“..a woman, with thick, shining dark hair, and heavily hooded eyes, who was sitting in the chained chair as though it were a throne..”

Helena Bonham Carter featuring as Bellatrix Lestrange in the Harry Potter films | 2007 - 2011

Unpopular opinion, but..

I personally dislike Maki, a lot

She just.. Didn’t have to survive? She really really didn’t
I just don’t think she contributed as much as any other survivor or let alone any charater, and like– she did get four characters killed

Tecnically. She is responsible for four characters deaths

She’s Using You // Jack Maynard

Word Count- 1161

Summary- anna doesn’t like you

A/N- here’s a lil jack imagine for you all. i havent gotten to part 10 for aswas so im posting this, hope you guys like it!!

You had been dating Jack for 5 months now. He decide that it was now time to meet his parents. You were nervous to say that least. They knew you from Jacks videos, but you knew nothing but their names.

But you weren’t too worried about his parents. There was a different family member you were afraid to meet. Anna, his younger sister. At first, you were excited to meet her. But then you overheard the conversation they had last night.

“Anna,” Jack stopped, you assumed she cut him off. “Anna.” He said again, getting annoyed.

After a few seconds he said, “Can I speak? Or are you going to interrupt me again?” he asked.

You couldn’t hear what she was saying, but you could put two and two together.

“No she’s not.” He sighed, walking around his room, “It’s not like that… She’s not like that.”

You were devastated, you were so excited to meet her. She seemed so sweet in his videos. You thought you two would get on well.

Guess not.

“Anna, please. Stop saying that.” You heard the balcony open, “She’s not like, she isn’t using me for…” his voiced faded.

“They’ll love you!” he encouraged from his spot on the couch.

“Fine…” you mumbled, not wanting to say any more on the topic.

“Why are you so worried,” he stood up and walked behind you, snaking his arms around your stomach. “You weren’t nervous to meet Conor.”

“I …” you turned around, getting out of his grasp. “I heard you talking to Anna last night.” You sighed. “I just don’t understand. I haven’t even met her… and she already hates me.”

“Babe,” he sat next to you, “she’s just worried.”

“Conor wasn’t!” you exclaimed, dumbfounded as to why the teenager didn’t like you.

“She thinks,” he hesitated, contemplating if telling you was a good idea, “She saw the video you did with Joe.”

“Are you serious? She’s basing her view of me off a video?” this made you frustrated.

A few weeks ago you and Joe filmed a collab. You two did The YouTuber Confessional. In the video, Joe asked you, “Are you dating Jack because he has more subscribers?”

You laughed, “Yes.” You gave the camera a fake serious look. “I’m in it for the fame and the fame only.”

“She’s a gold digger!” he screamed.

Though this looks bad, Joe posted the bloopers. And it them, you here this:

“Are you dating Jack because he has more subscribers?”

“What? No! Of course not.”

“I dare you to say yes. 100% seriously.”

You laughed, “Ok. Just cut all of this out. Ready? Ask me again.”

So you knew you were joking. Jack knew you were joking. But for some reason, Anna took this to heart.

Nonetheless, you found yourself on the train to Brighton. You looked out the window, watching the scenery pass in the blink of an eye. Jack squeezed you hand when he noticed you biting your fingernails, it had always been a bad habit of yours.

“I love you.” He smiled.

“I love you too.” You smiled, kissing his cheek.

Before you knew it, Jack was knocking on his parent’s door.

“Jack!” his mom smiled. “So lovely to see you again dear.”

“And you must be the lovely Y/n.” she engulfed you in a hug.

“It’s so nice to meet you.” You hugged back.

“Dad.” Jack shook his head, acknowledging the presence of his father.

“Son.” He nodded back, turning towards you. “So you’re Ashley right? Oh wait. That’s the other girlfriend. You’re Y/n.” he laughed, hugging you.

“Something you need to tell me Jack?” you played along.

“She’s not as pretty.” He had a smirk on his face. You slapped his arm.

You four slowly migrate towards the main room.

“Anna! Come down. Jack’s here.” Helen called upstairs. A few seconds later, the teenager rounded the corner.

“Jack!” she squealed, running up to him.

