband see you cry.

“Please Y/N, don’t do this.” Hvitserk pleaded once more, running over and gripping you shoulders, looking at you as you averted your eyes.

“I want to meet her.” You stated plainly. The man across from you looked taken aback and he raised his eyebrows confused.

“Why? What does she matter?”

“I want to speak to her. Get her side of the story. And if it turns out she did what she did willingly, I want her to know she ruined a marriage.”

“Come on Y/N, she doesn’t matter. This is between you and me.”

“Take me to her now Hvitserk.” You demanded and he reluctantly nodded and handed you your coat. He led you out the door and down to the barn where the slaves would be before they began their work. His eyes scanned the room until they landed on the pretty blonde girl from the night before. She looked surprised and happy when he approached her but her expression changed to one of shock and fear when she saw you advancing on her.

“Hello Princess.” She greeted respectfully, ducking her head as you stood in front of her.

“Did he coerce you?” You bluntly asked. She looked confused for a second before she replied quietly, voice barely above a whisper.

“Yes Princess. He was drunk and his hands began to roam, I could not do anything in fear of punishment. I knew if I resisted I may not have a choice int he matter. I am so sorry Princess.”

You looked over to your soon to be ex-husband and stared at him as he looked down shamefully. “I was drunk Y/N. Please don’t let this change things.” He muttered, though he didn’t seem to believe anything would change your mind now that you knew the truth. He knew what was coming.

“I want a divorce.” You said loud and clear. There were a few gasps that emerged from the barn but you ignored them. “We’ll see Lagertha this evening and settle it.” Without another word you turned and exited the barn, walking away with your head held high and heading towards nowhere. You were lost in thought about your future when you heard a voice from behind you.

“Ah, Y/N? What’s got you so angry. Did Hvitserk not buy you a nice enough present to say sorry?” He asked mockingly, his voice harsh and cruel. He was bitter about the night before, that was evident. You turned around swiftly and shocked him. Your eyes were cold and you looked broken though so put together at the same time.

“I demanded a divorce.” You told him, watching as his handsome features rose in shock. “Just in case you wanted to know.” You finished off sarcastically.

“What? Why Y/N? Don’t you love him? You obviously love him so much that you stopped what was happening last night.”

“I stopped what we were doing because it was wrong, not because of him. I needed time to think and evaluate the situation before I made any rash decisions again.” You told him defensively, beginning to walk away.

“Again? What, was I a rash decision? A momentary lapse in judgement?” he questioned angrily, his feelings hurt. He had always admired you and wished that you looked at him the way you used to look at Hvitserk, but alas, you only had eyes for one.

“You were never a bad choice Ivar. A stupid one maybe, but do I regret it? No.”

Ivar was shocked once again and once he didn’t answer after a moment, you turned and left. Ivar didn’t bother chasing after you. He was too stunned. You didn’t regret what had happened, but what did that mean for you and Ivar?

One gun

TWO GUNS

- I can’t believe you are throwing this shit to me, Steve…

A sharp pain runs through your head when you try to open your eyes.

- No, no, pal, listen to me, what the fuck was I supposed to do? You would have done the same!

Still dizzy you raise your arm to check that your head is still your head and not some kind of concrete mixer, by how it hurts, it could have been. Blinking fast you open your eyes grateful that in the room there’s not so much light to hurt your retines.

Wait… room??

Gasping you stand on your elbows eyes wide open. Besides you, the source of the voice, who’s talking by phone as you can see, jerks alarmed for your sudden movement. You stare at him mouth hanging open and he does the same at you.

Holy shit! He is easily the most handsome man you have ever seen. But what is he doing next to you? And, by the way, where are you?!
