an update on my fabulous rituals. it’s been 9 months but I still can’t get over the aesthetic. im currently doing the mental fitness journey hope im mentally fit by uni tomorrow.

I found this app called Plant Nanny a few days ago - it reminds you to drink water regularly so that you can nourish your plant. It’s super cute and really useful to keep track of hydration, which I’m usually awful at. Now I’m better hydrated I feel so much more awake and it’s lots easier to concentrate on studying!

GRIMES FRIENDLY REMINDERS FOR NEW YEARS:

  • New Years Eve is fun but there are some things to remember
  • If you drink, do not drive.
  • Do not leave your drink unattended, if you do don’t drink it.
  • Stay with your friends 
  • Put ICE (In Case of Emergency) in front of any phone contacts you would want people to call in an emergency.
  • Do not walk home alone.
  • Do not go off with a stranger you don’t know, or if you do make sure your friends knows exactly where you are and keep in public.
  • If you dont want a baby or an STD in 2016, condoms are your friend.
  • If someone is making you uncomfortable tell security and/or make sure you are surrounded by people. 
  • It’s okay to say no and no means no.
  • Look out for your fellow people, even if they are strangers.
  • Know how you are getting home before going out.
  • Don’t drink on an empty stomach and stay hydrated!.
  • AN APP THAT INFORMS YOUR FAMILY OR FRIENDS YOU MIGHT BE IN DANGER AND ASKS THEM TO CALL YOU
  • Stay Safe!
