I was trying to draw a 1920s car, as practice for my comic, since I don’t really draw backgrounds and items, etc. Basically, I never draw things that aren’t humanized. Not often, anyways. And then this happened. Amelia and Alfred weren’t supposed to be in it but I couldn’t resist.
A low growl was made towards her from behind before something soft, small and seemingly alive was put down on the top of her head. "Aaa... Be careful, it's a murderous kitten." He lied, because the kitten was nowhere dangerous, just a little messy for being on the streets.
♪ | While the growl from behind her did a great job at causing the strawberry blonde to jump in surprise, a squeal slipping past soft lips, the kitten didn’t seem to manage to do the same.
Slender digits lifting to pick up whatever had been placed on her head, the hummingbird would only produce cooing and awed sounds once registered what it truly was.
❝It’s adorable!! Isn’t it adorable? — I’m gonna get you all cleaned up and fluffy, then dress you up with bows and ribbons~❞ she spoke all happily to the feline, although dismissing the ‘murderous’ part of his statement out of naivety, it seemed to work well for her in this case.
