i didn't meant it

i’ve found the strength to grow so much more
a whisper to a roar
no more crying
it’s time for me to soar

Okay okay okay I know I panicked over the whole “LeFou is gay” thing, but I’ve seen it and I’ve got to say…they made it work. (SPOILERS) LeFou in this version is more of a good guy who fell in with a bad guy he rather quickly figures out is bad. He often tries to steer Gaston away from doing evil shit but gets ignored. He ditches Gaston for good and gets a happy ending, possibly with a boyfriend. It’s leaps and bounds better than I thought we would get, and it’s a good baby step in the right direction for Disney.

tv aesthetic → scooby-doo, where are you!

There’s a very logical explanation for all this: the place is haunted.

Happy New Year! :D Wishing you all the best~

Technically, I’m super late with this, me being from the UK… So I’m just pretending to live in US time! XD

Sketched the kiss pic a few months back but never got around to finishing it. Err, the build-up to the kiss was pretty last minute hence why they’re still in pencil form– Hope you can still make out what’s going on there… ^_^;

Team Bonding

-The Paladins find themselves in a planet that resembles earth
- It’s winter so they go to the closest spot where it hasn’t snowed
-Lance keeps bitching that his Hispanic ass wasn’t made for these conditions which prompts Keith to state that if anyone should complain it’s him who spent time living in A LITERAL DESERT LANCE
-Meanwhile Allura starts asking what snow is because????
- So Pidge and Hunk go on to explain snow
-Pidge being very technical while Hunk states “its beautiful, white, and cold” and then keeps interrupting Pidge (he doesn’t mean to be rude but Pidge is just being oh so technical) and brings up snow angels, snowmen, SNOW BALL FIGHTS, etc.
-So now Allura’s like I need to see this snow you speak of to determine if it’s a threat or not
-Shiro smiles and complies by telling the others to be prepared to travel again
-After every paladin tells their stories with snow(yes even Keith and Lance, especially the big snowball fight, the one where Keith knew who Lance was for .2 seconds and then forgot again) they decide to camp for the night
-Because of how distant the castle is Allura gets to sleep in one of the lions and Shiro tells the others that wherever she decides is hers, you evacuate and give her the space she deserves with a look
-For some reason she’s been bonding with red lately, forcing Keith to sleep somewhere else
-He automatically disqualified Pidge because they aren’t that close, Hunk is out because he would probably force Keith to take the cot and then proceed to sleep on the floor, and Shiro is just a big giant nope, the man either goes to sleep at 9pm sharp or doesn’t sleep at all
-So that only leaves Lance, who sure, will give him grief but in the end won’t really mind
-Once he reaches Lance, he finds him trying to hide his tears and sniffles
-After some time of awkward comforting Lance tells him how the last time he saw snow it was with his family and he’s just homesick
-Keith then proceeds to tell Lance that it’s okay, that if it weren’t because he’s an orphan he would also be homesick… it takes him a while to realize how that came across, and then starts trying to backtrack and just becomes a stuttering mess, all red in the face
-Lance the starts to laugh which stops Keith in his tracks
-Lance goes on to explain that he can count in one hand the amount of times Keith has lost his cool
-They fall asleep cuddling with identical goofy smiles on their faces
-They both wake up with a start when they hear a roar and when they finally scramble outside they find that it had snowed during the night
-Pidge screamed (read as squealed) that there had to be at least 8 inches of snow
-When Allura came out she squealed in delight and proceeded to run out into the snow only to yelp and run back to the lion
-She had made the mistake of going into the snow without shoes
-After everyone woke up and put on the proper clothes they began to play in the snow
-It then escalated to a huge snow ball fight that included captains, strategies, and bases
-By the end of the fight (which Allura was wining tbh) they found that no one knew where Keith and Lance were, only to later find them kissing under blue
-And that is the story of the first Snow day they had as a team

you know what’s incredible? all of the updates this month have really been about showing us how jack and bitty are growing as a couple and how they’re learning to repair the way they communicate with each other so that they really are, as jack says, “a team”

(which in and of itself is amazing because if you think about it, this is just an extension of the SMH #gotyourback mantra! Both as teammates and as lovers, Jack and Bitty’s entire relationship is built upon the theme of learning how to 1. not only support one another but 2. to accept that support from one another!!)

but I think what I love the most is illustrated so perfectly with the bolding of Bitty’s “We will” in this scene. Like, it’s easy to say that you’re going to get better at sharing “the hard stuff,” but especially if you’ve spent your whole life deflecting and internalizing negativity in an attempt to remain outwardly positive for the sake of others, I cannot imagine how difficult it’s been for Bitty to truly make a consistent effort to show his more vulnerable side……even (and maybe especially) to the person he loves the most

I think, above everything else, this just illustrates how committed Bitty is to Jack. We like to talk about how Jack so often shows his 110% side regarding his relationship with Bitty, but I think that’s because Jack shows his commitment through action—whether that means sprinting across campus to give Bitty a big damn kiss, or driving to the Haus at 5 AM in the rain to be by Bitty’s side, or systematically telling the important people in his life (his parents, George, his team) about how Bitty is it for Jack

but Bitty’s roadblock has always been quieter, more invisible. He essentially had to change a core (albeit unhealthy) aspect of himself, which is honestly sometimes the hardest thing of all. And yet, as we’ve seen in these past few updates, Bitty is trying. He too is putting in 110%. Maybe he’s not completely successful every time, but every time he opens himself a little more, he gets better. When Bitty says “We will”, the emphasis not only shows us that Bitty understands the importance of communicating the hard stuff, but also that he’s reaffirming to himself that he can do this, even when/though it hurts.

At the end of the day, this is Bitty’s story. He may often be “behind the lens” because of it, but moments like these show us how he is growing—and not only is that brave, but it also gives me hope.

Not Your Fault

Requested:ย Can you do one where y/n finds out that she canโ€™t get pregnant ?

Your name: submit What is this?

Itโ€™s your fault. Thatโ€™s what you found out today. You went to the doctor because you and your husband Shawn have been trying to get pregnant for a few months, and you both thought it would be a good idea to see if there was a reason why or if anything was wrong. You know that sometimes it just takes a while to get pregnant, so since it had only been a few months of trying, you werenโ€™t too worried.

But the doctor ran tests on both you and Shawn, and the test results just came back today. It turns out that Shawn is perfectly fine and capable of getting you pregnant, but the problem is that you canโ€™t get pregnant, something about being infertile. You barely heard much of what the doctor said in that office. All you heard was that it was your fault, and thatโ€™s all you needed to hear to spend the rest of the meeting just trying to keep yourself from falling apart. The doctor was telling you about other options, about things you could do instead. Shawnโ€™s hand was securely in yours the entire meeting, his thumb comfortingly running along the back of your hand, but it didnโ€™t make you feel much better.