“Hey sis.” He sighed. “I missed you.” He let go, and that’s when her smile faded.

“You actually brought her?” she fake whispered. You lowered your head.

“Anna. That is not how we treat guests.” Gary said.

The tension in the room was obvious. You felt awkward. You wanted to leave.

“Where’s the bathroom?” you asked, not looking at Anna.

“Down the hall, first door on your right.” Helen smiled, trying to lighten the mood. When you walked past the siblings you hear Anna say something along the lines of ‘don’t steal anything’.

And that’s when you broke down. Tears flowed from your eyes, you didn’t care that everyone could hear you. You just didn’t understand.

“ANNA!” you heard Jack yell. “I get you may not like her. But she is my girlfriend. And I love her. And she will be around for a long time. She isn’t using me. You’re wrong. Just stop being so rude. You know I love you, but sometimes you can be a real bitch! Just go up to your room, I don’t want to see you right now.”

You felt awful. Jack never, and you mean never yelled at Anna. Maybe she was being rude, but he was a little harsh. This made you feel ever worse.

You heard a knock on the door, “Love? Can I come in?”

Jack walked in, sitting next to you against the tub.

“She didn’t deserve that.” You said after a few moments.

“Neither did you.”

“I know, but she’s your sister.”

He sighed, “I know I know. I’ll apologize. I just… I don’t understand why she won’t just let me be happy.”

“You would do the same if she had a boyfriend.”

“Why are you defending her?” he turned to look at you.

“Because, she’s a teenager. She gets too much shit thrown at her already. She doesn’t deserve hate form everyone in her life. Even if it’s me.”

“You’re bloody perfect.”

You laughed, “Stop.”

“I love you.”

“I love you too, now go apologize.”

You and Jack stood up, but when you opened the door you were both surprised.

Anna stood at the entrance with red cheeks a puffy eyes.

“I’m so sorry.” She said, you assumed she was talking to Jack. But then she hugged you.  You were surprised at first, but hugged her back.

“I didn’t realize. I’m sorry. I’m so stupid. You’re not using him. I was just jealous. I’m so so so so sorry.” She sobbed.

“It’s okay.” Was all you could say. After she let go of you, she hugged Jack.

“Please forgive me.” She whimpered.

“Of course. I’m so sorry. I love you so much, Anna. Never forget that.”

Since then, you and Anna never fought, never even had a disagreement. You soon became besties; her trusting you with her darkest secrets and you giving her tips on how to survive her teenage years.

Jack never understood how the two most important girls in his life were perfect. He truly was blessed.

Meanwhile, on FB...

Someone: Why do you hate the reboot?  This is all before she became a hardass stone cold killer, right?

She: The only Lara Croft before she became “a hardass stone cold killer" is the young Lara we saw in TR4 and TR5.

Someone: Not really, I honestly don’t see why you’re so salty over how she acts, its still Lara. Get over it.

She:  Don’t tell us what a true fan should do because I’m not telling you that you are a conformist who like whatever they give to you if it’s called Tomb Raider.

Someone: Sure, attack me on my opinion that it might be a prologue to her story, that’s cool.

Klaus Mikaelson | Imagine

A/N: Combining two requests because they were similar. Change of perspectives because I tried something.

Content: Reader had some feelings for Klaus while he was in Mystic Falls but because being in a relationship, they never admitted. 5 years later, (Y/N), a witch, needs the Mikaelsons’ help.

Warnings: none

It has been years of silence since the last incident. Many people put their lifes on the line and eventually lost it. So many fights, so many tears.

Odd, (Y/N) thought as you walked down the streets of Mystic Falls. This town was probably cursed from its very beginning, but after he had left, everything turned upside down completely.

A smile crept its way on the young female’s face as her thoughts wandered to the time half a decade ago.

“(Y/N)”, a voice reached the witches ears which automatically lead to an eyeroll. She walked past him, without giving more reaction and went straight for the counter.

“Matt, I’m starving.” You declared simply with a pout. You were sure the kitchen was closed since it was late but you tried anyways. “You’re fifteen minutes too late, (Y/N).” “Enough time to turn a blind eye?” You asked with a charming smile.

