i seem to always be eating the same meal everyday when i am in England hehehe. ☺ spinach, lettuce, watercress, arugula, rocket, chickpeas, tomato, cucumber, raisins, beet & hummus. w/ black pepper, himalayan salt, nutritional yeast, olive oil, organic apple cider vinegar… and ginger & lemon tea :) & that’s it… it’s just what i feel like eating everyday. mostly because it’s quick & easy to make and i feel it nourishes me & brings clarity to my mind… which is just what i need! ~
Who doesn’t love hummus? Nothing’s better then making your own with fresh ingredients and having a little fun in the kitchen! Feel free put your own personal touch on something your friends and family will love!
Simplicity👌🏼😌✨ I didn’t feel like spending much time in the kitchen after an exhausting day (sober mainly in the kitchen making food for my Omi’s 80th tomorrow🙈🎁)
So nourish plate of leftovers it is: millet with corn & peas, grilled field mushroom, cucumber and fresh herbs, drizzled in creamy hummus dressing👅🌿💦

I don’t really eat hummus because I’m intolerant to the ingredients it contains so it fks my stomach right up, but when I’m stupid enough to think it’s worth spending the next few days making friendship bracelets with the loo, the only ones I’ve ever liked have been Dari’s Table Beetroot Hummus & SSS Foods (oil-free) hummus.
