I constantly find myself alienated from my friends and family. They all joke around that I'm very sensitive, but it annoys me when they say that. I do know I get offended very easily, and I can't help it. Every day I get nervous and it's hard for me to think about my positive qualities. I often find myself thinking about the worst case scenarios. I can't seem to stop thinking so negatively.