He scolded you further, not taking any compelling. “Sorry.” He poured some liquid in some glasses while speaking. “Why are you late this time?” You groaned and sighed in resignation. You’ve lost.

“I had business to do. I-” You two were interrupted, when another person sat next to you.

“What an awful service”, he almost immediately stated, “when a charming girl like you asks for a dinner, she should get a three-courses menu, don’t you think?” You tried to ignore the original vampire next to you, but his stare seemed to burn your skin, looking right through you.

When your gaze met his, you saw it for the first time. A genuine, but cheeky smile and for a brief moment, you forget that he had a short temper and murderous tendencies.

“How about dinner somewhere else, love?”

Many thanks to @queercapwriting for encouraging me to write this. Tw for racism, police brutality.

If you asked 14-year-old Maggie Sawyer the worst thing about living in Blue Springs, Nebraska, it’d probably be working in this fucking diner. On top of her boss being a lazy asshole, she has to spend seemingly never-ending shifts serving burgers to the bratty white kids from school whose parents were rich enough not to need them to work.

Her mom always reminds her not to talk back – how they need all the money they can get right now – but after four months of kids refusing to eat food from a plate that she’s touched, or deliberately leaving the table in an atrocious state just so they can laugh as they watch her clean it from the parking lot, she privately cries on the bus home most nights and arrives at work with her stomach twisted around all the jeers she sees coming.

All for $7.25 an hour plus tips. Except that she never gets any tips - apart from scrawled messages of “Go home” on the docket, if they were feeling particularly generous.

“Hey. Jughead. Jughead!” a voice called, pulling the teenager out of his thoughts.

Jughead had been sitting at Pop’s now for hours. You had confessed your feelings for him three hours ago and he had rejected you despite liking you back.

Jughead looked up at the voice that was calling him. It was Pop who sighed at the pathetic teenager.

“Are you just gonna sit there and mope all day or are you gonna get that girl?” he asked.

Jughead sighed, sitting back in his chair.

“I can’t do anything else, Pop,” he said. “I already told her my true feelings.”

Jughead hated the way the lies tasted on his tongue. Pop snorted.

“We both know that’s not true,” he said, sitting down across from Jughead.

Jughead looked up at the man who sighed.

“Jughead, I’ve known you since you were a kid. I’ve seen the way you are around her. You love her.” the old man stated.

Jughead’s head jerked up at that, his eyes wide.

“No—I—I can’t—“ he began but stopped, knowing defending himself was a lost cause.

Jughead sighed.

“It’s complicated, Pop.” he said, sitting back.

Pop nodded.

“You’re worried the two of you are going to end up like your parents, aren’t you? That’s why you lied to her.” he stated, hesitant to bring the subject up.

Jughead flinched at the mention of his parents but nodded anyway.

Pop sighed again.

“Well, I can’t tell you that the two of you won’t end up like your parents. No one can predict the future,” he began. “But I can guarantee you that you’ll never have that happy ending if you ignore your feelings.”

Jughead shook his head.

“I-I can’t, Pop. I just broke her heart. How am I going to fix that?” he asked.

Pop got up from the booth.

“Do what you wished Archie would’ve done last summer,” he said, walking off.

“Just talk to her.”

Jughead approached your house with shaky hands. What if you didn’t believe him? What if you didn’t even let him talk to you? Explain himself to you? What if you never wanted see him?

A door slamming made Jughead look up and he froze when he saw who it was walking towards him.

Veronica Lodge. A very angry Veronica Lodge. You must’ve called her after Jughead had rejected you, needing a shoulder to cry on. Jughead gulped as he knew what was coming.

“Jughead Jones the Third, you have some explaining to do.” she growled walking right up to him so there were mere inches between them.

Jughead gulped again.

“I need to talk to Y/N.” he said.

Veronica stepped back and crossed her arms.

“Oh, you’ve done more than enough talking this evening.” she said.

Jughead groaned.

“Look, I know I messed up, okay? This is all so new to me and complicated. I thought if I rejected her, I could spare her of a broken heart in the future. Instead, I broke her heart by lying to her. I just want to tell her I’m sorry, and that what I told her isn’t how I feel at all.” he said.

Veronica opened her mouth, ready to tell Jughead off again when the two of them heard the front door open again.

“Veronica,” you called, making the Lodge girl turn around. Even from a distance, Jughead could tell you had been crying. Your eyes and cheeks were red and your voice was raw.

“It’s okay. He can come in.” you said.

Veronica looked like she was about to protest but instead closed her mouth and nodded. Jughead began to walk past her until Veronica grabbed his arm, stopping his movement. She leaned in close to his ear.

“You hurt her again and you’re dead. Understand that?” she asked.

Jughead quickly nodded and Veronica let go of his arm, watching the black-haired boy like a hawk as he followed you into your house.

He closed the door behind him as he followed you into your living room, utter silence between the two of you. Eventually you sat on the couch and Jughead sat down next to you, awkward silence filling the small space between the two of you.

“I, um, came to apologize,” Jughead said softly and you turned to look at him. “At the diner… I lied. About how I really felt towards you.”

You scoffed.

“Why?” you asked. “Jughead, why would you lie about something like that?” you asked.

He sighed.

“Y/N, it’s just that… My parents…” he began, struggling for a way to explain. “They had such a good relationship in the beginning. Everything was happy, they were happy, even Jellybean and I were happy. And then just one day… no one was.”

He turned to you and realized your faces were millimeters apart.

“It ended in disaster, Y/N. You remember how I came to you crying about what happened,” he said. “I just thought if I could avoid love with everyone for the rest of my life, I wouldn’t be able to hurt them like my parents hurt each other. Instead, I broke your heart, you, the person I love the most in the world and the person most important to me by lying to you. I’m sorry.”

There. The truth was out. You were silent as you contemplated your next words. Jughead was about to get up and leave, thinking that he ruined everything all over again by telling you the truth when he felt you gently take his hand.

“We won’t be like them.” you said softly.

“How do you know?” Jughead asked.

You thought for a second.

“Because we witnessed what happened to them. We know the mistakes they made, the paths they took to get them where they are today. We’ll avoid those mistakes, and we’ll avoid those paths. We’ll take the other road. We’ll be okay.” you said.

Jughead thought about your words for a second before smiled softly, looking down as your intertwined fingers.

“Well…” he began. “Guess we’re really doing this, huh? After all this time?” he asked.

You smiled.

“Yeah. Guess we are.”

A/N: Send me feedback! Hope you liked it!

Is it OK to condemn someone for no call no show if, in their own words, "I already put in my 2 weeks so what are they gonna do if I don't show up? Fire me?" Cuz that's what my coworker said yesterday and did today (4/16, easter). I already hate her cuz she's nothing but bossy, mean, and lazy and does nothing but complain anyway. But this sealed it.

Darkest Desire ‘Fucking Nice’

Don’t forget to read previous chapters!

[Darkest Desire Masterlist]

Chapter 10

Summary: This has a lot of Negan’s perspective on scenes from the last two chapters. This chapter follows Negan and gives a little insight to what he’s thinking. Negan pays a visit to Rick. Negan comes home to find out what you did while he was away.

Note: I want to say that it’s a filler chapter but it’s a lot more than that. I hope it’s not too confusing since it jumps scenes a little but I wanted you all to know what Negan was doing in the last two chapters without having to reread all the dialogue from the last two chapters.

HUGE THANK YOU @i-am-negan-trash for being my beta!

“I won’t fucking kneel.”

She wasn’t listening. At least Jamie fucking kneeled, but here she was again not obeying.

Fuck it.

I’ll teach them both a lesson. I’ve been fucking nice and this is how she treats me? Fuck no. Time to show her again who’s in control here.

Negan grabbed the back of Jamie’s jacket and dragged him out of the cafeteria.

Negan knew she’d come running. Thankfully Simon was already in the hallway. Right hand man was always fucking there to help.

“Simon! Lock her in her fucking room if she causes a scene!”

“You got it boss.” Simon turned to face the cafeteria doors.

Of course she came running and shouting. But Simon was ready to grab her.

Jamie struggled to keep up with Negan’s pace. He was much smaller than Negan so there was no use in fighting him.

Negan approached the cell block and called out to the guard.

“Open the fucking door! We got a new pet!”
